--Vixen's POV Age 7--

I followed Naruto through everything. If he skipped class, I skipped class. I don't want him or Kyuubi hurt. I don't think Naruto's aware of Kyuubi. I hope Kyuubi plays nice.

I opened the door to class and saw heads look towards me before going back to their conversations. I let Naruto in and smiled at him. He beamed as he got ready for class. We sat next to each other. Sensei was about to start class when he was interrupted. Some dude with his hair in a ponytail and it all spiky and stuff said,"Lord Hokage sent for Vixen."

"What would he want with her?"

"Why does Hokage want a weakling like her?" I walked along with the guy.

"What's your name?" I asked him.

"Shikaku Nara."

I nodded, smiling, storing his name in my head.

He opened the door to the Hokage's place.

"Lord Hokage. Vixen is here."

"Thank you. You may leave." He waved off Shikaku. I waved to him as he left, him sending a slight wave.

"Now, Vixen, it has come to My attention, you know of the Kyuubi."

I nodded, showing I do.

"How do you know, may I ask?"

"He's my friend." The hokage's pipe fell out of his mouth as he had his jaw agape.

"What do you mean?"

"Kyuubi is very nice when you get to know him, he's just lonely and took it out on the world." I explained, My eyes watery.

"Kyuubi gave me this." I showed my hand. "As a symbol of our friendship. I cherish it." The Hokage nodded, taking in the information.

"May I leave?" I politely asked.

"One more question,"Do you know what happened to the Kyuubi?" I asked.

"Yes. He was sealed inside Naruto." The Hokage seemed shocked at how I knew.

"You are not allowed to tell him. Do you understand?" I nodded and began to leave.

"Wait. Vixen. I noticed you call him 'Kyuubi' instead of 'the Kyuubi.'"

"Everyone needs a name, and he's a living being, not an object. So I call him Kyuubi." I answered, walking out the door before I was further interrogated.

I walked back to the academy and took my seat, relaxing as Sensei friend on and on and on about something.
