•Bullet Bill Blaster: Roy uses a cannon capable of firing Bullet Bills from both sides. He can also fill it up with paint and shoot at the opponent to alter their emotions. Red paint causes anger, blue paint causes sadness, yellow makes the enemy dance uncontrollably and green causes a lack of motivation. Purple paint can poison enemies.
