Nine
Y/N was transported back to the mansion of the Paranormal Liberation Front by the Doctor shortly after his and Shigaraki's meeting with Ujiko ended and shortly after he received a request from the Doctor to do something for him. Upon finding himself back in the mansion, he wasted no time and began gathering all of the League in one place as he intended to fill them on the job they had just been given by the eldery man. After gathering everyone in the room where they had their sushi last night, Y/N wasted no time and made sure to fill them in on their new job from the Doctor.
"...I can't help but wonder, though." Mr. Compress asked shortly after Y/N finished explaining their new job from the Doctor to them. Their new job would consist of them having to transport an important cargo for Ujiko. Y/N didn't specify to them what they will be transporting, though, "What is it that we will be carrying?"
"According to Doctor, that's not something we need to know." Y/N replied, having not received this answer from Ujiko himself upon asking him about it, "Not as of now, at least. Perharps he will share this detail with us after we will be done with this job."
Mr. Compress crossed his arms, "That's hardly fair."
Twice nodded in agreement, "Yeah! We're good enough to move it, but not to know what it is?"
"Well, now I wanna know even more." Toga said with a curious look on her face, putting her hand on her chin.
"Maybe it's a Nomu." Origami suggested with a thoughtful look on her face.
"Yeah." Toga agreed with her and shifted her gaze to Mustard, elbowing him playfully, "Like the one you and Dabi-kun lost."
Mustard rolled his eyes at her, "No comment."
"Come on, Kataoka-kun!" Toga urged him to give her some sort of reply, "Don't leave me hanging!"
"No comment." Mustard repeated himself.
Toga pouted, "Meanie."
"How will we go about this job?" Magne wanted to know.
"I think we should split up into a smaller group for this." Y/N voiced his mind on the matter.
Mr. Compress nodded in agreement, "I agree. If there are less of us, then this transport will raise less suspicion and it leave us with a less change of heroes finding out about it."
"What if still won't work and they will somehow find out about it?" Tengai asked, "We can't exclude this possibility."
"Yeah. We can't." Magne nodded in agreement, "If they somehow find out about it, escaping will be more difficult than usual since I doubt they will make it easy for us to get away. Especially since we will be transport something. I think all of them will want to know what this is. Even if they don't know it."
"I think I already have an idea." Mustard replied as he shifted his gaze to Twice.
Twice gestured to himself, "What? What about me?"
"I can see where you're going with it, Kataoka-kun." Y/N nodded, approving of Mustard's idea as set his eyes on Twice, "Twice. Could you make clones of whoever will go on this mission? This way none of us will be caught if the heroes will find out about this transport and will manage apprehend it."
"Alright. Who do you want me to make?" Twice nodded at him, more than eager to help, "No way! Let's do it with the real us!"
"We'll decide it in a few minutes." Y/N replied as Twice nodded in understanding, "There are a few things we need to discuss before we will decide who will go on this job."
Tengai raised his brow, "What is it?"
"It's about our new powers." Y/N began his explanation, "As you already know, Quirks of some of us evolved during our fight with the MLA. I think we shouldn't use those new abilities on this mission."
"What? Why?" Rappa asked, looking confused by it. His Quirk may have not evolved during their fight with the Meta Liberation Army, but Y/N's words made him confused neverthless. He wasn't the only one. A good portion of the League looked confused by Y/N's declaration.
"I see." Mr. Compress hummed in understanding. Because of him being an entertainer, it didn't took him long to realize what Y/N meant by this, "You want to keep an element of suprise for the future. When we will make our move."
"Yes." Y/N nodded in confirmation, "If we will show them off to them, then they will have more than enough time to came up with counters for them. It would be for the best if we kept our new abilities with our Quirks a secret. Not to mention some of us, like me, still don't have a good understanding of them and still need to train them."
"Good to know I was thinking correctly." Mr. Compress said in approval of Y/N's idea, loving the elements of suprise as Y/N could tell the masked man was smilling underneath his mask.
"Alright." Magne nodded, seeing a point of Y/N's way of thinking, "If my clone will go on this mission, then it will make sure not to use my new abilities if something will go wrong during it."
Tengai wasted no time and voiced his agreement with this as well, "You can count on me keeping this a secret as well, Master Y/N."
"Yeah. Me too." Mustard nodded as Toga and Twice silently nodded in agreement.
Origami smiled at Y/N, nodding in agreement, "Same here."
"Thanks guys." Y/N looked around everyone around him with a smile on his face, glad to see everyone who's powers evolved in Deika City agreed with this part of his plan as he suspected it would be controversial among some of them. He set his eyes on Origami, "The matter of our evolved powers brings me to the second topic I would like to bring up now."
Origami looked at him questioningly, suspecting it had something to do with her, "What is it, Y/N?"
"Origami. I think we should test out one thing when it comes to your new abilities." Y/N explained.
Origami nodded at him, knowing exactly what he meant, "Alright."
-----
It was night now and a new day had recently begun, the hour being just a little past midnight. Snow was falling down from the sky, landing on the ground below it only to dissolve away seconds after touching it. Various kinds of vehicles were driving on the road far from the big city in the distance. If it was a day like any other for this road, nothing of note would happen on that road and all the vehicles they were on would be normal vehicles with normal people.
It wasn't a day like any other when it came to this road, though. A large armored truck speeded across the raod, trying to distance itself from the four sports car which were in the pursuit of it. A Pro-Hero Rock Lock was behind the wheel of the red car leading the chase after the armored truck. He wasn't the only person in the car, though. The black skinned Pro-Hero was accompanied by a hero with a costume similiar to that of a medieval knight.
The red car split up from the rest of the convoy going after the armored truck, being their first one to make their move in this pursuit. They armored the truck from the right, giving the car one last speed up in order to catch up with it quicker. Upon finding themselves next to it, Rock Lock glanced out of the window at the driver of the truck and was greeted by the familiar like face of Spinner. He nodded to himself, knowing what it meant and wasted no time when it came to informing everyone about it.
"...That's Iguchi Shuichi!" He yelled out as soon as he laid his eyes on the lizard man.
"So it is the League of Villains!" The knight hero realized, sticking his head out of the window to prepare himself to attack the armored vehicle. His hand formed itself into a machine gun and just and was seconds away from beginning his assault on the moving truck. Spinner made his move just as he was about to make his attempt, though as he turned the steering wheel of the truck to the right and crushed the red car against the wall next to it, causing it to move off the ground.
Rock Lock gritted his teeth, frowning as he tried to get his vehicle out of the pinned position it just found itself in. Fortunely for him and the knight hero, they were released from this pinned position after the left door fell off while they swerved, managing to regain their balance on the road a second later as they continued their pursuit of the League of Villains and whatever the said villain organization was up to right now with this particular truck.
It was when one of the windows on the left side of the truck was opened as the blue car from the convoy found itself riding next to it. Origami stuck her hand out of her window with her pistol aimed at the tires of the moving car. Not wasting any time, she opened fire and it was just a matter of seconds before two tires of the car in her view were destroyed by her. Using this fact to his advantage, Spinner wasted no time and pinned the blue car against the railing beside the cliff. It wasn't long, a few seconds to be exact, until the car was knocked over the railing and fell into the cliff.
"Dammit! I see Jakuzure!" The gunner hero shouted in frustation at the view of the blue car falling into the cliff as he wasted no time and opened fire at the armored truck, returning the favor. Finding herself into a heavy gunfire, Origami quickly hid herself back in the truck. Facing no results in his shooting, he stopped firing for a second and shifted his gaze to Rock Lock, "No luck."
"Then let's get closer." Rock Lock replied, keeping his eyes on the armored truck as he tightened the grip on the steering wheel and increased his speed.
The gunner hero nodded at him, readying himself to open fire at the truck again as all of the remaining cars on the road passed a sharp turn. Upon passing it, he wasted no time and opened fire at the truck again, his bullets shattering the windshield into pieces. His bullets did nothing against the amored truck, though as they only made dents on the doors. If his bullets were ever going to pierce through the truck, he knew it would be a long time.
He was quickly pushed away from those thoughts as he was forced to shift his attention to something else. The glass on the left side of the armored truck was shattered and Dabi stuck his head out of the truck, revealing himself to be inside the truck alongside Origami. Not wasting any time, he pointed his hand towards the cars going after him and the rest and Rock Lock frowned, knowing exactly what the scarred villain was about to do with his Quirk.
"Deadbolt!" He exclaimed, making the steering wheel glow red as the car was flipped over and landed on it's side. The car shielded him and the gunner her from Dabi's flames as he crawled out of the flipped over vehicle, carrying his companion out of the car, "Sorry! We're not!"
Upon hearing his words, the silver car took the lead of the pursuit and leapt over the armored truck from it's climb up hills side. It landed in front of the armored vehicle and a blonde haired woman stuck her head out of the car's sunroof and flung out electrically-charge whips towards the truck. Seeing this, Spinner pushed the pedal hard and the armored truck crashed into the silver hair, sending it it crashing across the road and the blonde haired hero bouncing along the road. With this car out of the way, there was only one of them left in the pursuit of the League of Villains.
"Upsie-daisy! So very persistent!" Mr. Compress remarked as he opened the hatch on the truck's roof and stuck himself out of the vehicle's sunroof, "Are you ready, Y/N?"
"Yeah." Y/N replied, having followed his example as he opened the hatch next to him and stuck himself out of the truck's sunroof, revealing his face was covered by his mask. He lifted his hand up, red energy circling around them, "Toss them!"
Mr. Compress nodded at him, knowing what to do next as he produced three blue marbles between his fingers. He tossed them towards the last car Y/N grabbed the marbles with his red energy and extended their range by moving them closer to the moving car. After the marbles were close enough to the moving car, he snapped his fingers and the marbles were turned into a spike trap in the blink of an eye, suprising the person operating the last vehicle in the pursuit of the League.
Y/N and Mr. Compress exchanged glances with each other, satisfied to see their plan working as the last car couldn't stop in time and crashed into the fence. The car flipped over across the road and was caught up in an explosion a second later as Dabi and Origami opened the last two hatches to the rooftop, joining Mr. Compress and Y/N outside. As soon they stuck their heads out, a single black glove reached up and put itself on top of the roof.
A hero none of the villains knew the name of climbed up to the top of the truck, finding himself in their view, "What are you up to? You bastards?!"
"You seriously expect us to answer that?" Dabi asked him with a deadpanned look on his face as he blasted him with some of his blue fire, sending him away from their vehicle.
Spinner smacked his fist against the steering wheel in frustation, "How did the heroes know our route?"
Origami shook her head, "I'm asking myself the same thing. We stayed silent about it to everyone. Even the MLA."
"Someone must'a talked." Dabi stated.
"A leak?" Mr. Compress exclaimed in shock, "Who is it?"
Dabi shrugged at the question, "How should I know?"
"We'll figure it out later, Atsuhiro-kun." Y/N replied, "Now we should focus on getting this job done."
"Umm, guys!" Spinner called out for them, sounding nervous instead of frustated all of a sudden, "We have a problem in front of us!"
Origami turned around and her eyes immediately widened at the view of Endeavor standing in front of them, "Endeavor?!"
"Endeavor?!" Dabi cried out in delight as he turned around to look in the direction Origami was looking towards right now and saw Endeavor. He grinned slightly as Mr. Compress and Y/N followed his example and looked in this direction as well, both of them looking much less pleased than he was, "Awesome. Should have expected he would make an appearance."
Mr. Compress shifted his gaze to Dabi, suprised by his enthusiasm at the view of the number one hero, "Why are you so happy? How is that a good thing?"
"I'm with Mr. Compress on this one, Dabi!" Y/N agreed with Mr. Compress, shaking his head at the appearance of the number one hero as the eyelids of his mask displayed two exclamation marks, "This isn't a good thing!"
"Workin' so late at night. I hope you're gettin' overtime!" Dabi ignored their comments, too focused on Endeavor right now as his grin grew wider. Endeavor took a ready stance, causing his companions to move aside as Dabi fired off a stream of blue fire towards him.
"Jetburn!" Endeavor roared, launching a beam of fire from his fist. The two fire attacks collided with each other, destroying each other as the numer one hero scowled in frustation at this view.
"Better get out of the way. I don't mind running you over!" Spinner shouted, flooring it to make the truck drive as quickly as possible right now. Endeavor was not touched by his threat in the slighest, though and crossed his arms over his face.
"Now'd be a good time to duck." Dabi advised Y/N , Origami and Mr. Compress and the said three villains listened to him and jumped down back into the truck. As soon as they found themselves back in the truck, Dabi lit up both of his hands in blue flames and unleashed a large stream of fire towards Endeavor. Endeavor remained where he stood, looking like he was charging himself.
"Prominence Burn!" Endeavor roared a few seconds later, unleashing a massive burst of fire that completely engulfed the truck with the League inside. The vehicle hit the side railing as the fire surrounded it, burning through the windows.
"Damn. Time's up!" Spinner cursed internally, holding his hand in front of the face to stop the heat as his body dissolved away into a brownish sludge a few seconds later.
"Endeavor..." Dabi muttered under his breath before he and the rest of the League in the form of Mr. Compress, Y/N and Origami fell apart into the same substance before the fire covered them. Endeavor lifted himself above the road, trying to stop the truck from hitting him as the truck drove out of the flames. Without a drive, it crashed through the railing and tumbled down into the forest.
-----
Y/N walked out of the room, wanting to talk with the Doctor and Shigaraki in private as he intended to fill them in on him and the rest of the League failing with their task of transporting whatever Ujiko wanted them to transport. He planned to ask Ujiko about this again, hoping he will get an answer regarding what they were transporting out of him this time. As he walked out of the room and walked off towards somewhere more private, he managed the other members of the League talking about their recent mission.
"...Of course something went wrong after thing finally started going our way." He overheard Mustard say. From the tone of his voice, Y/N could tell Mustard was pinching the bridge of his nose in frustation.
Magne sighed, "We shouldn't have been certain everything we will do will go our way, darling. Even if things were going this well for us recently."
Tengai let out a sigh himself at her words, "Too bad something related to the Doctor must have been the one thing which didn't go our way."
"Doctor is going to be so angry at us." He overheard Origami make this statement. He nodded in agreement at her words, already knowing what kind of reaction this information will get out of Ujiko.
"Alright. Let's get this over with it..." He thought to himself, wanting to put this unpleasant talk behind him as he stopped in his tracks upon finding himself in a fair distance from the room and leaned against the wall. He touched his earpiece, contacting Ujiko and Shigaraki, "Tomura-kun. Doctor. It's me. Can you hear me?"
"...Ohoho! We can hear you loud and clear, Y/N. Why are you contacting us?" Ujiko's voice sounded in Y/N's ears a few seconds later.
"It's about the cargo you wanted us to transport." Y/N explained.
"What about it?" Ujiko wanted to know.
"I'm sorry to say this, but our mission to transport it failed." Y/N replied, wasting no time when it came to explaining everything to him, "The heroes somehow found out about it and attacked our clones when they were transporting the cargo. Our clones couldn't do anything about it as Endeavor was one of the heroes who attacked them."
"...Excellent!" Ujiko cried out in a pleased manner, much to Y/N's suprise as he wasn't expecting this kind of reaction from him.
"What?" He voiced his confusion to him.
"Doc. What's going on?" Shigaraki sounded just as much confused as Y/N was.
"I'm simply expressing my happiness about this job being well done." Ujiko explained, confusing both of them further.
"How was this job well done?" Y/N continued to voice just how much confused he was to Ujiko, "We failed to transport whatever you wanted us to transport."
"Doctor. I think you owe us an explanation." Shigaraki said, wanting to know what was going on right now and why was Ujiko acting the way he did right now.
"Kids are so curious nowadays." Ujiko sighed, "Fine. The feller I wanted you to transport was a project of mine. His name was Nine."
"A project of ours?" Shigaraki asked.
"Yes." Ujiko confirmed, going further into his explanation about Nine as both Y/N and Shigaraki to everything he had to say in interest. He told them how Nine was with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. One problem however was that his Quirk was doing a great deal of damage to his body. This was because his Quirk was too powerful for his body to handle and so he needed to find a way to cure this problem.
The eldery man continued his explanation as he explained to Shigaraki and Y/N about his meeting with the Nine and how Nine presented himself a test subject for him, hoping the operation will cure him and Ujiko admitted to them how he was amazed by Nine's power and how he was still alive, despite it slowly killing him. He aftewards told them about the experiments he performed on him and told them how the experiments performed on him granted him a copied version of All For One.
"...Wait second. You gave him a copy of All For One?" Shigaraki cut Ujiko off as soon as the eldery man reached this part of the story, "I thought I was the true heir."
"You still are a true heir, Shigaraki Tomura. You can tell Nine was the prototype of what you will become in the following months." Ujiko explained.
"Oh." Shigaraki hummed in ackowledgement. Y/N could fell a hint of skepticism in this explanation. He couldn't blame Shigaraki for it. He felt the same. He didn't voice it, though.
"Back to you, Y/N." Ujiko shifted his attention back to Y/N, "Do you know if Nine was killed when the cargo was lost or did he managed to get away?"
Brushing the skepticism he felt just felt away, Y/N gave him his answer, "From what I've heard, the truck was empty after the heroes got their hands on it. He must have gotten away."
"I see." Ujiko voiced his understanding of it, "If he escaped, I'm guessing he's back with his comrades."
Y/N raised his brow in interest at this, "Comrades?"
"Yes. He has three of those." Ujiko confirmed it to him, "From what I managed to learn about him, their known as Chimera, Mummy and Slice. An interest bunch of people to say the least. Too bad he won't be with them for long as his original Quirk is still killing him."
"What do you mean?" Y/N sounded confused by this, "Didn't he volunteer to be your test subject so you could fix his Quirk and stop it from killing him?"
"Yes. He did." Ujiko nodded in confirmation, "I never fulfilled this part of our deal as he was never intended to be All For One's true heir. Just like I said, I treated him as a prototype of what Shigaraki Tomura will become in the following months. If he's lucky, he will survive a few months at months. That will be if he will not use his Quirk. Which is something I highly doubt to be honest."
"I see." Y/N nodded in understanding and asked him the next question, "What is their goal?"
"They seek to destroy society, in hopes of creating a new one where the strong rule over the weak." Ujiko explained as Y/N once again nodded in understanding. He could tell he disagreed with their goal right away as it would only extend the mistreat of Quirkless people like him and it would everything worse for the people with Quirks as well. It was when something Origami told him about the Liberation Army following their fight with them flew through his mind.
"Hmm." He let out a thoughtful hum as those thoughts flew through his mind, "Sounds like the MLA would get along with them and with their leader slowly dying..."
"What up with this 'Hmm', Y/N?" Ujiko quickly took notice of this and made sure to ask Y/N about it, "Is there something in your mind?"
"What are you planning, Y/N?" Shigaraki wanted to know the answer to this as well.
"Let's just say I may have gotten an idea." Y/N gave them an honest answer, "Doctor. Could you keep the track of them? I want to see where things will go with them from here on. We'll decide what to do with them, depending on what will happen with them."
"It shall be done, Y/N." Ujiko replied, "I was planning to keep an eye on them myself."
Y/N nodded at him, "Alright. Could you give me their location after you'll locate them? I'll tell Skeptic to keep an eye on the as well."
"I can already see his annoyed face." Shigaraki stated, chuckling slightly at the thought, "At least the egghead will make some use of himself."
Y/N smiled slightly, gladdened both Ujiko and Shigaraki seemed up for this idea and brought up the next matter to them, "One more thing. While our clones were taking care of the cargo, we tested out Origami's new abilities and checked if she can make Overhaul's bullets."
"What were the results?" Shigaraki wanted to know.
Y/N sighed, "I wish I could say the results were what we hoped. She can only make regular bullets. She is unable to make those with Overhaul's drug."
"I see. A shame." Shigaraki voiced his understanding of it, letting out a sigh himself at this information.
"Yeah." Y/N nodded in agreement, "Origami was disappointed by this fact herself as she can make other type of ammunition without any problem. We made sure to check it after she failed to make a Quirk erasing bullet."
"Tell her not to think much about it. Even if she can't make Overhaul's bullets, her improved Quirk is still a big help to us." Shigaraki told Y/N , knowing Origami must have been the one saddened she can't make Overhaul's bullets with ther Quirk the most.
"Don't worry about it. I already did that." Y/N reassured him, having immediately went to comfort his girlfriend after seeing the disappointed look on her face upon realizing how she can't make a Quirk erasing bullet with her power.
"Of course you did." Shigaraki replied. From the tone of his voice, Y/N could tell Shigaraki had a smile on his face when he uttered those words.
-----
Days have passed after the League failed to transport Nine and Y/N went along with his idea of observing the said villain and his comrades, having asked Ujiko and Skeptic to keep the track of this particular group of people. Ujiko had no problems when it came to this, having formed an interest in Y/N idea regarding Nine and his crew and Skeptic was annoyed by Y/N 'ordering' him around but went along with it after voicing some annoyed complains to him about it.
Y/N observed how Nine's journey to find a Cell Activation Quirk to fix his worsening health drove him to the city of Kyushu where he and his crew attacked a man who Y/N assumed was on a business trip or something from his clothes. Upon getting the man out of his car and learning he indeed had the Quirk he was looking for, Nine wasted no time and used his version of All For One to steal the Quirk from this man as he knew he shouldn't waste any time in his state.
After getting the Quirk from this man, Nine used his original Weather Manipulation Quirk and to call lightning down to destroy parts of the city. Y/N eyes widened as soon as he saw his power in action. He already expected Nine's power to be something powerful from the description of it, but seeing it in action was just something else. Unfortunely for Nine, not everything went according to his plan as the Quirk he had stolen from this man turned out not to be compatible with him.
Their further search of a Cell Activation Quirk took them straight to the island of Nabu Island where the family of the unknown man or rather his daughter and son who was the one from the siblings who had his Quirk resided. What immediately caught Y/N's attention was the fact what kind heroes or rather students were working on this island around the time Nine and his crew made this island their next destination and target. The said students was Class 1-A from U.A with Izuku among them.
Y/N shook his head to himself upon learning about this as he couldn't believe how he and Class 1-A with Izuku crossed paths again, even if he doubted they would see each other in person during this operation. Izuku and his classmates really were magnet for trouble and had bad luck whenever it came to getting themselves involved with the targets of powerful and dangerous villains or finding themselves in a place which was targeted by the said powerful and dangerous villains.
Nine and his crew made themselves known to the U.A students shortly after and began their attack. Their first attack ultimately ended with Mummy getting caught by the students and Nine, Chimera and Slice having to regroup and think of their next move. Their first attack didn't end in a complete failure like someone would think right away from this description, though as the students were forced to regroup in some kind of factory with all the civilians that they've managed to save and provided them all humanitarian aid to the local residents.
The next attack from Nine, Chimera and Slice began the next morning. When the students began their assault at the group of villains, Slice and Chimera broke away from Nine and found themselves in the trap of the students. It resulted in Slice falling into an underground cavern and Chimera getting plunging into a nearby waterfall. Y/N made a mental note of those locations, knowing he will have mention those locations to his fellow members of the League later on. The same went for Mummy's location at the factory.
The time passed and the fight between Nine's crew and Class 1-A continued. It didn't went on forever, though as Slice and Chimera were defeated by Izuku's classmates. Y/N nodded to his to himself, knowing it was time for him to leave and collect Nine's comrades from the island. The fact how all off the students were knocked out unconscious from their fight with Nine's crew just made their job way easier
After going to the rest of the League and telling them to get ready to move out, he contacted Ujiko and told him to prepare Johnny to transport them to the Nabu Island. Ujiko voiced his understanding of it and went to preparing Johnny right away. He contacted Y/N shortly after, informing of what he just saw happen on the island and told him how Nine was defeated by Izuku and Bakugo, telling him in the process how he wished Y/N saw what happened there because it was a perfect presentation of One For All's true power.
Despite Ujiko telling him what just happened on the island was a perfect presentation of One For All's true power, Y/N didn't think much about missing it out as he doubted it was the only opportunity he would get to see One For All's power. Three portals for him and his fellow members of the League were opened shortly after, causing him and the rest to look towards where they were formed. One portal was leading to Chimera, one portal was leading to Slice and one portal was leading to Mummy.
"Alright. Are we ready?" He asked, shifting his gaze between everyone from the League as he wanted to know.
"Ready." Spinner nodded at him and everyone silently nodded in agreement, showing the h/c haired boy they were in fact ready to put this idea in action. Even Dabi seemed more willing about going to Nabu Island than he was on most of their other plans. Why? Y/N had no idea and he doubted Dabi would tell him, considering how closed off Dabi was to everyone from the League aside from Mustard.
"Alright, then. Let's go." Y/N told his fellow members of the League as he pushed himself into walk towards the portal leading to Chimera's location. He stepped through the portal shortly after and found himself in the location where Chimera was defeated.
Y/N looked towards Chimera as soon as he found himself on the other side of the portal and saw him right where he expected to see him. The man with a wolf life appearance was frozen in place by Todoroki's ice attack and was still in what Y/N called his monster form. The ice from Todoroki's attacks still covered a good portion of the zone around Chimera and Todoroki, Iida, Asui and Kirishima, all of whom were unconscious, were laying around the defeated and frozen villain.
The h/c haired boy shifted his gaze away from Chimera a second later as three more members of the League stepped out of the portal and joined him in the area. Those members of the League were Mr. Compress, Rappa and Dabi. The former two went with Y/N as Y/N knew they would be needed here because of Chimera being the largest one from Nine's crew. If Rappa failed to carry Chimera, then Mr. Compress would use his Quirk to put him in a marble. The latter himself to join them for the retrieval of Chimera upon hearing how Todoroki was involved in his defeat.
Mr. Compress shook his head at the destruction around him, "Good God. Look at all this destruction. You can tell how much they struggled with defeating this guy."
Rappa shrugged, "It's still nothing compared to what Shigaraki did in Deika City."
"Good point." Mr. Compress nodded in agreement.
"Can you postpone this talk for later? We have work to do." Dabi told them as he pushed himself into walk towards Chimera. His eyes were not set on their target, though. They were set on Todoroki.
"Dabi is right. We shouldn't waste time. Let's take Chimera and get out of here." Y/N agreed with Dabi as Mr. Compress and Rappa nodded at him and followed Dabi towards Chimera. The h/c haired boy followed them shortly after and reached up for his earpiece and touched it, "Everyone. This is Y/N. Can you hear me?"
"Loud and clear!" Twice's voice sounded in Y/N's ears shortly after. His part of the operation was to retrieve Mummy from the factory and Mustard and Tengai were accompanying him for it, "No! Can't hear you at all!"
"The three of us are looking at our target right now, Master Y/N." Tengai added, referring to himself, Twice and Mustard.
"We can hear you as well, Y/N." Origami's voice added a second later. Her part of the operation was to retrieve Slice from the underground and Toga and Magne were accompanying her for it, "We have our eyes on our target as well."
"Good." Y/N smiled to himself, gladdened to hear everything was working out. He didn't send anyone to check on Nine to see if he was still alive or not as Shigaraki himself volunteered to do this made sure to remind his fellow members of the League of something shortly after, "Okay everyone. Remember to make it quick. I'm certain the students have alerted the authorities of what just happened on this island and it would be for the best for us if we weren't here when they will arrive. If you will come across problems, just contact us through the earpieces and the Doctor will transport some of us to you."
"Alright~!" Toga voiced her understanding of it, "Come on, you two! Let's pick her up and leave this dark cave!"
"Okay. Let's get this over with." Mustard made sure to voice his understanding right after Toga voiced hers.
Y/N nodded his head to himself at their words, taking his hand off his earpiece as he stopped in front of Chimera and set his attention on Mr. Compress and Rappa, "How's the stuff going on with him, you two? Will Rappa be able to carry him or will Atsuhiro-kun have to put him in a marble?"
"I don't think me carrying him will go anywhere, Y/N." Rappa gave Y/N an honest answer, circling around Chimera with his eyes narrowed underneath his bird mask. He had to admit one thing to himself as he continued to eye him, though. He wouldn't mind sparring with Chimera some other time. If Y/N's plan will work out, of course, "He's too large for me to carry him in this form."
"What is his form in the first place?" Mr. Compress crossed his arms, shaking his head as he eyed the form Chimera was in right now up and down, "Looks like something you'd see in a fantasy movie or book or something."
Rappa shrugged at him and looked down at the ice below him, "The way how ice literally glues him to the ground won't make this work as well. Trying to break it away from him would just take too much time."
"Alright." Y/N nodded in understanding and shifted his gaze to Mr. Compress. Good thing they took Mr. Compress with them. Otherwise they would be dealing with a problem here and it would take them more time than they would like to, "Atsuhiro-kun."
"Very well, Y/N. I'm on it." Mr. Compress nodded at Y/N, knowing what the younger wanted him to do just by hearing him call out for him. As he reached out to put his hand on Chimera, he shifted his gaze to Dabi for a second, "It would certainly be better if someone was actually interested in helping us. Maybe we wouldn't have to worry about unfreezing him in the mansion if someone would have helped with it right now."
"What is Dabi doing, anyway?" Rappa asked as looked towards where he suspected Dabi to be and Y/N and Mr. Compress followed his example. The three villains laid their eyes on Dabi a second later and saw him standing in front of Todoroki.
"Just look at this pitful image." Dabi muttered under his breath with a pleased smirk on his face as he crouched down in front of Todoroki, paying his attention to something other than their main target, "Poor little Todoroki Shoto."
Mr. Compress cleared his throat, "Dabi."
Dabi shifted his gaze away from Todoroki to him for a second later, "What?"
"Maybe would you mind lending us a hand instead of paying attention to something else? It would spare us the trouble of having to unfreeze him in the mansion." Mr. Compress asked as he touched Chimera, turning him and the ice covering him into a marble. He quickly took a hold of the marble and hid it in his pocket.
Dabi waved him off, "Why bother? It's not like you need my help right now. You already placed him in your marble, anyway. If you want my help, I'll just unfreeze him once we will bring him back to the mansion."
Mr. Compress shook his head, crossing his arms, "What a helpful fella you are."
"Okay. Since we have him now, we should leave." Y/N told his fellow members of the League, knowing they had no further reason to stay here after Mr. Compress turned Chimera into a marble.
"Alright. Let's go." Rappa nodded at him as he pushed Y/N in the direction both of them came from, knowing the portal will re-appear there once Y/N will contact Ujiko. Mr. Compress silently followed him.
Y/N followed them and set his eyes on Dabi when he walked past him and Todoroki, "What about you, Dabi? You're not coming?"
"I'll join you in a few seconds." Dabi replied as Y/N nodded at him and proceeded to follow Mr. Compress and Rappa.
"Guys. We have Chimera. What about you?" Y/N asked a second later as he touched his earpiece, wanting to know how the rest was doing right now.
"We have Slice. Origami-chan and Magne are carrying her. We're waiting by the retrieval point." Toga's voice sounded in his ears a second later.
"We're waiting by the retrieval point with Mummy as well." Mustard gave Y/N his answer regarding him and his group a second after Toga gave hers.
"Alright." Y/N nodded in understanding and contacted someone else afterwards, "Doctor. This is Y/N. We have what we came here for. You can open the portals and take us back to the mansion."
As Y/N continued to talk with Ujiko over the earpieces, Dabi still had his eyes set on Todoroki with his smirk still evident on his face. With his eyes glued to the teenager in front of him, the scarred young man reached into his pocket and pulled out an empty clean syringe. He inserted it into Todoroki and began drawing blood from him. After making sure he had all the amount of blood that he needed, he took the syringe out of Todoroki and nodded to himself with a satisfied look on his face.
"Dabi! Are you coming? The portal is already here!" Y/N called out for him a second later as he looked over his shoulder and saw him standing in front of an opened portal. Mr. Compress and Rappa were nowhere to be seen. They must have already stepped through the portal and were already back in the mansion.
Dabi nodded as he put the syringe away, hidding it out of Y/N's view and got himself into a standing position, "Yeah. I'm coming."
"Do you have whatever you came from?" Y/N asked, feeling like there was something Dabi specifically came here for as Dabi pushed himself into walk towards him.
"You know it. I have everything I came here for." Dabi nodded in confirmation, not giving Y/N details on what he came here for as he made his way to him. Not wasting any time, both of them stepped through the portal and the portal vanished a second later.
------
There was a small island in the distance from the island where the fighting between Class 1-A and Nine's crew took place. Despite being rather small, the island was beautiful to look at from the distance and even more beautiful when you looked at it from up close because of how nature filled with it. Dozens if not hundreds of colorful flowers covered the area and many trees were split up across it, leaving it as a beautiful picture which many people would love to document with their cameras.
There was one thing that stood out about this island, though. A heavily wounded white haired young man was somewhere in the middle of the carpet of the flowers, his face facing the dirt as he was trying to get himself back on his feet but his body and his wounds were keeping him on the ground. This man was Nine. After losing his fight with Izuku and Bakugo, the white haired villain was knocked by the force of their combined powers and found himself on this island where he was now laying powerless and dying.
It was when something ahead of Nine caught his attention, causing him to slowly lift up from the ground and look ahead of himself. A portal formed itself in front of him and a familiar figure in the form of Tomura Shigaraki stepped out of it. What immediately caught Nine's attention was the fact Shigaraki's looked slightly different from all of his previous appearances in the media. The leader of the League of Villain now a white hair, just like him and wore a suit, making him look like All For One than Shigaraki.
"I knew you'd survive." Shigaraki said as he stepped closer to the fallen villain, having stopped using a cane to keep himself on his feet over the course of last few days.
Nine struggled to keep his gaze on Shigaraki, letting out a weak, "Shigaraki..."
Shigaraki in his tracks about two meters away from Nine, "Did you have a good life?"
Nine weakly started to crawl towards Shigaraki, glaring at the leader of the League of Villains as he grunted out, "...I've only just begun. I'll keep fighting."
"Don't worry. I'll take over your dream from here." Shigaraki said as he pushed himself into walk towards Nine again, finding himself in front of him a second later. He took off his face-hand, showing his face blank face off to Nine as he looked down at him, "There can only be one true ruler."
Nine stopped in front of Shigaraki and weakly lifted his hand up from the ground, intending to attack him. Nothing came out of it, though as his hand fell back on the ground before he could do anything to Shigaraki. He let out a deep exhale and looked away from Shigaraki, cursing himself for being so weak right now as Shigaraki stared blankly at the dying man in front of him, knowing he had a few more minutes left to life at best.
He looked at Shigaraki again, growing confused by him just standing here and not doing anything to him, "What are you doing? Why are you just standing here and doing nothing? Ain't you here to kill me?"
"No. I'm not here to kill you." Shigaraki shook his head, beginning to voice his intentions to him as he carefully crouched down in front of him and looked directly into his eyes, "Leaving nothing but dust out of would leave some traces of me and my associates and I'm certain it would have come back to bite us in the ass in one way or another when it comes to your friends."
Nine looked at Shigaraki questioningly as soon as his comrades were mentioned by him, "What about them?"
"Y/N got an idea after we were told what your goal was by the Doctor." Shigaraki began his explanation to him, making sure Nine will know of everything before his inevitable death, "He felt like he may make it work in the benefit of our organization and I agreed with him. Having more people who know how to use their powerful Quirks well will only make it easier for us to reach our goal and achieve our dream."
"You're planning to use them?" Nine growled out this question, glaring at Shigaraki angrily at the thought of what he and the rest of the League will do with his comrades.
"Use them? Who said anything about using them? They'll be more like new comrades to us if they will agree to the offer Y/N will make them once they will wake up." Shigaraki pointed out to him, correcting Nine on what he thought the League would do with his comrades, "Don't worry. If everything goes according to his plan, then we will take care of your friends better than you ever could."
"Shigaraki..." Nine didn't got a chance to finish his thoughts. His words died in his throat as soon as uttered this single word. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and his head fell downards towards the ground, landing on the flowery ground underneath him. Shigaraki stared at him for a few seconds and nodded to himself, feeling certain about something now. Nine was gone.
"Goodbye Nine." Shigaraki offered the fallen villain his goodbye in a blank tone as his eyes remained on his lifeless body. It was when an idea popped into his mind. He should probably take a picture of this body and send it to Y/N . There was a good chance Nine's comrades wouldn't believe him and the rest of the League that Nine was dead and having an evidence of it would definitely help them.
Not wasting any time, the white haired young man reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. He quickly took a picture of Nine's body and wasted no time when it came to sending it to Y/N. Upon making sure Y/N had received this picture, he gave Nine's body one last look and turned away from it. He pushed himself into walk away from it as a portal opened itself in front of him. He walked through it and left the island, leaving no traces of him ever being there behind.
-----
The first thing Chimera, Slice and Mummy saw upon regaining their consciousness was a room none of them had recognized as they could immediately tell they had no been in it ever before. The three villains blinked a few times after their vision became less blurry and to make sure if they were seeing correctly or if their eyes were playing a trick on them only find out their eyes were not playing a trick on them and they indeed found themselves in a place none of them of them recognized.
"Where are we?" Slice asked, breaking the silence between them.
"I'm asking myself the same question here, Slice." Mummy replied, "How did we get here in the first place?"
Chimera shook his head, putting his hand on his forehead, "The last thing I remember was getting turned into an ice structure by one of those brats."
"I think we can answer to this question." The three villains looked over in the direction of the voice before they could continue their conversation and saw all of the members of the League aside from Shigaraki standing in front of them.
"The League of Villains!" Slice exclaimed at the view of the said villain organization, immediately putting herself on high alert as she got herself back on her feet. She wasn't the only one. Chimera and Mummy got themselves on their feet as well. All three of them looked ready to fight the League right here right now.
"Perfect. They want to brawl right away! I'm taking the big guy for myself!" Rappa shouted excitedly, readying himself for the possible fight as he set his eyes on Chimera, having not lost his interested in sparring with him.
"Not now, Rappa. You can ask him about it once we will be done." Tengai told him, readying himself to form shields around everyone just in case if Nine's crew will try to attack them.
Y/N stepped closer to the three villains and raised his hands in a defensive manner, trying to show them he didn't mean any harm to them and neither did his comrades, "Relax. We're not here to hurt you."
"Exactly." Mustard nodded in agreement, standing beside Y/N as he readied himself to use his power just in case if something went wrong and Nine's comrades attempted to attack them, "If we wanted to kill you, wouldn't have we already done that?"
Dabi looked slightly amused by Mustard's words, "Wow. Talk about being cold."
Mustard rolled his eyes at him, "I learned from you, haven't it?"
Dabi chuckled lightly, "They learn so fast."
"Where are we? Where did you brought us?" Chimera demanded to know.
"You're in our current hideout." Y/N explained, "We brought you here from the Nabu Island."
Mummy narrowed his eyes at him, "Why did you brought us here?"
"We've been keeping an eye for you for the last few days as the Doctor asked us to. He always keeps a close eye on his experiments." Y/N half-lied, knowing it would be for the best to hide the real reason why he kept an eye for them to himself, "After seeing what happened on the Nabu Island, the doctor contacted us and told us to retrieve the three of you and Nine from it."
"I see." Mummy kept his eyes narrowed at Y/N, remaining suspicious of him and the League.
"What about Nine. Where is he?" Slice wanted to know where her leader was as soon as Y/N mentioned him. Chimera and Mummy nodded at the question, wanting to know the answer to this question.
"Tomura-kun left to retrieve him." Y/N began, letting out a sigh as he continued, "I'm sorry to say but your leader was already dead when Tomura-kun arrived at his location."
"...W-What?" Slice uttered out after a few second of silence, having allowed her brain to process this information as Chimera and Mummy
Chimera clenched his hands, "You're lying."
"I wish I was lying." Y/N replied as he reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. He unlocked it and showed them off a picture he had recently received from Shigaraki, "Tomura-kun knew you wouldn't believe us right away. He sent me this photo shortly after he went after your leader."
Slice gasped at the view of this photo, feeling her eyes instantly tearing up at the view of her leader's lifeless body, "...Nine."
"Fuck..." Chimera gritted his teeth at the confirmation of his leader's death, clenching his hands as Mummy silently stared at the photo, looking just as affected as his comrades were.
"I'm sorry about your leader." Y/N offered them his condolences, putting his phone back in his pocket, "I know how hard it is to lose someone your leader."
"How can you know that!?" Slice asked him with tears streaming down her cheeks, ruining her make up as she looked almost offended by what Y/N just said.
"My sensei All For One was caught in Camino Ward..." Y/N explained. He wanted to say more, but Slice interrupted him.
"At least your 'sensei' is still alive!" She pointed out to him as Chimera put his hand on her shoulder, trying to comfort her a little, "Unlike Nine, he can still be broken out of Tartatus! There's nothing we can do for Nine because he's fucking dead!"
"I suppose you're right." Y/N admitted, knowing she was right on the part of All For One being still alive, unlike Nine. "It still doesn't change how tough it was for me to see my sensei defeated and locked up. I know the pain of losing your leader and this is why I'm offering you those condolences."
"Here." Origami stepped closer to Chimera, Slice and Mummy as Mummy and Chimera narrowed their eyes on her. The dark green haired girl stopped in her tracks for a second, showing she meant no harm to them by showing them a box of tissues. After Mummy and Chimera stopped glaring at her, she stopped in front of Slice and offered her a tissue, "Here you go."
"...Shit. Now that Nine is dead, what are we going to do now?" Mummy asked as Slice took one tissues out of the box and began wiping the tears off her face with it.
"How am I supposed to know?" Chimera replied to it with a question of his own as Slice pulled the tissue away from her face, looking at Origami. The dark green haired girl smiled at her slightly and turned away from her and the rest, making her way back to the rest of the League to let Y/N put his plan into action, "There's now way we will be able to achieve our dream without Nine..."
"If you don't know what to do now, how about we help each other?" Y/N suggested as Slice, Chimera and Mummy looked at him. All of them glared at him and Y/N quickly explained himself to them, "Listen. I know I'm coming out as insensitive here by bringing this up to you right now and I'm sorry for it. Just allow me to explain my offer to you."
"Why would we even join you?" Mummy asked him.
Slice nodded in agreement, "Exactly. For all we know. The League's goal is nothing like ours."
"Because it isn't. Our goal is far different from your goal." Y/N admitted. Before anyone from Nine's crew could make a comment about it, he continued, "Just allow me to explain my goal to you, though. Maybe we will find some common language with each other."
"What if we don't and we still won't be interested in it?" Mummy wanted to know, "What happens, then?
"Then, I will ask the Doctor to transport you out of there and our organizations will go their own separate ways." Y/N explained as Chimera, Slice and Mummy exchanged glances with each other, silently debating with each other if they just hear him out or not.
Chimera set his eyes back on Y/N a second later and crossed his arms, nodding at him, "Fine. We will hear you our about your goal."
"Just make it quick." Mummy added, "We don't want this to take much of our time if this will be something we won't be interested it."
"Alright. Thank you for your time." Y/N nodded at them, "Our goal is to create a society where everyone will be treated equally."
Chimera narrowed his eyes at him, "Equally?"
"Yes. Equal." Y/N confirmed it to him and provided them further details, "As you may already know, I was born Quirkless. Many people treated me like a sub-human because of it and I want to create a society where this treatment will stop. We don't want equality for just Quirkless people. We want equality for everyone." He looked over his shoulder at Spinner, "The society we will create will be a society where heteromorphs won't be discriminated." Chimera looked at him in slight interest upon hearing this as Y/N shifted his gaze to Toga, "Where people born with villainous powers won't be treated like villains since the day they were born." He shifted his gaze his to Origami, "Where people whose Quirk caused terrible accidents when it manifested won't be treated like monsters."
He shifted his gaze back to Chimera, Slice and Mummy, setting his eyes on them, "I don't think I have to go further into details as I think you already know what I mean by this. Now that you already know about our goal, allow me to voice my suggestion to you again. How about we help each other? Me and the League are planning something big in the following months."
"What is it?" Mummy wanted to know.
"Unfortunely I can't share this information with you right now." Y/N replied, knowing he can't tell them about Paranormal Liberation Front as it would be too much of a risk because the possibility of them refusing to work with them was still out there, "All I can tell you right now is that it will be a major hit on the hero society. Wouldn't you want to be there to be a part of it? You will be able to avenge Nine by helping us in it."
"An opportunity to avenge Nine..." Slice muttered under her breath, sounding to be slowly forming interest at the thought of it.
"...So. Are you interested in cooperation between our organizations or not?" Y/N finished what he was saying with a question.
Chimera hesitated for a few seconds and gave Y/N his answer, letting out a brief sigh before doing so, "...I'm in."
"What?" Slice exclaimed in suprise as she looked at him with a suprised look on her face.
Mummy looked equally as suprised as she was, "Why do you want to join them? What about our goal?"
"As you know, I suffered discrimination in my past due to my Quirk and the way it made look." Chimera explained as Spinner perked up slightly, looking at him in interest upon receiving this information, "If the society you are planning to built will destroy the heteromorph discrimination and will stop people from thinking I am a monster, then you can consider me interested in your offer."
"Very well. I'm glad to you see agreed on my offer, then." Y/N smiled at Chimera, glad to see his idea was working and shifted his gaze to Slice and Mummy, "What about you two?"
Slice stared at Y/N for a few seconds, bitting her lip before asking him, "What about people with powerful Quirks like me? Will they be treated as equals as as well?"
Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Yes. When I said that everyone will be equal in the society we will create, I meant everyone and was not intending to exclude anyone."
Slice looked down on the floor, looking like she was deep in thoughts and looked like she was struggling with her answer. She let out a sigh a second later, nodding to herself with a slightly reluctant look on her face, "Okay. If this means people like me will be treated like an equal and if this means I will be able to avenge Nine, then I'm in too."
Y/N nodded at her and set his eyes on Mummy, "What about you?"
"With both of my comrades already agreeing for this, I don't think have much of a choice here." Mummy stated, "Plus, just like Slice, I was opressed because of having a powerful Quirk."
"Alright." Y/N shifted his gaze between the three of them with a smile on his face, "Welcome to our organization, then."
"...I see you already took care of everything." A familiar voice echoed from the back of the room as everyone in it, no matter if they were from the League or from Nine's crew shifted their attention to it and saw Shigaraki walking into the room. The white haired young man walked past his fellow members of the League and made his his way to Y/N and Nine's crew.
Y/N smiled at the view of him, "Tomura-kun. I didn't know you'd be coming here."
"I figured out I should come here and to see how this will work out myself and greet our new comrades if they will agree on your offer." Shigaraki explained as he stopped next to Y/N and set his eyes on Chimera, Mummy and Slice, "Looks like we'll be working together from now on."
Chimera nodded at him, crossing his arms, "Looks like it."
"What if we'll change our mind about working together?" Slice wanted to know. Y/N knew he should have expected this kind of question from her or anyone else from her crew. Especially from her since she looked reluctant before giving him her answer.
"Then we'll say goodbye and go our separate ways." Y/N gave her an honest answer, "Our organization doesn't kill people if they will want to leave it."
Slice nodded in understanding, "I see."
"Now, with this matter settled." Shigaraki began, shifting his gaze between the three remaining members of Nine's crew, "Welcome to the Paranormal Liberation Front."
"The Paranormal Liberation Front?" Mummy raised his brow at the name as so did Chimera and Slice. All three of them were taken by suprise by this name, having never heard it before. The fact how Shigaraki was the one who referred to himself and the rest like this made it more confusing to them.
"Are you done?" A female voice echoed from the back of the room as everyone looked over to the source of it and saw Kizuki and Skeptic, "Everything is ready for the meeting. Don't make Re-Destro wait."
"Re-Destro?" Slice narrowed her eyes at her questioningly. Chimera and Mummy had a similiar reaction to her.
"Wait a second." Chimera said, having recognized Kizuki from somewhere, "Isn't that the reporter that was in Deika City when it was attacked?"
"What meeting?" Toga asked, narrowing her eyes slightly at Kizuki. She wasn't the only one. A good portion of the League wanted to know the answer to this question as well.
Shigaraki shifted his gaze between the members of the League, "After I came back to the mansion, I told Re-Destro to call in a meeting with everyone. We need to talk about a few things before I will leave for my operation."
Toga nodded at him, "Alright."
"Let's go." Y/N nodded at Shigaraki and Shigaraki nodded back at him. Not wasting any time, they pushed themselves into walk and walked out of the room as the rest of the League followed them.
"Wait a second. What did we just joined?" Slice asked as the League began leaving the room.
Magne stopped in her tracks and looked over her shoulder at them, "You, darlings, just joined the largest army of villains in Japan and possibly the world."
"...What?" Slice asked in suprise as Mummy and Chimera looked at Magne with suprise written over their faces.
"How about you follow us for this meeting? I'm sure you'll get some answers to your questions there." Magne offered and walked out of the room, following the rest of the League towards the meeting room. Slice, Chimera and Mummy silently exchanged glances with each other and followed them, wanting to know more about what they had just joined.
-----
All of the members of the League were taken into a massive room somewhere in the mansion by Skeptic and Kizuki right after they managed to convince Chimera, Slice and Mummy to join their army, with the newest additions to the Paranormal Liberation Front silently following him to them. The room had a massive table in front of it and Re-Destro, Hanabata and Geten were standing behind it. It didn't took the League long to notice over a dozen of wine filled bottles on it.
Kizuki and Skeptic split up from the League a second later and joined Re-Destro, Hanabata and Geten behind the table as the League made their way towards the table, all of them wanting to start this meeting. Upon stopping by the table, the two organizations were split up on both sides of the tabel. The high ranking members of the Meta Liberation Army were standing on the left part of the room and the League of Villains was standing on the right part of the room as Slice, Chimera and Mummy stood in the background, silently watching the meeting between all of the high ranking members of the Paranormal Liberation Front which was about to begin.
"I see all of you gathered here quickly." Shigaraki nodded, satisfied by the members of the Meta Liberation Army gathering for this meeting this quickly. He looked over his shoulder at Chimera, Slice and Mummy, hearing them whispering among each other about a politician in the form of Hanabata and a CEO of Detnerat being here right now.
"Of course, Grand Commander." Re-Destro nodded back at him, "We made sure to drop what we were doing and head to this room as you said it yourself we will discuss important matters during this meeting."
"Good." Shigaraki voiced his satisfaction as Re-Destro smiled at what he took for a praise. Kizuki, Geten and Skeptic cringed at this scene as Hanabata simply shook his head.
"Can I ask you what's up with those glasses of wine?" Y/N asked, pointing towards the wine filled glasses on the table.
"I'm glad you asked, Mr. L/N." Re-Destro smiled at him and explained, "This is something I was wanting to do with all of you since the PLF was formed, but I waited with it until you will be done with this little operation of yours as I didn't want to interrupt it. How about we share a toast in the name of our newfound cooperation and the formation of the Paranormal Liberation Front?"
"A wine? Don't mind if I do." Mr. Compress immediately looked interested it, taking one glass for himself as Tengai grabbed a glass for himself as well. Both of them looked at each other, clinking their glasses as they waited for everyone to pick up theirs and for the toast to be made before they would drink it.
"You can count me in." Mustard immediately agreed to it, despite being underage as he took his glass for himself. Seeing his acceptance of it, Toga followed his example and took one glass for herself as well.
Origami looked at the glass in front of her questioningly, "Wine? But I'm underage."
Skeptic deadpanned at her in irritation, "You are a lieutenant of what many people without a brain would consider a terrorist organization and are working towards the destruction towards the current system and yet you have a problem of tasting a glass of wine as a teen?"
"Umm." Origami looked slightly embarassed by it, knowing the long haired man was right.
"She doesn't have to drink it if she doesn't want to." Magne said, narrowing her eyes at him and she wasn't the only from the League to react like this to his words.
"Yeah. We ain't going to force her into anything." Y/N nodded in agreement. He personally had no problems with drinking because it would be just a small glass and he doubted it would do anything to him, but he didn't want to force Origami to drink it. Toga and Mustard shared his mind on this matter as well, both of them being underage themselves.
"It's okay." Origami reassured them, trying to stop the argument from breaking out as she took the glass for herself and eyed the red liquid inside it, "It's alright. I suppose one glass won't hurt."
"Alright." Y/N nodded at her as he reached out and grabbed a glass for himself. One by one, everyone grabbed their glasses and it was just a matter of seconds before everyone were holding one.
"To the Paranormal Liberation Front!" Re-Destro declared with a proud grin on his face a few seconds later, raising his wine filled glass above him.
"Yeah. To the Paranormal Liberation Front." Shigaraki repeated after him in a disinterested tone as he raised his glass of wine in the air as well. Everyone followed their example and raised their glasses of wine in the air, some of them exclaiming the same words and some of them staying silent.
Re-Destro lowered his glass shortly after, being the first one to take a sip from the glass as some of the members of the League nodded to themselves, knowing it was safe for them to drink this wine. Everyone followed his example, taking sips from their glasses of wine as well. Y/N allowed himself to look at the expression fo the Liberation Army before taking a sip from his glass. Skeptic and Kizuki seemed angry and Geten seemed sad. He could see the snow haired young man giving him a stink eye, though. Hanabata didn't show any emotions but Y/N could tell he wasn't completely happy.
He shifted his attention back to wine shortly after, giving the liquid one last glance before lifting it up to his mouth and taking a sip from it. His eyes widened shortly after. Despite him having the feelings a person would normally have after teasing alcohol for the first time in their life, he enjoyed the taste. Mustard and Toga exchanged smiles with each other after tasting their own drinks, liking the taste themselves. Origami's face twisted a bit at first, but this feeling quickly faded away from her face and was replaced with a slight smile, showing she had come to like this taste after getting used to it for a few seconds.
Mr. Compress lowered his empty glass oand put it back on the table, his smile showing how much he enjoyed the drink, "My. What a good wine."
Tengai nodded in agreement, "I haven't drunk a wine this good for a long time."
Re-Destro smiled at the reaction the wine got out of everyone, "I'm glad you liked my choice. I made sure to choose the best wine on the market of our country for this occasion."
"You better appreciate it you..." Skeptic muttered under his breath, looking at the members of the League with his eyes narrowed at them. Everyone ignored him and what he was muttering to himself.
Shigaraki set his empty glass of wine on the table, "Now. With this aside, can we start this meeting?"
"Of course." Re-Destro nodded at him, "What do you want to discuss with us, Grand Commander?"
"I'll get straight to the point with this one." Shigaraki began, "I'll be absent for the next four months."
Re-Destro raised his brow at him, "Really? Why?"
"Don't tell me you are going on a vacation or something." Kizuki told him.
Skeptic nodded in agreement, "Yeah. I sure as hell ain't going to do all the work while you'll be lazing around on a beach or somemething."
"No. It ain't going to a vacation of any sorts. I'll go on it after my dream will be achieved." Shigaraki shook his head, "I made a deal with the Doctor and he promised to give me a new set of powers if I'll manage to get Machia to respect me. Since I did this, it's time for him to fulfill his part of the deal."
"How are you going to get this new set of powers?" Re-Destro wanted to know.
"Through an operation. Let's just say I'll be in a tub for the next four months." Shigaraki explained.
"If what the Doctor told me and Shigaraki back when we visited him was true, then Tomura-kun will be an unkillable force once his operation will be completed." Y/N added as everyone around him looked at him in interest. Even the Liberation Army members seemed slightly interested in it, "We believe he will as strong as All Might in his prime. Or even stronger."
Toga gasped at this detail, "As strong as All Might?!"
"Awesome, boss!" Twice cheered for Shigaraki at this information.
"Hmm." Re-Destro hummed in an interested manner, "Assuming that, hopefully, the Grand Commander's process goes without a hitch, then he will come out of this operation in April."
Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Exactly."
"Very well. Sounds good to me." Re-Destro nodded back at him.
"Sort of..." Geten muttered under his breath.
"This brings up the next topic we need to discuss during this meeting. With me gone for the next four months, someone will have to take care of everything." Shigaraki brought up the second matter and shifted his gaze to Y/N, "Y/N will be in charge of everything during my absence."
"Just wait a second here." Skeptic pointed towards Y/N, "You want this brat to lead us while you will be gone?"
"Yes." Shigaraki confirmed it without hesitation in his voice, "Y/N has been planning everything out with me when it comes to the League since we attacked U.A's summer camp and he is the person I trust the most when it comes to everyone in this room."
"You must be joking." Skeptic voiced how displeased he was by this turn of events. He wasn't the only one. Geten and Kizuku, especially the former, looked displeased by it as well. Hanabata showed no noteable reactions.
"What a sick joke..." Geten muttered under his breath, directing one more stink eye towards Y/N.
"No. I'm not." Shigaraki narrowed his eyes at him, "Do you have any problem with my decision?"
"I know some of you may not be satisfied with his choice, but I promise to do my best to prove Tomura-kun didn't make a bad decision here." Y/N said. He showed no notable reactions of hurt at the reaction this information got out of the Liberation Army members as he already expected them to react like this. The tension in the room seemed to grow in the room, despite his words as Skeptic, Geten and Kizuki continued to show how much they didn't like this decision.
"Now. I wouldn't write this off as something terrible, you three." Re-Destro told his comrades, trying to cool down the tension in the room, "If our Grand Commander trusts Mr. L/N to lead us during his absence, then we should trust his judgement. He trusted Mr. L/N enough to appoint him as his second in command of our army, after all."
Spinner crossed his arms, "Besides, how could we be sure that any of you would be able to fulfill our goal the way we want it."
"Yeah." Origami nodded in agreement, "The way how your ideology would treat Quirkless people goes against our goal."
Re-Destro looked at her questioningly, "What do you mean, Weaponsmith?"
"Your old ideology wouldn't do anything for the Quirkless people and would make everything worse for them." Origami told him, remembering the conversation she had with Geten back in Deika City.
"What do you mean, Weaponsmith?" Re-Destro looked confused by Origami's words, "Meta Liberation Army never intended to further the discrimination about people without Meta Ability as it's intention was to make sure people would be able to use their Meta Abilities whenever their desired to the best of their abilities without needing to have the right papers for it."
"Really? Your scarred eskimo friend said otherwise when we confronted him." Mr. Compress pointed out to prove Origami's point, pointing at Geten as Origami and Mustard nodded in confirmation.
"Are they telling the truth, Geten?" Re-Destro shifted his gaze to Geten as Geten glanced away from him, giving him the confirmation he was waiting for.
Hanabata looked at Geten questioningly, "Geten. Where did you get those thoughts from? You know this isn't what Destro taught us."
"See? This is what me and Y/N were worried about when you explained your goal to us." Spinner said as Hanabata turned towards him and shifted his gaze between him and Y/N, having recalled the conversation both of them had. Chimera crossed his arms, watching his fellow heteromorph in interest.
Y/N nodded in agreement, deciding to give his piece in this as well, "How can you know things will not backfire for people like me if you or Shuichi-kun will achieve your future? Your friend just gave a perfect example of it."
"Yeah." Spinner added, going further in his reasoning and gestured to Shigaraki and Y/N, "This is why I stand by Shigaraki and Y/N's plan of building a society where everyone will be treated equally."
"I see." Re-Destro hummed after getting the answer from Geten, looking slightly disappointed in the younger man as he shifted his gaze back to the members of the League of Villains and looked at him in an apologetic manner, "You'll have to excuse Geten. The younger generation of our army tends to misinterpret Destro's message. I'll make sure to talk with him about this matter."
"Good." Shigaraki nodded at him as Geten looked down at the floor, scowling slightly. He sighed to himself, "If this will make any of you less butthurt about it, then Re-Destro will be Y/N's second in command for the next four months."
"Very well. Thank your for this trust, Grand Commander." Re-Destro voiced his gratitude to him as Kizuki, Geten, Hanabata and Skeptic all lit up at that. He set his eyes on Y/N afterwards, "I look forward to fruitful cooperation in the upcoming months Mr. L/N."
"Likewise." Y/N nodded at him, glad at least one of the Liberation Army members wasn't so reluctant about working with them. Whatever was going to happen with his cooperation with Re-Destro in the following months, he hoped everything will work out and the other members of the Liberation Army will become more open about working with him and the rest of the League.
Shigaraki shifted his gaze to Y/N for a second, "You can change him for someone else if he will cause any problems."
"Alright." Y/N nodded in understanding as Shigaraki shifted his gaze back to Re-Destro and the rest.
"Alright. This marks the end of this meeting. I told you everything you needed to know when it comes to the upcoming four months." The white haired young man informed everyone the meeting was over as he turned away from Re-Destro and his comrades and pushed himself into walk, "I'm gonna go get ready. Doctor already has everything prepared for my operation and I want to get it started as soon as I can."
"Of course." Re-Destro nodded at him as the rest of the League followed Shigaraki, with Origami grabbing Y/N's hand into hers, "Please, have a safe time."
"Yeah. Don't die or something because I won't know what I'll do if that happens." Skeptic crossed his arms, sarcasm evident in the words he had just uttered.
Shigaraki rolled his eyes at Skeptc's words, not paying much attention to them as he walked out of the room, followed by the rest of the League. As the League left their room, Y/N overheard how the Meta Liberation Army members having talking with each other about something. The conversation began with Re-Destro adressing Geten and it made Y/N suspect what was the topic they will talk about in their conversation. Chimera, Slice and Mummy remained in the room as well, talking amongst themselves about something.
He didn't pay much attention to neither of those conversations, though. His mind was on something else right now. From what Shigaraki said before they parted ways with Re-Destro and the rest, he knew it was time for him to leave for his operation in Ujiko's laboratory. The h/c haired boy sighed to himself, knowing he will miss Shigaraki in the upcoming months as Shigaraki took him and the rest of the League to one of the rooms in the mansion.
Shigaraki turned around to face them shortly after arriving at this room, "Well, it's almost time."
"Almost time?" Rappa asked.
"Yeah. Ujiko will transport me to his lab in the next few minutes." Shigaraki nodded in confirmation as he stepped closer to the League and stopped in front of Spinner, wanting to say goodbye to his comrades before he will leave, "I guess this might be the last time we'll see each for a while. Four goddamn months."
"You sure you don't want me to accompany you?" Spinner wanted to be sure as he wasn't afraid to show how worried he was about Shigaraki and the operation he was about to go through, "Or even if you won't want me to accompany you, take Y/N or someone else with you."
Shigaraki nodded at him, trying to reassure him, "Yeah. I'll be fine."
"Okay." Spinner nodded back at him. The worry remained in his voice, though.
"Just try not to become noob over the next four months." Shigaraki told him, "If you will become a noob, beating you ass in Mortal Kombat will be less fun."
"I'll do my best." Spinner smiled at him as he held his hand out for a handshake and Shigaraki smiled slightly back at him and shook it. He released Spinner's hand from his grasp a second later and shifted his attention to Dabi and Mustard. Both of them, especially the former, weren't showing much emotion towards his departure. He could see there was a hint of worry on Mustard's face, though.
"See you in four months, I guess." Dabi bid his farewell to Shigaraki in his usual tone.
Mustard nodded, "Yeah. I'll see you once those months will pass."
"Yeah. I'll see you in four months too." Shigaraki nodded at both of them, knowing it Dabi and Mustard's way of saying goodbyes. He set his eyes on the younger villains from the two for a moment, "Mustard. Make sure Dabi will behave when I'll be gone and make sure he won't be dick to everyone."
"You can count on me." Mustard smirked at him as Dabi rolled his eyes. After saying his goodbye to these two, Shigaraki shifted his attention to Origami, Mr. Compress, Magne and Tengai and saw the way all of them were looking at them right now. The said four were looking at him in a mixture of pride and concern, the former feeling was especially evident in Mr. Compress and Tengai.
"I can't believe we came so far! How exciting all of this is. Be careful out there." Mr. Compress wished Shigaraki luck. From the tone of his voice, everyone could tell he was smilling proudly underneath his mask.
Magne nodded in agreement, "Yeah, sweetheart. Stay safe for us during your operation."
Tengai closed his eyes, bowing his head, "I wish you all the best during your operation in the upcoming months."
Origami smiled slightly at her leader, "I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, Shigaraki. Survive out there."
"Thanks and I will." Shigaraki nodded at those four, voicing his appreciaton for their concern and their wishes of luck. The next person he moved towards when it came to saying his goodbye to them were Toga, Twice and Rappa and the said three were on the more excited part when it came to his organization to say the least and they wasted no time in voicing their excitement when it was their turn.
Toga pumped her fists with a massive excited smile on her face, "So when you wake up, you'll be as powerful as All Might? I can't wait Tomura-kun!"
Twice threw him arms up, "Show them who's boss! Boss!"
Rappa pumped his fist, "Yeah, boss! Show them how to kick asses and how you ain't a pansy!"
"You don't need to worry about it. We'll give'em all Hell." Shigaraki nodded, smilling slightly at the excitement the three of them were showing and shifted his attention to the last person he had to say goodbye to. This person was Y/N. Both of them stared at each other silently for a few seconds until Shigaraki broke the silence between them, "So. I guess this is goodbye for the next four months."
"Yeah." Y/N nodded in confirmation, returning Shigaraki's gaze as he looked slightly saddened by his friends departure and how they won't see each other for the next few months. He knew it had to be done, though, "I'm going to miss you for these next few months."
Shigaraki nodded at him, admitting, "Yeah. Me too."
"I promise that I will keep everything in check for those four months and that everything will be ready once you will return after your operation." Y/N promised him. He knew he was repeating himself at this point, but wanted to make sure Shigaraki will know about this before he will leave for his operation.
"I know you will. Otherwise I wouldn't have asked you to co-lead this army with me." Shigaraki smiled at him as he held his hand out for a fist bump high five, wanting to do this gesture for one last time with Y/N. Y/N smiled back at him and bumped his fist, exchanging the last fist bump high five they will exchange for the next few months.
It was when Shigaraki's eyes widened in suprise as Y/N next action took him by suprise. Y/N moved towards him after their fist bump high five and wrapped his arms around him, giving him a hug. Shigaraki froze in his place, having not been expecting this to happen as Y/N proceeded to hug him. The white haired young man pushed himself out of his shocked state a second later and slowly wrapped his arms around Y/N, returning the hug. Both of them stayed like this for the next few seconds as most of the League smiled at the scene between their leaders.
Shigaraki pulled away from Y/N after a few seconds and looked down at him, "I'll see you in four months."
Y/N nodded at him, "Yeah."
Shigaraki turned away from Y/N and the rest of the League and pushed himself into walk forward himself to the end of the room where he knew the portal to Ujiko's laboratory will open. He reached up and put his hand one earpiece, telling Ujiko to open the portal. Ujiko voiced his understanding of it, causing Shigaraki to pull his hands away from his earpiece and a portal opened in front of him a few seconds later, signalling Ujiko was ready to take him to his laboratory for the operation.
The white haired young man stopped in his tracks for a second when he was one step away from entering the portal, feeling like there was something he had to tell him before they would part ways for those next few months, "Y/N."
Y/N looked at him questioningly, "Yeah?"
"You're like a younger brother to me." Shigaraki voiced what he wanted to say to him and Y/N's eyes snapped open at those words. The h/c haired boy didn't got a chance to reply to it in any way as Shigaraki was taken out of the mansion by one of Johnny's portal as soon as those words left his throat.
Y/N stayed silent, remaining where he stood as he allowed his brain to everyone what his partner just said to him. The h/c haired boy had no idea what to say to say right now as many different emotions rushed through his body. A smile slowly began to form on his face a few seconds later as he was certain about one thing. He appreciated and was happy about the fact that Shigaraki vieved him in such a high regard. Someone out their hand on his shoulder right after and he immediately knew who it was from the way it felt.
"...And he's gone." Dabi said as Y/N looked over to the person who just put their hand on his shoulder and saw Origami. Origami smiled at him, feeling happy for the moment her boyfriend just had with Shigaraki and Y/N's smiled back at her.
"Yup." Mustard nodded in agreement, "It will be actually kind of weird without him around here."
"Yeah." Dabi silently agreed with him, making sure no one from the League, even Mustard, would hear him.
"I'm certain about one thing, though." Magne began, crossing her arms, "Y/N won't the only one who will miss him."
"You're not the only one." Spinner muttered in agreement, looking saddened by Shigaraki's departure as Y/N felt someone put their hand on his other shoulder. He shifted his attention away from Origami to this person and saw Rappa.
"Brother, huh?" Rappa asked. From the tone of his voice, Y/N could tell he was smilling underneath his mask.
"Should we call you Shigaraki's bro now, bro?" Twice asked with smile hidden underneath his mask, "I bet you are the annoying younger brother!"
"Yeah. Jin-kun asked a perfect question. Should we change your name to Shigaraki Y/N now?" Toga asked Y/N, elbowing the h/c haired boy playfully.
Mr. Compress put his hand on his chin, "With all of our resources, I'm certain changing Y/N's last name wouldn't be a problem."
"If this will happen, then we will end up having two Master Shigaraki's in your army." Tengai stated, exchanging smiles with Mr. Compress when he uttered those words.
Toga shifted her gaze to Origami for a second, "And Origami-chan will be Miss. Shigaraki if this will happen~."
Their conversation came to a premature end a few seconds later as one particular person appeared in the doorway of the room. It was someone everyone from the League, aside from Dabi and Mustard, were were not expecting to see here out of all places. This person was the number two hero in all of Japan known as Hawks. Hawks stared at the group of villains in the room, feeling how all of them had their eyes on him and knew he couldn't just stand here and do nothing after finding himself in their view.
The blond haired young man smiled at them, offering him a friendly wave after a few seconds of staring silently at them. The reactions this gesture got mixed reactions from the members of the League. They either stared at him blankly or with suspicion written over their face. Even Y/N and Origami felt a tiny bit of suspicion towards him upon laying their eyes on him. Twice and Tengai were the only exceptions. Twice smiled back at him underneath his mask, waving back at him and Tengai bowed his head respectfully at the number two hero.
The h/c haired boy shifted his attention away from Hawks to Origami a second later as Hawks walked out of his view, leaving to take care of his own business. He smiled at her and she smiled back at him. Both of them were certain the next few months will be tough for them because them having to train their new set of powers and them having to prepare everything. Neither of them were groaning internally at the thought of all the work they had ahead of them and how of their time it will take them, though.
Y/N was certain about one thing, though. He and his family were going to overcome everything thrown their way from now on. No matter what it will be...

Thank you so much for 100k views! :)
Here we go with the second movie with a few changes there regarding the fate of Chimera, Slice and Mummy. The next chapter will be the start of the 'Preparation arc'.
RIP Steve Harwell. You made many of our childhoods. Now watching the opening of Shrek won't be the same without you...
I did some thinking about the theme which would fit the scene of Y/N's Quirk awakening during his fight with Minene during the LOV vs the MLA stuff and I think I found a good theme for this scene. Personally I think the theme of the Spot from ATSV would fit this moment as Y/N heavily evolved in this scene, just like the Spot heavily evolved in the scene in the movie where it played.
To explain my reasons for thinking why this theme would fit this scene: When this theme played in the movie, the Spot went from a villain of the week and became a multiversal threat and when this theme would play in this story, Y/N's powers became more stronger like it was shown during his rampage on the MLA members and was liberated from all the insecurities he was dealing with throughout the story, making him more confident in himself. Plus, horror aspect of this theme would fit the horror and confusion the MLA members felt during Y/N's rampage.
