Blaike was busy setting the table for Linnea. He was wearing a Butler's uniform and his face was harder than ever. His face was full of sorrow which he tried best to hide somewhere between his works.

Linnea walked towards the dinner table looked at it in disgust. In front of her a burger, French fries and cold drink was served. Instead of fresh blood.

Linnea : Why you have served human food to me?! I hate these stuffs!

Blaike : Just give it a try milady. You will surely love it.

Linnea : I said I want blood!

Blaike : Please.... At least for me. (he gives out a warm smile)

Linnea : I will try... But.... Whatever. Never mind.

She sits down a little concerned about something. Taking a bite of the burger she somehow chewed and swallows it then feeling sick she runs towards the washbasin to vomit. Blaike stood beside her concerned.

Blaike : You alright?!

Linnea : Throw away those disgusting human stuffs! And bring me fresh blood from the kitchen!

Blaike : Okay... But why it made you puke?

Linnea : Cause it's disgusting!! (whispers to herself) And I have a curse....

Blaike : Did you say something?

Without a further words Linnea walked towards her throne room. Blaike poured some fresh blood for her in a wine glass and set it on the small table beside her throne.

Linnea : Tell me... Why you choose to return to me instead of going back to that little traitor?

Blaike : Cause you're my master (smiles)

Linnea : Don't try to lie to me!

She heard so some noises coming from outside.

Linnea : Looks like they're here (smirks)

Outside of the castle....

A car stopped right in front of the main gate. Zen popped his head out from the car window and curiously moving his eyes on the vampire guards then looking at me he asked.

Zen : Are you sure that he is here?

Me : Yup.

Zen : Then what are we waiting for?...

We pushed open the car doors and walked towards the group of guards glaring at us.

Head Guard : Go away!

Zen : Listen buddy. We have come here for a friendly visit with your vampire queen. So please be kind enough and let her know.

Head Guard : She is not free to see commoners like you human!!

Zen : Geez..you need an eye checkup dude, do we look like humans to you???

Head Guard : Whatever just leave!

He uses magic to blast our car as a warning that they're serious and can even kill us.

Zen : No! No, No, No, No!! My babe!!! My car!!! It cost a fortune you assholes!!!

Me : (face palm) Not again....

Zen : I will kill you!

Telling this he kicks the head guard on his tummy making him fall at some distance. The other guards charge towards us with their spears.

Zen : Sorry Violet, you have to wait for awhile before you can meet Blaike.

Telling this his body gets surrounded by a blue aura and he grows a sword out from his left hand and holds a Japanese Kanata in his right.

Zen : Prepare to die!!

He was about to attack when the large castle door opened and all the guards vanished in a blink of an eye. Zen made his swords disappear and we both looked at each other confused.

Voice : Come inside you two.

We hurried through the entrance and saw Linnea sitting in her throne with a wine glass filled with blood waiting for us. I moved my eyes around hoping to see Blaike but failed.

Me : (without a former greetings) Where is my Blaike old hag??...

A sadness comes over Zen's face but he still tries to smiles as best as possible.

Linnea : Woah, slow down. My? What means he is yours? He belongs to me now as my butler.

Me : (blushing) I-I mean....

Linnea : (sarcastic tone) So who is standing before me? A ghost? Or an alive lover? Well I never expected you to reborn again.

Me : We don't expect many things to happen but it still takes place. Now answer my question.

Linnea : Even if I do. I don't think he wants to meet you...

Me : Lie!! Why won't he?! Just call him instead of beating around the bush!

Linnea calls for Blaike who bows and stands next to her throne.

Blaike : Milady did you call me?

Linnea : Violet has come for meeting you.

For the first time I saw hatred in his eyes for me. As he looked at me. It gave me a chill through my spine but I ignored continuing.

Me : Blaike... (Starts walking towards him)

Blaike : Stay where you are... You traitor. You will dirty Milady's throne by coming nearer to it!

Me : W-What did you called me?.... (Trying to stop my emotions)

Zen : Blaike! Behave!! She waited for you since the day she regained her memories!!

Blaike : Oh! Shut up you fuckaboi!! It's between Violet and me so shut up!!

Zen : You!!!!

Me : Zen... Shut up for awhile... Let him... Say... I also want to know what he thinks about me.... What complains he has against me... Go on Blaike.

Blaike : So listen... You left me when I needed you the most!.... You died like a weakling. And I was stupid enough for dying for someone like you! You have only brought miseries in my life. And falling for a bitch like you was the biggest mistake I could ever make in my life! I-If you have never returned... Then.... My Mom would have been alive.... (he makes a fist angrily) I hate you! Do you hear me?! I hate you!!

Me : You hate me?! And what about the fact the you left me to die alone?! I thought you will come to save me....

Blaike : Doesn't matters. I was busy in the war. You could have at least tried to save yourself.. Oops sorry I forgot that a pathetic creature like you can't even do that!

Tears rolls down from my eyes thinking that I fell in love with someone like him... Who blames me for everything that happened till now even after knowing the main culprit behind all of these...

Blaike : Moreover Linnea is far better than you and I love her.

Linnea looks at him in suspicion.

Linnea : Bla....

Blaike : Milady I need your permission for killing her in front of you.

Linnea : Just don't destroy anything.

Taking out a dragger Blaike walked towards me. My eyes were full of tears and I hardly realized that he was coming towards me. Many old memories came in my thoughts... As I start thinking is it reality or dream....

He was about to stab me when in the nick of time Zen caught hold of the dragger from it's sharp end making his hand bleed..

Zen : Sorry Blaike can't let that happen.

Blaike : You!!

I ran out of the castle crying...

Zen : Violet!!

Throwing away Blaike's dragger, he followed me..

Blaike hates me... Blaike hates me... I feel so broken right now... *crying my heart out* how could he be so mean to me? I can understand that he loves someone else..... But.... At least... As a friend....

I sat down on a high land at the end of the forest... The river flows at a distant from it... I sat there with drooped head trying to stop my weep thinking if he even worth it... When a light touch was felt on my shoulder. I looked behind to find Zen standing there with on hand inside his pants pocket and another on my shoulder. Oh... Yea... I left him there.... In my sorrow I forgot all about him.. He took a seat beside me and looked at me concerned.

Rubbing off my tears I tried to smiles as best as I could... Even though it was fake.

Zen : (looking at the river) No need to hide it from me.

Me : (biting my lips) I feel so broken right now....

Zen : Can understand.... I felt like that too... When you first took Blaike's name in front of me... And a desire to find him....

I looked at Zen confused... Why would he feel broken?...
I met Zen for the first time when I was six years old and after being badly beaten I ran away from the camp. I was wondering in the forest when the bushes started shaking, at first I was very scared and thought of hiding but soon I mustard enough courage. I shouted "Comes out whoever you're".
I gasped at the sight of a white head poking out of the bushes... He soon started watching me with his blue eyes... Whatever I could estimate from that was he was of my age and was equally scared..

Me : Come out. I won't harm you.

Boy : (coming out) Who beat you?

Me : Military officers... Who are you?

Boy : I don't know.. I don't have a name.

Me : (thinks) How about Zen?

Zen : It will work.

Zen never had a memory to begin with. He was clueless about what he was and even naked and hungry. I helped him out by giving him some food and clothes.. We lived together from that day onwards.. I had a feeling deep inside that he hides many things from me.... Like his true identity....

Zen shakes me to bring me back to reality. Which irritated me.. There was a drop of tear at the corner of his eyes.

Zen : You liar... Nothing of his descriptions matches with Blaike. Am far more worthy than him.

Me : Are you crying Zen?

Zen : (laughs) I was so silly! Jealous of someone like him!! Haha.

Me : Jealous?

Zen : You still don't get it? You're really a block head! (Laughs) I love you.... I always did.... But couldn't build up enough courage... Cause you were always full of Blaike this and Blaike that.

I remained silent not able to decide what to say... How stupid of me that I ignored his feelings all these years....

Zen : Fate has given me another chance. I don't want to loose it.... Violet I love you... I will always do.....

Me : Zen.... I.....

His face comes closer to mine... No... He wants to kiss me... I closed my eyes as it was about touch my lips... But.... I removed my face before it could happen... I jumped down from the high level area, Zen following me.

Me : I can't...

Zen : Cause you still love Blaike.... (Stretching) Damn... That bastard!! Lost to him yet again! (Laughs)

Me : You're not sad? Or angry?

Zen : Nah... But if you have kissed me... Then I would have. (Smiles)

Me : Zen....

Hearing some foot steps we looked at that direction... Someone stop in front of us clapping.

Guy : Nice show. (His hands glow with magic making demons appear)

Me : Dimitri?! What happened to you?!!

Zen : You mean the guy who helped Lucifer to murder you?

Me : Yes.

Dimitri : Lord Lucifer lend me some powers. He wants me to kill you!

Zen and I turned into our demon form.

Dimitri : Well well someone is a born demon now huh. (smirks)

Zen : Violet! Take your revenge! I will take care of these small fries.

He starts cutting the demons into half as I charged towards Dimitri. To Zen's great surprise the more the killed the demons the more the regrows from their blood rather they're multiplying themselves. Soon Zen gets surrounded and captured. They forced him to kneel down on his knees.
As for me.... I attacked Dimitri with my sword only find it was an illusion. The real him teleported behind me and put a seal on my back. After that whenever I used my magic on him it got absorbed... Making my powers useless he grabbed hold of my throat and tries to chock me, I kicked my leg in the air to breathe...

Zen : Violet!!

Freeing himself, Zen was about to attack him when Dimitri's whole body expanded and bursted like a balloon.. Blood spread everywhere... As soon as Dimitri died his demon army disappeared as well...

Zen : Violet... You alright?...

Me : (panting) What happened just now?

Zen : Don't know.

As we talked a shadow fall on the ground... We looked up and found someone standing on the higher level area.
