This is going to be Kat's man :)

His name is Asher Quinn and he is 24 years old

Asher is also a human. I'm thinking having a human in the reaper relationship is important for producing life. That and he's kinda special and he has a lot of light.

This is due to the fact that he served in the military for several years. He's currently on leave after a really bad injury and he's still in his recovery process.

While in the army, I'm thinking Life obviously has a thing of sending guardian angels to watch over and protect people who do good. So regular people in the world have guardian angels that give them a little extra life and unforeseen power. So going along with that, guardian angels also stayed with the soldiers in the army.

Anywhoooo moving on!

He has a little baby sister he doesn't see very often. Her name is Lakelyn. So he's really good with kids and already kinda has that nurturing father mentality that might help soften up Kat and let her open up more to him and be less over protective of the baby after she gets to know him a little more since you said she'd be momma bear over Cordelia.
