Xixecal are frozen children of the gods themselves, abominations that are typically locked away in the furthest reaches of the polar ice caps of the worlds. Their giant forms are that of an iceberg, with dragons fitting around them in their storms of impossible coldness. These creatures are sometimes, like their other fallen brethren, the sign of a great apocalypse to come- this is a misconception.  The presence of a xixecal is often the sign that an apocalypse has already begun, and such a cataclysmic event has released it from it's icy prison.
