What I liked about this book:

Richard is a really slimy villain and I would like to kick him repeatedly in uncomfortable places. Seriously, he's gross.

What I did NOT like about this book:

This entire book is confused. The prologue was so disorganized I couldn't tell what was going on, only that whoever was in it was in a gang and that someone lied about their identity. There weren't enough details here for me to get anything else.

From there, I get whiplash as I'm taken into a scene where Stevie's eating dinner with her best friend and is drugged and kidnapped by the obvious love interest. Yes, you read that sentence correctly. The author tries hard to redeem him, but the fact is that he drugged and kidnapped her and keeps her tied up in his house. Which meant by the time we got to the dancing-on-the-grave scene, my stomach was turning. He's hair-crawlingly disgusting, possibly even more than Richard. I'm not sure why the author wanted me to root for him so bad.

Apart from that I had trouble teasing out any semblence of a plot. The writing was dry and telly, and I had a hard time getting through it. And it was told in alternating first person POV, which just made it that much more confusing.

Overall:

A confused mess with a love interest that makes me want to vomit.
