This Is Not A Fairytale
A/N: Rated Mature: possible triggers: forced kissing and holding/trapping and unwanted advances. The character called Tae in this story is not and does not portray the actions of the real-life person of Kim Taehyung from BTS.
"Tae, stop, you're acting like a spoiled child. I'm not a Princess, and this is not a fairy tale. Now move!"
With feigned bravado, you attempt to shove him aside to get by. He shifts and blocks you.
"I am not a child! I am a man." His eyes seem to change as he stares at you and says, "Every inch of me."
Catching the full meaning of his innuendo and the look in his eyes, fear rapidly escalates. You need to get away from him. You need to get out of here!
You're finally able to go around him as he fumes about being called a child. You hurry from behind the bar, desperate not to be trapped again. You grab your cell phone, which is still on the bar. "Call Jimin." The AI responds, "Calling Jimin" in a friendly but robotic voice.
You hear Tae angrily shout, "End call! End call now!" Your phone only responds to your voice and none other.
"Novi, end the call, Princess. End it, Novi."
"Tae, I think you should leave now," you firmly tell him. You walk toward the front door, "Leave now before I cut off the light and lock you in."
Answer the damn phone, please, Jimin, answer!
You reached for the light switch, still holding your phone, when you saw him come around the bar toward you. Thinking he is leaving, you sigh in relief and move your hand.
You'll need to get Jimin to check the lock tomorrow. You recall the realtor had to push the door with a little thrust to get the lock to catch. It must not have caught as he went out. That was how Tae was able to get in. Good thing it was just Tae, at least you thought. Stupid girl thinking about the damn lock now!
The call goes to Jimin's voicemail. His cute, happy voice about leaving him a message begins to play. Hurry up! Hurry up!
Tae quickly reaches you, knocking the phone from your hand. As it hits the floor, he stomps the screen, and the phone goes silent. He is pressing you against the wall, hitting the light switch. It goes dark except for the light's luminescence from a old lamp post on the other side of the street.
For a few seconds you are stunned, the arm carrying the gift is pinned to your body by his and is painfully pressing on your ribs.
"Tae, what do you think you're doing? Get off me!" You try to push him away.
"Do you know how long I have waited to be alone with you? But your damn brother was always around. But tonight, Princess, you're mine, and I'm going to wish you a Happy Valentine's Day." He presses his lips firmly against yours, crushing your lips against your teeth.
You struggle to get away and are able to free one arm, the arm with your purse. You let your purse handle slip down into your hand. Grabbing the handle firmly in your grip as he presses his hips against you and begins trailing kisses down your neck, you gather your courage and strength.
You swing your arm with all the might you could muster, and your purse finds its target, his head. He lets go, yelping in pain, his hands holding the side of his head.
"You, bitch!" He recovers quickly and tries to grab you.
You make a break for it out the front door and run. You look back and he is chasing you. You pick up your pace. There is no way you can get to your car and get in without him catching you. There is not enough distance between you.
Still needing to become more familiar with the area, you make a wrong turn down a dead-end alley. Panting for breath, you stop and turn around, looking for an escape as he approaches you.
He stops secure in knowing you can't escape, he has you trapped. He grins and casually pulls out his vape, and after several large plumes of vapor are exhaled, exaggerated in size by his hot breath and the night's chilled air, he smiles at you.
"Come here, Princess. There is nowhere else for you to go, besides, I won't let you." He uses his vape again, and the night air makes a large cloud of fog that seems to surround him. He walks through it toward you.
In desperation, you try to run around him, dropping the gift bag, which lands on a pile of garbage. In your panic, you forgot you still carried it.
You don't make it around Tae. He catches you and pulls you against him—the pile of garbage shifts. Surely, you have lost your mind, for this is madness.
"Let me go, Tae! Why are you doing this!? Let me go!"
"I love you, Princess."
You can't believe this is happening. You try to protest, but he crushes his lips against yours, sufficiently cutting off your words and breath.
You struggle violently to get away to break the kiss so you can breath. All your struggling only succeeds in causing your hat to fall to the asphalt and your long hair to tumble around your shoulders.
You struggle harder, trying to break from his hold. As he drags you further into the alley, one of your shoes gets caught on a drainage grate and comes off.
Terrified and overwhelmed, your mind begins to break. There is so much confusion and conflicting images twisting in total chaos inside your mind. Images of places and people are overlapped with words and conversations you can't understand.
The last image you see is the photo of Suga smiling at you right before you lose consciousness.
