LLFTX scenario, Riki x OC

Another long and interesting request from~

This shall be slightly AU and its paranormal.

A tear slid down Riki's face as he ran his fingers down a photo frame which contented a photo of him and a beautiful black-haired woman.

"It's been a year...." He mumbled to himself before getting up and walked to the washroom. He set the photo frame down gently onto the shelf.

After drying his face with a towel, he looked up into the mirror, only to get the living day light scared out of him. There stood a woman, staring at him through the reflection of the mirror.

"GAHHHH!" he yelled and spun around, but no one was there. He assumed that he was hallucinating again. He's been seeing visions of Chyna ever since...she got murdered.

He dried his hair with a towel as he walked out of the bathroom.

"Riki." A rather familiar voice called out from behind him. He looked back, shock filling his eyes. There stood a familiar woman in an unfamiliar appearance.

"Chyna..?" he slowly reached out, depressed when his hand went through her head. This must be another illusion....

The woman lifted a pale hand and stroked her bangs that were long enough to cover her right eye away, it fell back down.

"It's been a while." She smiled, "I came to see you. Just to tell you, I'll be back."

"Huh...?" he looked up, but she was gone again.

~~TIME SKIP TO LE NEXT MORNING BROUGHT TO YOU BY...UM...EX'S AND OH'S BY ELLE-I-FORGOT-HER-NAME~~

The entire Black Fox gang was having breakfast around a large table. Riki sips on his famous miso soup.

He almost choked when he spot Chyna, once again, standing in between Hiro and Kenshi.

She smiled at him.

"Riki? Are you okay?" Kenshi asks, a piece of rice at the corner of his mouth.

"Ch-Chyna..." he mumbled.

"Don't forget what our goal originally was." She says, before disappearing in plain sight again.

The guys looked around the room, not seeing anyone.

"Has Rikkun finally gone cuckoo?" Hiro whispers, to get hit on the head by Takuto.

For the next few days, Riki made sure to keep an extra eye out on his surroundings, but he never saw Chyna again.

One day, all the Black Foxes were gathered at LRN after closing hours.

"Hey...about that mission that we never accomplished?" Atsumu says with a serious face.

"You mean...the one about..." Hiro glances at Riki.

"Chyna's great grandfather." Takuto finishes.

"Good, looks like you guys still remember."

The entire room jumped up from their seats at the voice.

There stood a smiling Chyna, standing right beside Riki.

"Chyna...?" Hiro waved a hand, it went right through her shoulder.

"Am I seeing things?" Takuto says, repeatedly blinking hard.

"A year ago. Those stupid yakuza people didn't understand my finger prints were the key, they thought I was just a random woman. That caused the treasure to be lost until now." Chyna says angrily, though her skin is still unbelievably pale. "I'm back to help you retrieve my great grandfather's lost treasure."

"But...you can't touch anything, right..?" Kenshi says sadly and looked down.

Powder-blue flaps loop around the top cut of her long white dress gown, which is the top of her chest; the long, flowy sleeves with wide openings at the bottom has the matching shade of powder blue and frills looped around the edge of the sleeves; under that was a layer of under gown. Her hair flowed to her mid-back, she pushed her long bangs again.

"That's the benefit. Only you guys can see me at this state." She says, "I have a plan."

"H-How did you know about this place, Chyna-chan..?" Hiro asks in the dark. The Black Foxes were going up a flight of rock stairs.

"What do you think I've been doing for half a year?" she says, her familiar bright smile and playfulness coming back for a second, before being covered back down by the paleness in her face that is only increasing by the hour.

"Is it just me...or are you getting paler as we speak?" Riki asks. How he wanted to drape an arm or even a jacket over her shoulders to keep her from the cold like he always used to, but now, anything will only just go through her like air.

"...I only have two more days left, before I fully disappear." She returned a sad smile.

Before anyone else can say anything further, she came to a halt: "here it is."

In the dim light, a hidden door can be made out. Chyna pointed onto a piece of the rock-made wall, Kenshi pushed it, a door slowly slid open.

"Now what?" Takuto asks as everyone piled into the secret room.

"No idea. I've never been actually inside." Chyna says, looking around.

"There's a safe here!" Kenshi said. Everyone's attention turned to him, dusting out a door of a safe.

In two three seconds, Takuto cracked the code. But there was another one.

"Riki, try to take my hand, here." Chyna lifted her slender hand. Hesitantly, Riki did the same.

To everyone's surprise, the color returned to her hand but only her hand when their hands touched. Slowly, but surely, Riki intertwined his fingers against the back of her hand.

Smiling, she pressed her index finger onto the small black pad.

The safe opened, there were two things in it.

Hiro and Kenshi carefully carried out the master piece painting while Takuto took out a small envelope.

"Not only the painting, this is great granddad's treasure." Chyna introduces, "it grants you one miracle. Even the impossible."

Everyone exchanged glances.

"You can wish for any gadgets, or money, or that all art pieces can be saved. Just shoot."

"Riki, you should have the wish. You helped the most in this mission." Kenshi says with a smile. Hiro and Takuto nods in simple agreement.

"Then..." the corner of Riki's lips tilt up slightly, "I wish for you, to come back again."

At his words, bright light shone from Chyna, filling the entire room. It was so bright it was blinding.

"I miss you."

At that, Riki felt two warm arms circle around him.

"Ch-Chyna..!" Without even knowing what's going on, he wrapped his own arms tightly around the figure in front of him.

When everything was clear, Riki pulled back slightly. Color returned to Chyna's cheeks and her usual brilliant smile was back on display.

"...Welcome back." Tears of joy streamed down his face as Riki said those words with a smile filled with happiness.
