A MFW one-shot

"What are these?" Yamato frowned as he trapped you in between his arms, though not in a threatening way.

You had just came out of the shower with a towel wrapped around you, your shoulder exposed. That's how your boyfriend saw the very few old scratches and tiny scars around your upper arms.

"U-Um...." You dart your eyes around nervously.

"[First name]...don't tell me..." he started with a slightly disappointed and concerned tone in his voice.

"No...I didn't do this, [ex's name] did...." You inhale deeply and shudder at the mention of his name.

"[Ex's name]..? What did he do to you?" he ran his slender fingers across your shoulders and rubbed the scratches.

"He was...abusive...." You murmur, not proud of your past relationship at all.

"How?" Yamato asks again.

"He tends to constantly use force to turn me around and face him," you explain further, "and a whip was basically daily basis...."

Just as you hung your head, feeling tears spiking up, Yamato pulled you into a soft hug.

"Don't remember it." He whispered while stroking your hair, "I'm here now, and I'll never hurt you, ever. Forget all about him."

A small smile formed onto your lips as you snuggled into his chest where you felt so safe and secure.
