Vanguard Action Squad
Days have passed since a few new recruits joined the League. The day the League planned to attack the summer camp where, according to their spy at U.A whose identify was still a mystery to them the students of Class 1A and 1B of U.A would be training their Quirks was getting closer with each passing day. The League's preparations for this day were nearly over. Y/N, Shigaraki, and Kurogiri have already come up with a plan to attack the summer camp, having a job for each new member of the League in it.
They asked Giran to prepare them all the necessary equipment for this attack and were still waiting for him to deliver it. The equipment they needed for this job should be delivered to them on the day of the attack before the League will move out to put their plans into action. According to Giran, the equipment didn't look like much on the first glance as everything hastily put together because of how sudden this request was, but the quality was guaranteed. Y/N took Giran's word for it as he had no reason to believe otherwise.
Y/N made sure to learn more about the new members ever since they joined the League as he wanted to know about the people he would be working with from now on. One of the things he learned about them were their Quirks and what they were allowing them to do. Kurogiri made sure to explain to Y/N everything he knew about their abilities of their newest recruit and any other useful information about them.
He learned from the misty villain that Muscular's Quirk allowed him to manipulate his muscles under his skin, granting him immense power and speed. He could also augment his entire body, in order to provide himself protection. Y/N didn't have much to say about Muscular as Muscular had no interest in talking with anyone within the League and was openly hostile to anyone who tried to start a conversation with him and tried to get on the friendly terms with him. Y/N still felt like Muscular was too much of a wildcard and had no idea how he would act when it will came to working together during the summer camp attack. He was not going to put an X on him without seeing him in action, though as it wasn't something he was doing when it came to his associates.
Mr. Compress' Quirk allowed him to "compress" anything in a spherical area into a small marble without actually damaging it. The weight of the target was reduced alongside them, making them very easy to carry. Mr. Compress settled in the League pretty well as he didn't have problem with anyone within the organization and seemed to along with everyone who was interested in talking with him. Y/N couldn't help but wonder one thing about him, though. What motivated Mr. Compress to join the League as Mr. Compress decided to keep this information about himself from the rest of the League.
Twice's Quirk allowed him to create clones of people and things. Before creating clones, he required the measurements of the person he planned to copy before he could actually create clones of said person. Another thing he learned about Twice from Kurogiri was that Twice didn't make clones of himself for personal reasons and that he always wanted his face covered. Y/N made a mental note to ask Twice about those things on the first opportunity he'll get as he was curious to learn more about him. He wasn't going to be pushy about it, though as he realized it most likely was a touchy subject for Twice. Twice settled in in the League fairly well as he already seemed extremely attached to his new teammates.
Mustard's Quirk allowed him to produce a gas that puts anyone around it to sleep. He was not immune to his own Quirk as it was the main reason why a gas mask was a part of his villain costume. He could also sense movements within his gas which allowed him to detect others. Just like in Muscular's case, there wasn't nothing much Y/N could say about Mustard as Mustard just like him was not interested in talking with the other members of the League. Y/N didn't know what to say on how Mustard settled in the League as Mustard kept to himself since he joined the League.
Moonfish's Quirk allowed him to manipulate and control his teeth. He was able to increase the size of his teeth to incredible lengths and can propel and extend them in any direction he pleased. The other thing he learned about Moonfish from Kurogiri was that Moonfish was a cannibalistic serial killer who was sentenced to death. This along with the information of Moonfish not being entirely sane made him quickly undersand why Shigaraki and Kurogiri wanted to keep Moonfish away from the rest of the League. He didn't have nothing else to say about Moonfish as he still hasn't met him, yet.
Kurogiri didn't have much to say much about Magne to him as he already told him everything the h/c haired boy needed to know about her before he left the bar with Origami and Toga to recruit. Magne immediately found her place in the League as she seemed to get along with most of the League, with Mustard and Muscular being the only exceptions as they weren't interested in talking with her, acting like a big sister towards everyone in the group. Out of all the people in the League, she seemed to get along with Toga and Origami the most as Y/N would often see the three of them together whenever he was busy doing something with Shigaraki or Kurogiri.
Y/N and Shigaraki were together in Shigaraki's room right now, going against each other in a match in Mortal Kombat which was one of the games they played the most when it came to playing video games together, making sure to repeat their plan to attack the U.A summer camp and to discuss the final bits of their plan to attack it while doing so.
Shigaraki let out a long frustated sigh, leaning back in the couch as the screen of his TV displayed Y/N's victory in the match, seeing how close he was to beating Y/N's character, "Dammit."
Y/N let out a soft exhale, leaning back into the couch too, "That was a close match."
"I know. This is what makes this annoying." Shigaraki stated as he let out another frustated sigh, "It reminds me of everytime I got beat by the boss in Dark Souls when I was one hit from beating it?"
"You played Dark Souls?" Y/N asked in a slightly suprised voice as he wasn't excepting Shigaraki to play this game, considering how temperamental Shigaraki was before he started to slowly contain his anger.
"Yeah. I lost the count of how many new controllers Kurogiri had to ger for me when I was playing this series." Shigaraki gave him a nod of confirmation in response. He stayed silent for a second, composing himself before speaking up again, having something he knew he had to tell Y/N about because it had to do something with their plan to attack the summer camp, "Remember when we were discussing who should lead the Vanguard Action Squad?"
"Yes." Y/N nodded in confirmation. The Vanguard Action Squad was the name of the team of villains the League was going to send to attack the summer camp. The matter of who should lead the Vanguard Action Squad was brought up during one of the discussions Y/N and Shigaraki had about the plan as Shigaraki was not going to be at the summer camp to lead it, because he and Kurogiri will be staying behind in the bar, "Who did you picked to be the leader?"
Shigaraki pointed at him in response, "You."
Y/N was completely taken by suprise by it as his controller fell out of the grasp because of how suprised he was right now, "W-What? You want me to lead the Vanguard Action Squad?"
"Yes." Shigaraki nodded in confirmation, "I and Kurogiri talked about this the other day when you were doing something with Weaponsmith. I figured out it would be good to have someone I already know as the leader of the squad instead of a new player in the team."
Y/N didn't answer to Shigaraki's words right away as he was unsure how he should respond to this. He didn't think Shigaraki would want him to lead Vanguard Action Squad during their summer camp attack. He let out a deep breath, growing nervous at the thought of leading the Vanguard Action Squad on the day of the attack. He doubted if he was the right person for the job as he had no experience when it came leading villains into a fight. Many negative thoughts started going through his head as he imagined a lot of scenarios of him leading the Vanguard Action Squad, with majority of those scenarios ending badly.
What if his lack of experience will screw something up?
What if everyone will get caught, because of him screwing something up?
What if all the hard work they put into coming up with his plan will go to waste, because of him?
"...I'm glad you decided to put your trust in me, but can't you choose someone else for this job?" He asked his fellow villain after a moment of staying silent as he didn't want his lack of experience in this type of thing to put all the work they put into making this plan to go to waste, "I'm sure my lack of experience will screw this entire thing up and I don't want this to fail because the two of us and Kurogiri worked so hard on coming up with a plan and gathering enough allies for this. How about you pick someone else for the job? What about Dabi? I know you don't like him, but I'm sure he has more experience in this than I do and. If you don't want him, you can always choose Mr. Compress to.."
"I'm not going to change my decision on who I want to lead the Vanguard Action Squad for one reason." Shigaraki cut him off before he could finish what he was saying, having forgotten about Y/N having self-doubt issues. Y/N stared at him silence as he took off his face-hand and allowed the h/c haired boy to see the expression he had on his face right now. Y/N's eyes widened when he saw Shigaraki smilling at him. Y/N was suprised by it, because it was the first time when he saw Shigaraki display such emotion towards him, "I'm picking you for this job, because I trust you. I trust you will get this done."
Y/N stared at Shigaraki with a suprised look on his face, stunned by Shigaraki telling him that he trusted him. He stayed silent for a few more seconds to consider his answer before nodding his head at Shigaraki, deciding to take the responsibilty of leading the Vanguard Action Squad for himself, "...Okay. You can count on me, Tomura-kun. I'll do my best to make sure our plans won't fall apart when we will attack the summer camp."
"I know it." Shigaraki nodded at him, "Otherwise I wouldn't pick you for this job."
Y/N silently nodded back at him as he clenched his right hand and held it out towards Shigaraki. Shigaraki stared at his hand for a second almost as if he was considering what to do, before bumping it with his right hand, doing a fist bump high five with Y/N.
"Tomura-kun?" Shigaraki asked Y/N about the way he referred to him a few seconds earlier after exchanging a quick fist bump high five with the h/c haired boy, "First name basis now?"
Y/N took his left hand off his controller and waved it in front of him, knowing from Kurogiri that Shigaraki wasn't a fan of people calling him by his first name, with All For One being the only exception, "I'm sorry. It's just slipped out."
"Don't be so nervous. It's fine." Shigaraki huffed, "The crazy brat has been calling me by my first name ever since Giran brought her into the bar."
Y/N nodded at him, making a mental note out of Shigaraki allowing him to call him by his first name from now on, "Okay. Are we starting another match, Tomura-kun?"
"Yeah." Shigaraki nodded, "Be ready to get your ass kicked, this time."
"L/N-kun?" A voice called out behind them. Shigaraki and Y/N looked over to the source and saw Spinner standing in the doorway to Shigaraki's room, "Shigaraki-kun?"
"Spinner? What the hell are you doing here?" Shigaraki asked.
"I was on my way to my room when I overheard you playing something." Spinner explained, "I just got curious on what you were playing and took a look into the room."
"You like video games, Spinner-kun?" Y/N asked Spinner with an interested look on his face as Shigaraki looked at him with a mildly interested look on his face.
"Yes. I played video games a lot back when I spending all my time locked up in my house before seeing Stain on TV." Spinner nodded in confirmation, rubbing the back of his head, "I don't have much experience as a villain, you know. You can say the only experience I have is from the matches I played in League of Legends."
Shigaraki looked at him with a pleasantly suprised look on his face, "You used to play League of Legends? Me too. I always played solo, though."
"Really?" Spinner was pleasantly suprised by one of his fellow playing this one particular game, as much as Shigaraki was, as he took a step further into the room, "What about you, L/N-kun? Have you played League of Legends?"
"No." Y/N shook his head, "I mostly played video games on my console as my PC wasn't really for gaming, because I used it mostly for for the internet and I believe League of Legends in not available for consoles. My only experience with League of Legends are the K/DA songs I saw on Youtube. There are a few games I played on my PC back home from time to time, though."
"You had a PC too? You never mentioned it to me." Shigaraki stated, "Did you have to buy it yourself like you did with your console?"
"No." Y/N shook his head, "My parents bought it for me at the start for middle school for the school related stuff as they would never let me use their computer or their laptop for my school stuff. The camputer was not a good one as I could only play older video games on it, though. I was not suprised by it to be honest as my parents never liked to spend their money on me. I made sure to keep the games hidden away somewhere deep in the computer as I didn't want them to find out I was using the computer to play video games." He rubbed the back of his head, now wishing he didn't make his explanation this long as his face twisted a bit as those memories flew through his head, "They already had enough problems with the console I bought for myself with my saved money and I didn't want to risk having more problems with them than I already had."
"...I see." Spinner replied. Realizing this must have been a sore subject for Y/N, he quickly tried to change the topic of their conversation to something else, "What were the games you liked to play on your PC, L/N-kun?"
"I liked playing Team Fortress 2 before the game became plagued by the bots." Y/N replied, mentioning the first game which flew through his mind at the question, "I heard Valve was doing something about this problem recently, but I didn't found out about it for myself as I haven't touched the game ever since I went missing. Plus, I don't think I can log into my Steam account after all this time as it would be too risky."
Shigaraki shifted his gaze from Spinner to Y/N, "You like Team Fortress 2? I used to play it as well. I haven't touched it in a long time, though. What was your favourite class to play?"
"Engineer." Y/N replied, "I got hooked on playing this class after I watched a few tutorials how to playy it on YouTube."
"Seriously? You liked to play Engineer? He was too boring to me. I always disliked building classes." Shigaraki voiced he had a different opinion on this matter, "I liked to play Demoman the most. Killing groups of enemies with a random crit sticky bomb was one of my favourite things about this class. Getting a domination like this was even better."
"Demoman was one of my favourite classes to play as too." Spinner said as he came closer to the couch and sat down on it next to Shigaraki. When Shigaraki didn't told him to get up, he continued, "I liked to play as Soldier more than Demoman, though. Rocket jumping was just too much fun once you learned how to do it." He looked between Y/N and Shigaraki with an interested look on his face, "What are the other games you two like?"
Y/N rubbed his neck, trying to think of a game he could ask Spinner about right now, "...How about Mass Effect? I played Legendary Edition last year in my free time when I wasn't training my Quirk with Sensei."
"I love Mass Effect. Only the original trilogy, though." Spinner smiled at the mention of this game, "I can't wait for the new game to come out, but I will wait for the reviews before playing it when it will come out, though because of the no pre-orders rule and because modern Bioware is making it."
"Anthem?" Y/N rubbed the back of his head, "I heard about this game and thought even about buying it at some point, but I backed away from it after reading the reviews and how the playerbase left the game shorty after it came out."
"Be glad you didn't waste your money on it. The game wasn't anything like they shown in the footage. You saw the reveal footage of it on YouTube, right?" Spinner wanted to be sure as Y/N nodded in confirmation, making him continue, "Bioware didn't even have a game at this point. The footage included of all the stuff they thought they could put in the game by the time of the release which as you may already know, was far away from the truth."
Y/N's eyes slightly widened in suprise, having not heard about this before, "Are you serious?"
"Trust me." Spinner replied, "I wish I was joking."
"What were you two excepting from a studio owned by EA?" Shigaraki questioned them, "Do you even expect something good from EA after what they and DICE pulled off with the new Battlefield last year?"
"Ugh, don't remind me what they did with this game." Spinner pinched the bridge of his nose, letting out a sigh, "I will never understand how can you screw up shooting or remove a scoreboard a the voice chat in a video game."
"Good thing I waited for the reviews before asking Sensei If I could have this game delivered to my room." Y/N stated, "I got interested in the game after seeing the reveal trailer on YouTube back when it came out, but my interest in it drastically died down after seeing the videos of the people playing beta and showing how terrible it was. After seeing how terrible the game was and how nothing was working in it when it premiered, all the interest I had left for this game completely died down."
A grin spread across Spinner's face a few second as one thought crossed his mind, "Can you imagine?" Y/N and Spinner looked at him with a questioning look on their faces, wondering what was on his mind, "The three of us personally destroying the EA headquarters after accomplishing our goals?"
Y/N, Shigaraki and Spinner continued their conversation for a long time, sharing their minds about various video games they played in the past and the way they liked to play certain video games. Spinner even ended up joining Shigaraki and Y/N in their gaming session and the three of them played video games together for a long time before parting ways, with Y/N and Spinner going back to their rooms.
-----
All of the members of the League were gathered in the bar as Shigaraki, Y/N and Kurogiri called an urgent meeting and wanted everyone to come there. Tommorow morning will be when the Vanguard Action Squad will head out to attack U.A training summer camp and Shigaraki, Y/N and Kurogiri knew it was time to fill the rest the League in about their plan.
Y/N and Shigaraki were sitting on their usual seats by the counter as Kurogiri was standing behind the counter, the three of them making sure the rest of the League had their eyes on them. The rest of the League was split up around the bar, making sure to be in the place which would give them a good view at the blue haired young man, h/c haired teenager and the man made of mists.
"Thank all of you for coming here." Y/N looked around the people gathered in the bar, "I'm sure you're wondering we called you here for this meeting. Me and Tomura-kun have been working one one plan for the past several days and we gathered all of you here right now to fill you in about it as we will be heading out tommorow morning to put it into action."
"You two are finally sharing what you have been planning for all this time!" Toga exclaimed with a excited look on his face, "How exciting! I was dying to find out what you have been planning ever since I joined! I'm hoping things will get bloody~!"
"We're heading out tommorow morning? I'm getting chills just thinking about it!" Twice added, "That sounds boring as hell. Can't we postpone it to another day?"
"Tomura-kun, huh?" Dabi said with a bored expression on his face, his hands in his pockets, "They're on the first name basis, now."
Mr. Compress crossed his arms, his mask hiding the interested look he had on his face right now, "What have you two come up with?"
"We want you to attack the training camp where the students from the first classes from U.A will be training their Quirks." Shigaraki revealed first part of the plan to them, "We want you to destroy the image of the peaceful hero society everyone seems to be so proud of."
"How do you know the students will be here in the first place?" Dabi wanted to know, smilling a little at the thought of ending the peace the hero society was so proud of for as long as he could remember.
"We have a spy at U.A who told us about this." Kurogiri explained, "We received this information on the day when most of you joined the League. Shigaraki Tomura and Y/N have been hard working on coming up with a plan attack ever since they learned about it."
"Each of you will be assigned to a different objective." Shigaraki added as he looked between Magne and Spinner, "Magne and Spinner. You two will be a part of the forward assault. You will fight the heroes guarding the students to make sure they won't get in between everyone else when they will be doing their objectives."
"Alright." Magne voiced her understanding of her job as Spinner silently nodded in understanding.
"Dabi and Twice." Y/N called out for Dabi and Twice as the said two set their eyes on him, "Your job will be to distract two homeroom teachers of the students. They need to be kept occupied during the entire attack as one of them is Eraser Head and him getting out to help the rest could ruin the entire plan."
"Aye, aye captain! I'll show you what I can do!" Twice saluted, showing his understanding of his part of the plan as Dabi nodded, not having much to say about it, "I don't get it. Can someone explain it to me again? I feel like I'm not up for the job too."
"Mustard." Kurogiri called out for the gas mask wearing teen as Mustard leaned back in his seat, "You will be going alone. You will use your Quirk to spread the sleeping gas around the forest."
Mustard nodded in understanding, "Got it."
"Blonde brat." Shigaraki said as Toga leaned her head closer a bit, excited to learn about her part in this plan, "You, just like Mustard, will be going alone. Your job is to collect at least three different blood samples of the students."
"I'll get my hands on some blood? Awesome!" Toga grinned widely at the thought of getting her hands on some blood, rubbing her hands as her eyes lit up in excitement, "You can count on me, Tomura-kun!"
"Me and Weaponsmith will take care of Ragdoll." Y/N started explanation of the part of the plan where he was involved as Origami set her eyes on him upon hearing him mention her and her part in this plan, "Ragdoll's one of the Pro-Heroes who will be watching over the students during the summer camp. Sensei has shown interest in her Quirk and our job will be about making sure she will be delivered to the bar. Weaponsmith will create a flash-bang grenade and use it to blind her. After her vision will be blinded by the flash-bang's explosion, I will knock her out in whichever way will be the best at the moment and contact Kurogiri who will bring her into our hideout."
"Okay." Origami nodded at him, "I'll do my best."
"You will be accompanied by one Nomu during this attack." Kurogiri added, "It won't be working with any of you, though. It's purpose in this plan is to incite chaos as much chaos as possible before the time to leave the camp will come."
"Your main objective is to capture this brat and bring him into our hideout. We're gonna recruit him into the League and turn him into a villain." Shigaraki explained, showing them a picture of Bakugo taken during the festival as Origami looked at Y/N in worry when Shigaraki revealed their plan was to kidnap and bring Bakugo into their hideout, aware of the unpleasant history Y/N had with their target which went unnoticed by everyone else, "Muscular and Mr. Compress. The objective of getting this brat is for you two and Moonfish. The three of you will search for this brat while others will wreak havoc around you."
"I will join you two and Moonfish in this search for him after I and Weaponsmith will take care of Ragdoll unless you will already catch him at this point." Y/N added. He clenched his hand as he uttered those words which didn't went unnoticed by Origami, "I already have some experience with him as I already faced him back when the League attacked the USJ."
Mr. Compress put his hand on his chin, nodding in agreement, "It may become handy in apprehending him if you already fought him back at the USJ. Where will we leave from? Will we be transported to the training camp from this place or from somewhere else?"
"We'll all meet at the warehouse from where we will be transported to where the camp is located." Y/N replied, "Origami, Toga-chan and Magne know what warehouse I'm talking about right now as this is where we recruited Magne."
"Remember why we're sending you there. We're sending you there to destroy the image of a safe hero society. Wreak as much havoc as you can and maybe even kill some of the students or teachers or Pro-Heroes if you will get the opportunity to do so. Bakugo Katsuki is not your only target." Shigaraki announced with a wicked smile slowly forming on behind his face-hand as he pulled out a list of the students he wanted to see dead the most, showing it to the rest, "Here I have a list of some brats which I find annoying. They are the ones you should try to kill if given a chance."
He stopped talking for a moment, giving everyone in the bar enough time to take a good look at the pictures of the students he was interesting in seeing dead. A lot of those pictures included students which caused the League some trouble when they attakced the USJ and all of those pictures were taken when they were competing in the U.A's Sports Festival.
"...It's time for those peace-addicted idiot to receive a much needed wake up call and show them how fragile this justice stuff is." Shigaraki declared after a staying silent for a few seconds, now fully smilling behind his face-hand as he threw his arms up, "From now on, all of you are known as the Vanguard Action Squad. The Mask will be your leader. Dabi. You will be the co-leader."
Dabi shrugged with an uninterested look on his face, his eyes set on the pictures of the students, specifically on the picture of Todoroki, "Sure. Whatever."
"What?" Muscular exclaimed with a displeased look on his face upon finding out who was the leader of the Vanguard Action Squad, "You want this brat to lead us?"
"Yes. I picked him for this job, because he planned this entire thing with me and Kurogiri and because out of three of us, he will be the only one going to attack the training camp with you and the rest." Shigaraki nodded in confirmation and explained his reason for picking Y/N to be the leader of the Vanguard Action Squad. He narrowed his eyes in a slightly irritated manner at the blond haired villain, "Do you have any objections?"
Muscular glared at Shigaraki threateningly before grumbling something to himself. He shifted his gaze to Y/N a second later, "Just don't fuck this up, stupid brat."
"I'll do my best to not mess up." Y/N nodded at him, "I want this operation to be a success as much as everyone else here does."
"Is that all you wanted to tell us?" Magne asked.
Y/N looked at her and nodded in confirmation, "Yes. That's everything we planned for tommorow."
"Very well." Mr. Compress nodded in understanding, "Then, I shall head to my room and prepare myself for my debut as a member of the League of Villains."
Mustard, Magne and Spinner voiced their agreement with him when it came to preparing themselves for tommorow. The League slowly started leaving the bar, beginning to head towards their rooms with the intention of preparing themselves for tommorow. Origami thought about staying in the bar for a second as she wanted to talk with Y/N about something, but ultimately backed away from it for now as she didn't want to talk with him about this with Shigaraki and Kurogiri around.
She followed the rest of the League out of the bar, leaving Y/N, Shigaraki and Kurogiri alone there as she started to make her way towards her room. Perharps she'll get a chance to talk with him after he will make his way to his room. As she continued to walk towards her room, Toga leaped herself on her back, almost bringing her to the floor in the process and wrapped her arms around her, telling how much excited she was for tommorow.
"On the first name basis you two are now, are you?" Kurogiri asked Shigaraki and Y/N after making sure the rest of the League was out of the hearing range.
Shigaraki pointed at him threateningly, "Not a word, Kurogiri."
"I'm actually kind of suprised it took you this long to referr to each other by your first names, considering all the time the two of you spent playing video games in Shigaraki Tomura's room ever since Y/N was brought into the League." Kurogiri admitted. Y/N didn't know why, but he got the feeling Kurogiri would be smilling now if his head wasn't made of mists, "I'm certain Master is glad to see the two of you getting along and working together."
Shigaraki glanced away from Kurogiri, "Whatever."
"I better get going to my room." Y/N said, "I need to get ready for tommorow, just like the rest."
"Very well." Kurogiri nodded, "Let me know if you'll get hungry after your training."
Y/N nodded at the misty villain, showing him his understanding of his words. The h/c haired boy exchanged glances with Shigaraki and Kurogiri for one last time before following the example of the rest of the League and leaving the bar to get ready to head out to attack the summer camp tommorow. He made his way to his room and closed the door behind him.
He walked over to his training dummy and raised his clenched fists in the air, intending to start his training with this as the red energy started to circle around his fists. He shifted his attention from the training dummy to the door to his room as someone knocked on it before he could started his training session, "Come on in!"
The door to his room was opened and Origami appeared in the doorway, "Hey."
"Hey." He greeted her back as Origami walked into his room, making sure to close the door behind her.
"I heard you enter your room and I figured you were about to start preparing to head out tommorow." Origami explained, walking towards him, "We haven't really got the chance to do our daily training session today and I thought we could do it right now."
Y/N nodded at her, "Sure."
"Can we talk about something before we will start?" Origami asked him, stopping in front of him.
Y/N nodded at her, already suspecting what she wanted to talk about with him, "What is it?"
"It's about our plan." Origami replied with a concerned look on her face, confirming Y/N's suspicions, "Are you sure bringing Bakugo into our hideout is a good idea? It's not that I want to back away from it on the day before. I just know about the history between you two and I'm worried something might happen if we'll bring him here."
"Are you sure?" Origami wanted to be sure, "Maybe we can go talk with Shigaraki-kun and tell him to find another student to bring into the hideout."
"Yes. I'm sure." Y/N gave her an assuring nod, "If I allowed my personal feelings for certain people from the time before I became the Mask get in the way, then I would back away from being the Mask after finding out about Izuku a student at U.A back when we attacked the USJ."
"Okay." Origami gave him an uncertain nod as her concerned expression stayed on her face.
"Don't worry, Origami." Y/N gave her an assuring smile, "Even with me having an unpleasant history with the student we're going to bring into our hideout, I'm sure everything will work out fine in the end."
"Alright." Origami nodded at him. Even though her concerned expression faded away from her face, she remained worried about it, "I'll trust your judgement on this. I hope everything will work out in the end."
"What about you?" Y/N asked, "How do you feel about tommorow?"
"I'm nervous. This will be the first time when I'll be going on something like this." Origami gave him an honest answer, "I should be the one asking you this question, though. You will be the one leading us during the attack, after all."
"I'm nervous too." Y/N admitted with a nervous look forming on his face, "Tomura-kun put his trust in me when he told me to lead the Vanguard Action Squad and I don't want to mess this up. All of the time and work we put into coming up with this plan will be for nothing if I will mess this up. If I screw everything up, most of them if not everyone will surely start thinking I'm useless."
Origami stared at Y/N with a slightly saddened look on her face after hearing how Y/N doubted himself and how afraid he was of failing his task and how afraid he was at the thought of everyone thinking he is useless if he was fail. She slowly moved towards him and slowly wrapped her arms around him, giving him a hug. Y/N was taken by suprise by her hug, but slowly hugged her back.
"Don't worry about it." She told him, continuing her hug with Y/N as she felt her cheeks heat up. This was the second time she and Y/N hugged and this hug wasn't as awkward and quick as the first one, "I'm sure everything will work out, just like you said earlier. Even if something will not going according to the plan, I'm sure the rest won't start thinking you're useless."
"Okay." Y/N nodded, feeling his cheeks heat up a bit as he released Origami from the hug, "Thanks, Origami."
"We're friends, aren't we?" Origami smiled at him as she glanced to the side to hide the blush she had on her face right now, "We have to help each other, right?"
"Yeah." Y/N nodded at her, doing his best to hide the blush he had on his face right now until it faded away a few seconds later, "...So. Should we start our training?"
"Yes." Origami replied, setting her eyes back on him after making sure the blush was gone from her face. She took a step backwards and unsheathed her katana, "Are we starting our training session with the training dummy stuff?"
Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Do you want to go first or should I start?"

A few villains from the Vanguard Action Squad were gathered in an abandoned warehouse, the very same warehouse where Y/N, Origami and Toga recruited Magne, waiting for the rest of the members of the Vanguard Action Squad to arrive and for the time to begin their operation to members of the Vanguard Action Squad which were already present in the warehouse were split up around the place as they waited for the rest of the members of the squad to arrive at the place.
Y/N was leaning against a small pile of two crates, his hands in his pocket and his mask already covering his face. Origami was right next to him. The girl with a dark green hair held her right hand on the handle of her sheathed katana with a slightly nervous look on her face. She was nervous about her entire thing because it was her first time doing something like this, but she was not going to let her nervousness get the best of her. She joined the League to help Y/N create a new better society and she was going to keep her word.
Mustard was sitting on top of a small piles of crates as a shadow was slightly shadowing his face. He was not wearing his gas-mask for a change and it allowed his associates to see his face for the first time. He had a short wavy light brown hair and brown eyes. Dab was sitting on top of a pile of crates close to Mustard with his hands in his pockets and Muscular was standing in front of Mustard. He was wearing a black cloak, leaving only his face visible to the rest of the members of the League.
"We got a delivery from Tomura-kun!" Toga revealed with an excited grin on her face as she skipped her way into the view of her fellow villains. She stopped in her tracks once she was in the middle of the area where her fellow villains were located, making sure everyone had their eyes on her, "He said there's enough for everyone so we should bring it with us."
Origami looked at her with a questioning look on her face, "What is that?"
"It must be the equipment I and Tomura-kun asked Giran to prepare for this attack." Y/N explained as Origami nodded in understanding, "Giran did tell us he will deliver us this stuff around this time."
Toga looked at him, "You and Tomura-kun told Giran to prepare something for me? Why didn't you tell me? I would tell what kind of equipment I want to use."
"Our order was very sudden." Y/N explained, "We didn't have much time to talk with you about your gear."
"I hope the stuff you and Tomura-kun ordered for me will be cute. You know I love cute things." Toga said.
"It's your equipment for the job, crazy girl." Mustard pointed out with an annoyed look on his face, "It's not supposed to look cute. It's supposed to help us in our job."
Toga looked up at Mustard and pouted at him, "Is there a problem with wanting to have a stylish gear?"
"It's throbbing." Muscular muttered to himself as he lifted his gaze up from the floor to give everyone else a good look at his face, showing his fellow villains the wicked smile he had on his face right now. The blond haired man was clearly looking forward to attacking the summer camp, "Let's hurry up and go."
"It's still too early to move out." Y/N pointed out as he put his hands out of his pockets and crossed his arms, "We will move out once the time for it will come, after the rest will arrive here and after Kurogiri will deliver us Nomu Sensei provided us for the job."
"Besides." Mustard added with a toss of his hand, "Didn't he say we shouldn't do anything flashy?"
"Yes. Even though he attacked me right after we met, he suddenly acts like he's in charge." Dabi set his eyes on Y/N as Y/Nlooked up at him, "What about you? You never actually told anyone how your first meeting with him went. Did he attacked you too when you were introduced to him and Kurogiri?"
Y/N nodded in confirmation, "He attacked me when I was introduced to him by my Sensei. Nothing severe happened during our fight as Kurogiri ended it before it properly started. I'm not thinking much of it, though as I can see something changed in him ever since you and Toga-chan joined the League."
"At least he didn't attack me when you introduced me to him." Origami whispered to herself, making sure to be quiet enough to make sure her villains won't hear her.
"Not suprised to hear you say something like this. You two planned this entire thing, after all." Mustard commented dryly, not hearing what Origami just said as he felt like he dodged a bullet as Shigaraki didn't attack him when he and Kurogiri interviewed him.
Dabi got up from the crate he was sitting on as a wicked smile slowly formed on his face, making everyone look at him, "This is just a signal fire. Those empty heroes will be pulled off their pedestals. It's to create a brighter future."
Y/N nodded in agreement, knowing everything they were about to do was to help them accomplish the goal of creating a better society for everyone. He walked over to Toga a second later, "Take me to the equipment Toga-chan. I should check if everything is alright with it before I will hand it out to the rest. I'll show you which gear is yours too."
"Alright." Toga smiled at Y/N as she spun around towards where she left the equipment from Giran, "Let's go, Y/N. I can't wait to use whatever you and Tomura-kun ordered for me to use during this attack~!"
Y/N nodded at Toga and followed her, intending to do some final preparations before the rest of the members of the Vanguard Action Squad will arrive at the warehouse and before he will leave to attack the summer camp with them.

I would have gotten this chapter out sooner, but I've been dealing with a brief case of writer's block in the first week of November and couldn't write anything, no matter how many times I tried to sit down and write anything. Anyway, the next chapter will be about the training camp attack and as I stated in the previous chapter, I'm really looking forward to writing it.
As for the new episodes of the anime, all I can say the anime is continuing to deliver us great episodes. Shigaraki's decay wave was one of the moments I was looking forward to the most in this arc (I couldn't wait to see it animated ever since I saw it in the manga) and was not dissappointed by it. The entire scene showed perfectly just how dangerous Shigaraki's decay Quirk has become. I'm getting more excited with each episode we're getting. The saying those episodes are making me excited to write this arc and everything I have planned for Y/N in it is quite understatement
