The first thing Jungkook hears when he wakes up is the sound of the TV in the living room, and the first thing he feels is a soft hand pushing his hair back. The bed feels warm and comfortable compared to Taehyung's couch, and for once Jungkook wakes up without an aching back. He hums happily when he feels soft lips kissing his cheek.

Jungkook opens his eyes to find Jimin's side of the bed empty. Morning light is coming through the closed blinds but it's gentle enough that Jungkook's eyes quickly get used to it. Jimin's petting almost lulls him back to sleep.

"Morning, babe," Jimin whispers, as gentle as the hand he rests on Jungkook's shoulder. "I'm leaving to take Haewon to school soon."

Jungkook doesn't like the sound of that, because who's gonna pet him if Jimin leaves? Jungkook rolls on his back, stretching his like a cat and groaning at the amazing feeling. He wraps his arms around Jimin's middle and rolls over on his side again, forcing Jimin to lie down next to him. Jimin's protests turn into giggles.

Jungkook pins Jimin down on the mattress, throwing a leg over his hips and resting his head on his shoulder to bury his nose against his scent gland. He inhales deeply and the familiar scent of flowers filling his senses puts his wolf at ease.

"I don't have time, Jungkook," Jimin whines.

"I want cuddles," Jungkook's voice is rough from sleep. He clears his throat and squirms to get even more comfortable. He's reminded that he's naked when his soft cock brushes against the fabric of Jimin's jeans. Images of a wet and naked Jimin fills his mind but he's too sleepy to let the thoughts affect him.

"I'd love to give you cuddles but Haewon is waiting for me."

"She's busy watching TV," Jungkook mumbles before softly kissing Jimin's neck. "Just five minutes."

"You're just going to fall back asleep," Jimin protests but he's already caressing Jungkook's arm.

"Stroke my hair," Jungkook demands.

Jimin slides his arm under Jungkook's head and tangles his fingers in his hair. Jungkook sighs contentedly and bumps his nose against Jimin's neck. Jungkook doesn't do cuddles so he doesn't know where his morning neediness comes from.

When he was a kid, his mother used to cuddle him all the time but when Jungkook turned thirteen, he started to grow out of it. Like every teenager, he thought it was embarrassing to still ask for cuddles from his mother.

Taehyung is cuddly, way more than Jungkook is comfortable with and there's been instances where Jungkook didn't manage to escape his best friend's cuddles. He usually huffs and puffs but ultimately Taehyung always gets what he wants.

Jungkook only initiates cuddling when he's sad or drunk. He just has a hard time letting people take care of him.

Things are different with Jimin. Everything is.

It's probably an alpha thing, wanting cuddles from his omega, or Jungkook is simply tired of pretending like he doesn't like human contact. It's easier for Jungkook to be affectionate with Jimin because he knows that Jimin struggles with affection too. Jungkook is more comfortable taking care of people and making them happy, and judging from the way Jimin's scent sweetens every time Jungkook shows him affection, he likes it more than he lets on.

That makes Jungkook happy.

"You're like a puppy," Jimin says. Jungkook can hardly focus because Jimin is scratching his scalp and it feels amazing.

"Do you really have to leave?" Jungkook knows it's a stupid question but he's sleepy and Jimin is comfortable. He smells incredible, he's warm and Jungkook kind of wants to make out with him now.

"Yeah, I do," Jimin chuckles.

"Stay."

"You have work too."

The fact that Jimin knows his schedule makes Jungkook smile. Jimin must have memorized it now that they're together and see each other more often. Jungkook knows Jimin's too, he knows exactly when he can surprise him with lunch and when he can come see him after work, if only for a few minutes before he has to leave to pick Haewon up from school.

"Give me a kiss," Jungkook demands. He leans up on his forearm and looks down at Jimin for the first time this morning.

Jimin's hair is fanned out on the pillow, there's dark bags under his eyes, signs of years spent being a single parent, and from up this close Jungkook can see the freckles on his cheekbones.

Jungkook's never noticed those before but he falls in love with them instantly.

He brushes them with the pad of his index finger and Jimin looks at him curiously. Jungkook slides his finger down the bridge of his small nose, which he fell in love with the first time he saw Jimin at that bar, then he brushes his thumb on Jimin's pink bottom lip.

"You're beautiful," Jungkook whispers reverently. Jimin's natural pout turns into a soft smile, pink dusting his cheeks.

The first few times Jungkook met with Jimin, he was wearing eye makeup which made his eyes look more sultry than they actually are. Jungkook really fell in love with Jimin's eyes the first time he saw him without makeup on, like today. They look softer like this, less intimidating. Eyes are the mirror of the soul and Jungkook can attest to that. Jimin's brown eyes look warm and inviting, they pull you in until you're drowning in them and can't escape. Jimin captured Jungkook's heart the minute he laid his eyes on him.

Jungkook doesn't do denial. He knows that he's never felt that way about anyone else before. Granted he's never been in a relationship, but he knows that his feelings for Jimin are special, that they mean something. He can't really know for sure if it's love, and it's probably too early to tell but he knows that he almost told Jimin he loved him last night.

His brain has a bigger sense of self-preservation than he thought because the words didn't escape his mouth. It's too early to tell Jimin that he loves him, he knows that much. Jimin isn't ready to hear those words and Jungkook is okay with that. He doesn't have to tell Jimin, yet. He'll keep it to himself for now, and he'll wait for the right time.

"Are you going to let me give you a kiss or not?" Jimin says. His playful smile makes Jungkook roll his eyes.

"Sorry, I just got lost in your eyes," Jungkook says dramatically. It makes Jimin laugh.

"Don't say things like that it sounds cringe."

"Shut up and kiss me," Jungkook says before pressing his lips to Jimin's, laughing into the kiss. Jimin lets out a breathy moan when Jungkook drapes himself over him, slipping one leg in between his thighs. Jimin relaxes into the embrace, putty under Jungkook's lips.

Jimin tastes like toothpaste and coffee, his lips are soft and wet. Jungkook tilts his head to the side and sucks on Jimin's bottom lip. He flattens his hands on Jimin's sides, feeling the ridges of his ribs. Jungkook wishes Jimin was naked so he could feel his warm skin against his chest. The thought makes his alpha whine with desperation.

Jimin's hands slide down Jungkook's back, sending a shiver down his spine. Jungkook gives a teasing lick to Jimin's bottom lip and Jimin obediently opens his mouth. Jungkook releases a pleased hum, tongue sliding against Jimin's. He slides his hand down to Jimin's thigh and brings it up against his hip.

It was supposed to be a chaste morning kiss but Jungkook is kind of in the mood for morning sex now. Jimin's scent smells sweet, the way it always does when he loses himself in Jungkook's embrace. They deepen the kiss and their breathing picks up. Jungkook buries his hand in Jimin's hair to tilt his head to the side, running his tongue against the roof of his mouth to taste him. Jimin whines and tightens his hold on Jungkook's back.

Jungkook wishes he could spend the next hour buried in between Jimin's legs, fucking him nice and slow and worshipping his body. He would kiss him until they can't breathe and he would swallow every moan Jimin makes.

Unfortunately, the sound of the TV is a reminder that they're not alone and that Jungkook doesn't get to give Jimin the morning sex he deserves.

Jungkook pecks Jimin's lips two more times before kissing his cheek, his jaw and then his neck. He licks over Jimin's scent gland, earning a contented sigh. It's surprising that Jimin still smells like flowers when all Jungkook does is scent him. Jimin tilts his head back to expose his neck. Heat pools in the pit of Jungkook's stomach at the blatant show of submission. He nips at Jimin's scent gland and it makes the omega tremble. Jungkook smiles before kissing his way up to Jimin's mouth, pecking him one last time.

"Don't you have somewhere to be?" Jungkook smirks down at Jimin who looks completely wrecked.

"I wish I didn't," Jimin chuckles before licking his lips. Jungkook's eyes follow the motion. Jimin's plump and red lips look so inviting, Jungkook can't help but give him another kiss.

"I'm right here," Jungkook whispers against Jimin's jaw, "all naked for you, omega," he smiles when Jimin groans. Jungkook brushes his lips against the shell of Jimin's ear. "Ready to take you, right here, right now," Jimin's scent turns even sweeter. "What a shame you have to leave me like this."

"You're the worst," Jimin whines. It makes Jungkook laugh. "You like teasing me way too much."

"You like being teased just as much."

"Don't tease me too much because if I tease you back," Jimin smirks, brushing their lips together and wrapping a leg around Jungkook's waist, "you'll lose your mind, alpha."

Jungkook groans before biting Jimin's bottom lip. He tightens his hold on Jimin's waist and grinds their hips together, making Jimin gasp. Jungkook pecks his lips before rolling on his back. The sheets are pulled down and barely cover his crotch. His abs are on full display and he knows he looks like sin right now. He puts his arms behind his head and smirks at Jimin who's looking at him with hooded eyes.

"You can eat whatever you want for breakfast," Jimin says as he sits up. His hair looks a mess atop his head. He looks like he just came out of a quickie or a very heated make out session.

"Thank you."

"I should go, now."

"You should?" Jungkook cocks an eyebrow up. Jimin doesn't sound like he wants to leave at all.

"Aren't you gonna ask me to stay?"

"Do you wanna stay?"

"Do you want me to stay?"

Jungkook throws his head back and laughs. Jimin is pouting. He swats Jungkook's chest and frowns. Jungkook loves when Jimin gets needy and isn't afraid to ask for his attention. It doesn't happen very often because Jimin is still pretty guarded, which makes it even more special when he does.

Jimin crawls on Jungkook's lap and bends down to kiss him. Jungkook moans against his lips and wraps his arms around his waist. Jimin sucks on Jungkook's bottom lip and caresses his cheek softly. Jimin gives a teasing lick to Jungkook's top lip before pulling away.

"You're so annoying," he whispers before pecking Jungkook's lips. "Say you want me to stay."

"So, my baby wants to give me orders, now," Jungkook smirks. He brushes their noses together.

"Yes," Jimin kisses his cheek, "so be a good boy for once and do as you're told," he mutters before nipping at Jungkook's jaw. Jungkook's dick twitches under the sheets. It's unexpected but not unwelcome. Jimin sounds very sexy right now.

"Of course I want you to stay," Jungkook breathes out. "I want you to spend the day with me. Just the two of us, in this very bed."

"Hm," Jimin kisses Jungkook's forehead, "good pup."

"I'm not a pup," Jungkook frowns.

"You are."

"You know damn well I'm not," Jungkook says, groping Jimin's ass as if it proved anything. It only makes Jimin laugh.

"My pup," Jimin mumbles against his lips, before kissing him. Jungkook must admit that he doesn't hate the pet name.

"I don't want you to go," Jungkook whines, hugging Jimin tighter.

"I have to," Jimin pouts, brushing Jungkook's hair back.

"Not if I don't let you go."

"Don't let me call my daughter," Jimin smiles playfully.

"She's going to kill me if she finds us cuddling," Jungkook lets go of Jimin, eyes widening. It's too early to be the victim of Haewon's fury.

"It's adorable how you're scared of her," Jimin smiles before leaving a quick kiss on Jungkook's chest. He hops off the bed and rearranges his clothes. He's wearing blue jeans that are tight around his long legs and a simple black shirt tucked into them, accentuating the curve of his ass and the tightness of his waist. It's such a simple outfit but he looks incredible and Jungkook wants to wreck him. "I'll see you tonight."

"Give me another kiss," Jungkook puckers his lips and it makes Jimin snort but he does as he's told. "Have a good day."

"You too," Jimin beams.

It takes Jimin ten minutes to make Haewon stop watching TV, gather her things and make her leave the apartment. Jungkook hears everything and kinda has the urge to get dressed to go help Jimin but he doesn't know if it's appropriate. He's not sure Haewon would let Jungkook take care of her anyway.

Without them, the apartment is quiet. Jungkook is alone but he doesn't feel lonely. He's only been here for a night and things between him and Jimin already feel domestic. It's a feeling he could get used to. Jungkook is still nervous around Haewon but it's something he can work on.

Jimin is more open with him and he's starting to show his affectionate side. Jungkook is completely and utterly enamored. Jungkook's life might be a mess but at least his love life is going well. He doesn't have an apartment of his own, doesn't have a job that allows him to be fully independent but at least he has Jimin.

Jungkook sighs happily. The taste of flowers remains on his tongue.

Nothing can ruin his mood today.

............&............

Jungkook's mood is ruined.

It's two hours into his morning shift when he remembers the conversation they had with Seokjin yesterday. He totally forgot about tonight's dinner where he's supposed to meet all of Jimin's friends.

It's not that he doesn't want to meet them, it's that they're Jimin's family and it feels like he's meeting his parents for the first time. He's met Hoseok and Seokjin already and Jungkook likes them so hopefully he'll like the others.

Jungkook can't help but think about Taehyung.

He always spends his heats alone and Jungkook always worries. Jungkook asked many times if he could stay with him in case he needed anything but Taehyung always says that what he needs is his personal space. The fact that Jungkook is an alpha wouldn't help.

Jungkook's been nervous the whole morning. He can't stop thinking about how tonight will go, what he's going to say. Jungkook isn't good at socializing when he doesn't have alcohol in his system. He's even worse when he's under pressure. Jimin didn't mention it but Jungkook knows that if he doesn't get along with his friends then it would complicate things between them.

He's chewing on his lips and biting his nails when he walks inside Jimin's studio. It's lunch time and Jungkook thought he'd spend it with Jimin.

Jungkook is met with loud music. The room on the left is empty but there's a group of teenagers dancing in the room on the right. Jimin's facing them, closely watching the group of students performing a contemporary routine. Jungkook smiles fondly at Jimin, even though he can't see him, before heading to the reception desk where he finds Hoseok.

"Hey hyung," Jungkook bows politely. Hoseok looks up and beams at him. His welcoming aura always makes Jungkook feel comfortable around him.

"Jungkook!" Hoseok exclaims. "Here for Jiminie?"

"Yeah, I wanted to eat lunch with him."

"His class ends in ten minutes," Hoseok gestures towards the dancing students. "How are you doing?"

"I'm good."

"Jimin told me you're living at his place right now," Hoseok smirks. "How's Haewon?"

"She's adapting," Jungkook chuckles. "I'm always nervous around her but she's a good kid, she's nice to me. Most of the time."

"You'd know if she didn't like you."

Jungkook can't keep his eyes off of Jimin. He looks so serious and focused when he's in his element which is a side of him Jungkook's never seen before. It's obvious that he's passionate about dancing in the way his eyes shine with envy, like he's craving to join his students.

Jungkook wonders why Jimin decided to be a dance teacher instead of a professional dancer.

"Are you nervous about tonight?" Hoseok asks. He's typing something on his phone, not even looking at Jungkook.

"Yeah, very," Jungkook licks his lips nervously. "From what I understand, you guys are Jimin's family so I want to make a good impression."

Hoseok looks up and smiles at him, "You'll be alright."

"I met Seokjin hyung yesterday."

"Yeah, he told me."

"Oh," Jungkook scratches the back of his head. "I like him, he's funny."

"He likes you too," Hoseok smiles. "We like whoever makes Jimin happy."

It's nice to know that he's making Jimin happy when it's exactly what he's aiming for. It's obvious Jimin's personality has shone through these past few weeks which only makes Jungkook fall deeper for him each day.

"So, who else am I meeting tonight?"

"My mate Yoongi and Seokjin's mate Namjoon. We're bringing the pups so you'll meet them too. That's a lot of people," Hoseok chuckles.

"I'm nervous but I'm kind of excited, is that weird?"

"Not really," Hoseok shakes his head. "We're excited to meet you too. Jimin has been talking about you for so long. Namjoon and Yoongi can't wait to meet you."

The music suddenly stops and Jimin's muffled voice can be heard through the glass walls. Five minutes later the students leave the room one by one, quickly followed by Jimin who beams when he sees Jungkook.

"Hey," Jimin pecks him on the lips. "You're here for lunch?"

"Mhm," Jungkook nods. "I only have an hour though so we need to be quick."

"Okay, let me grab my wallet, I'll be back in a sec."

Jungkook's eyes follow Jimin until he disappears into the locker room. When he turns to Hoseok, the alpha quirks up an eyebrow.

"You're whipped."

"I didn't even do anything."

"You look at him like he's your whole world."

"Maybe he is," Jungkook shrugs. "Or maybe he's just pretty and I like looking at him."

"Sure, baby alpha," Hoseok chuckles.

"Don't start," Jungkook rolls his eyes. "Jimin just stopped calling me that."

"What does he call you now? Daddy?"

Jungkook scrunches his nose up but heat pools in the pit of his stomach. He remembers how Jimin called him that, that one night at the hotel. Jungkook liked it more than he'd like to admit.

"He calls me babe," Jungkook smiles proudly. His heart always flutters when Jimin uses pet names because it makes him feel special.

"That's cute," Hoseok pouts dramatically. "You are a baby after all."

"Shut up," Jungkook groans and it makes Hoseok laugh.

Jimin's return interrupts them. He smiles when he sees them laughing together. Jungkook wraps an arm around his shoulders and kisses his cheek.

"Ready?"

"Yep," he nods. "See you later, Hobi."

"Enjoy your lunch guys."

"Thank you," Jungkook says, waving at him before guiding Jimin out of the studio.

He doesn't take his arm off of Jimin's shoulders even as they walk to the restaurant. Jimin doesn't complain or try to push him away, instead he slides an arm around Jungkook's waist.

"What was so funny?" Jimin asks.

"Hyung thinks you call me daddy."

"Aish," Jimin slaps his stomach. "What did you tell him?" he whines.

"I didn't say anything! He just assumed."

"I can't have you guys being friends, you're the same type of alphas," Jimin shakes his head.

"What type is that?"

"Horny," Jimin says and it makes Jungkook laugh, "and you both lack a filter."

"I like him, I think we'll be best friends," Jungkook smirks and pulls Jimin towards him to make him trip. Jimin elbows him in the stomach before pushing him away and walking ahead of him. Jungkook laughs and runs to him, wrapping his arms around his shoulders to hug him from behind. They're forced to stop walking and it earns them a few frustrated sighs from other passersby.

"Taehyung is your best friend," Jimin says, desperately trying to unwrap Jungkook's arms from around his neck. "I'd rather you joke around with him."

"He's like Hoseok and I, he has no filter."

"He looks more distinguished than you two dumb alphas."

"He's a distinguished omega like you, but he doesn't think before speaking," Jungkook kisses the top of Jimin's head before letting him go. Jimin angrily takes his hand and starts walking again.

"We should invite him over for dinner to meet everyone after his heat is over."

Jungkook's heart skips a beat when Jimin says "we" , as if his apartment was theirs . Jimin doesn't seem to realize what he's said and Jungkook isn't going to point it out. Instead, he kisses Jimin's hand and gives him a fond smile.

"I think he'd like that," Jungkook says.

They arrive at a small restaurant not too far from campus and from Jimin's studio. Jungkook and Taehyung come here often on the weekends because they make great jajangmyeon, it's cheap and not a lot of people from college know about it. Jungkook greets the owner, an old lady who treats him and Taehyung like her grandsons. Jungkook guides Jimin to a table near the windows, pulling the chair out from under the table for Jimin to sit on. Jimin's face lights up at the gesture.

"Thank you," he says softly. Jungkook pecks him on the cheek before sitting on the other side of the table.

A waiter that Jungkook has never seen before brings them their menus and tells them he'll come back when they're ready to order.

"This place is really nice," Jimin says, looking around. "It's very homey."

"The food is really good here," Jungkook says. He doesn't even open the menu because he always orders the same thing. "I come here almost every Sunday with Tae. It reminds me of my mom's cooking."

"Speaking of Taehyung," Jimin says, looking at Jungkook over the menu. "Does he always go through his heats alone?"

"Yeah," Jungkook sighs, "if I could I'd help him out." Jimin frowns and his scent sours. Jungkook wants to laugh because he finds Jimin's jealousy cute, but he doesn't want to offend him. "Not like that," Jungkook smiles. Jimin is still frowning. "I mean I'd make sure he's eating and drinking, that's it. I wouldn't touch him."

"Right," Jimin nods slowly and his scent goes back to normal. "Doesn't he have an omega friend that can help him with that?"

"Help him with...?" Jungkook's eyes widen. The thought of Jimin pleasuring a wet and writhing Taehyung crosses his mind and he's not sure how to take that. He quickly shakes his head.

"I'm not talking about sex, Jungkook," Jimin rolls his eyes. "Help him with food, cleaning up and everything."

"Oh, right," Jungkook chuckles. "No he doesn't have a friend like that," he clears his throat. He's pretty sure he's blushing.

"I could check up on him, if you want," Jimin sounds hesitant. "To make sure he's okay."

"Would you really?"

"Yeah," Jimin nods and gives him a soft smile. "Alone though," he scratches the back of his head. "I don't want to lose control again and I will, if you come with me."

"Of course," Jungkook licks his lips, "thank you, Jimin."

"I'll go tomorrow," Jimin smiles happily. Jungkook wants to reach over the table and kiss him.

He is grateful. He always worries about Taehyung when he's all alone during his heats. Jungkook isn't an expert but Taehyung says it's hard without an alpha. Jungkook had no idea omegas took care of each other during heats. When alphas spend their rut alone, they have to deal with it. Alpha camaraderie doesn't extend to the bedroom. Jungkook really appreciates Jimin's concern, especially because he barely knows Taehyung.

"Everything sounds good, I don't know what to order," Jimin says. "What are you ordering?"

"I always order pork cutlet with rice."

"Pork cutlet it is then," Jimin closes his menu.

"You don't have to order the same thing."

"I want to."

"Are we that type of couple?" Jungkook smiles. "The type that wear matching clothes and eat the same things."

"Today we are," Jimin smiles back, leaning on the table. "I'd rather wear your clothes though."

"That can be arranged," Jungkook smirks. "You'd look really cute in my clothes."

"I'm gonna start wearing your hoodies to bed then."

"Not if i take it off of you before bed."

"Aish," Jimin giggles, dropping his head down. "Are you the type to have sex every night before bed?"

"Of course," Jungkook shrugs. "Good sex before bed makes you sleepy. Makes for a good night's sleep."

"You sound like an expert," Jimin smiles, resting his chin on his hand.

"You know I am," Jungkook winks, leaning on the table.

"A sex expert?" Jimin asks and smiles when Jungkook nods. "It's true," Jimin strokes Jungkook's cheek gently, "you're very good at it."

"Lucky you," Jungkook mumbles, leaning in to brush their lips together.

"Lucky me," Jimin smiles before kissing him.

They're interrupted by the sound of someone clearing their throat. They both blush when they look up at the waiter.

"Can I take your order?"

"Sure," Jungkook says, trying not to laugh, "two plates of pork cutlet with rice, a coke for me and for you, baby?"

"Just water, please," Jimin smiles up at the waiter who writes down their order.

"Coming right up," he says, after collecting their menus.

"Where were we?" Jungkook says, puckering his lips up and leaning in to kiss Jimin.

"Enough of that," Jimin pushes Jungkook's face away.

It takes ten minutes for their food and drinks to arrive, ten minutes that Jungkook spends pouting while Jimin calls him ridiculous.

"You know," Jimin says around the food in his mouth, "I totally forgot about tonight's dinner," he swallows and takes a sip of his water. Jungkook stopped pouting as soon as the waiter put his plate in front of him. "I'm not ready at all, I have no groceries and I don't even know what I'm gonna cook."

"Have I been distracting you, lately?" Jungkook smirks.

"You know you have," Jimin accusingly points his chopsticks at him, "so, you're gonna help me out. I can't go grocery shopping and pick Haewon up from school at the same time."

"I'll pick her up."

"I'd have to call the school to tell them you're picking her up and everything. I think it's easier if you go grocery shopping, I'll give you a list."

"I wouldn't trust me with picking out ingredients, I probably won't know what half of the things on your list are."

"But you want me to trust you with my daughter?" Jimin asks. His eyes are full of mirth when he says it but Jungkook knows he's being serious.

"Good point."

Jimin is right. Jungkook knows nothing about kids and he certainly doesn't know how to take care of them. He just knows they're a lot of work. Jungkook is not even sure he trusts himself to be alone with Haewon. He wouldn't want to mess it up or to worry Jimin.

"Okay," Jimin says after a while.

"Huh?"

"I'll do the groceries and you can pick Haewon up."

"I really don't mind going to the store," Jungkook shakes his head. "I was just kidding."

"I know but I think it's better if I go," Jimin shrugs. "I'll call the school this afternoon. You'll have to pick her up and take care of her until I get home."

"I regret offering," Jungkook says it simply because he's nervous, not because he means it.

"Yah!" Jimin kicks him in the shin and Jungkook almost chokes on his food. "If you want to be with me you're gonna have to learn how to take care of her."

"I know," Jungkook whines, rubbing at his leg. "It's scary though."

"It's also scary for me to leave her with you," Jimin pouts, looking down at his food.

Jimin's right again. Just because he likes Jungkook doesn't mean it's easy for him to trust him with Haewon. It doesn't matter how nervous Jungkook is, he knows he'd never let anything bad happen to Haewon. There's no guarantee of that though, accidents happen. Jimin will probably never stop worrying about Haewon when she's away from him but Jungkook can try to make him worry less.

"I'll be careful, Jimin," Jungkook says, reaching for Jimin's hand over the table. "You can trust me."

"I do trust you," Jimin gives him a soft smile, tightening his hold on Jungkook's hand. "I'm still nervous."

"I understand," Jungkook brings his hand to his mouth to give it a kiss. "You can give me 100 instructions on how to take care of Haewon if it makes you feel better," he takes his phone out of his pocket. "I can take notes."

"Shut up," Jimin chuckles, pushing his phone away. "You don't have to," he mumbles, intertwining their fingers. He pauses for a few seconds and then says, "but okay, start typing."

Jungkook snorts and spends the rest of their lunch, listening to Jimin and taking notes.

............&............

Turns out Jimin really has a hundred instructions on how to take care of Haewon. Jungkook reads over his notes titled "Parenting 101" in the subway on his way to Haewon's school. It's ridiculous how many notes he had to take when he's only going to spend a few hours with her, but they might come in handy in the future.

When Jungkook arrives at the school, there's already a lot of parents there. Jungkook is totally out of his comfort zone. Everyone here looks like they're in their thirties and like they all have their lives figured out. Jungkook decides to stay in the back to avoid attracting attention. He takes his phone out of his pocket and shoots a quick text to Jimin.

Jungkook must look like an idiot smiling down at his phone like that but he doesn't really care. He pockets his phone and looks up, meeting a guy's eyes. The guy is looking at him strangely, as if he knows him but can't recall how. He's tall and broad-shouldered, probably an alpha. He has gentle but focused eyes and plump lips. Jungkook quirks an eyebrow up in question but the guy simply looks away. Jungkook frowns and decides to let it go.

The bell rings, announcing the end of class. Every parent turn their attention to the schoolgate. A young woman walks out of the main building, followed by a group of kids. She opens the gates and starts saying her goodbyes to the students. Jungkook's eyes are trained on the group to try and spot Haewon but she's nowhere to be seen yet. It takes her a good five minutes to come out. Her hair are held up in a ponytail by a pink scrunchy that matches her pink dress. She looks around the parking lot in search of Jimin.

"Haewon!" Jungkook calls out as he walks up to the gates. Her face lights up when she sees him.

"Jungkook oppa?" she frowns when she doesn't spot Jimin next to him. "Where's mommy?"

"He's grocery shopping," Jungkook says, smiling softly. "I'm picking you up today."

"Oh," she mutters, "okay."

"Hi," the woman says, "are you Jeon Jungkook-ssi?"

"Yes," Jungkook bows.

"Ah yes, Haewon's mom called earlier today," she smiles, putting a strand of hair behind her ear. "My name is Choi Eunji, I'm Haewon's teacher," she bows. "It's nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you, too," Jungkook clears his throat when a wave of pheromones hits his nose. She's an omega.

"I've never seen you around before," she tilts her head to the side. "Are you family?"

Haewon stands beside him and crosses her arms. Jungkook doesn't really know how to answer. Is he family? Not really. Not yet, at least.

"I'm Jimin's boyfriend," he says truthfully. There's no point in hiding it.

"Oh?" she says, eyes widening. There's disappointment in her scent and a hint of something spicier, something challenging and if Jimin was here the scent would probably be a lot stronger. "I didn't know Jimin had a boyfriend," she can barely hide the contempt in her voice.

"It's pretty new," Jungkook smiles awkwardly, scratching the back of his head. Her scent is way too strong, it makes Jungkook uncomfortable. She smells like apples and cinnamon, and Jungkook has never hated the scent more than he does now.

"How new?" she says, lowering her voice to a more seductive tone.

"A few months," Jungkook says. Haewon's usual sweet scent turns sour and Jungkook's first instinct is to make it go away. He slides his hand to her shoulder and rubs his thumb against it. She relaxes into the touch. "You'll probably see me more often from now on," he says assuredly, looking up at Eunji.

"That's good," she smiles and she actually seems pleased. "May I ask how old you are, Jungkook-ssi?"

"I'm 21."

"Oh," she smirks. "We're almost the same age, I'm 23." Jungkook doesn't really know how to answer so he simply nods. "Are you still a student?"

"I'm graduating in two months," he gives her a polite smile.

"How did you and Jimin meet then?" she cocks her head to the side. "I didn't know he frequented younger people."

Jungkook is getting more annoyed by the minute. What she's implying annoys him. He's never really cared about his age difference with Jimin but the way she says it, like Jimin should be ashamed of their relationship, doesn't sit right with Jungkook.

"Fate," Jungkook shrugs. "Jimin and I were meant to meet each other," he sounds curt. Haewon looks up at him with curious eyes. Jungkook smiles down at her and strokes the back of her head.

"Oh," she says, sounding bitter. "He's very lucky to have found such a handsome alpha."

She just doesn't know how to quit, Jungkook thinks. He's not flattered by the compliment, he's just annoyed. The way she keeps flirting with him shows she doesn't think his relationship with Jimin is serious and it frustrates him.

"I'm the lucky one," he gives her a sirrupy smile. "Sometimes it feels like I've found my soulmate," he fakes a chuckle.

"Ah," she breathes out, clearing her throat. "So, you two really love each other then."

"We're getting there," Jungkook says. He's already there.

"My mommy likes Jungkook oppa a lot," Haewon says, pointedly looking at her. "He's his alpha," the possessiveness in her voice almost makes Jungkook laugh.

"What about you Haewon?" Eunji smiles sweetly but it looks fake. "Do you like Jungkook oppa a lot too?"

Jungkook sighs heavily. He's tired of her inappropriate questions. Haewon shouldn't have to answer that and it's none of her business anyway.

"We have to go," he doesn't let Haewon answer. "Jimin's waiting for us at home," he lies.

"You guys live together?" she sounds surprised.

"Aren't your questions a bit too invasive miss Choi?" Jungkook asks, giving her a fake smile. If Jimin was here she'd have gotten her throat ripped out by now.

"I apologize," she says, looking down at the floor, faking innocence. Jungkook rolls his eyes. "I just like getting to know the people in my students' lives. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, Jungkook-ssi."

"I'll make sure Jimin knows how friendly you are with the people in Haewon's life," Jungkook says.

"Right," she lets out an uncomfortable chuckle.

"As I said, we really need to go now."

"Mommy probably misses us," Haewon says, tilting her chin up and flipping her hair back. Jungkook has to stop himself from smiling. "See you on Monday miss Choi."

"See you on Monday, Haewon. Have a nice weekend," she smiles. "I hope to see you again soon, Jungkook-ssi."

Jungkook gives her a tight smile but doesn't return the sentiment. Haewon turns to leave and Jungkook quickly follows. His eyes meet the guy from earlier. He's looking at him with an amused smile. Jungkook returns his smile awkwardly before jogging up to Haewon.

"Where's your car, oppa?" she asks, looking up at him.

"I don't have a car."

"Why not?" she frowns.

"Because I'm broke," he shrugs.

"What does that mean?" she cocks her head to the side, like a puppy. Jungkook has to stop himself from smiling at how cute she looks.

"It means I don't have enough money to buy a car. Not yet, at least. We're gonna have to walk."

"Okay," she says, smiling. "I like walking."

"Good," he beams. "Give me your backpack," he says, sliding it off her shoulders. It's pretty heavy for such a small backpack. Jungkook only notices now that it's a Little Mermaid one.

"Thank you," she says softly. "Can we go now?"

"Yes," Jungkook nods, putting his arms through one of the straps. He offers his hand to Haewon and she looks at it for so long that Jungkook starts doubting himself. They've never initiated contact with each other until a few minutes ago.

She slowly lifts her hand to take it, wrapping her small fingers around his longer ones. She smiles up at Jungkook and Jungkook returns it, warmth filling his chest. Jungkook starts walking in the direction of the subway, little mermaid backpack on his shoulder and a scary eight year old at his side.

"Don't tell mommy about teacher Eunji, he won't like it," she says, looking straight ahead.

"You want me to lie to your mom?"

"It's not lying," she whines. "It's just not telling him."

"It's kinda like lying," Jungkook teases. He smiles when she pouts. "You should always be honest with your mom."

"Not if it upsets him."

Jungkook's heart squeezes in his chest. He relates a lot to Haewon's protectiveness, but he thinks that she's too young to worry about these things. Jungkook tightens his hold around her hand.

"Even if it upsets him," he says, looking down at her. "He would rather know the truth and be upset about it than not knowing at all." She pouts even more but she looks like she's considering Jungkook's words. "For example, if I hated the Little Mermaid," she looks up at him with an offended expression on her face, "would you want me to tell you the truth or would you want me to lie."

"Do you hate the Little Mermaid?" she frowns.

"Do you want me to tell you the truth?" Jungkook cocks an eyebrow up.

"Of course."

"Do you understand what I mean?"

"Yes, I do," she mumbles. "I want to know the truth even if it upsets me."

"Exactly," Jungkook nods. "Your mommy too."

They stop at a stoplight until it turns green. Haewon looks both ways two times before crossing the road, like Jimin probably taught her to and it makes Jungkook smile.

"So, do you hate the Little Mermaid?"

"No, I like it," Jungkook chuckles. It makes her smile.

Before long, they enter the stuffy subway station, patiently waiting for their train. Haewon doesn't let go of Jungkook's hand. It's rush hour so the train is full when it finally arrives but Jungkook manages to find a spot by the doors.

"Do you want me to carry you?" Jungkook asks when he sees how uncomfortable Haewon is, squished between him and a man in a suit. She nods and lifts her arms up. Jungkook lifts her up and and she wraps her arms around his neck. This way she can breathe more easily. Jungkook tries his best to keep his balance when the train starts moving, leaning against the doors.

"Do you like teacher Eunji?" Haewon asks after a few minutes.

"Not at all."

"She's pretty."

"She's rude," Jungkook smiles when Haewon giggles. "Don't worry about it, Haewon. I'm not interested in teacher Eunji. I love your mom."

Jungkook silently winces when he realizes what he says. He really needs to work on his brain-to-mouth filter, especially in front of Haewon.

"Thank you," she breathes out and Jungkook almost doesn't hear it over the noise of the train.

"For what?" he asks.

"For loving my mommy."

Jungkook's breath hitches in his throat. She sounds so sincere.

"It's very easy to love him," Jungkook says, smiling at her.

"Yes, it is," she smiles back.

............&............

Jungkook unlocks the door using the code Jimin texted him and lets Haewon in first.

"Snacks!" She yells excitedly once she gets rid of her shoes, running straight for the kitchen.

"Wait a minute, Haewon," Jungkook says as he struggles to take his own shoes off. He sighs when he sees Haewon's jacket on the floor. Jungkook hangs it up on the coat hanger and then takes off his own.

"I'm so hungry," Haewon says. She's standing up on chair to reach for the snack cupboard. Jungkook lets out a horrified gasp when he sees her.

"Haewon, be careful!" he says, running up to her. He holds the chair in place so it doesn't tip over.

"It's fine, I do this all the time, oppa," she opens the cupboard and blindly paws at the snacks.

"I doubt Jimin lets you do this." Her mischievous giggle confirms it. "What do you want? Let me grab it for you."

"I got it!" she says proudly, showing off her snack of choice. Jungkook rolls his eyes at her before putting her on the floor. She runs all the way to the living room couch. Jungkook puts the chair back at the dining table before heading to Haewon's bedroom.

He snorts when he sees it for the first time. It feels like he's entering a Little Mermaid shrine. The room is a little bit smaller than Jimin's but it's comfortable enough for an eight year old. Ariel is everywhere, on the bed sheets, on the walls, on the pillows and even on the floor. The room is tidy, except for a few toys scattered here and there on the floor.

Jungkook sets Haewon's backpack next to her desk and stops in front of the pictures hanging on the wall. Most of them are of her and Jimin and in all of them they're smiling or laughing. Jungkook can't help but smile too. There's pictures of baby Haewon in Jimin's arms, toddler Haewon walking towards Jimin which Jungkook assumes was her first steps, and more pictures of current Haewon at the park with Jimin and friends.

Haewon's father is nowhere to be seen.

"Oppa!"

Jungkook startles and dramatically puts a hand over his heart. He walks into the living room where Haewon is sitting in front of the TV, mouth full of food.

"What is it?" Jungkook asks.

"Can we play now?"

"Sure, what do you wanna play?"

"I wanna draw," Haewon says excitedly. She hops off the couch and opens a drawer of the TV cabinet and takes out some supplies. She puts everything on the coffee table and sits cross-legged on the floor. "Come here," she says. It sounds more like a command.

"What are we drawing?" Jungkook asks as he sits next to her. She gives him some paper and spreads out all of her pens and crayons in front of them.

"Can we draw each other?"

"Alright," Jungkook smiles and picks up a pencil, "let's do it."

Haewon beams. They start drawing in comfortable silence. The living room smells like peaches and the woods. Haewon is so focused, her tongue peeks out of her mouth. She throws glances at Jungkook every once in a while to replicate his features on paper.

"Yah!" Jungkook exclaims when he peeks at her drawing. "Why are you drawing my nose so big?"

"Because it's big," she giggles.

"It's not that big," Jungkook pouts.

"It fits your face oppa, it's ok," she says, not even looking up from her drawing.

"Thanks," Jungkook chuckles. "Draw it properly, though!"

"I am!" she laughs.

"Aish," Jungkook shakes his head in fake annoyance. For an eight year old, Haewon is pretty good at drawing. She pays attention to detail. She even drew a small dot on the tip of Jungkook's nose to draw his mole.

"You have bunny teeth," Haewon says. Jungkook didn't notice she was looking at him.

"Yeah, my mom says I look like a bunny all the time."

"Where's your mom, oppa?"

The question catches him off guard. It's the first time Haewon asks him something about him that doesn't involve his relationship with Jimin.

"She lives in Busan with my dad."

"Mommy's from Busan too!" she says, head shooting up.

"I know," Jungkook chuckles, "he told me."

"That's so cool," she beams. "Did you meet when you were kids?"

"Oh no," Jungkook shakes his head.

"How did you meet then?"

"Your mom never told you?"

"Nope."

That's awkward. How do you explain to your boyfriend's daughter that you chatted him up at a bar to try and take him home?

"We met at a bar," Jungkook clears his throat. "I thought your mom was the prettiest person ever," he smiles fondly, remembering how ethereal Jimin looked that night, "and I wanted to talk to him. I was so nervous," he chuckles. "I thought he would tell me to go away but he was really nice to me."

"You're pretty too," Haewon says, "that's why mommy talked to you. You're nice too, so he probably liked you a lot."

"I think he did," Jungkook breathes out, smiling.

Jimin probably found him infuriating the first time they met but it's part of Jungkook's charm. Jimin ended up reaching out to him a few days later anyway.

"You drew my lips too big!," Haewon says, a pouty look on her face.

"That's how they look!"

"No they're cuter in real life," Haewon flips her hair back. Jungkook snorts.

"I drew them like they look in real life."

"They're too big."

"You have your mommy's lips," Jungkook shrugs.

"Mommy's lips are bigger. You can't draw him you have to draw me."

Jungkook isn't above bickering with an eight year old but he'll let her have it for today.

"You're a tough judge."

"Draw my eyes," Haewon says, pointing at Jungkook's drawing. She's as commanding as Jimin.

"You have big eyes," Jungkook says. He focuses on drawing them, tongue peeking out of his mouth.

"Like my dad," she says softly.

"Yes," Jungkook nods. There's a hint of sadness in her scent that doesn't sit right with Jungkook. She doesn't mention her dad very often so Jungkook doesn't really know what to say. He doesn't know how to make her feel better either.

"Your eyes are big, too," Haewon smiles up at him.

"They are," Jungkook chuckles.

They settle into comfortable silence but Haewon still doesn't smell right. Jungkook can see in the corner of his eyes that she keeps playing with her pencil instead of drawing.

"Oppa?" she says after a few minutes. Jungkook stops drawing.

"Hm?" he looks at her instead.

"Do you like my dad?" she mumbles, looking down at her hands. Jungkook grimaces. He can't really tell her the truth but he doesn't want to lie either.

"I don't know him well enough."

"Hm," the answer doesn't seem to satisfy her.

"After I get to know him more, I will tell you if I like him," Jungkook bumps their shoulders together. It makes her smile.

"I don't think he likes you," she looks up at him then. She looks sad when she says it.

"Maybe not," Jungkook shrugs. He's not that bothered by it.

"I think he's jealous because he doesn't want mommy to be with anyone else."

Jungkook has noticed it too. Every time he meets Jungwoo, he radiates hostility. At first, Jungkook didn't really understand why after so many years he still gets jealous, especially when he was the one who left Jimin in the first place. Now he can understand. Jimin has an addicting effect on people. Even when you leave him, you're left wanting more. Jungkook wonders if Jungwoo ever tried to get back with Jimin.

"I think you're right," Jungkook says.

"But he's not mommy's alpha anymore so he can't be jealous."

"You can't really control jealousy," Jungkook says, brushing a strand of Haewon's hair out of her face. "I understand your dad. I don't want your mommy to be with anyone else either."

"Yeah, but you love mommy," the words makes Jungkook's breath hitch in his throat. "Daddy doesn't. He left mommy years ago."

Jungkook sighs heavily. The sadness in Haewon's scent thickens and it makes his alpha feel uneasy. He releases calming pheromones in hope it will somehow comfort her. Jungkook can't pretend like he understands what Haewon is going through. His own parents have always been together and he's lived a happy childhood. Haewon's childhood is a bit more complicated but he knows that Jimin tried hard to offer her stability.

He remembers how hurt Jimin felt last night, when Haewon brought up the same subject.

"I thought he still loved mommy but I don't think he does anymore," Haewon breathes out.

"Why do you think that?"

"He doesn't look at mommy the way you look at him."

Jungkook clears his throat. He's overwhelmed with both sadness and pride. It must be hard for Haewon to see her mom be happy with someone who isn't her dad.

"I can't really speak for your dad," Jungkook starts hesitantly. He needs to be careful with what he says. He's not sure that it's even his place to have this conversation with Haewon. He's afraid of saying the wrong thing but he doesn't want to just brush the whole thing off and pretend like Haewon isn't trying to open up to him. "I'm sure he loved your mom very much when they were younger and they had you."

"Maybe," Haewon is pouting, a sad expression on her face," but he never made mom happy. That's why I don't like him."

"You don't like your dad?" Jungkook can't hide the surprise in his voice.

"No," she sounds categorical. It breaks Jungkook's heart to hear her say that. He can't imagine what it's like to hate someone you're supposed to look up to at such a young age.

"I think..." Jungkook starts, but it takes him a while to find the right words. He scratches the back of his head and sighs.

"You can be honest," Haewon says, looking up at him. "Mommy doesn't like it when I say that either."

"Relationships are complicated. I think your parents loved each other very much when they were younger and when they had you, but sometimes relationships don't work out and it's better to break up than being unhappy. Your parents stopped loving each other but they never stopped loving you. I think your dad loves you very much."

"How can I love someone that hurt my mom?"

Jungkook's taken aback by her question. She's right, how can she love someone who made the person she loves the most suffer? Jungkook hates Jungwoo for that exact same reason. Does it change anything that Jungwoo is her dad? Does it mean he's forgivable no matter what he does?

"What if your mom forgives your dad?" Jungkook asks Haewon.

"I don't know," she mumbles. Jungkook relates to that. He's not sure he could ever like Jungwoo even if Jimin forgave him.

"Do you feel guilty for loving your dad?"

"Sometimes I do," Haewon says. She bites on her bottom lip and fidgets with her fingers. "I know my mom hates him," her voice sounds wobbly. "I don't want to love someone my mom hates."

Jungkook takes one of Haewon's hand and rubs soothing patterns over it with his thumb. She looks up at him with shiny eyes and relaxes into the touch.

"I don't think your mom hates your dad", he shakes his head. "I think he's still hurt by a lot of things your dad did, but i don't think he hates him." Haewon simply shrugs, eyes darting to their joined hands. She wraps her fingers around Jungkook's. "Your mom never would have had you without your dad. I think he's very thankful for that."

"Yeah," she breathes out. She sounds unconvinced.

"Have you ever told your mom this?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"I don't want to upset him."

"Remember what we said earlier?," Jungkook shakes their hands gently until she looks up at him. He gives her a soft smile. "About being honest?"

"I should tell him even if it upsets him," she repeats Jungkook's words with conviction.

"Yes," Jungkook nods. "You can tell your mom anything. He's strong enough to handle it."

"One day I will."

"When you're ready," Jungkook tightens his hold on her hand and smiles.

"When I'm ready," she smiles back.

Jungkook lets go of her hand and they both go back to their drawings. Sadness slowly disappears from Haewon's scent but Jungkook doesn't stop releasing calming pheromones. They draw in comfortable silence until they're interrupted by the sound of the door opening. Jungkook smells Jimin's flowery scent before he sees him. He stands up and heads to the entryway where Jimin is trying to take his shoes off with an armful of groceries.

"Hey," Jungkook says, taking the bags from Jimin.

"Hey," Jimin smiles up at him. "Everything okay?" he frowns. He probably can smell the remnants of calming pheromones in Jungkook's scent.

"Everything went well," Jungkook pecks him on the lips to placate him. He walks to the kitchen to put the bags on the counter.

"Hi baby," Jimin says when he walks into the living room, bending down to hug Haewon. Haewon returns the hug and kisses him on the cheek. "How was school?"

"It was good!" she beams. "Did you have fun dancing?"

"I did," Jimin chuckles, rubbing their cheeks together to scent her. "Did you have fun with Jungkook?" he asks, looking at both of their drawings with fond eyes.

"Yes," she nods. "Look he drew me," she points at Jungkook's drawing. "He did my lips too big but the rest is good."

Jimin laughs when Jungkook mumbles "I did not," under his breath.

"You two did an amazing job. My little artists," he hugs Haewon tightly and it makes her giggle. Her scent is sweeter now that Jimin is here.

Jimin leaves her to join Jungkook in the kitchen. Jungkook is busy taking the groceries out of the bags. Jimin leans against the counter and stares at him with fondness in his eyes.

"You're really good at drawing," he says.

"Thank you, baby," Jungkook smiles at him.

"Would you ever draw me?"

"I'd rather take pictures of you."

"I'd like that too," Jimin smiles before helping Jungkook. Jungkook doesn't take pictures of people very often, his main model being Taehyung, but Jimin's beauty would make gorgeous pictures. Jungkook would love to add them to his collection.

"Are you sure everything went well?" Jimin asks, eyebrows furrowed.

"Yes," Jungkook nods. "We just drew and had a nice conversation." Jungkook doesn't want to tell him about what they talked about just yet. He's not sure if he should be the one bringing it up or if he should let Haewon do it.

"Did the school cause you any problems?"

Jungkook's heart sinks. He kind of forgot about what happened earlier. He did tell Haewon that honesty is the best policy but right now he kind of wants to pretend like he didn't get hit on by her teacher. Kind of hypocritical of him, but he doesn't want to worry Jimin. He also doesn't want to lie.

"I met miss Eunji," he clears his throat. "She's...," he scratches the back of his head, "something."

"She's lovely, Haewon really likes her," Jimin smiles.

"Hm, I'm not sure she does anymore," he walks to the fridge to avoid Jimin's gaze.

"What do you mean?"

"She tried to flirt with me," Jungkook says, closing the fridge after putting the groceries away.

He's met with complete silence and the sharpness of Jimin's scent. He smells like he did in Taehyung's apartment. Jungkook's heart starts racing in his chest, his alpha getting agitated.

"I didn't flirt back!" he says hurriedly, walking up to Jimin's side. "I told her that I was your boyfriend and that we were very happy."

Jimin's gaze is transfixed on the pack of noodles he's holding. He's frowning and Jungkook can see him tightening his hold on the noodles. His scent is all over the place, with hints of anger, sadness and desperation.

"Jimin, baby," Jungkook breathes out. "Talk to me."

"I'm pissed," Jimin clears his throat. "I kind of want to rip her head off."

Jungkook turns Jimin around to face him and wraps his arms around his waist. He buries his nose against Jimin's scent gland and inhales deeply. Jimin rests his hands on Jungkook's shoulders and exposes his neck. Jungkook leaves feather-like kisses on his skin, tightening his hold around Jimin. He hates when Jimin is upset and scenting him seems to always calm him down. Jungkook fills his lungs with Jimin's flowery scent. His alpha is desperate to make the omega happy again.

"Baby," Jungkook whispers against Jimin's jaw before leaving a kiss there. Jimin loops his arms around Jungkook's neck and looks up at him. The fragile look on his face breaks Jungkook's heart.

"If you weren't with me," Jimin mutters, licking his lips. Jungkook gives him a soft peck. "Would you be interested in her?"

"No," Jungkook doesn't even have to think about it.

"She's pretty," Jimin brushes Jungkook's hair out of his face, "and she's younger."

"I don't care," Jungkook whispers against Jimin's lips before kissing him. Jimin sighs into the kiss, tangling his fingers in Jungkook's hair.

"I hate feeling like this," Jimin says after they break the kiss. He's frowning but his scent has sweetened.

"Like what?"

"I don't know, just" he shrugs, "insecure, I guess." Jungkook nuzzles Jimin's cheek. "I know you like me, I know you find me beautiful because you tell me every day, but I can't help but feel like one day you'll find someone better."

"I don't want anyone else," Jungkook shakes his head. "I'll never find someone better than you."

"You don't know that," Jimin gives him a sad smile. It's crazy to Jungkook that Jimin feels that way when Jungkook thinks the world of him. He's never felt so strongly about another omega before and deep down, Jungkook knows Jimin's the one.

"You're right, I don't know," Jungkook shrugs and bumps their noses together, "but you always think that I'm gonna be the one leaving you for someone else when you could do so much better than me."

"Don't say that," Jimin frowns and pouts. He looks like he's actually distraught.

"It's true."

"It's not," Jimin kisses his lips. "You're perfect the way you are Jungkook." The words make Jungkook's heart swell with warmth.

"And you're perfect the way you are," Jungkook smiles down at him. "I just want you, Jimin. Don't push me away because you think I'm gonna leave you."

"I don't want to push you away. I'm just scared."

"So am I," Jungkook admits against Jimin's lips. "But I'm also really happy right now. You make me really happy," he hugs Jimin tighter. It makes Jimin smile. "I understand how you feel because I would feel the same way if someone flirted with you, but I trust you."

"I trust you, too," Jimin looks at him with sincere eyes.

"Then stop worrying, okay. I'm yours."

"And I'm yours."

"Hm," Jungkook smirks. Hearing Jimin say that always gets to him. "Yeah, you are."

Jungkook catches his lips in a heavy kiss. Jimin hums against his lips. Jungkook tilts his head to the side and licks at Jimin's bottom lip until their tongues meet. He pushes Jimin against the counter and gropes his ass, making Jimin moan.

If it was up to him, Jungkook would fuck Jimin right here, on his kitchen counter, but he's fully aware that they're not alone in the room and that their sudden makeout session is already inappropriate enough. Jimin doesn't seem to mind though, as he pulls on Jungkook's hair to bring him even closer. He bites on Jungkook's bottom lip before soothing the sting with his tongue. Jungkook's breathing heavily, hands itching to slip under Jimin's shirt to feel his hot skin.

Jimin's scent is filled with heavy arousal and it's messing with Jungkook's head. His heart is about to beat out of his chest when they're interrupted by Haewon's voice.

"You smell!" she cries out.

Jimin pushes Jungkook away so forcefully that Jungkook almost falls on his ass. Jimin wipes his mouth and turns to Haewon who's looking at them with an unimpressed look. Jimin chuckles nervously and runs his hand in his hair, clearing his throat. Jungkook rolls his eyes at him and wills his alpha to calm down.

"Sorry, sweetheart," Jimin says. He's blushing.

"I'll go play in my room," Haewon says, as she stands up. "Don't make pups while I'm gone."

"Haewon!" Jimin gasps, but Haewon simply giggles as she runs to her room. Jungkook barks out a laugh, earning a slap on the chest from Jimin. "It's not funny."

"It kind of is," Jungkook chuckles. He tries to bring Jimin closer but Jimin slaps his hands away.

"Don't touch me, Satan."

"Come on," Jungkook whines, "give me more kisses."

"No," he turns his back to Jungkook, busying himself with the groceries sitting on the counter. Jungkook grabs his hips and brings him to his chest, brushing his lips against the shell of his ear. Jimin lets out a soft gasp but continues to ignore Jungkook.

"We're alone."

"So?" Jimin tilts his head to the side when Jungkook starts trailing kisses down his neck. "Want me to bend over for you?"

Jungkook lets out a deep growl and his hold on Jimin's hips become painful. "Yes," he groans, nipping at Jimin's scent gland.

"I was kidding," Jimin breathes out.

"I'm not."

"That's too bad."

"Tease," Jungkook licks a stripe up Jimin's neck and grinds his hips against his ass. Jimin shudders in his hold.

"One day, I'll let you," Jimin says. He smiles when Jungkook hums happily. "Not today, though."

Jungkook turns Jimin's face to kiss him. Jimin is pliant, opening his mouth to welcome Jungkook's tongue. Jungkook grinds on Jimin's ass a few more times before sliding his hand to Jimin's stomach and softening the kiss. Jimin whines into the kiss when Jungkook strokes his face with his thumb. Jungkook's heart is threatening to beat out of his chest again but this time it's not due to arousal. Jimin intertwines their fingers together over his stomach and leans back against Jungkook's chest.

Jungkook pulls away and starts peppering kisses all over Jimin's face, making him giggle. Jimin purses his lips up to demand another kiss and Jungkook grants him his wish. Jungkook bumps their noses together and finally lets go of Jimin. Jimin doesn't seem pleased by the sudden distance between their bodies and it makes Jungkook smile.

"Did you decide what you were cooking for dinner?" Jungkook asks, leaning his forearms on the counter.

"Japchae."

"I can't wait to eat it," Jungkook says. His mouth is already watering at the thought. "I think that after this week I'm gonna become addicted to your cooking, you know."

"I guess you'll just have to eat here more often, then," Jimin beams, clearly pleased by the alpha's words.

"Yeah," Jungkook smiles fondly. "I also want to learn how to cook for you and Haewon."

"It's not that hard to learn," Jimin runs a hand down Jungkook's back. "I'll teach you," he smiles. Jungkook smiles back and kisses him. "Are you nervous about tonight?" Jimin asks once they pull apart.

"Is it that obvious?" Jungkook chuckles.

"No, but I'd be nervous if I were you."

"I just want to make a good impression."

"You will, babe," Jimin runs his hand through Jungkook's hair.

"Is there something I should know before meeting your friends?"

"They're really nice people," Jimin shrugs, "but they're also very protective so they're probably going to grill you with questions."

"Great," Jungkook sighs and straightens up. He's filled with anxiety.

"Seokjin is the most protective one out of all of my friends and you've managed to impress him, so you'll be fine," Jimin gives him a reassuring smile.

"I think Hoseok likes me as well."

"He does," Jimin nods. He takes a knife and cutting board out to start on the veggies.

"So, I still have to meet Yoongi and Namjoon, right?" Jungkook asks, looking around for something to do but he has no idea how to cook japchae.

"Yep," Jimin says. "Rinse this for me," he hands Jungkook a bunch of red peppers. Jungkook does as he's told.

"And their pups? They're coming too, right?"

"Yes."

"That's a lot of people," Jungkook mumbles and he can barely be heard over the sound of the tap water.

"You'll do great, baby," Jimin wraps his arms around Jungkook's waist, "don't worry too much," he kisses Jungkook's neck. "I'll be right by your side the whole time. They're going to love you."

"I really hope so," Jungkook leans into Jimin's hold, welcoming the reassuring heat of his boyfriend's body.

"You're so cute," Jimin whispers against his scent gland before leaving a quick peck on it.

It takes them two hours to get everything ready for dinner. Jimin shows Jungkook how to cook japchae and then they both set the table, sharing kisses and gentle touches between them. Haewon doesn't come out of her room until Jimin is done getting her ready. In the meantime, Jungkook cleans the mess they left in the kitchen and tries to control his anxiety. More than once he thinks about making up an excuse to leave and not go through with meeting Jimin's friends but every time he talks himself out of it.

He does want to meet them and he knows Jimin would be upset if he left.

Jungkook is sitting on the couch with Haewon, watching her playing games on his phone when the doorbell rings. Jungkook's heart skips a beat and his hands gets clammy.

"Coming!" Jimin says, wiping his hands clean on a kitchen towel. Haewon doesn't look away from Jungkook's phone and Jungkook is standing frozen in the middle of the living room.

Jungkook lets out a sigh of relief when he sees Hoseok entering the living room, two bottles of red wine in his hand and one of his pup in the other. Jungkook has met him before at Haewon's school but he can't remember if it's Jiseok or Hoon.

"Jungkook-ah!" Hoseok greets him happily.

"Hi hyung," Jungkook smiles and walks up to him. Hoseok throws an arm around his shoulder to give him a hug. Jungkook returns it and takes the bottles of wine.

"I hope you like red wine."

"I do!" Jungkook nods enthusiastically. "Thanks."

"This is Jiseok," Hoseok says, looking at the pup in his arms. Jiseok waves at Jungkook and Jungkook returns it. "And this is Hoon," he turns to point at the pup behind him. He's holding Yoongi's hand. Jungkook recognizes him from that time he saw him at Jimin's dance studio. "And my mate Yoongi," Hoseok smiles lovingly when he says it.

"Nice to meet you, Yoongi-ssi," Jungkook bows deeply, holding onto the bottles of red wine for dear life. Yoongi's presence is intense, he looks like a tough person to impress and yet he looks soft. Jimin smiles at him from behind Yoongi.

"Call me hyung," Yoongi says, smiling softly. His voice sounds deeper than Jungkook expected. "It's nice to finally meet you. He's handsome," Yoongi says, looking back at Jimin with a cheeky grin on his face, "I see why you fell for his charms."

"I'm definitely a lucky man," Jimin chuckles. Jungkook blushes at the compliments. "Haewon, come say hi to your uncles."

While Haewon greets everyone, Jungkook decides to put the red wine bottles on the table. The kids quickly run to the living room and Haewon takes out a few toys from her toy chest.

"It smells amazing, Jimin, I can't wait to eat," Hoseok beams.

"Jungkook helped me out this time."

"Do you like to cook, Jungkook?" Yoongi asks.

"Oh, um," Jungkook scratches the back of his head. "I'm not that good, but I'm learning."

"He's not as bad as he thinks he is," Jimin says. "You guys can sit at the table, Seokjin hyung and Namjoon should be here soon."

Hoseok and Yoongi sit next to each other and Jungkook sits at one end of the table, next to Hoseok. The alpha's presence makes him feel calmer. Jimin takes the bottles of wine to the kitchen to open them and Jungkook is left alone with Hoseok and Yoongi.

"You dance, Jungkook?" Hoseok asks. He doesn't seem to like awkward silences.

"Not really," Jungkook shakes his head. "I've never tried it."

"Do you usually dance when you go clubbing?" Yoongi asks, a smirk on his face.

"Yeah," Jungkook chuckles, "I like that, but I'm no professional dancer."

"I'd like to see you dance," Jimin says when he comes back from the kitchen. He sits on the opposite end of the table.

"You first," Jungkook smirks. It makes Jimin laugh.

"I'll dance for you."

"In the privacy of his bedroom," Hoseok teases, winking at Jungkook. The thought sends a rush of heat to his stomach.

"I meant normal dancing," Jimin rolls his eyes, pink dusting his cheeks.

"You'd be a great exotic dancer," Yoongi says. "Remember when you gave that guy a lap dance in front of everyone at a frat party?"

"It was a long time ago!"

"You were already into frat boys back then?" Jungkook teases.

"Looks like he has a type," Hoseok chuckles.

"I don't!" Jimin whines. "I was drunk, I didn't even know the guy's name."

"Do you like being in a frat, Jungkook?" Yoongi asks.

"I left my frat a few months ago," Jungkook gives him an awkward smile. "It was alright, great for partying but I didn't really get along with the other guys."

"How come?"

"We didn't have much in common," Jungkook shrugs.

"I can't see you being a frat boy," Hoseok says.

"I can," Jimin chimes in, a smirk on his face. "Trust me he used to act like one."

"I wasn't that bad," Jungkook rolls his eyes.

"You were," Jimin chuckles when Jungkook frowns. "You were different though. You were cocky but you were a good boy at the same time."

"What are you saying? I was definitely a bad boy."

"You were never a bad boy," Jimin shakes his head. "You treated me too well for that."

Jungkook smiles at Jimin and Jimin returns it. They stare at each other for a little bit too long because they're interrupted by Hoseok clearing his throat. Jungkook blushes and starts playing with his chopsticks.

"Yoongi hyung, do you know Kim Taehyung?" Jimin asks to break the awkward silence.

"Kim Taehyung?" Yoongi frowns as he tries to remember. "He comes by my pet store pretty often, yeah," he nods. "Why?"

"He's Jungkook's best friend."

"Oh really?," Yoongi turns to Jungkook. "What a small world. You should have invited him," he smiles.

"He's in heat at the moment," Jungkook says. He wishes his best friend was here too. He'd probably get along with everyone.

"Next time, then," Yoongi says.

"You ever helped him through it, Jungkook-ah?" Hoseok asks, mirth written all over his face. Jungkook almost chokes on his saliva.

"No, no," he shakes his head, gaze avoiding Jimin. He squirms uncomfortably on his chair and the fact that everyone is looking at him doesn't help. "Taehyung and I," he clears his throat, "it's not like that. He's like my big brother."

"Cute," Hoseok giggles. Jungkook wants to die. When he looks up at Jimin, he's smiling fondly.

"Don't tease him," Jimin says.

"You're the only one who can do it?" Yoongi chuckles.

"Exactly."

They all turn to the front door when the doorbell rings. Jungkook lets out a relieved sigh at the interruption but nervousness comes back in full swing when he realizes he still has to meet more of Jimin's friends. Jimin stands up to open the door and Jungkook follows him.

"You okay?" Jimin whispers to him when they stop in the entryway.

"Very nervous."

"Relax, baby," Jimin cups his cheek and pecks him on the lips. "You're doing great," he smiles and strokes his cheek.

"I'll try," Jungkook says. Jimin's scent fills his senses and he stops fidgeting, warmth filling his chest.

When Jimin opens the door they're greeted by a very excited Seokjin.

"Jiminie!" he exclaims, pulling Jimin into a hug. "I haven't seen you in so long, what the fuck, I missed you!"

"Mommy swore!" Seokjin's pups say in unison.

"Don't listen to your mom," the guy, who Jungkook guesses is Namjoon, says.

"Jungkookie!" Seokjin hugs Jungkook tightly and Jungkook is surprised by the omega's strength. He wraps his arms around Seokjin's waist to return the hug, the scent of strawberries clogging his senses.

"Are you drunk?" Jungkook asks when they pull back.

"I'm just happy to see you," Seokjin is beaming. "Don't be mean to your new favorite hyung," he winks. Jungkook grimaces when he pats his head. "Jungkook this is my babies," he points at the little boy behind him, "baby number one Kangmin, baby number two Nari," he says, pointing at Kangmin's sister, "and baby number three Namjoon," he cups Namjoon's face and kisses his cheek.

Jungkook freezes when he finally takes a look at the alpha. He recognizes him from earlier. He's the guy who was looking at him when Miss Eunji was flirting with him.

"I saw you at Haewon's school, today," Jungkook says. Namjoon gives him a knowing smile.

"Yeah, Miss Eunji was being a little too friendly with you."

"Yeah," Jungkook sighs.

"Let's not talk about that," Jimin interrupts, closing the door behind them.

"She seemed disappointed when Jungkook rejected her," Namjoon chuckles. "Nice to meet you by the way," he extends his hand to Jungkook.

"You too," Jungkook takes it in his two hands and shakes it.

"Go play with the kids, guys," Seokjin says to his pups as they walk into the apartment. "Good evening losers," he says, slapping Yoongi and Hoseok's backs, making them grunt.

"Good evening, Namjoon ," Yoongi says, turning to them.

"Tsk," Seokjin makes a face at him before sitting down at the table. Namjoon and Jungkook follow suit.

"Okay, I don't know about you but I'm starving," Jimin says.

"And thirsty," Seokjin nods. "Yoongi, pour the wine."

Yoongi rolls his eyes at him, an amused smile on his face and does as he's told. He fills Jungkook's glass first.

"Do you need help?" Jungkook asks Jimin, already standing up and bowing in thanks at Yoongi.

"I'm good, baby," Jimin smiles, gesturing at him to sit back down. "I'll serve the kids first."

"Okay," Jungkook mumbles. He's alone at the table with all of Jimin's friends now. He rubs his sweaty palms on his jeans, and looks nervously around the table.

"Baby," Hoseok whispers, making a kissy face at Jungkook.

"Shut up," Jungkook grunts out. He's blushing.

"It's too early in the relationship for you guys to be this cute."

"They're in their honeymoon phase, it's normal for them to be this cute," Namjoon chimes in.

"I feel like their honeymoon phase is never gonna end," Yoongi says, smiling fondly into his glass of wine.

"Just like Joonie and I," Seokjin smirks, sliding a hand down Namjoon's back. Namjoon gives him an amused smile.

"You two aren't that cute," Hoseok grimaces.

"Yeah we are," Seokjin frowns at him.

"Shut up and drink your wine," Yoongi says, pointing at his untouched glass. Jungkook chuckles, looking at their friendly bickering with curious eyes. They sound exactly like Taehyung and him.

"Jimin," Namjoon calls. "Did your students like the song I gave you?"

"They loved it, hyung!" Jimin smiles from his spot behind the counter. He's filling small plates with japchae, looking like an absolute domestic dream. Jungkook can't take his eyes off of him. "Thanks again."

"Why didn't I get a song for my students?" Hoseok asks, quirking an eyebrow up at Namjoon.

"You didn't ask," he shrugs and takes a sip of his wine. "Do you want me to make you one?"

"Nah, I'm good."

"Aish," Namjoon shakes his head at him.

"You make music, hyung?" Jungkook asks after clearing his throat and taking his eyes off of Jimin.

"I'm a producer," Namjoon smiles shyly. "I work at an entertainment company."

"That's amazing," Jungkook's eyes widen in surprise. "I'd love to listen to your work," he gives him a shy smile.

"I'll give you links," Jimin says, eyes shining with happiness. Jungkook smiles at him and nods.

"What about you, Jungkook? What do you do?" Namjoon asks.

"I'm a photography major. I'm graduating this year."

"I studied photography too when I was in college," Yoongi says.

"Oh really? Do you still do it?" Jungkook asks excitedly. He's glad to find out he shares a common interest with one of Jimin's friends.

"I do," Yoongi nods. "I take pictures often. I just didn't make a career out of it."

"That's too bad."

"That's not to say that it's impossible to make a career out of photography," Yoongi is quick to reassure Jungkook when his face falls. "I just had other priorities," his eyes land on Hoseok and his pups. Jungkook nods in understanding.

"What are you gonna do after you graduate?" Seokjin asks.

"Kids!" Jimin calls, as he takes a tray to the living room. "It's time to eat." He's met with excited cheers.

"I'm not sure yet," Jungkook mumbles. He suddenly feel very insecure in the middle of this group of men who all seem to have their lives figured out. He's the odd man out with his not yet obtained college degree and his uncertain future. "I guess I'll do some freelance jobs at first."

"You'll figure it out, don't worry," Hoseok says, patting his shoulder reassuringly. "It took me a while to figure my shit out, too. I danced underground for a few years after I graduated. Then I became a dance teacher at a dance academy for two years before Jimin and I decided to open our own studio together. I had no idea what I wanted to do at your age, I just knew I wanted to dance," he shrugs.

"Thanks, hyung," Jungkook smiles at him. Hoseok tries to play it down but his journey actually sounds cool. Jungkook isn't certain his own future will be as bright as that. Not that he doesn't want it to be, but where is he supposed to start when he has no idea where he's heading?

"Exam season is coming up, then?" Namjoon asks.

"Yeah," Jungkook sighs. He's already dreading it. "It's gonna be stressful."

"When are your exams?" Jimin asks, as he passes by the table on his way to the kitchen.

"In a month. I'm probably gonna be busy in the next few days," he pouts. The thought of not being able to spend time with Jimin for a whole month frustrates him, but mostly it frustrates his alpha who, if it was up to him, would be stuck to Jimin's side at all times.

"That's fine," Jimin smiles. "I'll help you study if you want."

"Thanks," Jungkook smiles back. He's not certain he'd be able to concentrate on studying with Jimin around but Jimin's offer is too sweet to turn down.

"I don't miss studying at all," Yoongi groans. "Exams were always the worst part of college."

"I don't think anyone likes exams, hyung," Namjoon chuckles.

"Hm, true."

Jimin comes back to the table with everyone's plates and is met with thankful words and excited grunts.

"Mommy!" Haewon calls. "I need paper towels!" Everyone laughs when they look at her face covered in food.

Jimin groans because he just sat down and starts getting up again but Jungkook is quicker.

"I got it," he says, reaching for some paper towels before walking into the living room. He squats down next to Haewon and starts wiping her face clean. She lets him do it without any protest as she munches on the food still in her mouth.

"It's so good mommy!" she exclaims once Jungkook is done.

"Thanks, baby," Jimin chuckles.

Jungkook gives paper towels to each pup who all thank him in return.

"Taste oppa!" Haewon says, offering a bite to Jungkook. Jungkook blinks at the noodles falling from her chopsticks, taken aback by the familiarity. Jungkook opens his mouth and accepts the food. Haewon smiles at him.

"It's good, isn't it?" she asks excitedly.

"Mhm, it's yummy," Jungkook says around the food. He widens his eyes comically and and over exaggerates the excitement on his face. It makes Haewon and the other pups giggle. Jungkook blushes a little at the response while his alpha is preening.

Jungkook reaches for his phone where Haewon left it on the couch before going back to the dining table. Everyone is looking at him with soft smiles on their faces. Jimin is looking at him with fond eyes and an enamored look on his face that makes Jungkook feel shy. He squirms on his chair and clears his throat.

"So cute," Seokjin whispers. Namjoon gives him a knowing smile.

"Alright," Jimin says to break the silence. Jungkook is internally grateful. "Dig in, gays."

Everyone laughs and they all start eating. Jungkook doesn't say anything for awhile as idle chatter settle over the table. The japchae he made with Jimin tastes amazing and everyone compliments them. Jungkook can't help but feel shy again when Jimin compliments Jungkook on his help in the kitchen. He feels like a teenager all over again, when he couldn't help but blush every time someone talked to him.

It's not like Jungkook feels uncomfortable, because Jimin's friends are all very welcoming and nice. It's just that he's scared of saying something wrong and giving a bad impression of himself.

Despite this constant feeling of anxiety, Jungkook feels comfortable enough to talk to everyone. He likes them and with time, he hopes that he'll be able to get closer to them because they seem like a funny bunch of people. Jungkook finds that he has common interests with most of them and he really didn't expect having that with people who are almost ten years older than him.

He wonders why he feels more comfortable around them than he does around people his age.

Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with age, but it's simply that Jungkook hasn't met the right people. Taehyung would for sure get along with all them and Jungkook wishes, once again, that he was here. Jungkook promises himself that he'll introduce him to the group. He wants his best friend to be included in this new chapter of his life.

Jungkook gets back into the conversation when Hoseok is telling another story about a drunk Seokjin hugging strangers at a college party.

"How did you guys meet Namjoon hyung and Yoongi hyung then?"

"I'm actually the one who met Yoongi first," Seokjin says. "We both met at a management training course because we both wanted to create our own businesses. We became friends over time and then eventually I introduced him to the guys."

"You have your own company?"

"The entertainment company Namjoon works at," he smiles. "I'm the CEO."

"Wow," Jungkook doesn't know why he's so surprised, Seokjin definitely seems like the kind of guy who'd be a good CEO. He's just not used to being around people like that, he's more often surrounded by drunk college students. "So, that's how you guys met?"

"No, we met before I started working at his company," Namjoon says.

"Namjoon and I did our military service together, that's how we became friends," Hoseok says. "When we came back I introduced him to Jimin and Seokjin."

"So, how did the couples form then?" Jungkook asks before taking a sip of his wine.

"Hoseok courted me for a long time," Yoongi starts.

"We were friends and there was clear chemistry between us but he still made me work for it," Hoseok says, a playful smirk on his lips.

"It didn't stop them from hooking up with each other for years," Seokjin says, rolling his eyes as if it physically pained him.

"Years?" Jungkook asks.

"I had big commitment issues," Yoongi shrugs. "But eventually I decided to just give it a shot and we've been together ever since."

"I'm glad it worked out."

The commitment issues and the pining sounds a lot like Jungkook and Jimin's relationship. It seems more common for people to struggle with relationships than Jungkook thought. The perk of lacking experience in relationships is that Jungkook isn't jaded yet.

"What about you guys?" Jungkook asks Namjoon and Seokjin.

"We didn't really get along at first, because our personalities are completely different," Seokjin says. "Then we became friends and danced around each other for a few years because none of us can flirt, and we're bad at expressing our feelings," he chuckles. "Then one day he surprised me and asked me out on a date."

"Did you get together before Hoseok hyung and Yoongi hyung?"

"Way before," Seokjin laughs.

What's surprising to Jungkook is that they all seem to have met their mates around their college years. When Jungkook moved to Seoul, he didn't really think much about love or meeting someone, he just thought he'd study and try to make the best out of his college years, which he did for two and half years.

Then he met Jimin.

He can't help but wonder if he met his future mate, too.

Deep down, he hopes he has.

"What about you?" Hoseok asks, around a mouthful of japchae.

"Huh?"

"What's your track record?," he swallows. "Before you met Jimin."

"Oh, um," Jungkook clears his throat. "I've never been in a relationship before," he mumbles, heat spreading over his cheeks.

"Wow, really?" Yoongi asks. "Not even when you were a teen?"

"I was too shy," Jungkook shrugs and plays distractedly with his chopsticks. "I only became interested in relationships when I joined college. All I've had has been pretty casual though."

"So, basically just one night stands, then?" Hoseok smirks.

"Yeah," Jungkook says awkwardly.

"Damn, Jimin your ass must really be golden if it made him stay," Hoseok exclaims, making everyone around the table laugh, except for Jimin.

"Aish!" Jimin shushes him, "lower your voice," he looks pointedly at the pups in the living room. They're too busy talking excitedly between them to listen to the adults' conversation.

"It wasn't just that," Jungkook says, smiling fondly at Jimin's pink face.

"Hm?" Seokjin asks.

"I didn't stay just because of," he gestures to nothing in particular and whispers," the sex." It makes them giggle. "Jimin and I clicked, I think. That's how I felt anyway. I just kept thinking about him all the time and as much as I liked the sex, I liked talking to him just as much."

Jimin's looking at him with shiny eyes and a soft smile on his face. Jungkook remembers how frustrating it felt every time Jimin had to leave after they had sex, when he wanted him to stay so they could cuddle and get to know each other more. Jimin tried to avoid that for a long time but he eventually gave up.

It was hard for them to keep a distance between each other when every cell in their bodies screamed for them to be together.

"Do you plan on making this relationship a permanent thing?" Seokjin asks suddenly. His face turns serious in an almost scary way. He's staring at Jungkook like a wild wolf is looking at a potential enemy. Jungkook's alpha almost wants to cower under the intensity of the omega's gaze.

"Hyung!" Jimin groans, glaring at Seokjin who simply waves him off.

"Yes, I do," Jungkook says. His voice doesn't waver, he doesn't look away, he's confident in his answer.

"I hope you mean that."

"I do. I'll be with him for as long as he'll have me."

Seokjin and Jungkook stare at each other for too long to be socially acceptable at a friends' dinner, but none of them want to look away first. Jungkook needs Seokjin to understand he means it and Seokjin needs Jungkook to understand that this is threat that comes from love and protectiveness.

The silence between everyone is awkward until Seokjin speaks up.

"He's a good one you better keep him," he says, looking away from Jungkook to address Jimin. His serious expression is replaced with amusement and Jungkook feels like he can breathe again.

"You're talking about him like he's a puppy," Jimin mumbles.

"He is," Yoongi says.

"I'm not," Jungkook pouts and it makes them chuckle.

"Jungkook looks like he knows what he wants," Yoongi says. "It's not our place to judge anyway, as long as Jimin's happy."

"I am," Jimin breathes out.

"I'll still rip your dick off if you hurt him," Seokjin leans into Jungkook's personal space, a fake syrupy smile on his face. Jungkook leans back and gapes at him.

"I believe that," he says, nodding quickly.

"Stop it, hyung," Jimin whines, hiding his face into his hands.

"I'm just saying!" Seokjin says cheerfully. "I like him, you know."

"Could have fooled me," Jungkook mumbles under his breath. Seokjin winks at him.

"Yeah, well get in line," Jimin tells Seokjin.

"I said it first," Hoseok chimes in. "I like Jungkookie," he leans in to pinch Jungkook's cheeks.

"Ah, hyung!" Jungkook swats his hands away.

"You're embarrassing," Namjoon says. Hoseok sticks his tongue out at him.

"Seokjin said the same thing to me a million times when Hoseok and I weren't really a thing back then," Yoongi tells Jungkook. "But he never followed through with his threat because he liked me too much."

"You did?" Hoseok frowns.

"That's such a lie!" Seokjin looks offended. "I didn't like you that much. I was just busy with building my company at the time, I didn't have time to come and kick your ass. Hoseok was always balls deep inside you anyway it's not like I could," he shrugs.

"Yah!" Hoseok exclaims, eyes widening.

"You're gross," Yoongi grimaces.

"I was trying to be a good friend!"

"Hoseok threatened me too when I first started dating Seokjin," Namjoon admits, an amused smile on his face.

"Oh my god, really?" Seokjin lifts a hand to his chest, looking like he's touched. Hoseok gives him a finger heart.

"I wouldn't worry too much about their threats", Namjoon tells Jungkook. "They're just two overprotective pups. You get used to it."

"They're not exactly empty threats though," Jimin says. "I had to stop them from killing Jungwoo after we broke up."

"He deserved it," Jungkook, Seokjin and Hoseok say at the same time.

"Exactly!" Seokjin points at Jungkook.

"It's never too late to do so," Hoseok says, leaning his forearms on the table with a conspicuous look on his face. "With Jungkookie's strength and our diabolical brains, we might be able to kill him and hide the body without getting caught."

"Sounds like a plan," Seokjin lifts his glass in the air in fake cheer before downing it.

"No one's killing my daughter's father," Jimin massages his temples. "If there's ever going to be some maiming I'll be the one doing it anyway."

"That's sexy," Jungkook winks and smirks.

"Took the words right out of my mouth," Hoseok offers his fist for Jungkook to bump but Jungkook frowns at him instead.

"I would never go there don't look at me like that, pup," Hoseok rolls his eyes, patting Jungkook's head.

"Stop calling me that," Jungkook mumbles.

The rest of the dinner is spent with friendly bickering and some more teasing from the group every time Jimin and Jungkook stare at each other for a little too long. Jungkook's anxiety slowly seeps away until he feels like he's been part of the group for years.

Hoseok and Seokjin's laughs become louder the more they drink and Yoongi and Namjoon are left having to shush them and forcing them to drink water for the rest of the dinner. Jungkook notices that Seokjin and Yoongi share the same kind of humour and that their friendship consists of them pretending like they can't stand each other and bad puns.

At one point during dinner, Hoseok and Namjoon engage in a deep conversation about life after death and reincarnation while Jimin and Jungkook are left sharing fond smiles and throwing glances at each other.

Their night comes to an end when the kids become restless and bored. All of them come to their parents' chairs to ask for cuddles and to be held. Jungkook is the only one without a pup in his lap, and he spends most of that time looking at Haewon nuzzling Jimin's neck to scent him while Jimin rubs soothing patterns on her back. They look adorable and Jungkook kind of wishes he could join their little cuddle session.

Yoongi is the first one to say that it's time to go home and Hoseok easily agrees. Jungkook stands up and starts cleaning up, bringing their dirty plates to the kitchen. After a few minutes of washing the dishes, he feels a presence behind him. Namjoon and Yoongi lean against the counter on each side of Jungkook.

"You really like him, huh?" Namjoon asks with a fond smile on his lips.

"Yeah, I really do," Jungkook admits, looking down at his soapy hands.

"A little more than just like, right?" Yoongi asks.

"I think so," Jungkook looks up at him. "I've never felt this way about anyone before but I just," he licks his lips nervously. "My feelings for him are really strong."

"Happy for you, man," Namjoon beams.

"The three of them share a very strong friendship," Yoongi tilts his head to point at Seokjin, Hoseok and Jimin, still sat the table with pups in their laps. "They're like brothers. Namjoon and I are like outsiders, you know," he smiles. "Here to take care of them and love them," he bumps his shoulder against Jungkook's. "You're one of us, now."

"Thanks guys," Jungkook gives them a sincere smile. His chest stirs with excitement, the same way it did when he got accepted into Alpha Sig. Back then, he felt like he finally belonged and he feels that way, now, too.

"Give me your phone," Namjoon says. Jungkook dries his hands on a kitchen towel and reaches for his phone in his back pocket. He unlocks it and gives it to Namjoon who types something in before passing it to Yoongi. "Here now you have our numbers," he says when he gives it back to Jungkook. "You can call us anytime. Yoongi and I hang out often, we'd love for you to join us," he smiles softly.

"Wow," Jungkook breathes out. "Really thank you guys, I really appreciate it."

Their little moment is interrupted by Hoseok calling Yoongi to come and help him with the kids. Yoongi excuses himself and Jungkook's left alone with Namjoon. The alpha is the most intimidating one of them all for Jungkook. He carries himself with a type of confidence that commands respect but somehow he treats the people around him with a softness that Jungkook rarely sees in alphas.

It's inspiring in a way.

"What kind of things do you photograph?" Namjoon asks.

"Everything."

"People too?"

"Yeah," Jungkook nods.

"Have you ever done a photo shoot?"

"Nothing official but my best friend models for me all the time."

"Send me your portfolio," Namjoon says. "The company's always looking for photographers and videographers for our artists. If I like your pictures I might have a job to offer you after you graduate."

Jungkook's breath catches in his throat and he feels like he's going to choke with emotion. Surely he didn't hear this right.

"Hyung," he breathes out, stunned. "That's too much I-"

"It's an opportunity, Jungkook," Namjoon cuts him off. "Don't turn your back on opportunities before you've put some thought into them."

Jungkook's heart is going to beat out of his chest. That's more than a simple opportunity, this is huge. Getting a job as a photographer is difficult enough but getting hired at an entertainment company is almost impossible, especially with close to no experience.

"Thank you so much," Jungkook bows 90 degrees. "I don't know what to say."

"I didn't say you got the job, yet," Namjoon smiles. "I wanna see your work first."

"Yeah," Jungkook nods quickly, "yeah, of course! I'll send it to you as soon as possible."

"Make it good because you only got one chance."

"I will," Jungkook bows again.

He feels immense gratitude but doesn't know how to express it. He doesn't have time to, when Seokjin calls for Namjoon.

"I look forward to seeing your work, Jungkook," Namjoon smiles at him and pats his shoulder.

When they join the others in the living room, Jimin and Haewon are nowhere to be seen. Jungkook stands awkwardly while they help their pups to put their jackets on and gather their stuff. After a few minutes, Jimin comes out of Haewon's room, gently closing the door behind him. He smiles at Jungkook when he sees him and wraps his arms around his waist.

"You okay?"

"Yes," Jungkook smiles and pecks him on the lips. "More than okay."

"Good," Jimin kisses his cheek softly.

"Okay, lovebirds, we're leaving," Seokjin says. "Thank you so much for a delicious dinner, we had fun," he smiles and hugs Jimin, then Jungkook. "Next time, we'll do it at our house."

"Thanks for coming, hyung," Jimin says.

"It was nice seeing you again," Jungkook adds.

"Next time you should invite your friend, pup."

"I will," Jungkook agrees. He doesn't mention the embarrassing pet name.

"I'll see you on Monday, Jiminie," Hoseok says, and he hugs them both. "You, too, probably," he smiles at Jungkook. Jungkook chuckles and nods.

"Text Namjoon and I, if you ever get tired of this lot," Yoongi says with an amused smile on his face. "We'll get you out of there."

"Hey!" Hoseok exclaims. "Don't try to steal him from us."

"We can share," Namjoon chuckles.

"If I allow it," Jimin says, wrapping possessive arms around Jungkook's waist. Jungkook laughs at their cute bickering. He's never felt more wanted than he does now.

"Right, right, you get priority," Seokjin says, rolling his eyes. "Okay, let's go, now. I'm drunk."

"And horny," Yoongi mumbles, scrunching his nose up.

"Oh, that's gonna be a fun night for Namjoon," Hoseok winks at the alpha who blushes.

"Not in front of the kids, idiots," Seokjin swats both of their chests.

"Okay, go away, everyone," Jimin pushes them towards the entryway. "Bye, pups! I'll see you soon," Jimin squats down and opens his arms to welcome all four of them into his arms.

"Bye uncle Jimin!" they all say. Jungkook is so close to melting into a puddle of goo.

"Say bye to uncle Jungkook, too, angels," Hoseok says, running his fingers through Hoon's hair.

"Bye uncle Jungkook!"

"Oh, bye," Jungkook blushes, and waves awkwardly. The words fill his chest with warmth and once again he feels like he belongs in this group of people. It's almost overwhelming how happy it makes him.

Jimin opens the door to see them out, and they all leave one by one. Namjoon throws one last knowing glance at Jungkook and Jungkook gives him a thankful smile.

When Jimin closes the door behind him, he sighs heavily and runs his hands down his face.

"You okay?"

"I love them, I really do," Jimin says, "but they're so exhausting," he chuckles.

"Yeah," Jungkook snorts, "that's how I feel after every family dinner."

Jimin walks up to Jungkook and pulls him into a tight hug that Jungkook quickly reciprocates. Jimin buries his nose against Jungkook's scent gland and inhales deeply. Jungkook hums happily when Jimin starts purring, the rumble of his chest sending shivers down his spine. Jungkook hugs him even tighter and kisses the top of his head.

"Did you put Haewon to bed, already?"

"Hm, she fell asleep in my arms," Jimin mumbles against Jungkook's neck.

"We should go to bed too."

"We need to clean up."

"I've done most of it already," Jungkook kisses Jimin's temple. "We'll do the rest tomorrow."

"You're perfect," Jimin groans. Jungkook chuckles. "Okay," Jimin pulls away, "bed. Now."

He takes Jungkook's hand and leads him to his bedroom. They make quick work of getting ready for bed. Jungkook turn the lights off in the apartment while Jimin brushes his teeth and Jimin slides under the covers when it's Jungkook's turn.

Jungkook undresses himself down to his boxers before joining Jimin. He lets out a pleased moan when his back hits the cold sheets, and he lies his head against the fluffy pillow. Jimin doesn't waste any time before wrapping himself around Jungkook's body, throwing his leg over his hips and looping an arm around his waist. He rests his head on Jungkook's chest and sighs happily.

"You did so well," Jimin whispers and strokes Jungkook's side. "They love you."

"I hope so."

"They do. I can tell."

"I really like them."

"Good," Jimin smiles up at him. "I'm happy you do."

"Namjoon asked me to send him my portfolio. He said that he might have a job to offer me after I graduate."

"What?" Jimin leans up onto his forearm and looks down at Jungkook with wide eyes. "Really?"

"Yeah," Jungkook can't hold his smile back.

"Baby, that's amazing!" Jimin beams and throws himself at Jungkook to hug him tight. Jungkook groans at the added weight but he hugs him back.

"I mean, he needs to look at my work first and then he'll decide."

"Your work is amazing, he's going to love it!"

"I really hope so," Jungkook says shyly. "I can't believe he's even giving me a chance."

"You've got to have a killer portfolio."

"Yeah, I'm gonna need to add new pictures because I haven't updated it in a while. I want it to be perfect."

"You'll do great, baby," Jimin says, caressing Jungkook's face. He bends down to kiss him on the lips. Jungkook tightens his hold around Jimin's waist and sighs into the kiss. He feels like he's on cloud nine. "It's scary how much I like you, you know," Jimin says after they break apart.

"I feel the same way," Jungkook whispers. He runs his fingers up and down Jimin's back.

"You make me feel so," Jimin licks his lips and pauses, "I don't know. So many types of ways."

"Good types of ways?"

"Yeah," Jimin smiles, "amazing types of ways," he brushes Jungkook's hair back. "I feel like I've always been so guarded, but with you," he shrugs, "with you it's different. I'm becoming more myself when I'm with you."

"There's still a lot I don't know about you," Jungkook says. "I feel like you're not guarded with your affections but you still have a hard time talking about how you feel."

"Hm," Jimin says, resting his head on Jungkook's chest. "Does it bother you?"

"Not really, no," Jungkook runs his fingers through Jimin's hair. "I like seeing you opening up to me, but I understand why it's hard for you to do so. I don't want you to rush anything," he kisses Jimin's forehead. "Take all the time you need."

"You make it easier for me," Jimin breathes out like it's hard for him to admit. "It's scary in a way," his fingertips on Jungkook's chest leave goosebumps in their wake. "In the back of my head, there's this alarm blaring, telling me to be careful of the big bad wolf. Sometimes, the people that look the sweetest are the ones that hurt you the most."

"I understand," Jungkook whispers.

"Are you saying that because you mean it or because you're trying to lure me into a trap?" Jimin asks, looking up at him.

"I mean it."

"I really hope you do," Jimin gives him a soft smile. Jungkook wishes he had the right words to make Jimin believe him but even if he did, it wouldn't remove the voice in the back of Jimin's head.

Sometimes it's frustrating that no matter how many times he reassures Jimin, there's nothing he can say that will make him less wary. It took Jungkook awhile to understand that the only way to do that is to give it time and to prove to him that he means it.

Jimin is the type of person to only believe what he sees.

"You said, there's a lot you don't know about me," Jimin says. "What do you wanna know?" It's an olive branch, a way for Jimin to tell Jungkook he's trying.

"Why did you choose to become a dance teacher instead of a professional dancer?" Jungkook asks. "I saw you today, during your lesson. You looked like you wanted to join your students."

"I did," Jimin sighs. "When I chose my major in college, I wanted to become a professional dancer." Jungkook's heart tighten in his chest when sadness fills Jimin's scent. "I started dancing when I was 5. My parents supported me and my dancing for years," he smiles sadly. "Then I met Jungwoo and I got pregnant with Haewon. It wasn't possible for me to keep dancing after I had her because I had to take care of her."

"Hoseok said he danced underground for a while," Jimin continues. Jungkook strokes his back reassuringly. "But he didn't say that he danced professionally. He got offered a spot in an American crew. He was supposed to move to New York but then Yoongi got pregnant and he chose to stay with him in Seoul."

"Oh," Jungkook whispers. "It's similar to your story."

"Yeah, except they were 24 and mated when that happened. They had each other, at least," Jimin says. "That's why Hoseok ended up taking a job as a dance teacher at an academy. He needed a steadier income than what he earned from underground competitions. After a few years, he came to me with the project of opening a dance studio together and I said yes. I was going from dance schools to dance schools as a teacher at the time and I was desperate to find something steady too."

"I mean," Jimin licks his lips. "Opening my own studio was a big risk, but I just really wanted the freedom. We were lucky Hoseok's reputation as an underground dancer helped us to get students and the studio's been doing well."

"Have you ever thought about trying to become a professional dancer again?" Jungkook asks. "Now that Haewon is older."

"It's too late, baby," Jimin tilts his head to smile at him. "I'm too old and my body isn't in shape anymore. Not enough to be a professional dancer at least."

"But," Jungkook mumbles, "what if you practiced again? Like you used to?"

"It's a difficult industry to get into but it's even harder when you're approaching your thirties," Jimin cups Jungkook's face and kisses his pout away. "It's okay. I'm happy with my current job, I don't need to be a professional dancer to dance."

"I guess not," Jungkook gives him a lopsided smile. He feels bad for Jimin. He probably had a lot of potential when he was younger, especially if he had been training since he was five. He deserved a chance at getting his dream job.

"Don't fret over this, okay?" he kisses Jungkook's nose. "I've accepted it years ago. I'm happy, now."

"It's all that matters, then," Jungkook smiles at him, pulling Jimin into a soft kiss.

Jungkook lets out a surprised moan when Jimin's prodes his mouth open with his tongue. Jimin cups the side of Jungkook's jaw and angles his face to the left to deepen the kiss. Jungkook is pliant under his omega's kisses, running his fingers up and down his spine. Heat simmers in the pit of Jungkook's stomach, the way it always does when they get close and he can tell Jimin's feeling the same way from the way his flowery scent turns sweeter.

Jimin sucks Jungkook's bottom lip into his mouth and buries his fingers into Jungkook's hair. He drapes his body over Jungkook's and scratches Jungkook's scalp, making him groan into the kiss. Jungkook is completely losing himself into the kiss, hands exploring every inch of Jimin's body he has access to. He lets out a displeased grunt when Jimin pulls away with a playful nip on his bottom lip.

"Off topic, but," Jimin brushes his lips against Jungkook's mouth, "seeing you with Haewon, today," he catches Jungkook's lips into another slow kiss that makes Jungkook's head spin. "I thought you were so fucking sexy."

Jungkook groans when Jimin starts trailing wet kisses down his jaw. His breath is caught up in his throat, he can barely think, let alone speak.

"You're hot when you play daddy," Jimin chuckles darkly against Jungkook's neck. Jungkook grips Jimin's hips and wills his alpha not to pin him against the matress and wreck him right here, because they would end up waking up the whole neighborhood if he did.

"You're playing with fire, Jimin," his rough voice makes Jimin moan.

"You know," Jimin whispers right into Jungkook's ear, making the alpha shiver. "I kinda wanna give you a treat for being such a good alpha."

"What kind of treat?"

"My mouth," Jimin says before licking the shell of Jungkook's ear. Jungkook gasps when he closes his lips on his pulse point and sucks a hickey into the skin.

"Fuck, baby," Jungkook groans, groping Jimin's ass. "What about your mouth?"

Jimin chuckles against his skin, trailing his kisses down Jungkook's collarbones. Jungkook lets go of Jimin's ass to hold his waist instead. He's breathing heavily, the feeling of Jimin's tongue on his body and the insinuation of it all is driving him crazy.

"Where do you want it?" Jimin asks before circling Jungkook's nipple with his tongue.

"Fuck," Jungkook hisses, gripping Jimin's hair. Jimin closes his mouth on his nipple, playing with the hardening nub with his tongue. "Jimin," Jungkook chokes out when Jimin's hand travels down his body all the way to the hem of his boxers. Jungkook all but shudders when Jimin bites his nipple and sucks on it hard. "Fuck."

Jimin licks a trail all the way up to Jungkook's scent gland where he nips at the skin. Jungkook pulls on his hair and brings their lips together in a hard kiss. The way their teeth clack is almost painful, but the way Jimin cups his hardening cock sweetens the impact. Jungkook twitches in Jimin's hand when Jimin wraps a hand around his neck.

Jimin rubs his thumb over Jungkook's pulse point and squeezes lightly. Jungkook's breath catches in his throat, mouth going lax which allows Jimin to bury his tongue inside it. Jimin's hand slides down his body all the way to his abs while he rubs Jungkook's cock to full hardness with the other.

Jimin bites on Jungkook's bottom lip before breaking the kiss. "Tell me where you want it, baby," he breathes out against Jungkook's wet lips. Jungkook can't think properly. The ghost of Jimin's grip against his throat remains and makes his head spin.

"My cock," Jungkook says. He grabs Jimin's hand and slides it inside his boxers. "I want your mouth right here," his voice breaks with Jimin wraps his fingers around his length. Jungkook takes his own hand out of his boxers and grips the sheets instead.

It's unlike him to give up control so easily, but he's curious to see what Jimin will do. His body is thrumming with electricity every time Jimin speaks, toying with Jungkook's sanity.

"Whatever you want, alpha," Jimin smirks. He knows it drives Jungkook up the wall every time he calls him that.

"Just fucking do it, Jimin," Jungkook's patience is running thin. It makes Jimin giggle which is way too cute for the situation they are in.

Jimin squeezes his hand around Jungkook's cock while he kisses his way down Jungkook's chest. Jungkook kicks the covers to the foot of the bed and locks his eyes on Jimin's sinful mouth. Jimin pulls on the hem of Jungkook's boxers to take them off and discard them on the floor.

Jungkook is left naked, his hard cock standing proudly against his stomach. Jimin's looking at it with hooded eyes, lips parted and his hot breath hitting the flushed skin. Jungkook has to stop himself from gripping his hair and forcing his mouth to his cock. He squeezes his eyes shut and takes a deep breath.

"You missed my mouth, didn't you?" Jimin brushes his lips against the underside of Jungkook's cock. "It's been a while."

"You don't suck my cock enough, that's for sure," Jungkook grunts out, waiting with bated breaths for Jimin to finally give him what he wants.

"You're too impatient," Jimin smiles up at him. He looks like absolute sin, laid in between Jungkook's legs, his plump and kiss-reddened lips so close to Jungkook's cockhead. "You never let me make you feel good, you'd rather have me on my hands and knees as soon as you take my clothes off."

"Jimin," Jungkook groans, hands fisting the sheets. "Less talking." Jimin chuckles before leaving an open mouthed kiss on the underside of Jungkook's cock. Jungkook throws his head back, and bites on his bottom lip. "You're going to fucking kill me."

"I haven't even done anything, yet," Jimin smirks.

"Exactly my point."

Jimin shuts him up by sucking his cockhead into his mouth. Jungkook's head shoots up, lips parting on a broken moan. Jimin is looking right at him when he runs the tip of his tongue against his slit. Jimin wraps his fingers around Jungkook's shaft but the hold is barely there. He leaves wet kisses on Jungkook's cockhead, eyes never leaving Jungkook's.

"Take-," Jungkook groans when Jimin kisses down his cock before licking up the vein. "Take me in your mouth."

"You don't call the shots, baby," Jimin smiles darkly.

"I always do."

"Not this time," Jimin runs his thumb over Jungkook's head, making him shiver. "The more you make demands, the less likely you are to get what you want."

"Fuck's sake," Jungkook groans and drops his head on the pillow. He stares at the ceiling, begging for higher powers to help him.

Jimin leaves a teasing a kiss on Jungkook's inner thigh, giving a playful nip to the sensitive skin. He slides a hand up Jungkook's abs, feeling the ridges of each muscle. Jungkook feels like he's being worshipped and it's not something he's used to. He's used to doing the worshipping.

Jimin sucks on one of Jungkook's balls and finally, finally , pumps Jungkook's cock. It's slow, and definitely not close to being enough to make him come but it's the best he's got right now, so he's not going to complain. He has a feeling Jimin would stop touching him altogether if he did.

Jimin kisses up his length, eyelashes fluttering softly against his cheeks. He looks beautiful, he always does. Jungkook closes his eyes and relaxes under Jimin's touch. Jimin lets out a pleased moan before bringing the tip of Jungkook's cock to his tongue. He rubs the hot head against it before closing his lips around it. Jungkook gasps at the tight pressure.

Jimin's mouth is so hot on him it's driving him crazy. It's the closest to what it feels like to be inside him and Jungkook hasn't been inside of Jimin for way too long.

"Still so big," Jimin mumbles. "Always so big," he hums happily. "For me?"

"Just for you," Jungkook nods, in between heavy breaths.

"Such a good alpha," Jimin kisses the tip of his cock. "So good to his omega and his omega's pup," he suckles on his cockhead, staring deep into Jungkook's eyes. Precome fall on Jimin's tongue and Jungkook's cock keep twitching the more Jimin speaks. "Making me want to give him pups."

"Fuck," Jungkook growls from deep in his chest. He holds Jimin's hair in a tight grip, making him gasp. A fire is burning deep and low in Jungkook's abdomen and his alpha is dying to be let out. To bury himself deep in between Jimin's legs and pump him full of cum. "Fuck, shit," he closes his eyes and tries to control his breathing.

"Alpha likes the sound of that," Jimin whispers. His tongue darts out to give a teasing lick to Jungkook's slit. Jungkook tightens his grip on his hair and gives him a look of warning. It only makes the omega smile.

"Don't," his voice sounds more like a growl than his usual voice.

"Isn't that what you've been begging for?" Jimin quirks an eyebrow up. "To breed me. Fill me up with your pups?"

"You don't think I'll open you up and do just that if you keep talking?"

"Hm," Jimin smiles and wraps his hands around Jungkook's wrist to make him let go of his hair. "You can try," he licks a trail up Jungkook's cock, and wraps his lips around the head without putting any pressure on it. He looks obscene. "But how will you be able to do that with your cock down my throat?"

Jungkook doesn't even have time to reply because Jimin sinks his mouth on his length. All he can do is grip the sheets and throw his head back, voice breaking on a moan. Jungkook forgets all about breeding Jimin, all he can think about is how tight and hot Jimin's mouth feels around his cock.

Jimin takes Jungkook as deep as he can, which is only halfway but it still feels like heaven. He bobs his head up and down slowly and squeezes the base with his hand. He alternates between sucking his cheeks and tonguing at the vein under his cock. Jimin uses his other hand to play with Jungkook's balls. He looks up at Jungkook with a mouthful of cock and that's almost enough to make Jungkook come.

"Fucking hell," Jungkook grunts out. "Fuck, fuck."

Jimin sucks on Jungkook's cockhead and digs his tongue into the slit, making the alpha shudder. He pulls off to take a deep breath and pumps Jungkook in quick strokes.

"I hate that I can't take all of you in my mouth," Jimin has the audacity to pout.

"You're doing just fine, trust me" Jungkook grits out between his teeth, biting on his bottom lip when Jimin runs his thumb over his sensitive head.

"I need more practice," he says, giving kitten licks to Jungkook's cockhead.

"You can practice on me all you want, baby-- ah, fuck." Jimin giggles around Jungkook's cock, sinking down as far as he can once again. "God, your fucking mouth."

Jimin bobs his head up and down, sinking lower each time. He's breathing heavily through his nose and his eyes are getting shiny with the beginning of tears. Jungkook is going to come embarrassingly quick at this rate. Jimin's thighs felt amazing last night but there's nothing like the feeling of a mouth or tight walls around his cock.

When Jimin comes up for air this time around, a string of saliva connects his lips to Jungkook's cock. Jungkook is wet from precome and from Jimin's mouth, and the sounds that Jimin's pumping hand makes around his cock turn Jungkook on even more. Jimin blows on the tip of Jungkook's cock before swallowing down as much as he can.

This time the head of Jungkook's cock hits the back of his throat and Jungkook can't stop the loud moan that comes out of his mouth. He throws a hand over it to shut himself up, eyes widening when he remembers that Haewon is in the room next door.

The wet sounds coming from Jimin's throat and Jungkook's heavy breaths are the only sounds filling the quiet room. Jungkook grips on the pillow beside his head and bites on it to muffle his groans when Jimin swallows around him. It feels so tight, hot, wet and perfect.

Jungkook buries his fingers in Jimin's hair and it moves with the bobbing of Jimin's head. Saliva drips down Jungkook's balls in Jimin's hand. Jimin's mouth makes an obscene popping sound when he pulls off of Jungkook's cock.

"I could suck you off for hours," Jimin breathes out. "I love the weight of it on my tongue."

"No one's stopping you."

"Your refractory period might."

"I have a very short refractory period, thank you very much."

"You'll have to show me one day," Jimin winks and rubs Jungkook's cockhead against his tongue, tasting him.

"Gladly."

"Are you gonna come soon?"

"If you keep doing whatever you were doing a minute ago, yeah."

Jimin smiles and gives a feather like kiss to the tip before rolling his tongue around it. There's saliva all over his chin and he doesn't even bother to wipe it off which only turns Jungkook on more. He looks like a cocksucking mess and Jungkook is addicted to the sight.

He's also addicted to the feeling of Jimin's throat constricting around his cockhead and if it was humanly possible, he'd make Jimin cockwarm him just like that every day. Unfortunately, the lack of oxygen would result in actual death and that definitely doesn't turn Jungkook on.

Jimin alternates between bobbing up and down Jungkook's cock fast, sucking up his cheeks on the way up every time, and swallowing him down his throat. It's driving Jungkook crazy and the feeling of his small hand squeezing his base and his other one playing with his balls only brings him closer to his climax.

He really didn't expect to end the day with a mindblowing blowjob from the prettiest omega he's ever laid his eyes on, his omega, but here he is and he feels like the luckiest alpha in the world.

Taking care of Haewon doesn't sound so bad if it earns him an amazing orgasm from Jimin at the end of every day.

He could really get used to this.

Sweat drips down Jungkook's face from having to keep his moans down and having to stop himself from fucking up into Jimin's throat. He doesn't want to choke the omega unless he explicitly asks for it. Jimin's doing a pretty good job at doing that on his own anyway, judging from the way he's gagging around Jungkook's cock.

And yet, he doesn't stop blowing him.

Jimin's enthusiasm is as much of a turn on as his actual mouth around him is. Jimin knows his way around a cock, Jungkook can tell that much, and it's really hard for him to hold himself back from coming.

The wet sounds coming from Jimin are obscene and Jungkook can feel the way his balls tighten in his hand. He's so close, so fucking close to a brain shattering orgasm and all he wants to do is growl from how good it feels but he can't.

"You feel so fucking good around my cock, fuck," Jungkook throws his head back. His hair sticks to his forehead and his body is shiny with sweat. "Do you hear yourself literally gagging for it."

Jimin moans around him. He works his hand faster around the base and swallows Jungkook deeper, stopping the bobbing of his head to keep Jungkook's cock in his throat.

"Ah, fuck," Jungkook pulls on Jimin's hair, unconsciously pushing him down even more. "That's it baby, take my cock."

There's tears on Jimin's red cheeks, sweat on his forehead and precome on his tongue. He looks like a wreck and Jungkook just wants to ruin him even more. Jimin swallows around Jungkook's cockhead one last time before Jungkook's orgasm hits him like a train, sending hot white pleasure all the way down to his toes. Jimin gags when Jungkook's come shoots down his throat and pulls off to cough wetly.

Jungkook takes his cock in his hand and pumps himself through his orgasm. He grabs the back of Jimin's neck and brings his lips to his cock. Jimin opens his mouth and closes his eyes as more come shoots out of Jungkook's cock, all over his face. Jimin moans like he actually feels pleasure from having Jungkook's come dripping down his face.

Once he's pumped himself dry, Jungkook lets go of his softening cock and brings Jimin up to kiss him. Jimin lets out a surprised moan, when Jungkook opens his mouth with his tongue to taste himself. Jungkook swallows down his own come straight from Jimin's mouth and kisses him until they're both breathless.

"Fuck," Jungkook breathes out when he breaks the kiss, looking up at Jimin. There's come smeared all over his chin, a white stripe on his right cheek and a few drops on his nose and forehead. He looks like an absolute sight with his red lips and tear stained cheeks, his hair messy from Jungkook's hands and his sweaty skin. "God, I wish I could take a picture right now."

"That good, huh?" Jimin smirks. His hands slide up Jungkook's chest to pull himself up to sit on his hips.

"You have no fucking idea how good that felt."

"You have no idea how fucking hot you look right now." Jungkook laughs and runs his hands up Jimin's waist, squeezing the soft skin. "I need to wash my face and brush my teeth again now," Jimin whines.

"Wait," Jungkook stops him from moving, eyes trailing down Jimin's body. "What about you? Do you want me to return the favor?"

"I'm good, baby," Jimin gives him a soft smile. "Tonight was about you."

"I want to make it about you too," Jungkook pouts.

"Cute," Jimin chuckles and pecks him on the lips. Jungkook grimaces when a drop of his own come falls on his cheek. He quickly wipes it off his face to smear it on the sheets. "I'm too tired, though. I want to sleep now."

"M'kay," Jungkook says and this time he doesn't stop Jimin from hopping off the bed. "Next time, though."

Jimin nods and gives him a fond smile before disappearing into the bathroom. Jungkook sighs happily and doesn't even bother putting his boxers back on. His flaccid cock lays on his stomach and is still wet with Jimin's saliva. Jungkook shakes his head to stop thinking about it otherwise he'll get hard again.

He pulls the covers up and lays on his side. It doesn't take long for Jimin to come back, no come in sight anymore and Jungkook doesn't complain only because he knows how uncomfortable dried come feels.

Jimin joins him under the covers and gives him a quick kiss before turning his back on Jungkook, waiting for him to spoon him. Jungkook smiles and loops his arms around his waist, nuzzling the back of his neck. He smells heavily of flowers from the remnants of sweat and Jungkook feels like he's in heaven.

"Thank you, baby," he mutters.

"Hm, you're welcome, pup," Jimin replies sleepily.

"I really hate that pet name."

"No you don't," Jimin chuckles.

"I only like it when you call me that."

"I'm the only one who's allowed to call you that."

"Tell that to Hoseok hyung," Jungkook snorts.

"I'll beat his ass on Monday."

"My savior," Jungkook laughs, squeezing Jimin tighter in his arms. "I'm so sleepy now," Jungkook hums happily, kissing Jimin's nape. "Thanks to you."

"You said sex makes you sleepy, earlier. I was only trying to help."

"And that you did," Jungkook nips at Jimin's neck, making him giggle. "Goodnight, baby."

"Goodnight, pup," Jimin whispers before turning the light off.
