Chapt. 8 ~ Angel & (Y/n)

Third Person Perspective
~ • ~

"I don't mean to sound cheesy... but are you alright?" Angel longed to ask his friend as he just laughed at the joke his friend had made. They were at the bar, (Y/n) finishing her water she had gotten from Husk.

(Y/n) was wearing a tight (f/c) dress that hugged every curve perfectly. Unfortunately it clung onto her unnaturally thin stomach too much that it made her nervous, but she had to deal with it. It was a deep V neck and she was wearing a push up bra that neatly perked up her breasts.

Angel was in a nice drag look. He kind of matched (Y/n), but his dress was shorter. Angel was in a pink dress with a deep v mixed with a sweetheart neckline. He also had a thick black and pink collar on.

"Ready to go?" She asked, her voice gentle, a bright smile resting upon her soft features. Angel softened... 'She had to be ok. How could that beautiful smile be fake?'

"Hell yeah~!" He forced himself to say, as if nothing was wrong.

"And where might you two be going?" Alastor chimed in. (Y/n) turned to face him.

"Strip club. Not the best place in town, but the regular bars get boring." She chuckled to herself, though it wasn't very funny, she had told herself.

"Why would you want to dance naked on a pole?" Alastor asked, (Y/n) blushed, embarrassed and laughed.

"Oh I won't be dancing! At least not naked. I know how to. But I don't like the attention. You know what, this is a little weird to say out loud." She said, looking down at her feet, embarrassed. Angel laughed.

"Such a dork~" He teased his friend. "Bet you couldn't dance in that dress anyway~"

Oh. That got her. An open mouth smirk crawled onto her lips and she looked Angel right in the eyes.

"Oh yeah? Bet." She stepped closer to the tall spider.

"How much~?" Angel asked, ready to beat her.

"Now now now- let's not get ahead of ourselves, dear." Alastor got between them. (Y/n) raised a brow at the other tall fellow.

"What do you mean? I'm not getting ahead of myself.  I mean... at least I don't need to wear protection and ruin my whole look~" She scrunched her nose and furrowed her brows playfully at Angel.

"Oh you did not just go there!"

"I think I just did~."

"Well at least I'm alright with being naked. You have to at least wear lace which I'm sure you're not even wearing!" He leaned down a little to her.

"Of course I'm not! I don't own a lace push up bra!" She huffed, crossing her arms.

"Ha!"

"What did I just get myself into?" Alastor mentally asked himself, looking down at the woman who made him feel so confused.

"Ugh. Let's just go." (Y/n) huffed.

"Uh. (Y/n) I think you're forgetting something." Angel said. Not knowing if she was actually missing something. (Y/n) looked at him confused, then down at herself. Then it hit her.

"I left my purse upstairs! Ugh! Thanks Angel! I'll be right back!" She quickly ran upstairs.

Alastor watched as she did so, squinting his eyes at her back, a golden tattoo of wings. He remembered the feather and gently caressed it with his thumb. He was mid thought when Angel pulled him out of it.

"I know it ain't your seen, Al. But can you please come and keep an eye on (Y/n)? There's something wrong with her." Alastor was a little surprised at the sudden request, and admittedly offended that he'd be viewed as so soft.

"Why she seems fine?" He lied, knowing very well she was acting... strange.

"Well she's not. After she went out with you... she's been acting stranger than usual. And I know you didn't do anything, cause she talked about you with Charlie for a bit and was clearly not upset or scared of you in any way." Alastor noticed that too.

Alastor squinted his eyes at Angel. Angel had a hopeful begging look on his face, making Alastor cringe and redirect his attention to the stairs where (Y/n) had just went.

"Alright."
