Couple months have passed and a lot has happened. More and more combined units have been formed and battles with the help of Tenno have been easy up until recently. A massive Void gash in space opened and slowly, one by one, the forces of the others side came flooding in. The whole system has been at war, all the sides clashing in an all out free for all. Guardians have found fighting the new enemies refreshing and to some extent exciting and fun. A welcome challenge, there is so much to learn about fighting against these factions, new advanced weaponry, tactics, forces, everything. The Infested is what scares all of them and despite all being enemies they will team up to fight against them, for the simple sake, if the Infested get an upper hand it is over for everybody. The situation had grown so serious that all the factions agreed on a ceasefire so they could help each other drive out the newcomers. However, Guardians have noticed the Tenno killing some of Guardians they would come across in the wild. This caused massive uproar and all the Tenno could say is that it was a sign of mercy. They were already too far gone, HE reached out to them and the most merciful thing one could do is to put them out of their misery. But many didn't know who this HE was and what was wrong with them. Even the Vanguard were at first worried by these seemingly merciless killing but once they figured out who the Tenno were talking about and it was explained to them that if left alive, those Guardians would only live in fear, doubt, horror, every day would be a misery. They would turn feral, insane, attack their own, until they would completely change.

The Vex have been having a really rough time as of late, not so much with dealing with the Grineer, Corpus or the Infested as with dealing with the creations of the Void. You can not simulate something, predict something that simply defies all known laws of reality. A power that can shape emotions into a reality, make as many timelines as the Vex themselves can. And for the Tenno, the concept of Eternalism, the concept that you died, but you also didn't in another timeline and you can be pulled back into the current one. There had been many Void Angels showing up here and there but they were quick jobs for the experienced Tenno. More and more starting coming in from the other side as it appeared that all of their enemies were moving there. The Guardians had come across a couple fascinating technologies that the Tenno posses. K-Drives, Kaithes, Archwing and Necramechs. K-Drives were the most familiar as they did have something similar to it but the other things, they were a new thing. A metal living horse that could appear out of nowhere and can fly like a Pegasus but isn't a Pegasus. Massive metallic wings called Archwings that could propel them at high speeds across terrain and then the, at first, most terrifying, the Necramech. Big suit of armor that you do not simply wear, but control through a thing called Transference. Built out of metals and at the center of it, a skeleton, put inside a golden plated cocoon and the destruction these things can bring is incredible. But what was the most desirable weren't these as you couldn't really use if you were normal, no, the most desirable things were the small things. Plushies that the kids loved of many new creatures, pots and saucers and such.

There was a high pricing for one object though, the physics bending Ayatan Sculptures. Many people would just spend hours staring at them, wondering how they would work. Made out of Gold, but this gold constantly changes a shape, even though it seems to be in solid form. These objects were highly sought after and so were the Shawzins that the Tenno used to play music. Nights would echo with people trying to learn how to play the Shawzin, some more successful than others. But at first, you would have been better at being deaf than having to listen to the horrific first attempts at learning. Pets came over, Kubrows, Kavats, they all brought joy to the locals, seeing big fluffy Kubrows running around like dogs and the almost royal and dignified Kavats walking around. And the small flying robotic companions that would follow the Tenno, almost like Ghosts, but these were machines meant for battle, aiding their owners in battle through many ways. And whilst the city folk lived in the bliss of not knowing what was going on out there, on the fronts it was a different story. And a group of Guardians will discover another force of evil that they weren't given much information about.

A fireteam of Guardians, three brothers, Louis, the Hunter, Aiden and Max the Titans, were killing a large batch of Grineer within the ruins of a long abandoned laboratory on Europa. Everything was going well, the Grineer aren't all that different from Cabal, in fact, a parallel could be drawn between them. The most challenging would be the Eximus units that would show up, each one of them had a specialty that needed to be overcome, but otherwise, nothing all too special. They had faced greater threats and considering they were given sufficient info about them, it wasn't too difficult. And as they were fighting through the abandoned facility they come across a simple enough empty room, there are a couple boxes here and there. But it was dark and once they turned on their flashlight they saw a figure of a child standing there, looking at the wall. They were confused, there shouldn't be anyone else here apart from the Grineer. As they approached they still couldn't see the face of the kid, but it did not even acknowledge their presence, instead it just continued to stare at that wall. Then, as if out of the walls around them, a creepy voice spoke only three words.

Voice: Vome Ris Netra

And before them, the kid simply disappeared and the wall itself at which it was staring torn open. Letting in a lot of dust and a strong wind, but once it had settled, before them, laid a vast, endless expanse.

Built out of massive pillars, sand and mouth like openings in the sky, stretching out towards infinity. Something about it, something didn't feel right. The fireteam felt scared, nervous, they didn't know what to do, but to run back. They saw something crawling on the ground towards them and then, in the distance further, hundred of them or similar thing making their way towards them. All they knew now was, run. And run they did, retracing their steps as fast as they could, shooting back every so often at the creatures. Arms, distorted geometrical objects floating in the air, it filled them with a sense of dread. But no matter how fast they run, those things are coming after them faster. They had no other option then to just stand and fight as there is no way they could outrun them. They cast their suppers and attack the enemies, they do fall relatively easily but when one falls another comes in to replace it, or sometimes more than one. They threw everything they had at those things, holding their ground on a large elevated platform.

Louis: Is there a fucking end to these things?!

Aiden: I don't know, by the way I see it, there is no end. They just keep coming and coming, like the damn shadow thralls but without fading away after some time.

Louis: What the fuck are these things even? Why were we not told about them?

Max: We were, but only a little as there is little known about these things. They shouldn't be here even.

As they continued on fighting, constantly casting supers and abilities at those things, the main issue would be ammo so they conserved it as much as they could. They have had to be fighting for at least have an hour but there is no end to those creatures. These are the last things they should have come across. The creatures are slowly gaining on them, grabbing each possible chance to move forward. As they get closer and closer a panic sets in the Guardians, Aiden lets it take control of him and makes a stupid and dangerous decision as his gun clicks. He rushes at the creatures, being a Titan he rushes in fists at the ready, smashing a couple of them. But it only took a moment of carelessness and not paying attention to not see that they are right on top of him. As Aiden is about to be overrun by them chains sprout out and entrap the creatures in place. They turned to only see two figures, a priest like figure, holding a thurible in his hand and behind him, a cowboy looking one, a revolver on each hip. It took them a moment until they realized that those two were frames, Harrow and Mesa, they felt saved and saved they were. The frames dashed past them, the Harrow wielding some kind of staff that killed the enemies in a single hit and the Mesa gunned those things down by the dozen. But they just kept coming, but they kept getting gunned down. It looked like a battle without an end but they were pushing the things back and the fireteam could not just sit back and do nothing. They helped out as much as they could.

Then, a couple of those things started to group up, retreating in the back of the horde. They started to form into a more grotesque form by attaching themselves to another. They formed a massive creature built out of many parts, Void energy coursing through it's body. The Harrow floated up in the sky and did a spin as the creature launched an attack at all of them. To the Guardians surprise they took no damage, it is as if they were protected by an invisible force. The Mesa and Harrow split up, attacking the massive creature from both sides and the Guardians decided to do add clear, to at least be of some use in fighting this thing. The massive thing used a variety of attacks, each looked more dangerous than the last. After it had sustained enough damage it burrows into the ground and a swarm of the small ones comes out, together they attack again. And it appears out of the ground once more. The battle is long and hard, or at least it looked hard but the Tenno were finally able to kill it. And as it was killed and the remained of the creatures were killed the wall simply closed up and everything was pretty much as it was. Like nothing had happened a couple moments ago, the only testaments were the many bullets holes and burn marks on the materials around them. The fireteam took a sigh of relief and thanked the Tenno. They don't dare to think of what could have happened to them if the Tenno didn't show up. However, the Tenno turned their attention to something else. To Max, who is crouched down in a corner, holding his head and shaking his head. Aiden does remember seeing Max acting strange during the fight, he barely did anything, instead just stay back and couple maybe a couple bullets. Mesa looked at Harrow and nodded, getting a nod in return. Harrow walked past Louis and Aiden who have been stopped by Mesa and walked up to Max. He pointed his staff at the back of Max's head and fired, killing him and then took his Ghost and destroyed it also, ensuring that Max is not going to revive. Aiden and Louis stared in shock, their allies but a moment ago, killed their brother in cold blood. They watched them as they walked away, still in shock. Why did they do that? Weren't they allies? Anger, confusion, hatred, many emotions had slowly started to fill their minds but the Tenno were too far gone for them to do anything. Instead, they let it out on the things around them before picking up the remains of their brother and heading back to the Tower. After burying him, they will need answers and damn good explanations on why did they kill Max.
