Parting Ways

Y/N and Alice panted with Alice's pants being a bit heavier due to her lack of experience in this sort of thing. A few days had passed since Y/N was joined in by Alice and Lady Nagant in his travels through the destroyed Japan and a few days had since he recorded the videos of their backstories. If he was honest with himself, the last few days were rather busy for him as he found himself occupied with a few things.

He was contacted by Skeptic and Kizuki about a day after he recorded Alice and Lady Nagant's video and was given the first location of the surviving Paranormal Liberation Front troops, finally giving him a way of doing his mission. Y/N wasted no time after receiving this information from them and went to work, taking Alice and Lady Nagant with him for it. It wasn't the only time it happened, though as Skeptic and Kizuki contacted him a few more times with more locations afterwards.

He found out who managed to get away from being captured because of it Minene, Daiki, Nozue, Nishimura, Slice, Mummy, Kitagawa and Narukami weren't the only advisers who were caught in their conflict, much to his pleasant suprise as he managed to come into contact with a few of them over the course of the last few days. The most suprising of all was Sanctum. Sanctum was pleased to see Y/N when the two met and had expressed his condolences regarding Twice as well, knowing he and Y/N were close from all the talks he had with Twice. Something Y/N appreciated.

The h/c haired boy didn't release the videos he had recorded of Lady Nagant and Alice straight away, though and instead decided to wait until he'll be certain he won't gather more videos during his mission as he preferred to make sure of it before releasing everything into the world. After all, all the videos he can possible gather with Lady Nagant's video being a cherry on the top would have a bigger effect if they were released at the same time than one after each other, right? It was why he was so insistant on gathering as much of the videos as he could when the first wave of their videos hit. He would have to come back to the rest to deliver the videos fo Skeptic and Kizuki due to the way they were recorded and now it wasn't the time to come back to them.

He was busy with something else as well. As he continued to travel through the destroyed Japan with his group, he stumbled upon more villains who were exactly like the villain who tried to assault Alice. An unworthy villains who wrecked havoc for the sake of it without a real conviction. In most of those situations, the said villains tried to put the civilians who were keeping themselves safe in the safe zones created by them as well. Something Y/N couldn't accept as he neve wanted the civilians to be caught up in anything.

The h/c haired boy always made sure to take care of such villains whenever he encountered them with Cyborg and Lady Nagant's help, leaving Alice on the sidelines due to her inexperience. After taking care of the villains, the reception they were receiving from the civilians were mixed. Some were happy and showed gratitude. Some were indifferent. Some glared at them silently before leaving without saying a word.

What he, Cyborg and Lady Nagant failed to notice, however, whenever they would be taking care of the unworthy villains was Alice recording him whenever such situations would happen. Lady Nagant and Cyborg were unaware of it as well as it was something Alice intended to keep to herself. It was something she knew would become handy later and wanted everything in those videos to look as natural as possible.

The last part of Y/N's activities over the course of the last few days was training Alice. Keeping up the promise that he had made to her, he started training her in hand-in-hand combat and started to show her everything he was taught by Rappa. The beginnings were a bit sloppy due to how little experience she had with this kind of stuff before, but she was slowly getting the hang of it. Her shooting skills had improved massively due to her training with Lady Nagant as well.

It was exactly what he was doing with her right now, putting Alice through one of their training sessions again while Lady Nagant and Cyborg watched them, the former sitting on the floor and leaning against the latter. All four of them had taken shelter in an abandoned house the night before and remained in it for now until Y/N and Alice will be done with their training session. Afterwards they planned to leave the place and move further into the country.

There was something else present in the room with them. It was a TV and it had one of the news stations turned on it. None of them played much attention to it, though and focused themselves on the training session between Y/N and Alice. Something managed to catch Y/N's attention from the news stations over the course of the last few days, though. It was a prison called Blackgate. He made sure to keep a mental note out of it.

Y/N placed his hands on his hips, letting out a deep breath to catch his breath from the training he had just put himself and Alice through. He looked at her with pride slowly growing on his face, "Not bad, Alice. You're starting to get the hang of it. Your movements are more fluid now, but you still need to work on your footwork. You're leaving yourself open when you pivot."

"I know." Alice nodded at him, panting as she let out a sigh. Her cigarette bub scars were no longer covered by her hair, leaving them out for everyone to see. After recording the video where she showed them to the world, she decided there was no reason of hiding them anymore. She had discarded the more covering parts of her clothing as well, knowing it would be for the best if she didn't have her hoodie on for the training, "It's just... it's harder to keep balance than I thought. But I'll get it. I don't want to be a burden for you or anyone else even if I'm Quirkless."

Y/N smiled at her slightly, "You're making progress faster than most would, Alice. Rappa's fighting style isn't easy to master, especially in such a short time when you don't have his Quirk. Trust me. I've been there. But remember, this isn't just about brute strength. It's about precision. Knowing when to strike and when to step back."

"He's right." Lady Nagant added her own piece to the advice, watching everything with a hint of smile on he face, "As someone who has the kind of Quirk I have, I know better than anyone it's not about rushing in. It's about waiting for the right moment. You're getting stronger, but don't let that cloud your judgment. Strength without strategy is wasted."

Alice wiped seat from her forehead, taking a deep breath, "I get it. It's just... I don't want to freeze up or to be useless when it matters. I know what I was getting myself into when I first asked Y/N if I can go with him and I don't want to make him regret this choice."

Y/N shook his head. Just like Alice, he had taken off his cloak for the training as he knew getting sweaty in a cloak would be a nightmare. Especially with the weather getting hotter, "Don't say that. You know I won't regret it. What happened in the last few days only showed me that taking you with me was the right call and I'm certain nothing will make me regret."

"What about you?" Alice asked.

Y/N raised his brow, "Me?"

"How did you felt like when you first moved out to do your first action out in the open?" Alice voiced her question to him.

Y/N stayed silent for a second as he shfited his gaze to Cyborg for a second. He found himself thinking back to what happened between them and how he had killed him. It was his very first kill. He remembered how he felt after it shortly after killing him before his thoughts were shifted to him completing whatever test All For One had came up for him. It was hard to believe it was a little over a year. Honestly it felt like much more to him. He couldn't help but ask himself as well. Would he feel anything about killing Cyborg if he had killed him now?

He shook his head a second later as he knew not it wasn't the time for this stuff and decided to give Alice her answer, "I was nervous at first but I didn't allow it to ruin anything as it was my test and I wanted to prove myself. After my fight started, I just blurred all the nervous feelings in my brain and allowed myself to focus on the test."

"Alright." Alice gave him a nod of understanding, letting out a sigh, "Let's hope I'll manage to do the same."

"Don't think much of your worries as well." Lady Nagant added, "Feeling like this is natural if you're a starter and pushing past it is important. You're already showing you can push past it, and with more practice, you'll trust yourself to act when it counts."

Alice shifted her gaze between them and shot them a grateful look, "Okay..."

"Keep her words in mind whenever you will feel nervous or doubt yourself." Y/N showed his agreement with Lady Nagant's words as Alice looked at him sadly. If only Y/N who clearly had problems with it himself used this advice on himself. Her eyes widened a bit a second later as he placed his hand on her shoulder. It almost made her blush, "We'll keep training until you feel ready. No one expects perfection overnight. But every day you get better, you're becoming more skilled."

"Thanks, Y/N. You'll see. I'll keep pushing until I'm ready for whatever comes next." Alice smiled at him as Y/N slightly smiled back at her. Y/N kept his hand on her shoulder. Y/N shifted his gaze between himself and Alice a bit. The height difference between them showed how much he had grown over the course of the last few years. Back in middle school, he was about 169 and would be shorter than her but now he stood at about 175. He doubted he will grow taller than that, though.

"Speaking of which, your shooting is improving too." Lady Nagant felt like it was the right time to bring this up after Y/N and Alice began to talk about Alice's training. She slowly got up from the floor and stretched her arms above her head, "You're hitting your targets more consistently, but there's still work to be done. Remember it for our next training session. Speed is important, but accuracy is everything. You've got a quick draw, but you need to focus on nailing the shot every time."

Alice shifted her gaze from Y/N to her and smiled at Lady Nagant slighty in a determined manner, "Thanks. I've been practicing what you showed me, trying to keep my breathing steady and my hand steady. I don't know if I'll be able to keep everything up in a real fight, though. It will be different than shooting at the bottle or something else we used as target practice.."

Lady Nagant continued to stretch her arms above her head as she stepped closer to Alice, "It does feel a bit different but I wouldn't think much of it if I were you. From my experience, I know that's where muscle memory comes in. The more you practice, the more your body will know what to do even when your mind is racing. Keep training with that in mind. Every shot you take now is preparing you for the moment when it really counts."

Y/N nodded in agreement as he pulled his hand away from Alice's shoulders, "Listen to her. You know she's a walking manual when it comes to shooting. You're getting there, Alice. Just keep practicing, and don't rush it. We're all here to help."

Alice once again shifted her gaze between them as she had a grateful smile on her face, feeling more confident now, "I appreciate it. I'll keep working on it, both the hand-to-hand and my shooting. I won't let any of you down."

"I know. We'll repeat this tommorow morning. Unless something will come up, we'll be keeping your schedule of you having your gun training at night." Y/N replied in a pleased manner, He turned away from Alice, setting his eyes back on his cloak and began to walk towards it with an intention of putting it back on himself, "Alright, let's pack up and move out. We've stayed here enough. If we'll get lucky, Skeptic and Curious will contact us about them finding more escapee from the Liberation Front soon."

"Right behind you." Alice replied as she followed his example and went over to her things to collect them. Before grabbing her hoodie, however, she made sure to grab a bottle of water and took a big sip from it to make herself feel more refreshed after her training.

"If we'll get lucky, then maybe we'll stumble upon my target and you'll fulfill our part of the deal." Lady Nagant added her own part as well, leaning against the wall behind her as she waited for the rest of the group to get ready to move out.

"Yeah. Maybe..." Y/N slowly nodded at her as he grabbed his cloak and slowly began to put it on himself.

"We finally found out what U.A and Shiketsu decided to do regarding Bakugo Katsuki and Kazari Tomohito." Everyone heard the TV presenter utter. With them having no conversation with each other right now, all of them heard what the TV had to say to them clearly. Y/N looked in the direction of the TV, looking interested in the news even if the answer was quite obvious to him, "From what we learned, Kazari Tomohito was as a hero student as Shiketsu due to his regret over his actions and him not acting as the students he was claimed to be by the Mask. However, the situation looks a bit different with Bakugo Katsuki. He was kept as a student at U.A but won't be attending the hero course anymore..."

Y/N sighed upon hearing the news regarding Bakugo and Tomohito. He was disappointed with it. He wasn't angry as he already saw this coming. Just disappointed the hero schools would keep people like them as their students. There was a bit of satisfaction in him after finding out Bakugo was kicked out of the hero course. He still felt like it wasn't enough, though. He would have been satisfied with full expulsion. It only reassured him that nothing would happen to Bakugo if he kept his Quirk.

What happened with Tomohito only seemed to confirm to him what would happen to Bakugo if he kept his Quirk. He was kept in the school because he regrets his past actions and showed change from the person he used to be. Y/N couldn't help but scoff at it. He wondered if Tomohito would be offered the same treatment if he wasn't a hero student. It made him think of something as well. If Shiketsu refused to punish him for his actions, then he may as well do it himself.

"In other news, the perpetrators behind the massacre in the Toio Hospital still haven't been found." All three of them heard the TV presenter go to the next subject as Y/N and Alice continued to get themselves ready to move out, "Chisaki Kai and Kurono Hari are still at large and there are no traces of them which would led the authorities to their current whereabouts."

Just as Y/N was about to put his cloak on himself, he froze mid-action upon hearing those names as instantly shifted his attention to the TV where he saw the mugshots of Overhaul and Kuruno standing next to the TV presenter. Lady Nagant and Alice followed his example and glanced towards the TV as well. Lady Nagant did it almost as quickly as Y/N as she was familiar with Overhaul from the one time she helped him leave Tartarus before dumping him. She was suprised to hear his name again, having been made herself certain he got locked up again after she dumped him.

She wasn't as suprised as Y/N was though. If he was honest with himself, he doubted he will hear about Overhaul again. Seeing the state he was in the last time in, he was certain he would allow himself to get caught again. He was certain this would happen if it wasn't for Kurono. It was another suprise for Y/N. He wasn't expecting Kuruno to be locked up in Tartarus along with Overhaul. If he knew about this, then he would be more careful about leaving Overhaul behind like he did.

The name of Toio Hospital was familiar to him as well. It was mentioned to him by Ayaka once when he paid her a visit in the medical ring of the mansion. She talked with him abouw how it used to be the place she was originally supposed to be an intern at before she got a chance to work for Junshiro as his assistant in his protect. She told ihm how it was the place where Overhaul's old boss was placed following the fall of the Shie Hassaikai as well. Something which caught attention of one of her assistants in the Liberation Front which went unnoticed by both of them.

The knowledge he had gotten from Ayaka instantly made him realize why Overhaul and Kuruno would go to this hospital. He couldn't help but wonder what happened to there to make the media call it the massacre at the Toio Hospital. If he was honest with himself, he already suspected what the answer will be and he was less than happy with the theories going through his mind right now. He knew all he could do right now was to keep watching and see what really happened.

The TV presenter went further into her explanation as she decided to make sure everyone watching this broadcast would know what she was talking about. Especially if it was the first time they heard about this case, "Chisaki Kai and Kurono Hari are two former members of the now fallen Shie Hassaikai Yakuza who have escaped from Tartarus where they had been incarcerated following the fall of their organizaton. In search of their old boss, both of them made their way to the hospital where he was hospitalized in his coma before passing away in his sleep about a month ago. This enranged both of them and they went on a massacre in the hospital, killing thirteen members of it's staff before fleeing the area..."

Y/N kept his eyes set on the TV, his cloak still halfway to being draped over his shoulders as his mind raced with many thoughts right now. Out of everything, he wasn't expecting anything like this to happen. He was certain Overhaul was finished, a broken man left behind to rot after he was left behind by Lady Nagant shortly after leaving Tartarus with her. Unfortunely, reality turned to be far away from the truth as Overhaul seemed to be far from finished.

His mind quickly shifted to Ayaka and their conversation about Toio Hospital. The realization that Overhaul's old boss had been there brought a chilling clarity to the situation. What happened in the hospital must have been caused by the rage and despair the former yakuza leader must have felt after finding out his former boss was dead. Y/N couldn't help but scoff at it, though. As if what happened to the boss wasn't Overhaul's own fault.

Y/N found himself thinking about Kurono as well. He had underestimated Kurono's loyalty to Overhaul and the lengths he would go to stay by his side with how the rest of the Yakuza didn't seem to have such loyalty towards him. What happened with Rappa and Tengai switching sides and joining the League only reassured him in that. Unfortunely, it was yet another thing he was wrong about when it comes to Overhaul. If he had known Kurono was in Tartarus, he would have taken more precautions

As the presenter continued to detail the horrors of the massacre, Y/N's thoughts darkened. He couldn't help but think about how this could have been prevented if he had done things differently. It was when he began to feel guilty as well. This massacre wouldn't have happen if he didn't left Ovehaul alive. If he had killed him after the Tartarus escape, then none of this would have happen and Overhaul and Kuruno wouldn't be doing whatever they are doing right now.

His shifted his gaze to Lady Nagant who looked as shocked as he felt, though perhaps for different reasons. She had been there when Overhaul escaped and had left him behind. He could see her having the same thoughts as he did right now. Alice, on the other hand, seemed more shocked than anything, staring at the TV with a shocked look on her face as she allowed herself to process this information the best she could.

The h/c haired boy took a deep breath, trying to center himself. He knew what he had to do the next time he will see Overhaul and Kurono. He clenched his fist, feeling it shaking from all the negative emotions of guilt and anger going through him right now. Y/N silently vowed that he wouldn't let this go unanswered. Overhaul and Kurono had to be stopped and killed for everything they did. To Eri and the people at the hospital. He wasn't going to let them live. Not again.

"The amount of innocent people I killed because I let you live..." He thought to himself, trying to steady himself as he didn't want Alice and Lady Nagant seeing him like this after they will shift their attention away from the TV, "You better be ready the next time we'll see each other. Because when that happens, I won't make the same mistake of letting you live again."

-----

Overhaul kept himself closely behind Kurono, following him into a building his partner had taken him into. If he was honest with himself, he was kind of suprised this building was abandoned. It looked way too clean and too normal to be abandoned. Whatever this bulding was, it was lucky enough to find itself spared from the chaos of the current Japan and whatever was happening in this country right now. He couldn't help but wonder why Kuruno would take him there, though. He knew it had something to do with his plan. He didn't know why, though.

The former yakuza leader found himself thinking back to the old man a second later. He still couldn't believe he was gone. He was gone and it was all the League's fault. If they hadn't destroyed everything he was tirelessly working for or if they knew their place and remained loyal to him, then none of this would have happen and he would be capable of seeing the old man. He would still be capable of waking him up to see what he had made of their yakuza.

He still remembered how angry and cold he was when he found out about what happened to the old man. He remembered what happened in the hospital following the reveal. Following the revelation and the death of Hinano, he and Kuruno didn't stop and killed twelve more people. They did it to give themselves enough time to leave the hospital without anyone giving the authorities info on their whereabouts when they would still be near the hospital.

They still got lucky by entering the hospital in the morning hours. A good portion of the staff still wasn't present at their job when the massacre happened. Overhaul didn't care about it, though. If he and Kuruno had to, then they would kill way more people at the hospital of more of the hospital staff was present in their job around the time the massacre happened. The only thing he cared about right no was avenging the old man.

He shifted his plan to Kurono's plan of how they could regain his arms a second later. Whatever this idea was, it should better work. If it won't, the won't know what to do. He wanted to avenge the old man and make the League pay for what they did. He won't do it without his arms. He had to get them back. No matter what. For him and for the old man's sake. For the sake of their failed dream.

He pushed himself out of his thoughts a second later Kurono stopped in his tracks. The former yakuza leader raised his brow, wondering why his partner stopped. He got his answer a second later. He saw a homeless looking man or rather his body. His body was raised across the ground, having been stabbed which went flying at him from the above by an axe in the chest. This man must have stepped on something to activate this death, resulting in his death.

"He must tried to break it when everything went to shit in this country. Good thing I told them to install traps in this place for all the univited guests." Kuruno stated, not paying much attention to the view in front him. The homeless played stupid games by trying to break into his house and won stupid prizes. His death was on him and him only.

"What are we doing here?" Overhaul asked as Kuruno pushed himself into walk towards the kitchen part of the house.

"This house has something we need to make our plans on getting back at the League." Kuruno explained, having just entered the kitchen as Ovehaul followed him into said place in the house.

"What do you mean?" Overhaul wanted to know.

"You'll know what I mean in a moment. You can sit down by the table if you want to." Kurono explained as Overhaul nodded at him and took his seat by the table, waiting for his partner to be done with whatever he was doing right now. Kurono walked over to the small fridge in the corner. It wasn't the kind of fridge you'd see in a normal kitchen, though. It was the kind of fridge you'd see in a hospital.

Kurono opened the fridge a second later and smiled to himself in a satisfied manner, "There it is."

"What is it?" Overhaul asked, not barely to hide how much he wanted to know the answer as Kuruno pulled out a small box out of the fridge. He opened it a second alter and pulled out a small vial with blood. Overhaul's eyes widened a bit at the view of it. His brain instantly connected the dots and figured out what kind of blood this is. They used the same vials back in the Shie Hassaikai, "Is that?"

"Yes. This house has the last doses of Eri's blood in our stock. I prepared those in case we needed them and she would be unavailable in some way." Kuruno nodded in confirmation. He slowly turned towards Overhaul with a a smile on his face, "This is your way of gaining your hands back, Kai. That little curse will help us for one last time."

Overhaul looked at him questioningly, "How did you got this blood here in the first place?"

"Remember when I mentioned storing Eri's blood someplace away from our main headquarters in case something happened shortly before we came into contact with the League?" Kurono asked as Overhaul nodded in confirmation, "I had managed to put my plan into action before everything went down and ordered a few of our men to get everything set up. Luckilly for us, they followed my instructions and got everything ready."

"How come this house wasn't connected to us after everything fell apart?" Overhaul wanted to know.

Kuruno quickly gave him an explanation, "I specified my instructions to them to make everything look like this house isn't connected to us. On paper on everything else. They did their job well. They didn't tell anyone, even the authorities who attacked us, about this as I silenced them right after they got their job done. This house was meant to be our last hideout in case things went wrong for our organization and you can say it is serving it's purpose now."

"I see." Overhaul replied in understanding.

Kuruno turned around to face him fully and stepped closer to Kuruno, "This house has everything we need to prepare our next moves. Now that we have found a way to make you regain your arms, we can start preparations for it straight away. As we'll continue to work towards you regaining your arms, I'll start looking into finding as much of the escaped members of the Shie Hassaikai. By the time we'll be done with everything, we'll be more than ready to go after them."

"Good." Overhaul nodded at him in a satisfied manner. For the first time in a long time, he looked satisfied. He was satisfied because everything was going according to the plan. Soon enough, everyone who wronged him, caused the death of the old man and ruined his organization was going to pay for what they did...

----

Spinner sat by himself in the dark cave, leaving himself in his thoughts as he stared at the unmoving unconcious form of Shigaraki. It kind of became his main activity after their conflict with heroes and after what happened with Shigaraki. He had lost the count of how much time he spent next to Shigaraki, waiting for him to wake up a long time ago. At first, he thought it would be a few days at most, but now the time was slowly nearing two weeks and there still wasn't any change.

All of it made the lizard man more worried about Shigaraki than before. All he wanted was for him to wake up, but he was slowly starting to fear it was not going to happen. He often found himself thinking to the plans he had about gaming with his gamer group the next time he'll see Shigaraki. Plans which never became reality because of what happened with the heroes attacking them and Shigaraki being nearly burned to death by Endeavor.

Words couldn't describe how much he would give to make sure all that was just a bad dream and his gaming plans were reality. He just wanted to come back to the way things have been even before they merged with the Meta Liberation Front. Even when they were poor, all of them were happy because they had each other. He was happy because he had Shigaraki with him. His very first friend and someone who showed him he can dream even when he didn't believe it himself. Someone who he had cared a lot about.

Him spending the last days watching Shigaraki while waiting for him to wake up didn't mean there wasn't a lot going on with him, though. In fact, a lot was happening with him. It was mostly because of Skeptic and Kizuki. All of them used the fact that many heteromorphs sympathized with him after his video and interview were release into the internet and used their resources to spread the growing message of the heteromorphs rights further, making the support of the cause where he was the face of the opressed grow. Kitagawa and Narukami worked on helping them with it as well, being heteromorphs themselves.

Spinner found himself thinking about this a lot whenever he watched Shigaraki. All this stuff invoving the heteromorphs right with him as the face of the movement was something Chimera had brought up to him a while back and now all of it was becoming a reality. Everyone was making him out to be this savior for the heteromorphs and he didn't know what to do about it. He had no idea how to deal with any of it and how to be a leader for something like this.

He really wished he had someone who could guide him here. Shigaraki, Y/N and Chimera who were the best guides he could think of for this were unavailable right now, though. Shigaraki was sleep, Y/N was gone and Chimera was locked up in prison. He knew he could ask All For One about it, but he didn't trust him. He just didn't. Not one bit. The way he was acting around Shigaraki was just making his distrust of him grow. The talks about becoming the Demon Lord was something he found annoying as well.

He was pushed out of his thoughts a second later as something moved in front of him. He instantly snapped his head towards Shigaraki and saw his body shaking a bit. It instantly made him worried, thinking Shigaraki might be going through something. He immediately acted and stepped closer to him, wanting to check if there was something wrong to to him. Upon finding himself right next to Shigaraki, he noticed something new about him.

Shigaraki's eyes were open...

He had woken up...

"Shigaraki?" The lizard man called out to him in a soft concerned voice, looking directly at his face as he knelt down next to him.

Shigaraki slowly looked up at him and uttered his first words to him, "...S-Spinner?"

Spinner slowly felt a smile spread across his face. It really had happened. Shigaraki had finally woken up. He slowly reached to him and caressed his face in a gentle comforting manner to make sure Shigaraki won't be in pain, "Y-Yeah. It's me. Are you okay? Do you need anything? Should I get you something?"

Shigaraki didn't answer to his question and asked him a question in return instead, "W-Where's Y/N?"

"Y/N?" Spinner raised his brow at the mention of the person in question. He slowly began to dread what was Shigaraki going to ask about Y/N. He knew whatever he will say about him right now was not going to please Shigaraki due to Y/N being on his own right now and he didn't want to make Shigaraki feel like this right after his awakening.

"Y-Yeah." Shigaraki gave him a confirmation, "I want to see my brother..."

Spinner clenched his teeth for a second. How was he going to tell Shigaraki was not with them right now? He exhaled softly, bracing himself for whatever reaction it will get out of Shigaraki, "S-Shigaraki. Y/N is not here right now..."

"W-What?!" Shigaraki raised his voice a bit. Spinner could tell Shigaraki was not pleased with this right away. It made him feel terrible. Shigaraki had just woken up and he had deliver him such news to him. There was something else he could sense in Shigaraki's voice. It was worry. Shigaraki must have written it off as something bad happening to Y/N. He instantly made sure to correct him on it. He was interrupted by someone just as he was about to assure him that nothing happened to Y/N, though.

"Tomura. You're finally awake. How great!" Spinner instantly recognized this voice. It was All For One. The lizard man held his breath upon hearing his voice as he looked over his shoulder and saw All For One coming out of the darkness of the cave towards him and Shigaraki. He cursed a bit in his mind at the view of him. Out of all people he wanted to be here when Shigaraki will wake up, All For One was the last person he wanted to be there for it.

"A-All For One..." Shigaraki muttered under his breath. From the look on his face, Spinner could tell Shigaraki was not entirely pleased to see All For One. Needless to say. It got his attention.

All For One stopped directly in front of him Shigaraki and Spinner with his attention set entirely on Shigaraki, "You don't know how pleased I am to finally see you awake Tomura. You really took your time with it. Your comrades were worried greatly about you. Iguichi here refused to step away from you for even a second when you were resting. You have truly made some wonderful loyal comrades over the course of the last year."

"..." Spinner clenched his teeth, not knowing what to do or say right now. He couldn't help but grow slightly flustered by All For One mentioning to Shigaraki how he was refusing to leave his side, though.

"W-Where's Y/N? I want to see him..." Shigaraki went to the point straight away. He didn't care about any formalities or whatever in this moment. He just wanted to see Y/N. He wanted to see his brother. He coud see how distressed he was when All For One had his body under his control. He knew he needed him.

"He wakes up and the first thing he asks about is Y/N. The bond between you two is truly something special." All For One commented as Shigaraki paid no attention to his comment. What All For One said next was something he knew he had to pay attention to, though, "Unfortunely, I don't think you'll get a chance to see Y/N anytime soon, though.."

"W-What? Why?" Shigaraki asked as Spinner could tell how displeased his leader was with this.

All For One wasted no time and quickly provided him an explanation, "A lot has happened since you went to sleep. Y/N is not here right now. He left on his own about a week now with one of the Nomus. He is busy on a mission he had placed himself on shortly after we regrouped with some of the members of your little army. Don't you worry about him, though. Whatever he is doing right now, I'm sure he is all well."

"C-Contact him. I want to talk with him." Shigaraki uttered the first way he could think of when it came to speaking with Y/N.

All For One shook his head, "I wouldn't do that if I were you Tomura. You still are in pain after what happened between you and the heroes. Y/N is already dealing with a lot. Hearing you in such a state would definitely affect him more in a bad of of this word. Now, you wouldn't want this to happen to him, right? You would like to be a good brother and wouldn't make Y/N worried, right?"

"..." Shigaraki stared silently at All For One and so did Spinner. His eyes were narrowed at All For One, though. He didn't like it. Didn't like it at all.

"You don't need to worry yourself, though. I'll go contact Y/N straight away and will tell him about your awakening. What he will decide about it will be up to him. How does that sound?" All For One asked as Shigaraki remained silent. All For One smiled. He saw this as the confirmation from Shigaraki. He had no plans of contacting Y/N and telling him about Shigaraki. All he had to do now was bring this up again later and tell Shigaraki about him having spoken with Y/N and Y/N deciding to focus his mission.

----

It was already night and Y/N and his group traveled through the city on Cyborg's back. He looked around himself, looking for a place for him and his group to stay for the night as it was something all of them definitely needed right now. Neither of them felt like sleeping on the roof tonight as well and it just made them look for the possible sleeping headquarters for the night more. Sleeping on the roof would prevent Alice from having her nightly shooting lessons with Lady Nagant as well.

Not much happened today as Y/N was contacted twice by Skeptic and Kizuki regarding the next two groups of the surviving members of the Paranormal Liberation Front they had come into contact with. He wasn't contacted by anyone else. After meeting up with the two groups and explaining how everything will look like now to them, Y/N and his group parted ways with them and this was pretty much how their day went.

Y/N pushed himself out of his thoughts regarding how his day went a second later as Alice pointed towards one building and asked him and Lady Nagant if it would make for good sleeping headquarters for the night. Y/N and Lady Nagant exchanged glances with each other and nodded, deciding to give this building a chance as it would be better than sitting around on Cyborg's back and dismissing Alice's suggestion.

The h/c haired boy ordered Cyborg to fly towards the building the young blonde haired woman had pointed towards and Cyborg instalty obeyed his order. Like always. The Nomu landed on the roof a second later and everyone got off his back. Alice and Lady Nagant went to check one part of the roof, the two women beginning to discuss what they will do tonight during their training as Y/N walked over to the edge of the roof.

He stopped in his tracks right at the edge of it, taking a look at his surroundings and sighed at how desolated and abandoned the city looked like right now. If Shigaraki was with him right now, then he would probably make a reference to some post-apocalyptic games. Y/N sighed when Shigaraki crossed his mind, wondering how was Shigaraki doing right now and if he had woken up or not.

His thoughts about Shigaraki left his body in an instant a second later and something below him caught his attention. Something was moving there. Like a blur. A green blur to be exact.

"...Wait a second?" Y/N eyes widened instantly upon seeing green blur, feeling like it was something he was familiar with. He instantly looked in the direction it had gone off to and noticed something landing on the roof not too far from here. It was when he noticed it wasn't something. It was someone. His eyes widened further as he took a look at the figure.

It was him.

It was Izuku.

Y/N didn't think twice about seeing Izuku to make sure whether he was seeing correctly or not. He knew his eyes weren't playing a trick on him. He would recognize him straight away. Even if his hero suit looked bit different with it appearing to be much darker than before to the point it barely looked heroic, Y/N would still recognize it straight away. If Y/N was honest with himself, Izuku looked like he had seen better days as well.

He shifted his attention away from Izuku for a second and looked over his shoulder at Lady Nagant, "...Lady?"

Lady Nagant stopped whatever she was saying to Alice right now and looked at Y/N instantly, "Yeah?"

"You're looking for someone named Midoriya Izuku, right?" Y/N asked as Lady Nagant nodded in confirmation. He pointed ahead of himself a second later, "I'm looking at him right now."

"What?" Lady Nagant instantly reacted to this information and pushed herself into run towards the edge of the roof. She was followed by Alice. The two women stopped by the edge of the roof a second later and looked in the direction Y/N was pointing towards. Their eyes instantly caught the sight of Izuku standing on the roof. Her face grew more serious as she set her eyes on Y/N, "That him?"

Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Yes. I would recognize him anywhere."

"Good." Lady Nagant nodded back at him as she prepared herself to face Izuku by extending her rifle arm, making it known to both Y/N and Alice, "If that's the case, then you two probably should get going while I'll take care of this."

Y/N raised his brow, "What?"

"What do you mean?" Alice looked confused by Lady Nagant's choice of words.

Lady Nagant wasted no time and provided them an explanation, "Y/N did his part of the deal by pointing me towards Midoriya Izuku. Now it's time to do my job and capture him."

"What? You don't want me to come with you?" Y/N looked slightly suprised by this, "You know I could help you catch him..."

Lady Nagant shook her head, "No. You still have work to do, right? You have to come into contact with as many members of your organization as you can. If you'll get lucky, then maybe you'll get some more videos to expose the corruption of this world. You need to keep training Alice as well. Let me do my job, just like I let you do yours."

"...Alright." Y/N sighed after a few seconds of silence for him. Even though he didn't want to part ways with Lady Nagant and let her take care of this alone, he knew she had a point here. He had his mission and she had hers. They had to focus on them. If he would manage to capture Izuku, then he would have to leave his mission and would have to come back to the rest. If he was honest with himself, he didn't feel like coming back to them. Not now...

"Good." Lady Nagant seemed satsified with his answer. She shifted her gaze between Y/N and Alice, "Keep an eye for yourself. All of you."

"We will." Y/N nodded at her, remaining slightly uncertain about this as he held his hand out towards for a handshake.

Lady Nagant smiled at him and took his hand into hers to give it a firm shake, "You're fighting for something big here, kid. Never forget it. Make sure to keep fighting. Your mission is something important and you can't abandon it."

"I won't." Y/N shook his head. Even if he wanted to abandon his goal, He was too far into everything to abandon it, "Thank you for sharing your story with me. I'll make sure the video with it will end up in the right hands to be distributed."

Lady Nagant pulled her hand away from him, "No. Thank you for allowing me to share my story with the world. This way we'll prevent more people from ending up like me. Remember. You will always have an ally in me. If I'll be around for the time you and your comrades will make your next move, you can count on my help."

"Alright." Y/N gave her a nod.

Lady Nagant smiled at him and shifted her gaze to Alice, "Looks like we won't be having our gun training today."

"Looks like it." Alice nodded at her with a saddened look on her face. She clearly didn't want to part ways with Lady Nagant.

Lady Nagant held her hand out towards her, "Just make sure to keep improving for me. Alright? Make sure to remember everything I told you."

"I will." Alice once again nodded at her as she moved closer to Lady Nagant. Lady Nagant kept holding her hand out towards her, expecting Alice to shake it. What she didn't however expect was Alice hugging her. The blonde haired young woman gave her a firm hug and Lady Nagant was slightly suprised by it at first, but slowly hugged her back. She pulled away from her a second later.

"Good." Lady Nagant nodded at her in a pleased manner. She shifted her gaze to Y/N a second later and failed to notice the thoughtful look he had on his face right now, "Alright. You two should get going. Things will get ugly around here soon."

Y/N crossed his arms, "How about I'll help you one last time?"

"What do you mean?" Lady Nagant looked at him questioningly.

Y/N quickly gave her an explanation, "He and I have a history. I'll make myself known to him. Show myself on the roof opposite from his. He'll definitely move towards me. It was when you'll make your move."

"You want to distract him?" Lady Nagant wanted to be sure if she didn't misheard him.

Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Pretty much."

Lady Nagant thought about it for a second, "Alright. This can work. Just make sure to leave the area as soon as I will make myself known to him."

The h/c haired boy nodded in understanding, knowing how to distract Izuku as he grabbed his mask and placed it over his face to cover it. He made himself float with his Quirk a second later, ordering Alice and Cyborg to get ready to collect him. Alice instantly voiced her understanding of it, moving towards Cyborg to climb onto his back as Lady Nagant used her Airwalk to leave the roof and go in the opposite direction than Y/N, intending to position herself in a good sniping place for her.

Y/N followed Lady Nagant's example and left the roof a second later. He used his Quirk to make himself float to the roof across from the roof Izuku was standing on right now, keeping himself careful with his movements as he didn't want Izuku to notice him a bit too early. He allowed himself to think through everything as he neared his destination a second later. What caught his attention was how little he felt right now. He thought he would feel nervous. Right now, however, all he wanted to do was just to wanted to get this over with.

He stopped on the roof across from Izuku's roof a second later and saw Izuku had his back turned to him, looking like he was about to take off. Y/N knew he couldn't allow this to happen and decided to make himself known to Izuku. Using his Quirk, he created a ball of the red energy and threw it towards Izuku. The ball flew right past Izuku and Izuku must have noticed as he stopped himself from leaving the roof in the last second.

Izuku looked around himself in an attempt of locating the source of the red ball, knowing there was only one person capable of doing something like this and his eyes caught the sight of Y/N standing on the roof across from him a second later. He stared at him silently, not knowing what to say or what to do as he grabbed his mask and uncovered his face, revealing his face to Y/N. Y/N decided to do the same and uncovered his own face to him.

What Izuku saw from him was a cold expression. All the respect and everything else you'd have on your face while looking at your friend was no longer present on Y/N"s face. Replaced by cold indifference. It hurt Izuku to see Y/N like this. Did he really felt so little about him? The other thing he had noticed about Y/N was how tired he seemed to be. His eye bags were noticeable. Even from the other side of the street.

What Y/N saw from Izuku was a tired expression. Izuku seemed tired from everything. The bags under his eyes were evident to him. Izuku looked like he hadn't gotten a proper sleep in days. Izuku's tired expression began to shift itsel into something else a second later. It shifted to many emotions Y/N took a moment to note. He saw guilt. He was regret. He was the face of someone who looked like they wanted to apologize forr something.

The two friends stared at each other for what felt like an eternity even when in reality it only lasted several seconds. Neither of them said anything or moved. It was, however, broken by Izuku a second later. He moved towards Y/N, looking like he wanted to talk with him instead of fighting him. He was stopped before he could reach him, though as a bullet went flying right past him. He immediately shifted his attention from Y/N to the bullet, forgetting about him for moment as he tried to locate this bullet and where it came from.

"Little boy dressed in green. You're coming with me." Lady Nagant's message to him played in the bullet as Izuku shifted his attention away from it a second later to look at the roof Y/N was standing on a second earlier. When he laid his eyes back on the roof, however, he noticed Y/N was gone and was nowhere to be seen. He was unaware Y/N had left the area on Cyborg's back with Alice by this point...

----

Lady Nagant was sat down on the ground, having found herself bounded and unable to fight after losing her fight with Izuku. Her fight with izuku was going pretty well for the most part. She had the upper hand for the most if with the distraction provided by Y/N working perfectly on her target. She used her upper hand on him to explain what happened between her and the HPSC when he asked her why she turned against them and was now working with All For One. Something which shocked Izuku greatly.

Everything turned against her with the arrival of Hawks and Endeavor. She was unable to fight all three of them at once and it ultimately led to her losing the fight. She moved her hands a bit in one last attempt at freeing herself from the situation to no avail. She finally gave up at her attempts of freeing herself a second later, having been accepted it was over and she was caught. She looked up at Izuku, Endeavor and Hawks who were all surrounding her right later.

It was when a car arrived at the place and All Might came rushing out of it. The former number one her instantly set her worried gaze on Izuku, "Young Midoriya! Are you okay?"

Izuku set his eyes on All Might and gave him his answer. His voice was a bit off when he uttered his answer to him. He sounded almost resigned, "Yeah. I'm all right."

"We've captured Lady Nagant." Endeavor reported to All Might what happened before his arrival, "Contact the police. Midoriya needs medical attention. He's been roughed up a bit."

"Call every hero in the area." Hawks added, looking over his shoulder at All Might as Izuku slowly shifted his gaze from All Might to Lady Nagant and saw her looking up at them. Her gaze was especially set on Hawks. She seemed displeased with him, "The Mask was with Lady Nagant when the fight first started. For all we know. He can still be in the area. Tell them to search this area quickly."

"You must be Hawks. My replacement?" Lady Nagant asked as Izuku, Hawks, Endeavor and All Might shifted their attention to her. They saw her looking up at Hawks. Her face was void of any emotion, "They probably made you do terrible things, too. For the "greater good."

Hawks nodded in confirmation, "Yes. I see you heard about me."

"I heard some stories about you from a certain someone." Lady Nagant's voice grew more cold when she gave him her explanation. Hawks clenched his fist. He knew who was the person who told Lady Nagant who he was. Otherwise he wouldn't be seen distracting Izuku for her at the start of the fight.

Hawks crouched down in front of her and looked directly into her eyes, "Listen. We're in this mess because of All For One's manipulation. If you fought against that kid, then you should understand that now, too. It's not too late for you, okay? You don't have to throw everything away! Please tell me you realize that! Help us create a future you can be proud of! Take control of your own life!"

"Create a future I'll be proud of?" Lady Nagant asked him. From the look on her face, Hawks could tell she was less than pleased with his offer. The older woman shifted her gaze to Endeavor and glared at him, "What kind of future it will be? The kind of future where heroes will get away with a slap on the wrist for their actions? The kind of world where two boys who almost drew someone to suicide will be kept at U.A and Shiketsu because they regret it?"

Hawks took a deep breath, his gaze softening as he met Lady Nagant's eyes again, "You're right to be angry. The system isn't perfect. It's failed people like you. You have a chance to change it now. With the kind of information I'm certain you have from working with All For One and by helping us stop him, you can help create a better future. You've got the power and the perspective to make real change. Don't let the past define the future. Be the one who reshapes it."

"You're right. I have. This is why I won't tell you anything." Lady Nagant gave him her answer. She stayed firm in her decision and she intended to show him this.

Hawks felt the weight of her words hit him hard, but he didn't back down. He straightened up slightly, his eyes never leaving hers, "I get it. You think the Paranormal Liberation Front is the answer because they're shining a light on the darkness, exposing the flaws of the hero society. But Nagant, they're not interested in fixing the system. They're interested in burning it all down. Look at the country around you. And when it's all ashes, what do you think will be left? Chaos? Anarchy? More people suffering, just under a different name."

He got himself into a standing position and kept his eyes on her, "The choice is yours, Nagant. But know this. Whatever you decide. We're not all perfect, but some of us are trying to do the right thing. And I think, deep down, you still want that too."

Lady Nagant shook her head at him as she intended to tell him what she thought of his offer, "You still don't get it, do you? You're really asking is for me to clean up the mess your society made. The same society that used me? You're really asking is for me to clean up the mess your society made. The same society that used me. The Paranormal Liberation Front isn't perfect. They have their flaws. But at least they're not hiding behind some facade of some false justice while enabling the very corruption they claim to fight."

She leaned her a head a bit closer to Hawks with her voice growing more cold, "I know what was their original plan as well. Y/N told me this. It made sure to take care of the civilians to stop them from being harmed. Something I'm certain you knew about from your time with them. Too bad nothing will come out of this plan know because of you. You must be really proud of yourself. Knowing all this destruction in our country is your fault."

"Listen..." Hawks opened his mouth to reply. He had to admit. Her words about him being to blame for everything hurt him. No words came out of his mouth, though as Lady Nagant cut him off.

Lady Nagant didn't even give him a chance to utter what he wanted to say to her, "You're telling me to take control of my life and this is exactly what I am doing right now. I'm choosing the Paranormal Liberation Front. Unlike you and your weak hero society, they'e making sure the stories of how corrupted what you fight is for are heard and are not swept under the rug. How can I even know you won't kill me after you'll get what you want from me because I know too much? From what I learned, you like to use people for information even if they are mentally ill and kill them once they gave you what you wanted."

Hawks sighed, "I see nothing I will say will change your mind...?"

"No. This is boy gave hope of change. Something I haven't heard in a long time. He showed himself to me as someone who wants to create a better world and I'm going to fight for it." Lady Nagant shook her head. She wasn't going to back down from her choice and she intended to show it to Hawks,, "There is something you should know as well. He didn't tell you this directly, but I know this is something he would want you to know. You're a dead man walking."

Hawks felt a cold chill go down his spine at this, "How much has he told you?"

"He told me enough." Lady Nagant replied. She narrowed her eyes into a glare, "To think you had a such a nice way out, unlike me and you threw it all away."

Hawks clenched his hand, "He left me no other choice. He was too much into his goal. He wasn't someone I could reason with."

Lady Nagant's glare grew. She and Y/N talked a lot over the course of the last few days. From what she deduced, Y/N was the best person the heroes could reason with if they didn't want to fight. Now, however, it was not the case, "Not to be reasoned with? From what deduced from my time with him, you had the best guy to reason with and you threw it all away. You could have approached it differently in so many ways and yet you choose to pull off what you did. You just make things worse, creating more chaos by your idiotic holier then thou decisions and then wonder why people are angry at you."

Hawks stayed silent, having nothing to say to her. Lady Nagant made he choice and nothing was going to make her back down from it. He shifted his gaze from her to Endeavor and All Might. Endeavor sighed, giving Hawks a look of understanding as All Might frowned sadly with a guilty look on his face. All three of them stayed silent afterwards, waiting for the authorities who will collect Lady Nagant and take her to prison to arrive.

Izuku paid no attention to the conversation going on around him, leaving himself with his thoughts as he finally allowed himself to process everything. Something he didn't have much time to do during his fight with Lady Nagant. Y/N tried to capture him. He actually distracted him to make the assassin get a good shot at him. His brain wanted to deny it, but he had to accept he reality. Y/N really tried to have him captured and done who knows to him by All For One.

The dark green haired boy couldn't help but feel saddened and resigned by it. Did Y/N really hated him so much after their conversation to the point of him having something to do with something like this? Even after their conversation where Y/N was extremely angry at him, he refused to have Izuku killed or captured. He only punched him once and knocked him to the ground with his Quirk. What happened right now was beyond both of those things.

He found himself thinking back to the look Y/N gave him before Lady Nagant made herself known to him as well. He saw how cold and indifferent Y/N's look was towards him. It lacked any respect. Lacked any of the emotions it used to have when they were together before he became the Mask. It only reassured him in how his friend felt about him right now. It just showed him how far their friendship had fallen from where it used to be...

He found himself thinking back on the times when he and Y/N were younger a second later, thinking how they could have gone from that to where they were right now. The more he thought about it, however, the more he began to notice something. He and Y/N always played everything Izuku wanted when they were young. He couldn't recall any game he and Y/N did together when they were younger. He could recall it when they were teenagers as Y/N often took him to the arcades, but he had no memories of anything like that happening when they were kids. Why was that the case? Why he and Y/N never played anything other than the stuff he wanted to do when they were kids?

Why Y/N never suggested anything to him? Was he too afraid of suggesting something to him because he would be afraid it will make Izuku stop spending time with him? Y/N should have known Izuku won't mind playing whatever he would want to play with him. He should have made Y/N feel like it was safe for him to suggest something he wanted to do himself. Izuku knew he should have made sure to ask him if there's something he wants to do with him as well.

Izuku found himself thinking back to their childhood more and he realized how Y/N felt more like a shadow who always followed him around than a human being. He was known for being someone who always followed him around than his own person among the others as well. It was perfectly shown the one time when Y/N stood up for him to Bakugo and friends and one of them remarked how Y/N wasn't hiding behind Izuku for once.

It wasn't even the worst part. Izuku never once considered how Y/N must have been feeling when they were together and were doing the stuff they were doing together. He was happy whenever they would be together and because of it he was certain Y/N felt the time. The time when they spoke after Dabi's reveal must have been the first time when Y/N had shared his true feelings on everything. Izuku didn't think much of it at first due to how suprised and hurt he felt by Y/N refusing to be saved by him. It was something Izuku had never considered. Not even once.

Did he made Y/N made like he was taking him for granted with him actions and always expected him to follow him around because of it?

Izuku didn't ask himself this question twice as he knew it was the truth. The way how hurt and disappointed Y/N seemed in him only seemed to confirm everything. Y/N had always called him a hero and always believed he could be a hero. He had always supported him on each opportunity he could by telling him he could be a hero and always was there for him. He even stood up to Bakugo to defend his precious notebook on the last day Izuku saw him as a normal civilian.

What did Izuku do in return for all of the support Y/N had given him when everyone was dismissing his dreams? He had defended the very same person who tormented Y/N to the point of suicide and kept defending him even after Y/N openly admitted that he wanted to kill himself because of Bakugo on the day he went missing. He had laid everything on the silver platter for him and Izuku kept defending Bakugo.

Looking back at everything right now, Y/N had all the right in the world to be angry at him. All he kept making in front of him were excuses for the same person who had tormented Y/N to the point of suicide, wanting Y/N to give him a chance by telling him how Bakugo felt everything instead of thinking on how Y/N would have felt about it. He should have at first made sure Y/N what Y/N would feel about it and then think how the stuff between him and Bakugo will look like.

He even acted openly hostile about people Y/N was obviously close with. He accused the League of manipulating him, even if he still has his worries about All For One and was even instantly convinced the scar on Y/N's face came from them. He even defended Hawks when Y/N was obvious angry and distressed by Hawks killing Tengai and Twice. Someone who Y/N clearly valued as friends. He knew he would be angry if something did the same regarding his friends and yet he did the same regarding someone Y/N considered his friends.

What Lady Nagant told him about the corruption of HPSC opened his eyes more as well. He knew life wasn't black and white. It was gray. It was like this regarding the villains as well. Some of them had reasons to become they way they did. Not all of them were like Muscular. Lady Nagant was one of them. Y/N was one of them. The League of Villains was one of them. He refused to acknowledge the part about the League, keeping hmself in his delusions and in the end it just pushed Y/N away from him.

All of it led him to one conclusion...

He had failed. He had utterly failed. He was supposed to be a hero who saves people and yet, he couldn't save his best friend...

He sighed when she voiced internally his thoughts. He felt like a failure when it happened. A failure who failed his best friend in the worst possible way, "...Y/N. Was I ever a good friend to you?"

----

Blackgate Prison, formerly known as Mizuku Prison, was a maximum security prison and one of the few operating prisons on the country as of now. Following the destruction of Tartarus and many other prisons following the prison breakouts, it was labelled to be the most secure prison in the entire country where the most dangerous villains in the country were placed following the conflict between the heroes and the Paranormal Liberation Front.

The prison was forced to become the most secure prison in the country as it was the only major prison in the country without any breakouts. The prison was attacked on the fateful night of the prison breakouts, but the prison was suprisingly stopped by Gentle Criminal who was one of the prison' former prisoners around that time. After his rather heroic actions stopped the prison from being destroyed, the prison quickly became one of the most important places in the country right now as all of the more dangerous members the Paranormal Liberation Front who were captured by the heroes.

Because of them being kept in this prison, the place in question was made sure to be one of the most if not the most protected prison in the country. The security in the place was top notch, making sure to check everyone who appeared in it to make sure they didn't have anything on them and even more skilled and efficient heroes were assigned to the prison in order to keep it safe and make sure nothing will happen to it. This country couldn't afford another Tartarus.

Lady Nagant was taken straight to this prison following her capture after her failed capture of Izuku as well. The older woman was being dragged along the hallways of the prison, having been forced back into a prison attire shortly after being brought here as her barefeet touched the floor below her. She was bounded as well, her arms having been placed in a special type of handcuffs to prevent her from trying anything and it left her completely powerless to do anything the situation she had just found herself in.

She shifted her gaze between the two guards who were dragging her towards her cell, feeling the judgemental looks they were giving her right now. She didn't think much of it, though as she had grown used to people looking at her like this a long time ago. She allowed herself to eye her surroundings as well, looking at all the prison cells around here which already had something in them. If she was honest with herself, she was kind of suprised to know this prison had an empty cell for her. The hallway they had just entered had few TVs hanging on the wall. All of them were showing the same TV news channel where the Paranormal Liberation Front and it's members were talked badly about.

She was forced to stop in her tracks in front of an empty cell a moment later and one of the prison guards pulled away from her, leaving her with his friend. He walked over to the empty cell in front of him and opened it. Keeping the door open, he looked at his friend and Lady Nagant and his friend acted instantly. He pushed the woman into the cell, not bothering to be gentle with it and Lady Nagant found herself in her new room a second later.

"Get used to it. This will be your home from now on." The prison guard who pushed her into the cell told her. The tone of his voice showed the distate he had for Lady Nagant for having an audacity to work with someone like All For One.

"Do you we really have to place her with them?" His friend asked him as he closed Lady Nagant's cell and locked it, leaving her trapped inside

The prison guard who pushed Lady Nagant into the cell gave him an answer a second later, "We have no other choice. We barely have any place for anyone in this place and she worked with the same assholes as they did so I suppose we can count her as one of them."

"Terrorrists, huh? You're sounding like a broken record here pal. Find something new." A young male voice said from one of the cells. From the sound of this voice, Lady Nagant could tell it belonged to someone young. Really young.

"This fucking brat again..." The prison guard who pushed Lady Nagant into the cell muttered under his breath in irritation. Needless to say. It instantly made Lady Nagant assume something like this must have been pretty common.

His friend shifted his gaze in the direction of the voice, "Shut up, you murderous brat. How many times have we told you we don't care about your little comments?"

"I dunno. Never bothered to count them." The young voice replaced. His voice showed indifference towards the prison guards.

The prison guard's friend began to say, "You listen here..."

"Don't indulge with him. You how he is doing this just to get a reaction out of you." The prison guard who pushed Lady Nagant into the cell cut his friend off before he would be able to say anything.

His friend sighed, "Yeah. You're right."

The prison guard who pushed Lady Nagant into the cell shifted his attention from his friend to her, "Now. You better stay here and get used to this place as this will be your new home from now on. Have anything to say?"

"..." Lady Nagant stayed silent, looking at him with a blank near emotionless expression his face.

"Good." The prison guard who pushed her into the cell looked satisfied by her lack of questions, "You'll have an interrogation regarding your involmenent with those terrorrists soon. If I was you, I would consider on what to say to the interrogations and I would make it something we can use to catch them if I were you."

Lady Nagant remained silent, having nothing to say to this man and he saw no further reason to talk with her because of it. He turned away from her a second later and pushed himself into walk down the hallway. His friend followed him a second later. The young voice tried to make a comment about them but his words fell on deaf ears as the two prison guards refused to give him satisfaction of getting a reaction out of them.

The older woman sat down on her floor a second later, leaving herself with her thoughts as she looked around her new prison cell. If she was honest with herself, it reminded her of Tartarus in many ways. The best example of it was a lack of bed, leaving her with only one option of sleeping on the floor. She didn't think much of it, though as she had grown used to sleeping on the floor over the time she had spend locked up in Tartarus.

A camera was pointed at her as well, making her feel like she was in Tartarus again even more. It left her thinking she'll have to watch out everything she will do and say in her cell. She knew whatever she will say in front of the camera will be used against her and she preferred if that didn't happen to her. She adjusted her sitting position a bit and kept her eyes on her barefeet, intending to leave herself with her thoughts and to prepare herself for her upcoming interrogation. Whenever it would happen.

"...Do you really have to try make them angry with you everytime you see them?" A male voice pushed her out of her thoughts. This voice was much older than the first one. It must have belonged to a grown man.

"I wouldn't bother him so much about it if I were you, Trumpet. Mister Kataoka isn't harming any of us with is so I would let him do what he wants." Some other male voice told the man who was apparently known as Trumpet. Lady Nagant raised her brow at this voice. Did she heard it somewhere before?

"I'm saying he won't get anywhere with annoying the staff ot this prison." The man now known to Lady Nagant as Trumpet explained himself. His became filled with respect when he explained himself to the man.

"Can you blame it for me?" The young voice which now Lady Nagant knew belonged to a someone named Kataoka asked, "It's way only way of killing time here aside from our conversation and listening to all the crap they're talking about us on the news stations in the TV. I'm trying to find myself some source of entertainement here and the way they keep getting annoyed with me make our stay here better for me."

"See, Trumpet? Mister. Kataoka is treating it as his source of entertaiment. With how little of it he has here, I wouldn't take this from him." The man said and Lady Nagant knew it was directed towards Trumpet, "Honestly it is a source of entertaiment for me as well as the reactions he sometimes gets out of the prison guards get a chuckle out of me. It is definitely better than listening to the media treating our revolution as a bad act and badmouthing our grand commanders."

"Yeah. The way how he easily started arguing with the guard recently still makes me chuckle when I think about it." A more bruttish male voice said. He sounded a bit off, though. His voice was resigned. Even when he talked on how Kataoka messing with the prison guards make him chuckle.

"Very well." Trumpet sighed. He had to admit. They had a point here...

"Now then, my friends. We'll talk about this later. We should now focus on welcoming our new friend here." The fifth male voice said. Lady Nagant didn't know why but it gave her vibes of a gentleman. The unknown man addressed her a second late. His voice was welcoming which was something Lady Nagant found ironic because of what kind of place it was, "Hello there lady. I must say I'm glad to see a new face around here. There weren't many of those around here after I was placed with my friends. This old man was starting to get a bit lonely around here because of it.

"What? Are you trying to say you're bored with us?" Kataoka asked him. From the tone of his voice, Lady Nagant knew he didn't meant it and meant it as more of a joke you'd make to a good friend.

"I'm merely trying to welcome our guest here. Like any proper gentleman should." The unknown man chuckled, "I'm sure Okumura-san would be happy to greet her as well if she wasn't sleeping right now."

"You call yourself a gentleman but forgot to introduce yourself to her." Kataoka chuckled back at him.

"Right. Where are my manners? Having manners is a trait of every gentleman such as myself, after all." The unknown man once again couldn't help himself and chuckled at his own words as he revealed his name to Lady Nagant, "Lady. Whoever you are, my name is Sako Atsuhiro. But you may know me by stage name of Mr. Compress. Now about how about I'll introduce my friends to you...?"

We are officially hallway through the Dark Deku arc. The next chapter will have an interaction and a meeting I've been looking forward to writing for a long time and I feel like this will be something you'll like :)

Yeah. I know what happened with Izuku and Lady Nagant in this chapter may be a bit controversial to you. To explain my reason for these story choices. I still felt like the stuff with Nagant had to happen for the Izuku related stuff and the plans I have for her. As for Y/N and Izuku not fighting each other, let's just say I always considered Deku vs the Mask to be the Final War material.

Don't worry, though. It doesn't mean Y/N won't have a big fight in this arc :)

I have decided the ending of the story as well as it's an ending I've been considering for a while now. Now you will all have to wait and see what it will be.

Murder Drones came to an end the finale was okay in my opinion. Just felt a bit rushed. I felt like it needed a few more minutes to close everything off like the J stuff or the stuff with Uzi's mother. Either way, I liked it and it's a shame we won't be getting more from Murder Drones. More importantly my girl V is alive. I was so happy when I saw her roll in on the robotic dino I literally screamed "Yes!" and started clapping due to how happy I was in that moment, lol

Watched the Ted TV show and honestly I had more fun with it than I thought I would have. Each episodes got some good laughs out of me.
