I once again tried to set free of my bounds but nothing would work.

I couldn't shift, my claws wouldn't break free, and not even my spell would work. Both my witch and my wolf are getting restless.

"So what's going to happen after you take my soul? I'm pretty sure Nathan will come after you and I'm sure you don't want to face a very angry demon king." I tried to distract him.

He simply smirked. "I won't have to worry because destroying your soul will destroy his because you are his other half and it so happens he sold the other half of his soul to his demon." I cursed under my breath. Why Nathan did you have to basically sell your soul to the devil?

Though there's one thing I'm wondering. "Where's my sister?" Augustine paused his preparation. "Safe." Was all he said before going back drawing symbols around the circle? If only he would come closer so I could kick him in the face. 'Or the balls, definitely the balls.' My wolf commented while my witch hummed in improvement.

Having an inner witch, it's not like having an inner wolf that can speak. It's more like you feel its emotion and king of guides you though she can also take over, so an angry witch is an unpleasant witch, light or dark.

I grinned when I felt a familiar presence. "Let her go Augustine." Dracula stood beside me.

"You know I can't do that brother." Augustine smirked while I blinked before backtracking. "Wait wait- You two are brothers?!" What- How?!

"Oh he didn't tell you." Augustine smirked while I gave Dracula the stink eye. No he didn't.

"Well not only are we-"

"You know what shut up I don't want to know." I cut him off making him glare. Knowing him he would probably exaggerate and try to turn me against him. I rather ask Dracula after I kill him for not telling me he is Augustine's brother!

"You insolent brat-"

"Let her go Augustine, you are interfering with the balance. The world's condition is getting worst." Augustine grinned sadistic grin. "Which is why I will be getting rid of her then everything will be as it should be. A world without darkness where it can consume and corrupt." A crazed look seemed to have appeared in his eyes while Dracula's aura darkened.

"This is between us Augustine, I don't know why you brought the whole world into this, much less the twin goddesses' daughters." He said stiffly.

"But don't you see they are the answer." Augustine spoke seeming even more insane as he continued to speak. "They create the balance, they are the very essence between light and dark, good and bad. Destroying her soul will destroy the darkness in this world. Only light will exist as Alayna lives, I will be able to make sure what happened to me doesn't happen to-"

"Enough!" Dracula growled sending a dark lightning at him which he deflected. "You can't blame anyone else for your mistakes."

Oh no. "Please don't tell me all this is happening because of some petty thing that happened centuries ago between you two and please not because of a girl." By the silence that followed I sure hell want to hit them both. "You have got to be kidding me. Seriously!"

"Well I got over it he got obsessed making sure what happened to him didn't happen to anyone else and that girl was our mate." Dracula stated before dodging a white lightning sent at him. Is he, is he really? I mean the famous Dracula to not hold a grudge based on his mate.
Highly unlikely.

"Our mate, she was mine, you took her away from me and got her killed!" Okay someone break me out I will definitely hit the both of them.

'Maybe we can fix this whole century and balance with therapy.' My wolf snorted. Huh that's not a bad idea.

'Wait I was kidding! I want to rip him to shreds!' I rolled my eyes at her drama. 'Don't worry you still get to I'm just going to try to get him to stop all of this then rip him apart. No way am I passing up on revenge. I'm not some hero girl who believes in forgiveness.'

'Oh good, for a second I thought I lost you.'

"How exactly did that happen? Maybe if you talk about it you might feel better....." I trailed off at the scorching glare both brothers sent my way. "Maybe not." Meh I totally saw the resemblance in that.

"Enough of this." Dracula sighed before turning towards me. He muttered something making my bounds disappear. "About time." I grumbled rubbing my poor wrist feeling them heal.

"Now where is my sister?!" I gave him a hard look while he scoffed.

"You really want to see your sister that bad? Fine." Augustine snapped before a blind light blinded me and something hot and burning sent me flying back.
I hissed along with both my wolf dark witch in pain. There's only one thing that could truly hurt both my wolf and my witch.

Light.

My sight cleared as I got back on my feet to face a blank face Alayna her bright blue eyes gray. No please tell me I wasn't too late for whatever Augustine had in store for her.

"Alayna?" I called out to her softly only to be returned with a blank stare and a lightning attack. I was too late.

A hand landed on her shoulder and my eyes traveled to Augustine's. There I stood as I watched true insanity revealed itself within his eyes.

They say the eyes are the window to the soul and his soul from what I can tell is beyond saving.
"Here's your sister Scarlett, a fine last request granted before your destruction don't you think. I'm sure I can make good use for your soul."

I yelped sidestepping another lightning attack from Alayna. Not trying that again, it hurt like hell.

"What did you do to her?!"

"Only forcing out her witch side and controlling her, it's quite easy considering her wolf is absent. Can't you sense it Violet, the power, all this power of light." Using my witch sense I felt that Alayna's witch powers are stronger than the last time I saw her. Stronger than mines.
HE's not interested in her, he's interested in her power and control over light!

"Augustine, what have you done!" Dracula roared. "Alayna!" Damon's voice came from the same direction. He looked battered and beaten holding on to Dracula for support. Gee thanks for leaving me with a socio psychopath there gramps, appreciate it.

"Oh brother I see you found the half angel mutt." Augustine grinned making me shiver. Joker must have learned from him.

"Augustine this is madness and beyond what you have dome in the past. Controlling her sister directly to accomplish evil?! The balance is crumbling now more than ever." As if to prove his point a tremor shook the building making those who have nothing to hang on to fall to the ground.

I cursed when I saw cracks running up the building trying to make my way towards Dracula as another tremor began.

"We need to get out of here." I helped him support a weak looking Damon. His eyes widened. "Look out." He pushed me making me fall to the ground just as a light orb skimmed past.
I cursed looking back at Alayna who was getting ready for another attack. I scrambled up pushing both of the man. "Go go go!" I countered another one of Alayna's attack with my own before going for the exit.

I have no doubt she and sadly Augustine will make it out of there. A few seconds after I exited the building another tremor hit before it began collapsing finally collapsing with one last tremor. Then it was quiet.

Too quiet.

I looked around finding no sign of Alayna or Augustine. "Where are they?" Dracula closed his eyes while I did the same trying to sense them.

"Their gone." I opened my eyes in confusion before Dracula cursed.

"The battle, their heading towards the battle." I growled ready to shadow jump but hesitated looking back at Dracula and Damon.

'Go I have some business to accomplish with him we'll catch up.'

I nodded and sunk into the shadows travelling as fast as I could towards the mass of energy I sensed.

'Please don't do anything stupid Alayna.'

I'M BACK!!

How has your summer been?

Mine was okay but anyway important news.

I will not be updating as frequently.

I'm going on to high school. Yay.

Also I've been thinking about self publishing this book

Don't worry it will be there for at least 3 more months once it's finished since I need to edit

Yes Violet's advanture is coming to an end

Wish me luck on that

Anyway let's get back on track; and hopefully I will be updating next week

Also my computer is getting fixed again soo....
