Hey! Sorry that I was inactive lately... going to school and having a life is sorta annoying yet distracting for me somehow. I hope that you guys forgive me!!

Anyways, you guys know the drill, and let the chapter... begin!

1 month after Kerberos mission started

Something was wrong, he could feel it. Something very wrong. It stirred in his heart, in his core. He needed to be somewhere, but he also didn't need the teacher yelling at his again. Like he cared. The teachers looked so... bored... doing their job, he doubted that they would even care if he snuck out of class. But for how long?

That was the question he was asking himself. 

Later, during the lunch break, he looked up as much as he could about the known myths. More specifically, the myth called a fire bird.

There were a bunch of hidden archives around the school about the famous myth, but he wasn't sure how the teachers would
react when asked about them.

They were rare myths, and rumour had it that there were only less than 10 of them left out in the world.

And he knew that he was one of them. How? When he was younger, his older (adoptive) brother had left him alone in their house, and someone had set the house on fire. It was agonizingly painfull, and he felt himself slip in and out of consciousness, almost on the brink of death. That was his first manifestation. He never wanted to manifest again.

But he would have to soon..

A couple of months after the Kerberos Mission was announced as failed, he dropped out of the Garrison and went out to the desert and lived there, surviving and gathering as much information as he could, determined to find his brother.

He didn't know how long it would take, but he would make It happen. And It would happen soon. He had heard rumours about his brother, and found out that he had been taken to a research tent, roughly 2 miles from the Garrison. Now he only needed a chance.

A couple of weeks later, a meteorite had crashed down onto Earth, landing nearby the Garrison, attracting staff and teachers to investigate. The chance had arrived.

That was his chance.

The chance to find his brother.

And the chance of also finding some other myths. Some whom he had never expected (or wanted) to see again.

Ack!! I'm sorry once again for the short chapters... I'll try and make some new ones, but it might be a bit of time (and practice + some getting used to) before that happens... I didn't have many ideas of what to write for this chapter either soo... Its so clumped together as well... I guess that's me for you...

Anyways, I'm going to edit a couple of chapters together so that there will be longer chapters, but less chapters as well.

I'll try and upload another chapter either today or tomorrow, so look out! I'm updating and uploading chapters randomly because of my awful schedule...
