AS usual, Lilith had been waxed and groomed and now Leto was styling her hair in silence. Iggy and Roxie had gone off to get Lilith's outfit.

"How are you holding up?" Leto asked.

"I'm fine," Lilith said passively.

"Don't lie to me, Lily."

"It's true. I'm fine," Leto sighed at her response as Iggy and Roxie came in with black armour with her two katanas.

"How did you get those?" Lilith asked holding them.

"A little bribing," Roxie said she ushered Lilith into the changing room to put it on. Once she was finished they helped her strap on the other little bits and once again ushered her out of the room towards the parade.

Lilith was wearing black paint on her face with a small circular symbol in the middle of her forehead. The black paint smeared down to her cheeks and her hard expression didn't help her intimidating demeanour.

Lilith walked up to Finnick who was conversing with Johanna.

"You look amazing," Johanna complimented as Finnick stared at the girl.

"I know that Jo."

"Always so cocky," Johanna shook her head.

"It's self-love," Lilith said. The two looked at Finnick who was still staring at the girl beside him.

"You look beautiful Lily," He said.

"Thank you Finny." She looked into his blue eyes with a smile. She didn't really notice before but Finnick was shirtless and was wearing some type of skirt.

"Oh so he gets a thank you but I get 'I know that Jo'" Johanna mocked breaking their gazing, "Favouritism. That is all I'm going to say." Johanna marched off in the other direction and the two laughed.

"Come on," Finnick pulled her off towards the district 12 chariots.

"No Finnick," Lilith complained but stopped when they arrived.

"Katniss," Finnick called.

"Hello Finnick," Katniss greeted.

"Do you want a sugar cube? I mean it's supposed to be for the horses but, I mean who cares about them right? They got years to eat sugar, where else we if we see something sweet we better grab it." Finnick's eyes flickered to Lilith who was petting the horses.

"No thanks, but I would love to borrow that outfit someday."

"If she won't take it Finny I will," Lilith took the sugar cube from his fingers and popped it into her mouth. Finnick watched her movements entranced, "I gotta go. Jackson's calling me over for God knows what. Bye." She kissed him on the cheek and walked off in the direction of her brother.

Katniss noticed Finnick's gaze and cleared her throat.

"You look pretty terrifying in that get-up," Finnick chuckled.

"So does your girlfriend," Katniss replied.

"Lilith? She's not my girlfriend. What happened to the pretty little girl dresses?"

"I outgrew them," Katniss snapped.

"You certainly did. It's a shame about this Quell thing. You- You could have made out like a bandit in the Capitol, jewels, money anything you wanted."

"Well I don't want jewels and I have more money than I need so. What did you do with all your wealth anyway?"

"I haven't dealt in anything common as money in years," Finnick responded.

"Then how do people pay for the pleasure of your company," Katniss challenged. Finnick smiled.

"With secrets. What about you, girl on fire? Any secrets worth my time?"

"I'm an open book. Everyone always seems to know my secrets before I know them myself."

"Unfortunately I think that's true," Finnick followed Katniss' averted gaze and he saw Peeta and Cinna, her designer coming over, "I'm sorry you had to cancel your wedding. I know how devastating that must be for you," Finnick popped another sugar cube into his mouth and smiled, "Have a good day. Peeta."

"Finnick," Peeta watched him walk away as he went back over to Lilith.

Finnick kissed the top of Lilith's head, hugging her as she was talking to Jackson.

"What did you talk about?" Lilith asked.

"Oh, nothing much. Tried to get inside her head," Finnick replied dismissively.

An announcement came through that the parade was about to start and the two parted and went off to their own chariots.

The siblings waited in silence as the chariots in front of them pulled off. When theirs did, Lilith looked forward as the crowd cheered loudly.

The chariots pulled into the circle as Snow began to give his speech. Lilith ignored the man and looked at the rest of the tributes. The chariots went off again and when they got back to their original place Lilith sighed. She saw Johanna and caught up to her.

"I'm starving. What food do you think they have?" Johanna asked as they walked towards the elevator.

"Everything Jo," They got to the elevator and saw Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch. Johanna smirked.

"You guys look amazing," she said.

"Thank you-" Johanna cut Katniss off as the two girls turned around.

"My stylist is such an idiot," Johanna said as she began taking pins and clips out of her hair, "District 7. Lumber. Trees. Ugh, I'd love to put my axe in her face." She took off her bracelets throwing them to the ground, "So what do you think? Now that the whole world wants to sleep with you?" Lilith kept quiet at this comment.

"I don't think that the whole-" Katniss started.

"I wasn't talking to you," Johanna said turning back around. Katniss muttered under her breath as Johanna turned to Peeta and turned around holding her hair, "Can you unzip?"

Lilith held in a laugh.

"Yeah," Peeta swallowed taking the zip and undoing it. Johanna smiled at him and stripped in front of them.

"Don't mind Johanna. She's very comfortable with her body. She doesn't really mind flashing people," Lilith spoke up for the first time.

"I bet you'd like to flash Finnick," Johanna smirked.

"And I'd bet you'd like to flash Jackson," Lilith responded.

"Not opposed to it. You're brother's hot," Johanna said as Lilith rolled her eyes. The elevator stopped on Johanna's floor and the two got out, "Thank's that was fun. Let's do it again sometime." Johanna called.

"Thank you," Haymitch said.

"Pervert," Lilith called from down the hall and she heard him chuckle. The two girls sat in Johanna's room and discussed tactics until Lilith had to go back to her own floor.
