The Tyrant T-103 is the first successful Tyrant, no longer a prototype like previous models. With intelligence close to that of a human, the T-103 can follow orders and perform complex tasks, and it is for this reason that is mass-produced, with models being used for hunting down and kill targets or acquire objects.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, transformation, berserk mode(Would go berserk if it's limiter is damaged or destroyed), regeneration(High-low), resistance to pain(Doesn't flinch from a knife being stabbed through it's hand, as well as being submerged in molten iron)

Attack Potency: At least Small Building level(At least comparable to the T-002 and T-103 smashed through a building floor. Should be stronger than Licker)|At least Small Building level(Stronger than before, it's transformation destroys it's Limiter Coat).

Speed: Superhuman(Can run at up to 43 miles per hour) with Supersonic combat speed(Comparable to other Tyrants and can keep up with the likes of Leon)|Superhuman with Supersonic combat speed(Faster than before)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 10(Stronger than Leon, can easily lift and throw cars across streets)|At least Class 10, likely higher

Striking Strength: At least Small Building level|At least Small Building level

Durability: At least Small Building level(Survived falling into a blast furnace full of molten iron and being rammed through a wall)|At least Small Building level(Tougher than before)

Stamina: Very high, but sufficient damage can slow it down

Intelligence: Average(Capable of following orders and performing relatively complex tasks itself. Once it mutates into it's "Super Tyrant" form upon having it's limiter removed, however, it goes berserk and attacks indiscriminately).

Weakness: It's heart; once it mutates into the "Super Tyrant" form, the heart starts to grow in size, causing it to protrude slightly from the chest, making it an easier target for killing.
