To keep it in one word... epic. You make the story sound like something super action-packed (which it is).

review on the cover:

It looks really good, even if I can’t really tell what it is, lol. The color makes sense and it goes well with the font. Just... change the blue author at the bottom to something other than cyan. It throws the whole thing off and makes it seem very amateur. White, preferably.

review on the grammar:

The grammar was close to flawless. There was nothing I stumbled over or had to reread.

review on the punctuation:

Punctuation was pretty much perfect as well! A few mistakes here and there that could easily be fixed with a run through a grammar checker, but there was nothing huge.

review on the character development:

It was really good! These characters were thrown at us, yes, but I feel like I know them from their introduction.

review on the plot:

It’s super interesting! You launch your readers into this huge world, so different from our earth yet so similar at the same time. The characters are intriguing, the plotline is easy to follow, and there are plenty of twists and turns even in the first chapter that I didn’t see coming! (P.S. The first chapter is probably my favorite. It was a gripping entryway into your universe, and the character was really interesting to me! I would say more, but I don’t want to spoil it for future readers...)

overall review (your general thoughts):

Overall, this book is a great read. You waste no time with introductions and throw us into this world without giving us time to buckle our seatbelts and yet... it works. The whole suddenness of it all, it works. Your story doesn’t make sense in the best way. I can’t understand how you do it. The characters are introduced quickly, but you remember who they are without having to scour the comments for their biographies. Somehow, it just... works. I know in your request you said not to sugarcoat it, and I’m not. It’s a really good read, and I’m excited to read more. Keep writing! -Alina <3
