Sage Centipede is an immensely large centipede-like monster, far surpassing the likes of Elder Centipede in both size and monstrosity, possessing an immense 6666 arms. He claims to have emerged to destroy the "abominable fist"that oppose "God".

Classification: Mysterious Being, Giant Insect Monster, "Incarnation of Our Father Earth"

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, large size (Type 3), bodily weaponry, body control and Elasticity (Of his mustache), regeneration(At least Mid. Regenerates from a special core of his body. As long as the core remains intact, he will regenerate from all damage he receives), immortality (Type 3) and underground mobility

Attack Potency: Continent level(Used his continental length to generate this level of energy. He is easily this powerful by sheer size alone, and can raise his whole body off the ground)

Speed: At least Massively Hypersonic+(Should be faster than the likes of Elder Centipede. Can spin his body at speeds of Mach 732), possibly higher (Caught Garou off-guard)

Lifting Strength: Class P(Should weigh this much via sheer size alone, and can easily lift his entire body off the ground thousands of kilometers into the sky. Easily lifted Tatsumaki's mountain spear)

Durability: Continent level(Comparable to his attack power), regeneration makes him difficult to kill

Range: At least Thousands of kilometers by sheer size

Intelligence: Unknown (Possesses a vast knowledge about God and the creatures that has spawned from him, such as Evil Ocean Water. Deduced that Garou cared about the safety of a transport plane, taking it's hostage in order to connect his attacks on Garou)

Weakness: If his regenerative core is lost, he will no longer be able to regenerate.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Regeneration: Sage Centipede can regenerate extremely quick. Despite having taken damage from Garou's attacks, he regenerated many times. He was able to effortlessly recover from any damage caused by both Garou and Metal Bat, with the former even commenting Sage Centipede on his regenerative abilities, stated if he is not destroyed from the head to tail at the same time, he can just keep regenerating. However, Sage Centipede has a regeneration core inside of his body that once taken away, his ability to regenerate ceases, thus is vulnerable.

•Centipede Grand March: Sage Centipede surrounds a target and deals from all angles, attacking them with his massive human-like fist.

•6666 Leg Grand Drill: A powerful attack  that utilizes all of Sage Centipede's 6666 limbs working in tandem together, lunging at the enemy while spinning in a form of drill attack.
