Is that how?

What is Colour?
Is that how God blessed us?
Some given a drop of Melanin
And to some given in profusion.
Just a shade our cones differenciate?
Or is it a tag which labels our country land?
Is that how we want to be called?

What is Race?
To some given, big lips, to some given, small eyes
The differant skin colour and techniques.
Different languages and accent.
Life lessons and skills which spans present.
Some shammed for belonging
Is that how we want to be described?

What is Sexism?
Male and Female, aren't we all humane?
Don't we all feel and breath?
Then why are superiority present,
Just because of our reproductive and hormonal differences?
Is that how we want to perceived?

What is Sexuality?
Love; in a form differant to stereotypes
Loving, caring, emotions, vulnerablity—
Can it be controlled? Why should it be controlled?
Why is it wrong to love? To cherish?
Why is it so looked down at? Why is it a crime?
Is that how we want to be labelled?

What is Animal Cruelty?
Just because they walk on fours,
We are better than them, of course.
And being better gives us previledge
To beat, torture, cage or kill them
Just because they can't talk and
Their brains are much smaller to ours.
Is that how we want to be defined?

What is Humanity?
The absence of Colour, Race, Sexism,
Sexuality and Animal Cruelty.
The absence of divisions in the society,
Which makes us anything other than human.
A being who is worth to be called a respectable person.
For me, I suppose, that is exactly how
We want to be named.
