Lavaeights are powerful undead of searing origin, constantly wreathed in the hottest fire imaginable. They are created by victims slain by the Shapes of Fire undead encountered later in the Epic Level Handbook. Such is the might of a Lavawight that their strikes permanently drain the life-force from an enemy until they cannot fight back.
