The Time Eater is one of the primary antagonist in Sonic Generations, acting as the final boss of the game. After Dr. Eggman was defeated once again and his interstellar amusement park was destroyed, he discovered the Time Eater. After learning of its abilities, Eggman then used it to erase Sonic's history and undo his numerous defeats in the process. It's also the responsible for White Space, which is a broken realm composed of many stolen areas from their places in space-time.

Classification: Temporal Machine

Powers and Abilities: Large size(Type 0), self-sustenance(Types 1, 2, and 3), body control(Detached it's arm to strike both Sonics from above, and displayed the ability to do so with both arms at far range), energy projection(Harnessed a ball of energy that dispersed into smaller, quicker projectiles, has created large balls of energy, is capable of shooting smaller and thinner green lasers, and created clock-like constructs capable of repelling away Super Sonic), breath attack(Can fire a beam of energy from it's mouth and can do so in quick succession), teleportation(The Time Eater can teleport itself away from others), forcefield creation(Can create basic forcefields), portal creation(It's able to create portals and move them), BFR(Created portals which sucked in Sonic's friends, sending them to the white space), sealing (Into White Space, which Tails described as floating in limbo without a body), status effect inducement(Can stun foes with Restraint Trap), space-time manipulation and erasure(Can create bubbles of disordered time that can affect both Classic and Modern Super Sonic. Stated to have reduced all of space-time and reality to a while void once Eggman unleashed it. Eggman used the Time Eater's ability of erasing space-time to undo his past defeats), void manipulation(It's erasure of timelines leaves nothing but White Space in it's wake), time manipulation(Ranging from time travel, slowing down time, and destroying it. Able to send points in time to a white zone of non-existence), dimensional travel (Can travel to timelines that should not exist, such as the destroyed future of Crisis City), resistance to space-time erasure(Unaffected by a place of destabilized space-time and erasure of it), extreme cold and cosmic radiation

Attack Potency: Multiverse level, possibly Multiverse level+(Fought with Modern and Classic Super Sonic and could repel their attacks. Destroyed space-time on a scale encompassing all of a reality/"all of space-time", which includes a multiverse consisting of innumerable, potentially infinite number of universes)

Speed: Immeasurable(Flew through time in it's battle with Classic and Modern Super Sonic, and kept up with them very easily. The battle extended across different dimensions in what appears to be the timestream)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: Multiverse level, possibly Multiverse level+

Durability: Multiverse level, possibly Multiverse level+(Took several hits from Modern and Classic Super Sonic)

Stamina: Infinite(Never shown to get tired, being part machine aids this)

Intelligence: Mindless(without a controller), Super genius while piloting by Eggman.

Weakness: It's own core after being perfected.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Restraint Trap: The Time Eater fires several overlapping red-orb like projectiles surrounded in a dark form of electricity which can immobilize foes upon impact.

•Sun Burst: The Time Eater can summon a miniature sun and throw it at foes, creating an unpassable wall in front of them.

•Time Holes: The Time Eater can create rifts in time and space that can lead to virtually any location desired, including different dimensions.

°Warping Arm Attack: Used in conjunction with it's Time Holes, the Time Eater can use it's arms to attack foes at any point in time and space.

Note: The Time Eater's destruction probably affected multiple different space-time contina/timelines, as both Silver's dystopian future and Stardust Speedway's Bad Future are present in the White Space despite being alternate timelines sperate from the Prime Universe. The world's in the White Space are outright refered to as dimensions and universes of their own
