After the hospital incident, Naruto left Sakura at the hospital and he went straight home to make phone calls. Eventually he was able to meet with someone. So here he stood at Sasuke's house. When he rang the doorbell, the man that opened the door was the Uchiha he was looking for.

"Naruto, right?"

"Yeah." Naruto nodded, "and you're..."

"Just call me Itachi."

Itachi led Naruto into the living room, offering him a seat, but Naruto politely declined.

"You're Sasuke's older brother, right? Did you hear about the car crash at all?"

"I did. But I heard there was someone already there with him, so I only called up our parents, who are out of town at the moment." Itachi tilted his head, "what did you want to talk about?"

"It's about a kid at our school, his name is Hidan. I heard from Neji that you'd know something about him."

"Oh, the senior, Hidan? Yeah, I know something about him. Taken the fact that our cousin is in his friend group, but not too fond of him."

"What do you know about Hidan?" Naruto sounded desperate.

"Why the sudden interest?"

"Hinata Hyuga and your brother were greatly hurt by him, and I need to know all his weaknesses and strengths if I want to be able to defeat him..."

"Hinata. The daughter of the Hyuga Corporation, right?"

"Yeah, that's her."

"Well..." Itachi sat down on one of the single couches, "from what I've heard from Obito, he's definitely a force to not be reckoned with."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, get on his bad side, and you're a goner. Get on his good side, and there's no going back."

"I'm still not picking up on what you're saying..."

"You can piss him off, and the only things you'll be leaving with are a few bruises and maybe a couple of broken bones." Itachi shrugged, but his face went serious, "however... If you become something closer than a friend with Hidan, there's no way you can even leave. He holds onto you like you're his slave."

"When you say 'closer than a friend'... You mean--"

"Relationships are a dangerous thing, Naruto. Hinata fell for his ruse and is now closer than ever with him. As his girlfriend, Obito says he's really possessive. But really, it's not because of his love for her, rather, his love for money."

"What?"

"He's been selling those pictures of her to other people. She's been willingly giving him pictures because it got to that point in the relationship in which all gentleness was out the window, and one picture was all it took. He used that one picture to threaten her, to make her give him even more. That pile grew and grew until it eventually got to a sex tape. I saw it."

"You mean to say..." Naruto gritted his teeth, "this bitch has been indirectly trafficking Hinata all this time?! That creature really has no heart, does he?"

"This is something Obito's known for a while. They all thought it was some joke, and even today, they don't give a fuck. Obito, on the other hand, saw past this and needed to tell Hinata right away. He explained all this to me the day after that party."

"Why didn't he tell anyone else?! They could've stopped him!"

"They all saw Hidan as a perfect student that couldn't do anything to hurt a fly, let alone his girlfriend." Itachi sighed disappointedly, "turns out, Hinata had already picked up on this, eavesdropping Deidara and Sasori. She had every opportunity to leave him, but like I said before, you get in a relationship with Hidan that's anything closer than a friend, and there's no going back."

"Damnit, damnit..." Naruto collapsed on the couch, "there's nothing I can do now, huh? This really is all my fault."

Itachi stared at Naruto, then shut his eyes and shook his head, "if anything, you all had a part in this. It's your fault for leaving Hinata's safety in the care of someone else. It's Sasuke's fault for putting Sakura's well-being first before Hinata's, all out of jealousy. It's Sakura's fault for forcing Sasuke to leave Hinata at the party. It's overall Hinata's fault, for getting herself into this mess."

"Itachi..." Naruto rubbed his forehead, "thank you. I know what I need to go do now."

"What! You don't need to know about where he is or anything?"

Naruto stood up, "no. I'm fine. I just need to go talk to someone..."

"Hidan?"

"No." Naruto headed to the front door, "thanks for everything, Itachi. But I need to go. I'll see myself out."

"Okay..." Itachi watched as Naruto left. He stood up and watched as Naruto drove away, "hm. He must be headed to Hinata's place." He smiled and walked away, "I think I should go give Sasuke a visit, before he gets any wrong ideas about his older brother."
