Chapter 22

I just re-read all of the chapters I have posted for this book, and realized how bad it was. For one thing,  it's way to fast, and, Hermione's attitude towards Percy went form nice, to hatred in like one chapter, and I just realized that this basically took place over the corse of like 2 weeks, and to top it of I didn't do a single scene with Percy and Draco! (Which I am totally going to do)

Once I finish this book, I will most likely go back and edit all the chapters to make them better, but I don't know if I will do that because I'm lazy.

Percy POV-
When we were nearing the lake, I decided to inform Tim we were here.

"TIM! I brought visitors!" I shouted, towards the lake.

"Who's Tim?" Annabeth asked cautiously.

"The giant squid." I said calmly, knowing it would freak them out.

"WHAT?!" They both shouted in unison, stoping in there tracks.

"He's a very nice squid, he invited me over for tea once." I said.

"I'm sorry, but did you just say, we would be swimming in a lake with a giant squid?" Thalia said.

"I'm sorry, but aren't you a hunter of Artemis? Because you certainly are acting like a pussy." I said.

"What did you just say about me?!" Thalia roared.

"I said you were a pussy." I challenged.

"I—" Thalia started, but was interrupted by Annabeth.

"GUYS! If you don't behave right now, we're going to class!"

"Fine." We both grumbled.

"Come one, how about we train instead of swim?" Annabeth asked.

"But—" I said.

"YES!" Thalia yelled, "Let's go!"

We ran to the forbidden forest, because we didn't want people to see us training. We may have told them we were demigods, but that doesn't mean we want them to watch us train!

After a couple hours of training, we were covered head-to-toe in dirt, cuts, and leaves.

"We've missed enough class today guys, we should go now." Annabeth said.

"Okay, but we should change first." Thalia said.

"Why bother? Besides, might as well give them a scare. They wanted to see the real me, well, this is the real me." I said.

"Percy's right, if there going to stare, might as well give them something to stare at." Thalia said.

Me and Thalia both looked at Annabeth, waiting for her to agree.

"I can't wait to see there faces. Keep your weapons out." Annabeth said, smirking.

-:-:-:-

We reached the doors, and already people started to stare (The people outside that is).

I had my sword at my side, Annabeth her dagger, and Thalia her bow.

This is going to be funny.

Walking to the Divination classroom took shorter then I expected.

"What class is this?" Thalia asked.

"Divination, it sucks." I said.

"Let's get this over with then." Annabeth said, before opening the door.

Right as she opened the door—quite loudly I might add—all the heads turned.

"Miss anything?" I asked, acting oblivious to there shock and fear.

"No weapons in the classroom!" The Professor shrieked.

"You heard her, no wands." I said.

"I don't want swords in my classroom!" She said.

"To bad, if they get self defense, so do I." I said, "besides, I've had Riptide with me sense day one."

"Is that the pen?" Someone asked.

"Yes, and it has saved many lives, even in pen form." I said.

"That's so cool!" Someone said.

"Not when lives are lost." I replied.

"Take a seat." The teacher growled.

We made are way to the back of the classroom, and waited for her to continue.

ADHD started to act up, so we started fiddling with are weapons.

"Do you think this class boring?" The teacher asked, seeing are movements.

"Yes, it's boring and fake. I'd have more fun if you could tell me my fortune. I know the God of prophecies, and you, are no fortune teller." Thalia said.

"Well then, I guess I'll have to prove you wrong then." The Professor said.

"Fine, tell me how I die." Thalia said.

"Give me your palm girl." The professor said.

Thalia handed her her palm, the dirt and dried blood still on it, and waited for her to say something.

"You will die from a horrible beast with one eye." The teacher finally said.

"Your a little late on that one. How do I die, this time." Thalia said, which surprised everyone.

"You will get struck by lightning." She said.

"The day I die from lightning, is the day Annabeth brakes up with Percy. In other words, it's never gonna happen." Thalia said.

"A male shoots you." The teacher then said.

To answer this, Thalia took her bow and Arrow, and shot an apple at the front of the class.

"Never gonna happen." She said again.

"You die of old age." The teacher said.

"I'm immortal." Thalia said.

"Your leader kills you." She said.

"Artemis isn't going to kill her lieutenant."

"You die in a war."

"To late for that." Thalia said, "We won."

"A tree crushes you."

"Family doesn't kill." I said.

"What?" Someone asked.

"Thalia spent many years as a—"

"PERCY!" Thalia yelled.

"Fine fine, I won't tell...yet." I smirked.

"I'm going to kill you." Thalia growled.

"You can try." I said.

"Guys, if your going to fight, might as well skip the threats." Annabeth said.

"Fine by me. I haven't fought in forever!" I said, smirking.

"It was literally 5 minutes ago." Annabeth said, rolling her eyes.

"That's forever in Percy time." I said.

I got up and grabbed my sword, then went to the front of the room.

I heard the sound of an arrow whizzing toward me, (Yes, I can hear that. It was part of the whole gods-bless-you-but-you-don't-have-to-be-a-god deal), and quickly caught it.

"Nice try Thals, but your going to have to try harder." I said.

She loaded another arrow, and aimed for my heart, I deflected it easily.

It's my turn now.

I lifted Riptide and easily nocked the bow out of her hands.

So, she took out her dagger.

I decided not to just end it here so we both hacked at each other, then, I thought of something funny.

This is going to be hilarious.
