The spoonbills were still flying the pets across town.

And needless to say, the girls were having a bit of fun flying on Valentina.

Meanwhile, Vivo was trying not to fall off of Dancarino.

Roxie shouted, "This is so awesome!"

Novella responded, "It certainly is breath-taking!"

Charlotte said, "I'll say! I'm not sure if I'll ever breath again! Oh, wait...I'm doing it right now!"

Tiago said to Vivo, "Hey, yo, V! Ain't you having a great time or what?"

Vivo replied while hanging on tight to Dancarino, "Definitely what!"

Roxie said, "Vivo, this is so cool! Just let loose!"

Vivo replied, "Oh, I'll let loose...once I'm back on the ground!"

Just then, Dancarino said, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We are now approaching our final destination."

Valentina said, "This is your captain's mate speaking. Please do not stand until your spoonbills have come to a complete stop."

When the two landed, they crouched down to let the pets off.

Dancarino said, "We have reached our final destination."

Valentina said, "Please gather up all your belongs and exit to your left or right."

Both said, "And thank you for choosing Roseatte Airlines!"

They were right in front of the Hernández house.

Vivo was glad to be back home.

He said, "Thanks, you guys. I knew I could count on you."

Valentina responded, "Of course. Anything for our little cupid."

Novella, Charlotte, and Tiago went, "Aww!"

Vivo blushed and playfully rolled his eyes.

And Roxie slightly gagged, "Sappy stuff."

He then went to the front door and knocked to let Gabi know he was home.

However...no one answered.

Vivo knocked again a few moments later.

Still no one answered.

Vivo was a little concerned.

The others exchanged worried looks as well.

Vivo shouted, "Gabi?"

Just then...

"She's not home."

Vivo looked up on the roof.

It was Stella.

The same beautiful cacomistle he met the night before.

He was rather happy to see her.

"Oh. Hi, Stella."

Stella smiled.

"Hi, Vivo."

Charlotte said, "Oh, you two have met already?"

Vivo responded, "Yeah, we met the other night."

Stella said, "I went out for a walk that night. Then I heard him singing and...wanted to hear more."

Vivo chuckled, "Yeah."

Both then chuckled with smiling blushes.

The others looked at them with smiles and raised eyebrows.

The two noticed the way the others looked at them.

They snapped out of it and cleared their throats.

Vivo then said, "So...you said Gabi wasn't home?"

Stella said, "Oh, yes. My owner and I were at the Plaza at the time she found out you were missing. One of the girls found out you went on the trolley and they all followed the usual route."

Vivo got a bit upset, "You mean...I came all the way back here...while she went all the way...back there?"

Stella nodded, "I'm afraid so."

Roxie bluntly said, "Oh, come on! We came all this way only to find she's back where we started?"

Novella said, "Oh, dear."

Tiago said to Vivo, "Sorry, bro."

Vivo was a little upset, but he took a deep breath to calm down.

Dancarino then said, "Don't worry. One more flight should only take about 20 minutes."

Vivo said, "Well, at least it's not another hundred-mile walk."

Stella then asked, "Hey, uh, I know it's not really my place, but...mind if I join you?"

Charlotte immediately cut in, "Well, of course! In fact, you two can ride together if you wanna!"

Vivo and Stella looked at each other...and smiled and blushed.

Vivo said, "I...would like that very much."

Stella said, "So would I."

Valentina then said, "Ok. Ladies and gentlemen, let's saddle up and-"

*Thunder*

The pets and spoonbills slightly jumped in surprise.

They saw a big storm was brewing in.

The wind already started to blow harder than normal.

Valentina and Dancarino looked at each other with concern.

Vivo noticed and already knew what they were thinking.

"You can't fly in this, can you?"

The two sheepishly shook their heads.

Novella then said, "And by the looks of it, I don't think walking back would do any better either."

But Vivo said, "Well, I have to try. I need to get back to Gabi."

Tiago said, "Whoa, easy, V. First, we gotta wait out the storm."

He then got a little excited, "Luckily, I know a certain hot spot in town that would be perfect!"

Novella, Charlotte, Roxie, and Stella knew which one he was talking about and got a little excited, too.

Charlotte then said, "Dan, Val, you gotta join us, too!"

Dancarino said, "Sounds fun! What do you think, lady love?"

Valentina said, "Exactly what you think, sweetie-pie!"

But Vivo said, "But, I need to get-"

But most of the other pets already started to lead him away.

However, Stella looked at him with concern.

She thought about that newspaper article she saw after she left his house the night before.

She had a feeling Vivo needed help...and not just with finding Gabi.
