What I liked about this book:

The idea of a kid leaving home because he has an art degree and no job is interesting, though it's been explored before.

What I did NOT like about this book:

Past that, this falls apart. It has the usual issues of the prose just listing what has happened and not giving me any emotional reaction to it. The author also seems to lack a basic grasp of English. There are missing articles, the tense shifts around, and almost every contraction has the apostrophe in the wrong spot. It has obviously not been proofread by anyone knowledgeable.

It's also told in shifting first person POV, which is a big no-no.

Apart from that the four chapters so far just have the boring MC go outside into the snow because his mother kicked him out and apparently he doesn't have the sense to wait until it stops snowing, but so far no plot.

I was bored.

Overall:

Boring and poorly written.

Rating:
