Palm is going to be a character in my story Different Wings, she is the one who has been mothering Flower since she was young. Something she does, not only changes who the world thinks about her...but it changes her relationship with her daughter. This is the only part I will share on what is being said

Flower"Mother, how could you do this. Not only to me but to the world!?"
Palm"It was the right thing. Dragons can't...don't understand!"
Flower"You don't understand!" She said her wings getting a darker red
Palm"We-loved each other!" Her voice came out mangled and twisted
Flower dove and attacked her, leaving terrible wounds.
Flower"mother...I hate you."
Palm looked at her in the eyes, " I don't care, if you hate me or even try to kill me. I am your mother and will love you always."
