Sandra L/N took a sip of her morning coffee as she stared out of the window of her house at the garden. She truly loved the view of it in the summer morning, even though she wasn't taking care of it herself. The people she was paying to keep it in a good state were certainly doing a job she considered good enough and were worth the money she was paying them.
Her husband Ryoma wasn't accompaying her during her morning coffee, because he already had gone to work. She would join him and leave for work with him, like she normally did, but she had a reason to stay home today. Thankfully, there wasn't much work for her and her husband today so her staying home today was not going to affect their work too much.
"Good morning, sis." A voice sounded behind her, making her shift her attention away from the garden. She turned around towards the source of it and saw a blond haired woman a few years younger than her walking towards her. It was Grace Okuda, her younger sister. She was she reason why she stayed home today instead of going to work on other day. Her sister Grace and her son, Sandra's nephew, Akihiko paid them a visit yesterday and were going to stay in their home for a few days.
Sandra turned away from her sister to look at the garden again, "You finally woke up. I was beginning to think you weren't going to wake up."
Grace chuckled as she walked over to Sandra's side, stretching her limbs as she did so, "I'm just enjoying my days off work. You know I always liked a good sleep on the days when I don't have to do anything. A shame Takuya couldn't join me and Akihiko on this visit. Where's Ryoma, by the way? I can't see him anywhere. I thought he would be with you right now."
"He already left for work." Sandra replied.
"I see. I should have expected it. You two always acted like you were married to your job. I actually feel kinda stupid for asking you such obvious question." Grace smiled at her sister, knowing how big of a workaholic she was, "What about Akihiko? Where is he? I went into his room to check on him shorty after I woke up and I didn't saw him there."
Sandra reached into her pocket with her free hand and pulled out a note. She handed it to her sister a moment later, "He woke up shorty after Ryoma left for his work. He told me to tell you he was heading into the city to hang out with an old friend of his who moved to this city a few years ago. He said he'll come back in a few hours and work in his summer break assignments."
"Okay." Grace nodded in understanding. She chuckled, shaking her head in an amused manner, "Work on his summer break assignments? He's almost done with them. Nothing bad would have happened if he took one today off today. This boy always clings to his schoolwork, even when he doesn't has to."
Sandra clenched her hand upon hearing Grace's words about Akihiko. As much she hated to admit this to herself and will never admit it to anyone out loud because of her pride, she was jealous of her sister whenever the two talked about Akihiko. Her nephew was everything Y/N was supposed to be. Her nephew was everything she birthed Y/N for. He didn't get bullied at school. He had many friends at school. He was successful in his studies and was already making a name for himself. She could already say her nephew was going to be a very successful adult, unlike Y/N.
She clenched her hand tighter as Y/N flew through her mind. She did best not to think about her son ever since the media stopped talking about his case and moved to the new more recent topics. He brought her and her husband enough trouble with his stunt of running away. She and her husband worked tirelessly on making sure his stunt didn't affect the way other people viewed them.
He still crossed her mind from time to time, despise her not wanting to think about him. Why couldn't he be like Akihiko? She asked herself this one question whenever he crossed her mind. Why couldn't he be anything like his cousin? Why did he always have to excuse himself for everything he was doing badly with the fact he was born Quirkless? Why wasn't he the good son he was supposed to be? Why did she had to put her and her husband through so much of his nonsense talking to the point when she sometimes even had to slap him across the face to shush him, because she couldn't listen to the nonsense he was saying to them anymore.
"Sis." Grace's voice calling out for her broke her out of her thoughts regarding her son and her nephew.
She looked at her with a questioning look on her face, "Yeah?"
"I stopped myself from asking you this question when I arrived here yesterday, because Akihiko was here, but how have you been doing since the last time we saw each other in person?" Grace asked her the questions she had on her mind, "It's been almost a year since Y/N went missing and there hasn't been a single thing which could have lead the police towards his whereabouts."
"Not gonna lie. It's been a tough year for me and Ryoma. Y/N's disappearance really worried us and took it's toll on us, but we're doing better right now." Sandra replied, using the same persona she used whenever she and her husband either talked with the police or appeared on the TV to talk about their son whenever the TV news stations asked them to.
"I see. Good to know you two have been doing better." Grace smiled at her sister, gladdened to hear she was doing better right now. Her smile didn't last long, though. A saddened frown formed on her face a few seconds at thoughts of her nephew as she wished she had gotten more chances to speak with her nephew before he went missing, "A shame you never brought Y/N with you whenever you came to visit us. I'm sure he and Akihiko would get along."
"I'm sure they would." Sandra went along with what her sister was saying. She and Ryoma always kept Y/N away from the rest of their family as she didn't want to show the failure that her son was to their family. The few members of her family who actually got to met her son got to know what of a disappointment he was to the entire family and she didn't want the rest of the family to know about it too. They didn't want them to think less of them after all the hard work they put into viewing them the way they do.
"You know I never got to ask you this. What Y/N liked to do in his free time?" Grace asked her another question regarding Y/N, "I would go into his room to find out for myself as I'm sure he has some stuff there regarding his hobbies, but I didn't want to invade it without your permission. I know it must be hard for you to be in his room after all this time."
Sandra didn't answer to her question right away as she had to figure out what he should answer to her sisters questions. She barely knew about the stuff her son liked to do in his free time before his disappearance. She was certain about one thing, though. She was sure that what her son liked to do in his free time was doing nothing, but wasting the time he should focus on more important things instead and was distracting him from what was truly important and from what he should focus on in his life.
A guilty look grew on Grace's face after Sandra stayed silent for a few moments, mistaking the silence she had just gotten from her sister for not wanting to talk about it, "I'm sorry, sis. I didn't thought this question would bring some painful memories back to you."
"It's okay. I know you asked me those questions, because you were worried about me." Sandra replied, internally relieved she won't have to talk about it anymore. She turned away from the garden, beginning to walk over to the couch in front of the TV, "I'm going to watch some morning news."
"Alright." Grace nodded and turned towards the kitchen, "I'll go prepare myself some coffee and I'll join you."
Sandra walked over to the couch and sat down on it before picking up the remote and using it to turn on the TV, turning on the first news channel she could think of as Grace walked into the kitchen where she prepared herself a quick cup of warm coffee. After preparing herself a warm cup of coffee, Grace walked out of the kitchen into the living room, doing her best not to spill her freshly prepared coffee as she knew her sister hated whenever someone spilled their drink in her house.
She took a sip of her coffee as she sat down on the couch next to her sister. She set her cup on the table in front of her and Sandra and looked at the TV in front of them, wanting to see what was the topic they were talking about right now. Her eyes slightly widened in suprise upon seeing the headline on the strip, becoming immediately interested in the topic they were talking about right now.
"The League of Villains strikes again! The U.A training summer camp attacked by a group of villains! One student and one Pro-Hero kidnapped!"
She titled her head to the side to look at her sister for a second with a suprised look on her face, "Their training camp was attacked?"
"Yeah. I reacted in a similiar way after I turned on the news." Sandra said as Grace turned to look at the TV again, "It's the second time in months when their students were attacked by the villains. How lazy have the heroes working at U.A become this year?
Grace shook her head, "Listening to everything what happened at U.A ever since the new school year started makes me happy and relieved Akihiko in interested in applying to a normal highschool next year."
"A press conference was convened at which the principal of the school and the homeroom teachers of classes A and B will be present. For those interested, the conference will be broadcast on our channel." The TV presenter said as Grace looked at the TV in interest, interested in watching the press conference as Sandra shrugged, not really interested in it, "In other important news surrounding the attack at the U.A training camp. The Mask. A B ranked villain wanted for the murder of a Pro-Hero Cyborg, presumably in the name of the Hero Killer Stain and for participating in the attack at USJ was finally identified after his mask was knocked off his face..."
Sandra lifted her mug up to her lips to take another sip of her coffee, not paying much attention to the TV as the subject of some masked villain who recently started to make himself know to the heroes didn't really interest her. She had no reason to be interested in this villain as it's not like the identity of this villain, whoever they were, would affect her.
"...The villain was identified as L/N Y/N." The TV presenter said as Y/N's picture from his missing posters appeared next to the picture of the Mask, "The boy from Musutafu City who went missing without a trace a little over a year ago and the police couldn't find anything which could have lead them to his current whereabouts..."
Sandra started coughing violently, feeling how all the coffe she had just drank went back up her throat as Grace's eyes widened in shock the moment the TV presenter revealed the identity of the mask. Sandra lost the groip on her mug, hearing how it fell down on the couch and spilled the coffee all over it. She didn't care about or was furious about it like she normally would, though as all of her attention was on something else.
"Oh my God. Y/N..." Grace covered her mouth with her hands in shock, her eyes not leaving the picture of her nephew as Sandra stared silently at the picture of her son, feeling how her breathing was become less steady.
"You stupid brat!" She thought to herself, beginning to sweat loudly in panic as she felt she was seconds away from pulling out some of her hair. A wave of anger went through her body as she continued to stare at the picture of her son on the TV, "How could you? Do you realize what you have just done to me and your father? Do you realize what it means for us?!..."
"Sandra." Grace shifted her gaze from the TV to Sandra, her eyes filled with concern for her as Sandra let out a deep breath, looking like she was explode. Unaware for Grace, Sandra was not going to explode out of worry, but out of anger and panic, "I know this is hard for you, but you need to calm down. I'm sure there a reason we can explain all of this..."
"This fucking brat!" Sandra snapped with a furious look on her face, forgetting she wasn't alone and was with her sister for a brief moment as her outburst caused her sister to look at her with wide suprised eyes, "This is what he has been up to for the past year? How he could he do that? Does he even realize what this means for me and his father?!"
Grace stared at her sister like he had grown the second head as she took her hand away from her sister, suprising her sister would react to the news of her son being a villain with such anger instead of concern, "S-Sis? What are you talking about?"
Sandra's eyes widened, having realized she hadforgotten herself in front of her sister. She allowed herself to let her anger of the situation get the best of her and her allowed her true feelings to come out which she was trying to avoid in front of everyone aside from Ryoma whenever the matter of Y/N came out. She shook her head as she stood up from the couch, knowing she had to inform her husband about her recent discovery. She'll come up with a way to explain herself to her later.
"Give me a moment. I need to call Ryoma." She told Grace, walking away from her sister as she wanted to make sure her sister wasn't going to hear the conversation between her and her husband.
Grace narrowed her eyes at her sister as she watched her walk away from her, getting the feeling like there was something he sister wasn't telling her and everyone else after seeing how her sister reacted to finding out to the news of Y/N being the Mask. She slowly and quietly got up from the couch and followed her sister towards where she was walking right now, doing her best not to allert her.
Sandra felt like a walking bundle of nerves as she made her way to the other side of her house, making sure she was out of Grace's hearing range. After reaching the part of her house where she was certain Grace won't be able to hear her upcoming conversation with her husband. She reached into her pocket and quickly pulled her phone out. She dialed her husband's number, hoping he will answer her call. She didn't have to wait long for her husband to answer to her call. He answered to her call only a few seconds later.
"Ryoma. Good thing you answered. You won't belie..." She tried to inform her husband about what she just learned from the news as soon as she heard him answer her call, but Ryoma cut her off before she could finish what she saying.
"Good thing you called me. I was about to call you myself. You remember Asano and Nishijima, right?" Her husband cut her off before she could finish what she was saying. From the tone of his voice, she could feel how panicked and angry he was, "The two detectives who were looking for Y/N. They just paid me a visit to inform me there was a breakthrough in his case after all this time. You also remember the Mask? The villain who has been appearing on the news from time to time for the past few months. He's..."
"He's Y/N. I know. I just saw the news report where they revealed him to be the Mask. This is what I was calling you in the first place." Sandra cut him off, letting him know she already knew the news about their son,
"They are talking about it in the news already? Shit. This is bad." Ryoma's voice betrayed how panicked he was by the fact the media were already talking about his son being the Mask.
"This is bad? This is a gentle way of putting!" Sandra stated in a panicked and angered tone, "What are we going to do now? We were barely able to handle the media coverage which surrounded his disappearance. It will all come back now as a missing person who received as much media coverage as he has turning out to be a wanted villain doesn't happen everyday! What are we going to do when we have a fucking villain and a murderer as our son? The media will eat us! How are people going to view us after this?"
"Calm down." Ryoma tried to calm his wife down, even though he sounded like he could use some calming down himself.
"Calm down? How the hell am I supposed to calm down!? What are the hell are we gonna do now?" Sandra continued to voice how panicked she was to her husband, "We did everything we could to make ourselves look good to the media when he pulled out his stunt with running away. How the hell are we going to make ourselves look good in a situation like this?"
"We'll talk it over after you've calmed down. Just take a deep breath and let it out." Ryoma said, once again trying to get his wife to calm down.
Sandra did as she was instructed and let out a deep breath to calm herself down, feeling how it didn't do anything to help her calm down, "...Okay. I calmed down, just like you wanted me to. Now. Can you tell me what the hell are we gonna do to make ourselves look good in this situation."
"We're figure something out. Just like we did after the pulled out his stunt with running away." Ryoma replied, his voice becoming slighty quieter as he uttered those words, "We'll discuss it after I'll come back home as I can't discuss it right now. Nishijima and Asano might be able to overhear this if we will continue our conversation through the phones as they are still in the law firm, because they want to ask me a couple of questions. They left me alone in my office for a moment to let me process this information. After I finish talking with them, I will head straight back home where we will discuss everything."
Sandra slowly nodded her head, "Okay. Okay."
The sound of the door opening sounded on the other end of Sandra's phone right after as Ryoma informed her what it was before ending their conversation was, "I have to go. Asano and Nishijima are back in my office. I'll be back home as soon as I can."
That was the last thing Sandra heard from her husband in this conversation. After finishing her conversation with him about their current situation, she leaned against the wall and buried her face in her hands, muttering to herself, "...Fuck. Shit. What the hell are we gonna do now after the stunt he just pulled out? Why the hell did I give birth to this brat? He always brought us trouble. I wish he was in front of me right so I could just smack the shit out of him for doing this to me and his father..."
She was unaware her sister just overheard the conversation she just had with her husband through the phone. Grace remained hidden behind the wall as she quietly listened how Sandra was despairing over the situation she found herself in. She turned away from where her sister was right now, beginning to make her way back to the living room.
She allowed to lose herself in her thoughts as she continued to make her way to the living. A few words she overheard her sister just say to her brother-in-law caused her to think. Why was her sister so worried about media getting to them and ruining the way other people view them? What did her sister mean by making themselves look good for the media? Was there something her sister and her brother-in-law were hiding?
"Sandra. What have you done. Is there something we don't know about..?" She thought to herself as walked into the living room and sat down on the couch, doing her best to pretend like she didn't just overheard the conversation her sister had with her brother-in-law. She knew their family had a lot of unpleasant people who only cared about themselves and their image in it, but could her sister and her brother-in-law be one of those unpleasant members of their family, despise acting like they weren't for the entire time?

Izuku Midoriya slowly opened his eyes as he woke up from his slumber, finding himself in a hospital room. He had a bandage wrapped around his head and had both of his arms in casts from his fight with Muscular. He slowly titled his head to the side and saw a bowl of fruit on the table next to him. He saw a note from next to it. I didn't took him long to recognize the handwriting of the person. The handwriting belonged to his mom Inko.
"When you wake up, please eat this and call me." He thought to himself what the note from his mother read. He sighed internally, remembering how much his mom was worrying about him, especially after his encounter with Shigaraki at the wall. He turned away from the bowl and the note from his mother a second later. He looked up at the ceiling, muttering to himself, "Kota... I wonder if he's okay..."
A knock on his door came before someone slid the door open, revealing themselves to be Kaminari. Kaminari smiled as soon as he saw Izuku with his eyes open, "Oh, Midoriya, you're awake!"
He opened the door the rest out of the way and walked into Izuku's room. He was followed by several of his classmates. Midoriya glanced at the door as almost everyone from his class came in the room.
"Did you see the news?" Kaminari asked as Izuku silently stared at him and the rest, "The media's swarming the school right now."
"It's way worse than in the spring." Sato added as he closed the door to Izuku's hospital room.
"We've got a melon! We brought it together! A big melon!" Mineta announced with a smile on his face as he lifted up a melon over his head to show it to his hospitalized classmate.
Tokoyami looked at Izuku with an apologetic and regretful look on his face, "I caused you trouble, Midoriya..."
"No, I did, too..." Izuku smiled awkwardly, "Did everyone from Class A come?"
"No." Iida replied as Izuku's classmates looked at him sadly, "Jiro and Hagakure are still unconscious from the villains' gas. And Yaoyorozu also got hit hard on the head and is hospitalized here. Apparently she regained consciousness yesterday. So everyone but those three came..."
"Deku." Ochaco's voice called out for him, making him look at her. She had an unsure look on her face as if she was hesitating to talk with him about the subject she was about to bring up, "Shoji told us what happened between you and the Mask shorty before the League fleed from the forest." Her expression grew more concerned as she uttered more words to him about Y/N, "The media are talking about him and his identity right now. He was a student at Aldera Junior High, just like you and Bakugo. Were you two friends before he went missing over a year ago?"
Iida lowered his gaze to the floor upon hearing Ochaco mention Y/N to Izuku. After his identity as the Mask became known and his face has been shown in the media many times throughout the last two days, he quickly recognized him as the boy he had encountered during his internship in Hosu City on the day he and his classmates fought the Hero Killer. He clenched his hand as he thought about the masked villain from the League of Villains. If he only knew the boy he had a brief interaction with in Hosu City was the Mask...
Izuku's eyes widened as soon as Ochaco asked him about Y/N. The fact of his friend becoming a villain during the one year he was missing immediately came back to his mind and the image of Y/N leaving the forest through Kurogiri's portal with Dabi and Mr. Compress after captuing Bakugo flew through his mind. A wave of guilt went through his body as he remembered the last time he saw Y/N before his friend became the Mask.
He remembered seeing something was wrong with his friend after the beating he received from Bakugo and yet he didn't do anything to help him after Y/N insisted there was nothing with him and was okay, despise it being something far away from the truth. Why he didn't push further when he noticed there was off with his friend on the last day he saw him? Why did he allowed him to walk away, despise seeing there was off about him? Why wasn't he there for his friend when he clearly needed him?
A whimper escaped his lips, feeling his eyes slowly becoming wetter out of guilt and sorrow he felt right now and his breathing became a bit less steady as he continued to think about Y/N. It was when he realized another thing about his friend. The Mask had a Quirk. He saw him use it during the USJ and the training camp attack. Y/N was born Quirkless on the other hand, just like he was. He had to receive his Quirk from someone, just like he received One For All from All Might.
He knew there was only one way Y/N could have gotten his Quirk from. He knew about All For One from All Might. It just arose another question in his mind. How did Y/N stumble across All For One? When did he stumble across All For One? Was it on the day he saw him for the last time or was it sometime later? What did All For One do to him to make him become the Mask? What has happened to him during the year he was missing before he started to make appearances as the Mask?
"I'm sorry, Y/N . I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry for not doing anything that day." He thought to himself tearfully as his classmates looked at him in concern. It was when he swore one thing to himself. He was going to save his best friend, no matter what, because what kind of hero he would be if he didn't save his best friend who always supported his dream of becoming a hero? He knew he could get through to him. He just had to talk with him, "I'm going to save you. I promise. I'm going to save you from the life of villainy, no matter what..."
-----
Y/N walked through the packed corridors of his school all by himself, passing by many of his schoolmates who were getting ready to start their school day in the process. His eyes were set on his phone as he was exchanging text messages with Izuku who wasn't present on their usual meeting spot today. He texted his friend in confusion after he didn't show up at their meeting place and it turned out Izuku wasn't going to be present school today because he wasn't feeling very well when he woke up and his mom decided it would be for the best if he stayed at home today.
Y/N L/N: I'll visit you today and share my notes from today with you to make sure you won't be left behind.
Izuku Midoriya: Thanks, Y/N. I'll let my mom come you'll be coming today for a visit.
Y/N L/N: Okay. I'll let you know if something will come up during the next few hours and I won't be able to visit you today because of it.
Izuku Midoriya: Okay. I'll make sure to keep the volume of my notifications in case if it will happen.
Y/N L/N: I just hope I won't be a problem to you and to your mom if I'll come over.
Izuku Midoriya: You don't need to say this everytime when you're about to come over to my house. You know my mom likes you. You are always a welcome guest in our house.
Y/N L/N: Okay. If you say so.
Izuku Midoriya: I just wish I could visit your house more often as I haven't visited you there many times.
Y/N bit his bottom lip upon reading Izuku's recent text message. He had a good reason for letting his friend visit him only on several occasions and almost made sure his parents won't be at home during his friends visit. He simply didn't want Izuku to meet his parents. He didn't want to risk Izuku noticing there was something off about his parents, because he didn't want him to worry him. He didn't know how his parents would react to Izuku and he didn't want to risk it either.
He didn't got to answer to Izuku's recent text message as someone rougly bumped into him on purpose, making him drop his phone on the floor. His phone landed right on the screen, making a wave of panic go through Y/N's body as the thought of his screen getting cracked immediately flew through his mind. He quickly reached down to the floor to pick up his phone and let out a quiet sigh of relief after seeing how the screen didn't crack upon landing on the floor.
He looked around himself, trying to figure out who just bumped into him and it didn't took him long to notice the student he had just bumped into and saw Tomohito, Taiga and Ryoyu standing behind him. The three boys stopped in their tracks and looked over their shoulders to look at him. Tomohito, Taiga and Ryoyu looked down at the Quirkless boy with amused smiles on their faces as Y/N signed internally, knowing what was about to happen.
Tomohito's amused smile faded away from his face as he grabbed his right shoulder, pretending he was hurt by bumping into Y/N, "Ouch. Watch where you're going. Didn't your mama teach you to not be glued to your phone when you're walking through the packed corridors?
Taiga crossed his arms, his amused smile staying on his face, "You should watch your step you useless Quirkless nobody. You should show more respect to those better than you."
"What are you waiting for?" Ryoyu's amused smile grew wider, "Apologize to Kazari-kun right now and don't even think about testing your luck by staying silent."
Y/N clenched his hand as he set his eyes on Tomohito "I-I'm sorry for bumping into you, Kazari-kun. It was my fault. I'll do my best to watch where I am going the next time and won't have my eyes glued to my phone."
"Hmm." Tomohito put his hand in his chin, acting like he was in thought, "...You know what? I'm in a good mood today for forgiving I accept your apology." He turned away from Y/N and looked between Taiga and Ryoyu, "Let's go you two." He turned away from his friends and pushed himself into walk, beginning to walk away towards his classroom, "If we don't hurry, we'll be late for class because of him."
Taiga nodded and followed him, "Alright. Let's go."
"I'd watch out for myself from now on if I were you. I doubt Kazari-kun will be in a forgiving mood during the lunch break." Ryoyu warned Y/N , letting him know he should watch out for himself as he turned away from the h/c haired boy and followed his friends, leaving the h/c haired boy alone.
Y/N let out a sigh as Tomohito, Taiga and Ryoyu walked away from him, happy it was over. Ryoyu's warning words left him worried for the lunch break and let him know he had to watch his surroundings for the three of them during it. He quickly pushed Ryoyu's warning out of his mind, because he didn't want to occupy his thoughts with this for now. Not wanting to come late to his first class, he slowly got himself back on his feet and composed himself, doing his best to make himself look like what just happened didn't happen.
He quickly made his way to the opened entrance to his classroom and walked through it. He walked into his classroom, joining his classmates inside it and walked over to his desk. He sat down on his seat and put his backpack on his knees, unzipping it. He unpacked his school equipment from his backpack, placing everything he needed for this class on his desk, waiting for the class to start and to get this time of the day over with.
The class started shorty after and the homeroom teacher arrived at the classroom when the school bell rung. He walked over to his desk at the front of the classroom and looked at the students in front of him before pulling out the attendance book. He started taking attendance right after as Y/N kept his gaze on his desk, waiting for the homeroom teacher to call out for him.
"L/N-kun." Y/N lifted his gaze up to look up at his homeroom teacher earlier than usual during taking attendance, "Where's Midoriya-kun?"
"Midoriya-kun is staying home today. I texted with him before the class and he said he's not feeling well today." Y/N explained.
The homeroom teacher nodded in understanding and asked, "Will he come to school tommorow?"
"He said he didn't know when I asked him this question." Y/N replied, "He said he'll see how will he feel tommorow morning before deciding if he'll come to school tommrow."
"I see. I hope he'll get better soon and won't be kept at home for long." The homeroom teacher replied as he once again nodded in understanding before calling out for another student in the attendance book. He called out for Y/N again a few seconds later as the time for Y/N to voice his presence in the classroom came.
"Deku didn't come school today?" A voice echoed behind Y/N as soon as Y/N voiced his attedance. He recognized this voice. It was one of Bakugo's cronies, "That doesn't sound good for Mutt. He won't have anything to hide behind today."
"Yeah." Bakugo's other cronie whispered back to him, voicing his agreement, "He should watch out for himself if he doesn't have anyone to hide behind today unless he wants something to happen to him today."
"It already did." The first voice replied, "Haven't you seen what happened at school hallway shorty before the class started?"
"No. Something already happened today? What happened? Tell me." The second voice asked out of curiosity.
Y/N did his best to ignore their whispers from his classmated behind him as the homeroom teacher finished taking attedance. The homeroom teacher closed the attedance book and walked over to the blackboard, beginning the class. He started talking about the topic he had planned for today as Y/N silently stared at him, doing his best to listen to the lecture without paying attention to the whispers around him.
It was when he became the center of attention as his classmates snuck glances at him, their expressions an array of amusement, malice and pity.
Somehow, Y/N always ended alone in school, even in a crowd.
----
Y/N stared at the ceiling of his room as he was laying on his bed in his room. It had been two days since he and the Vanguard Action Squad captured Bakugo and brought him into their hideout and Shigaraki wasn't getting any closer to convincing Bakugo to switch sides and join the League. Bakugo had been kept restrained in the bar ever shorty after he and his fellow villains brought him into their hideout to make sure he won't try to use their Quirk on them.
The h/c haired boy lost the count of how many times he heard Bakugo screaming ever since his ex-classmate was brought into the bar. Bakugo's screams weren't of torture and pain, though and were his usual angered screams instead. Y/N would recognize those anywhere. He had been on the receiving end of them for as long as he knew Bakugo.
His attention was brought away from the ceiling towards the door to his room as someone knocked on it. Wondering who it was, Y/N got himself off his bed and walked over to the door. He grabbed the door handle and pushed the door open, excepting to see either Origami or Toga on the other side of it. Much to his suprise, he saw Mustard standing on the other side of the door.
He looked at him with a suprised look on his face, having not excepting to see him on the other side of the door as it was the first time when Mustard was coming over to his room for some reason, "Mustard?"
Mustard glanced to the side after seeing how suprised Y/N was to him, rubbing his neck, "Don't act so suprised by seeing me."
"Right. I'm sorry. Your visit just too me by suprise." Y/N explained himself in a slightly sheepish manner as he moved to the side a bit, giving Mustard enough space to walk into his room, "Come on. Come in."
"Thanks." Mustard said as he walked into his room, "I'm sure you're wondering why I paid this visit."
"Yeah." Y/N nodded in confirmation as he closed the door to him room once Mustard was inside, "What do you need?"
"I just wanted to say I'm sorry for the way I was acting towards you since I joined the League." Mustard replied with an apologetic look on his face, "I did some thinking after Weaponsmith saved my ass the forest. I just want to say her saving me opened my eyes when it comes to the villains I'm working with. She could have leave to be captured by the students and quietly leave area to reach the escape point and yet she didn't. She took the risk to help me, almost getting herself caught in the process, despise the way I was treating her since I joined the League. From now on, I'll try to be nicer to you and the League as all of us are working towards the same thing, right?"
"Okay." Y/N nodded at Mustard, accepting his apology, "Apology accepted."
Mustard looked at him in suprise, "Just like that? You don't want me to do anything to make you forgive me for the asshole I was towards you?"
"No. I don't want you to do anything." Y/N shook his head, "You saw the error in your ways and apologized for it without having anyone else make you do it. That's enough of a reason to forgive you."
"I see." Mustard replied, "So we're cool?"
"Yeah." Y/N nodded at him and smiled, "We're cool."
Mustard smiled back at him, "Looks like someone will have to praise their girlfriend for making me open my eyes."
Y/N blushed at what Mustard just suggested, "S-She's not my girlfriend."
"She's not?" Mustard seemed confused by it.
Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Yeah. We're just friends."
It was when someone knocked on the door to Y/N's room, making the two boys look at the door. The two of the exchanged glances, wondering who it was before Y/N walked over to the door and opened it, revealing it was Origami who knocked on the door.
"Origami? What is it?" He asked her.
"Shigaraki-kun told me to bring you into the bar." Origami explained as she walked into his room, "He wants you to talk with Bakugo." A worried look grew on his face as she saw how Y/N's eyes widened at this information, "You don't have to talk with him if you don't want to. I'm sure Shigaraki-kun will understand if we will talk with him."
Y/N looked at her with an assuring look on his face, "It's okay. I knew I would have to go talk with him sooner or later."
Origami nodded in understanding, "Okay."
"Speaking of our prisoner." Mustard said, making Origami and Y/N look at him, "You know him, right? Where did you two met? Everyone has been wondering about this for about two days now."
"I know I haven't explained my history with Bakugo to all of you, yet, even though I said I would but don't worry. You'll find out everything you need to know in a few minutes." Y/N responded.
"Okay." Mustard nodded and pushed himself into walk, "We should go."
Y/N nodded and followed him, "Yeah. Let's go."
"Actually can I ask you something before we will leave?" Origami asked, her eyes set on something in Y/N's room as Y/N and Mustard stopped in their tracks and looked at her again.
Y/N looked at her with a questioning look on his face, "What is it?"
Origami pointed at the baking equipment Y/N was keeping in in his room, "What's up with all this baking equipment? It was in your room ever since I joined the League, but I've never seen you use it."
"It's for a hobby of mine." Y/N replied, "Other than playing video games."
"You like to bake?" Origami asked him another question with a pleasantly suprised look on her face.
"Yes." Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Yes. It's something I liked to do in my free time to keep my mind off my everday problems before I became the Mask."
"I'm sorry for acting so suprised about." Origami explained, worried she angered him by how suprised she was, "It's just. I've never seen you do it after I joined the League.
"It's okay. You have nothing to apologize for." Y/N assured her, "It's true I haven't used it after you joined the League. I just couldn't find much time to bake anything."
"I see." Origami nodded in understanding, "Could you try to bake something soon, though." She smiled at him, "I would love to taste baked goods made by you. I'm sure Toga-chan and Big Sis Magne would love to try something made by you too."
"Okay. I'll try to find some time." Y/N smiled back, rubbing the back of his head, "Just don't except much from me. It's been a long time since I tried to bake anything. It probably won't be the best."
"It doesn't change the fact I want to try it." Origami told him.
"Okay." Y/N nodded, "I'll ask Kurogiri to bring me some ingredients after we will be done with Bakugo."
"Great." Origami smiled, "I'm looking forward to it as much as I did whenever I was going for a steak in my favourite steakhouse."
"Steakhouse?" Mustard asked with a confused look on his face.
"Origami loves meat." Y/N explained.
"It's my favourite food." Origami added as Mustard nodded in understanding.
The three of them walked out of Y/N's room a few seconds later, walking into the hallway as they didn't want to keep Shigaraki waiting. They walked down the hallway, making their way into the bar where the rest of the League was. The League was split up around the bar, keeping their eyes on Bakugo who was kept restrained at the front of the place.
"Look who finally decided to show up." Dabi said, his hands in his pockets as Y/N walked further into the bar, making his way to Shigaraki who was sitting on his usual seat by the bar. Mustard and Origami stopped among the rest of the League, right next to Magne.
Y/N stopped in his tracks for a moment as he looked over his shoulder to look at the TV which was showing press conference regarding the summer camp attack. He sighed upon seeing his face right next to Shigaraki. Just like he excepted when he arrived back at the hideout from the summer camp attack. His face was all over the news. He will have to watch out for himself much more whenever he will be going into the town from now on.
"What has you so worried?" Dabi asked after seeing how Y/N reacted to his picture shown on the TV during the press conference, "Think of what this means for your parents. The media will eat them for having a villainous son on the silver plate and their beloved image they cared so much about will be destroyed. Isn't that what you wanted to happen to them?"
"I know. This isn't what I'm worried about." Y/N replied, "I'm more worried about moving in the public. Now that my identity as the Mask is known, moving around in the public will become a lot harder as I didn't have to worry about this so much when my identity as the Mask was unknown."
"Don't worry, Y/N. With me, you'll know how to blend in with the crowd without getting recognized in no time!" Toga said, her head resting on her hands as she stood behind the bar, "Think of the upsides of all this, Y/N. Now you will be able to grow your hair back. Personally I think you will look much cuter with a longer hair." She winked at Origami, "And I'm sure I won't be the only one~!"
Y/N ran his hand through his short black hair, having had Kurogiri cut it down for him since All For One brought him into the League, "I guess you're right, Toga-chan."
Toga smiled at him with an excited look on her face, "Great. I'm looking forward to stylizing your hair after it will grow longer."
Y/N walked over to Shigaraki, "Weaponsmith said you wanted me to talk with Bakugo."
"Yes. It's like talking to a wall with this brat. It's starting to get annoying. After two days of mission failed popping out on the screen, I figured out it would be the best for you two to finally talk because of your apparent history." Shigaraki said to Y/N as soon as Y/N stopped next to him, "This way you could finally end your silence and explain your history with him and let me and the rest know where do you know him from."
"Okay." Y/N nodded at him, "I'll do my best to get through to him."
"I'm certain you will, Y/N." Kurogiri said.
"This level is all yours now, Y/N." Shigaraki said as he patted Y/N on his shoulder, "Time for the game to start."
Y/N nodded at him and stepped closer to Bakugo, stopping closely front of his ex-classmate. He looked down at the blond haired teen with a cold disdainful look on his face, clenching his hand at all the negative emotions going through his body right now as Bakugo snarled, feeling less than happy to see him as he returned his gaze, glaring up at him.
"Spare me the formalities, Mutt." Bakugo growled out, his angered eyes staring right into Y/N's cold ones, "Crusty Hands already explained why you brought me here. You want to switch sides and join you asshole villains. They want to do to me the same thing they did to you."
"What are you talking about? Are you saying the League kidnapped and brainwashed me into doing I did as the Mask? Is this a theory you formed in your head to justify a nobody like me becoming a villain to yourself?" Y/N pointed behind himself towards the villains he was working with to clarify his poiint, "They never forced me to do anything. Everything I did with the League was out of my own free will. All of my actions as a villain happened, because I decided to do them."
"Don't sell me this bullshit." Bakugo responded, snarling, "You followed Deku around for as long as I have known you. Ever since I saw you for the first time at the playground. You saw him at the USJ. You stood idly and did nothing when Crusty Hands was about to kill him. Are you trying to tell me you would just let it happen?"
"Yes." Y/N nodded on confirmation, the coldness of his choice suprising even him, "I have to admit. I had mixed feelings when I saw Midoriya-kun at the USJ. I was happy for him as I knew how much he dreamed about becoming a hero, but at the same time I was sad as I knew it would meant going against the only person who didn't treat like a sub-human before I became the Mask." He clenched his hand tighter as a small wave of guilt went through his body at the thought of how Izuku reacted to him being the Mask after he left the forest, through Kurogiri's portal, "I can't let my personal feelings get in the way, though as I have a goal I'm working towards accomplishing as the Mask. If I allowed my personal feelings to get in the way, I would most likely quite being the Mask. You know something about me and Midoriya-kun? We used to play Heroes and Villains a lot whenever he wasn't following you around. He always played a hero and I always played a villain. It's actually kind off..."
"I don't care about what you and Deku were doing when you were younger." Bakugo cut off him, "If you weren't forced to do anything, then I think I should repeat the question I asked you two days ago when you brought me here. How could you do all of these things? You fucking killed someone! Explain yourself right now, you fucking Mutt!"
"Do you really need to ask? I thought I made myself pretty clear when I was explaining myself to Midoriya-kun who at the moment had no idea it was me before you blasted me away from him with your Quirk." Y/N reminded him of the brief exchange of the words he had with Izuku back in the USJ.
"Just answer the fucking question. What the fuck is your goal?" Bakugo asked as Y/N stared at him silently for a few seconds. Everything when Bakugo used this tone when he talked with him, he was growing fearful of the blond haired teen.
"I want to destroy the hero society as it is right now. I want to create a new better society." Y/N started his explanation, seeing this conversation won't go further if he won't explain himself to his ex-classmate, "A society where Quirkless people won't be treated like people of worse category. A society where people won't be judged by their Quirk." He leaned his head closer to Bakugo, spitting out his next words in disdain, "A society where people like you won't be created."
"What the fuck is wrong with me to the point where you had to become a villain?" Bakugo demanded to know as Y/N's faces was inches away from his right now.
"You really can't see it, can't you?" Y/N moved his head away from Izuku as he continued to talk with him, "You were always treated like some kind of special child, because of the flashy Quirk you were born with. You were allowed to do whatever you want in school and were never scolded for your behavior whenever you bullied me or Midoriya-kun, because the staff was afraid it would ruin your chances of becoming a hero. The sames goes for Kazari-kun and the two idiots who were hanging around him. They knew he was aiming for the hero school and did nothing whenever these three treated me like their training bag."
"Oh boohoo, poor Mutt." Bakugo shot back, "Some people didn't treat you the way you wanted them to treat you? Seriously? This is why you became a villain? This is why you joined people who love to torment other people? This is why you became a murderer? You still had some things you could come back to. You had home and parents!"
"Parents? Do you really think my parents were someone worth going back to?" Y/N asked as he clenched his hand at the thought of his parents.
"What? Are you really asking me this stupid fucking question?" Bakugo looked almost offended by Y/N asking him a question he considered stupid, "You haven't seen the news and saw how worried they were about you?"
"I see you fell for the trick they pulled off for the media, just like everyone else." Y/N shook his head, "It seems like we got sidetracked from the conversation we were having. You wanted me to explain my reasons for becoming a villain, right? Do you want to know what is my last goal? My last goal in a society where people won't be too dependant on the heroes to the point where they will turn blind eye whenever something terrible will be happening in front of them. It's a shame something known as a "Bystander Effect" became more common among common people when he started to make himself known as a hero."
"You shut your mouth Mutt!" Bakugo shouted in anger and disgust as he knew who was the hero Y/N was referring to right now, "What kind of bullshit are you going off on!? Do you even know what you're saying? Are you saying All Might ruined everything?"
"I'm not saying he directly ruined everything as I admit he did a lot of good things. He is actually one of the few heroes who I have any respect for." Y/N admitted. It wasn't a lie. He felt some respect for All Might, "The Bystander Effect becoming a more common thing from the normal people was just an unpleasant side effect of his work. A side effect which has to be destroyed. People are willing to ignore bad things happening in front of them such as ignoring a young girl who has been abused for years because the hero society taught them heroes will take care of everything. Do you think a society which allows such things to happen doesn't deserve to be fixed?"
Origami glanced to the side, feeling some unpleasant memories from her home flying through her head as Mustard looked at her, realizing she was the abused girl Y/N had brought up to Bakugo as an example.
The dark green haired girl looked up when she felt someone place her hand on her shoulder. She looked up at the owner of it and saw Magne, "Don't worry sweetheart. She won't hurt you anymore."
Origami nodded at her, "I know. I managed to get away from her. I'm sorry for making you worried."
"You have nothing to feel sorry for, darling." Magne replied as Origami smiled at her and nodded. Magne smiled back, removing her hand from her shoulder.
"Here. This is my answer to your question, Bakugo. Now, you know why I became a villain." Y/N said, "Now let me ask you a question in return. Where do you think villains come from?"
"Villains are those that put the value of their own asses over others, and crush them to obtain what they want." Bakugo gave him an honest answer.
"Close. There are such villains. I won't deny that as it would be hypocritical of me." Y/N nodded his head at Bakugo's answer, letting him know he wasn't entirely wrong in hia answer, "You're not seeing the full picture, though. Not all villains are like that. A lot of them aren't like that. People aren't born villains, Bakugo. They are made into ones. There are villains who are in pain. Do you really think all of the villains are people who woke up one day and suddenly decided they will start doing crimes? No. Many villains are people who never received help when they needed it the most and were swept under the rug by the hero society who was supposed to help them. The worst part about it is the fact heroes pretend like the people they didn't save don't exist. The heroes just love to capture a villain and collect the people's cheers, but when it comes to anytbing else about the said villain, they just don't care to find out if there was a cause of their actions, because many of them don't consider villains humans."
The members of the League continued to listen to the exchange for the words between Y/N and Bakugo in silence, all of them reacting to Y/N's most recent words in various ways. Toga and Origami nodded in agreement with a solemn look on their faces, Mustard lowered his gaze to the floor and bit him bottom lip, Spinner clenched his shaking right hand, Mr. Compress tipped his hat, Magne adjusted her sunglasses, Twice hugged himself, Dabi closed his eyes and let out a soft breath and Shigaraki looked down at the floor in thought.
"What are you trying to say?" Bakugo asked, "Are you trying to say I made you into a villain you are now?"
"Yes." Y/N nodded in confirmation, "Do you know what I always wanted? A normal life. After finishing school I would get myself a job at some bakery and maybe even open my own bakery when I'd gather enough money to open my own business but no. You, the two idiots that kept hanging out you around you, Kazari-kun and his two clowns, my parents, our classmates. Simply everyone around me except for Midoriya-kun and his mom. All you had to make my life miserable. You had to keep reminding me how useless I am, because of the way I was born. How I will never get to everything in life because being Quirkless equals to being a cripple, or sometimes even worse in this society."
"Don't you fucking dare to pin the blame of your actions on me." Bakugo glared at him, "It's not my fault. You said it yourself everything you did as the Mask was out of your own free will. It's only your fault. You were the one who was stupid enough to become a villain and join the League of Villains."
"You can't deny it all you want but it is the truth. You are one of the people who created the Mask." Y/N replied, his tone slightly more angered after hearing how Bakugo was trying to deny his fault, "If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be on the edge of the roof on the night I dissappeared." Bakugo raised his brow at the mention of the edge of the roof, "I wouldn't be approached by my Sensei and I wouldn't be given this Quirk. I most likely wouldn't be a villain now if it wasn't for you and your words."
"At the edge of the roof?" Bakugo asked his ex-classmate, "What the hell do you mean by that? Don't tell me you tried to..."
"Kill myself?" Y/N asked, cutting him off, "Yes. I tried to do it. After your words about how useless I was and how I will never achieve nothing in life, something cracked within me. I just gave up. I was ready to throw my life away. It was when my Sensei approached me and actually did something other people never did to me..."
"Shut up Mutt! I didn't mean it when I said you should jump off the roof! It's your fault for taking my words seriou...!" Bakugo was cut off when Y/N slapped him across the face. The force of the slap was so strong to the point it left a mark on his cheek.
"Shut up." The h/c haired boy told him, his tone breaking into a completely angered one from the cold one he used throughout his entire conversation with Bakugo as Bakugo's furious eyes stared right at him, "Just for once in your fucking life." He clenched his hand and punched Bakugo right in the face, making the other boys furious expression vanish from his face, "Shut your fucking mouth." Bakugo looked up at Y/N and saw how hate and rage filled his e/c eyes had just become as Y/N punched him again, "You know I hoped U.A would change you for the better, but it seems like I was wrong."
Y/N didn't thought about stopping his rant and assault as he directed a firm kick to Bakugo's chest, making him gasp for breath, "You are the same piece of shit I knew you as from the playground and the school." He punched Bakugo in the face, "Do you want to know some other reason to why I hate hero society as it is right now so much to the point I became a villain to change it for the better instead of doing it in some other way?" He punched him again, "I hate it because heroes will never acknowledge their flaws!" And again, "Do you want to know why they will never acknowledge it?" And again, "It's because they live in a fucking bubble where they are surrounded by the people who always praise them!" And again, "If a Quirkless nobody like me would try to change it in some other way, they would just brush me away, like they did with Stain which as you know resulted in him becoming the Hero Killer!"
The h/c haired boy continued his assault on Bakugo ever after he finished his rant to him. All the anger he felt towards Bakugo whenever Bakugo mistreated him and treated him like a second class citizen he had stored within him for all this time had just exploded. All the pain and anger he had kept hidden within himself for all this time just left his body.
He tried his best to keep it contained within himself. Just like he did back when he was fighting Bakugo back at USJ and the summer camp, but all of his efforts were ultimately for nothing as he allowed his anger get the best of him after Bakugo shifted the blame from away himself and blamed him for the fact he almost ended his own life.
The members of the League were completely stunned as they watched Y/N rant and unleash his anger at their prisoner. Origami covered her mouth with her hand, watching everything in pure concern in her eyes as she worried something like this would happen ever since they learned their mission was to bring Bakugo into their hideout. Toga watched everything in silence and worry, not even paying attention to the blood which became visible on Bakugo's face after a few punches and kicks he received from Y/N and Mustard's eyes were wide in suprise with a hint of concern hidden in them. Twice, Spinner. Mr. Compress and Magne watched everything in a stunned silence. Even Dabi was stunned by what he was witnessing right now.
Shigaraki and Kurogiri were stunned the most by how Y/N's just exploded in rage and anger. Out of all the members of the League, they knew him the longest and they have never seen him act like this. They've seen him act calm, like he did for most of the time, nervous and self-doubting, like when Shigaraki asked him to led the Vanguard Action Squad or when he thought he messed everything up when Iida managed to leave the USJ and awkward, like when All For One brought him into the bar and introduced him to the League. They have never seen him explode with anger just like he did right now. This was the first time when the two of them have seen angry Y/N.
There was one person who liked what was happening now. This person wasn't the bar right now, though. This person watched everything through the TV from their own hideout. This person was All for One. A large pleased smile grew on his face as he watched Y/N how allowed the anger to get the best of him, resulting in him unleashing the anger he kept stored within himself and beating up his ex-classmate. He nodded his head to himself, his smile not leaving his face.
"Y/N." Shigaraki called out for Y/N a few seconds later as Y/N stopped his assault upon hearing him call out for him, letting out a deep breath to catch his breath as he did so and looked over his shoulder at the blue haired young man, "I think you made your point to the brat."
"Shigaraki Tomura is right, Y/N." Kurogiri added in a gentle voice after waking himself up from his shocked state as Y/N let out another deep breath and continued to stare at Shigaraki, "I understand your history with Bakugo is not a pleasant one, but you must calm down at once before you will cause any serious damage to him."
Y/N looked back at Bakugo and saw all the bruises and blood Bakugo had on his face on his face right. He turned back to Shigaraki a second later and looked at him with an apologetic look on his face, "I'm sorry, Tomura-kun. I got carried away. I wasn't intending this to happen when I went to talk with him. I allowed my feelings get the best of me."
"Don't apologize." Shigaraki replied, assuring him know no harm was done, "From what I've just heard from you, the brat more than deserved what you just gave him. I didn't know about any of this stuff. I feel bad about trying to recruit him now."
"Don't feel sorry about it, Tomura-kun. My history with Bakugo doesn't change the fact I should apologize for what I just did." Y/N replied, "We brought Bakugo here, because we want to make him join us and how did I tried to make him join us?" He pointed behind himself at Bakugo, more specifically towards the bruises he now had on his face because of him, "By beating him up." He looked at Shigaraki with an apologetic look on his face again, "I allowed my personal feelings get in the way and now I doubt Bakugo will join us. I'm sorry, Tomura-kun. I ruined everything. I'm useless."
"Don't say that." Shigaraki said, "You didn't ruin anything. I watched everything closely from where I saw. I saw your words had some kind of effect on this brat. I'll take it from here. Let's see if he'll be more open to cooperate with us right now."
"Okay." Y/N nodded at him, his apologetic expression fading from his face upon hearing Shigaraki's words.
Bakugo stared at Y/N as Y/N continued to talk with Shigaraki, not paying attention to whatever they were talking about right now. All of his attention was focused on Y/N right now. The person in front of him was not the Y/N he knew from his childhood and from his school. The last time when he saw him Y/N was a coward that he could effortlessly smash into the ground and Y/N wouldn't even try to fight back against him and just let it happen. The person in front of him was not the coward he had known him as for all these years.
"How could I know you would try to kill yourself?" He asked him as Y/N turned away from Shigaraki and started to walk towards the rest of the League. It was supposed to be a joke when he told Y/N to jump off the roof. But listening to him and his story when he was on the edge of the roof before being approached by his Sensei, whoever this person was, made something inside him click. All his harsh swords, his jokes, his name calling, the beating he had given him on the day he was last seen for daring to stand up for Deku... had him pushed him to become this?
Y/N stopped in his tracks before he reached the rest of the League and looked over his shoulder at Bakugo, "At least you're not shifting the blame off yourself anymore. Everyone's got their limit, Bakugo. You never thought I would eventually reach mine after having to endure years of mistreatment from everyone around me aside from Midoriya-kun? Have you ever thought about it? Have you ever thought a Quirkless nobody like me might eventually reach their breaking point at some point?"
Bakugo stayed silent.
"Of course you didn't thought about it." Y/N commented dryly a few seconds later, beginning to make his way to the other members of the League, "Because when do you think about anyone but yourself and how better you are than everyone else? The fact that someone you like who thinks they're above other people, because of the Quirk they were born with was accepted into the hero course honestly disgusts me."
Spinner glared at Bakugo with his arms crossed, "You disgust me and I'm sure Stain would be disgusted by you too if he was here. A true hero should never use his power to show he is better than everyone around him. You don't deserve to be where you are right now. You're nothing but a fake."
"It seems like we made a mistake by capturing him." Dabi stated, "This brat is everything we hate."
"Perharps we should give up on our idea of trying to recruit him." Mr. Compress agreed with Dabi and pointed between Y/N and Bakugo as Y/N made his way to them, "It doesn't seem like the two of them will work together."
"It's okay." Y/N assured them as he stopped between Origami and Mustard and leaned against the wall, "I'm willing to get past my own personal feelings towards him if it means getting closer to accomplishing our goals. What just happened between me and Bakugo, I promise it won't happen again. I trust Tomura-kun and I trust everything he has planned for him."
He looked at Shigaraki as he uttered those words and nodded at him, letting him know they can continue their attempts at recruiting. He trusted Shigaraki and trusted him with what he had planned for the future of the League. Just like Shigaraki trusted him. Shigaraki nodded back at him and for a split second Y/N could have sworm he saw how Shigaraki looked at him in a grateful manner behind his face-hand before shifting his attention back to Bakugo.
Bakugo watched Y/N's sudden and complete shift in behaviour suprise. When Y/N was talking with him, he was completely cold until he exploded in anger and beat him up to the pulp, but when he was talking to his fellow villains from the League, he was talking to them normally, like he was a normal person talking to normal people.
"Are you sure about this?" Origami asked in worry, "You know we won't be angry if we will have to give up on the idea of recruiting him for your sake."
Y/N looked at her and nodded in an assuring manner, "Yes, Weaponsmith. I'm sure. I think what just happened won't happen again as I feel a lot better now. Better than I did whenever I was seeing ever since the USJ. Perharps the fact I could get some stuff off my chest to him helped it."
"Very well. If you are certain about it, we will not cease our attempts at recruiting." Mr. Compress nodded at him.
"Dabi." Shigaraki's voice calling out for Dabi made him shift his attention from Y/N to him, "Release his restrains. We need to treat him like an equal, since we're scouting him. Besides, you can tell if you'll win or not if you fight in this situation, right, U.A. student?"
Dabi looked at Bakugo before glancing at Twice, shifting the job to him, "Twice, you do it."
"Sure thing." Twice gave him a thumbs up before shaking his head, "No way."
Dabi narrowed his eyes at him, "Do it. I doubt he will try anything after his talk with Mask."
"Man..." Twice groaned, walking over to Bakugo.
"I do apologize for using such forceful methods and I assure you what happened between you and the Mask was not what we intended to happen. I hope we will get this incident past us as the Mask is willing to put your history aside for the sake of our goals. But please understand that we are not just a mob trying to commit crimes, just like the Mask explained to you. We didn't kidnap you by accident." Mr. Compress explained while Twice started loosening Bakugo's restraints.
"Even though our situations differ, everyone here has been restricted and suffered, because of of people rules and heroes." Shigaraki added as he got up from his seat and moved towards Bakugo who had been freed from his restrins by Twice. The blond haited teen lifted his the sleeve of his shirt up to his face, wiping some of the blood he had gotten from Y/N's beating off his face, "I'm sure you also..."
He didn't got a chance to finish what he was saying to Bakugo as Bakugo punched Twice in the face after making sure his vision was good enough, sending him away from himself. He quickly jumped back to his feet before anyone could react to his sudden action and blasted Shigaraki, knocking his face-hand off his face. The League watched it happen as Bakugo looked at them and wiped the rest of the blood off his face.
"Shigaraki!" Twice called out for Shigaraki in worry, collecting himself from the punch he received from Bakugo.
"I listened quietly to your endless talking... Idiots can't get to the point, so they're always talking for a long time. Basically, you mean 'We wanna harass people, so please join us', right? Don't bother." Bakugo spat out angrily as Y/N clenched his hand and glared at him, making the blond haired teen look away from his ex-classmate, feeling guilt go through his body at the view of him. Something he didn't feel in a long time.
"Mr. Eraser Head." A voice sounded from the TV behind the League of the Villains as one of the reporters present at the press conference called out for the underground hero, "You spoke about the students' safety. However during one incident, it appears you urged them to fight. What was your intention behind this."
Aizawa leaned closer to the microphone, "I concluded that we were unable to fully grasp the situation, it had to be done in order to avoid the worst possible outcome."
"What do you mean by 'worst possible outcome'? You don't call 26 victims and one abducted the worst possible outcome?" The reporter pressed.
"The 'worst possible outcome' I assumed in that situation was that the students would be at their wits' end and be killed." Aizawa corrected.
"The gas attack accounts for most of the victims." Nezu spoke up, "We have determined it was a sleeping as from one of the enemies' Quirks. Thanks to the quick response of Ms. Kendo and Mr. Tetsutetsu, there we no serious injures from that attack. Unfortunely we were unable to catch the villain responsible for the sleep gas attack as one of his associates came in and saved him from getting captured. In addition, we are providing mental care to the students, but at the moment, we do not see any signs of serious psychological trauma."
"Are you saying that it was a bright spot in this tragedy?" The reporter questioned.
"We believe that the worst outcome is one that would have infringed on the future." Nezu answered.
"Can you say the same thing for the kidnapped Bakugo?" The same reporter asked, "He enrolled at U.A. High with excellent marks and won the sports festival. In addition, during the incident of the sludge villain in middle school, he resisted the powerful villain alone, so he has a history of showing how tough and heroic he can be. On the other hand, the violence he showed in the finals and his attitude at the award ceremony show that he is not always very stable mentally. What if the villains kidnapped him because they had an eye on that? Kidnapping him with deceitful words, and dyeing him with the path of evil? What evidence do you have for saying that he has a future?"
Aizawa bowed and said, "As an educator, I take full responsibility for Katsuki Bakugo's violent behavior. However, his actions at the sports festival originate in what he considers 'ideal strength'. He is trying harder than anyone in his pursuit of becoming the top Hero. If the villains saw that and thought they had an opening, then I believe they are short-sighted."
"This is not evidence, though." The reporter pointed out, "This isn't a question of how you feel- I'm asking whether or not you have a concrete plan in place."
"We are not just standing around idly. We are currently investigating along with the police. We will definitely get our student back." Nezu explained.
"Ha. You said it, U.A. and Aizawa-sensei! That's how it is, you damn scum of a league!" Bakugo declared at the villains, smirking as he thought to himself, "They went through all that trouble to mount a huge attack, and all they got was me. They even told me what they wanted. To them, I'm an important person that they can use. Since they're trying to turn me to their side, they won't kill me seriously." He set his eyes on Y/N, "And he will stop himself from getting his hands on me again. Before they change their minds, I'll take down two or three of them and escape!"
"He must have figured out he's important to us. What a clever boy." Magne stated.
"No." Dabi disagreed with her, "He's a fool."
Mustard nodded in agreement, "Can't believe I'm agreeing with you."
Toga clapped her hands with an excited smile on her face, "Let me stab him."
"A clever performer would have acted like we were winning him over. Now that he has broken character he's finished." Mr. Compress voiced his agreement with Dabi as Spinner gritted his teeth in anger.
Shigaraki's fingers twitched as he looked down at his face-hand on the floor, "Father..."
"Don't Shigaraki Tomura! Calm down! We can't afford another incident with our prisoner!" Kurogiri shouted, beginning to panic as Shigaraki turned his gaze to Bakugo, who tensed a little. Kurogiri started getting a portal ready before Shigaraki raised his hand to them, stopping him.
"Don't touch him. Any of you." Shigarkai told his fellow villains, " Kurogiri stopped the portal as Shigaraki bent down, picking up the hand carefully, muttering, "This guy..." He placed the hand back onto his face, "...is a valuable piece. I wish you would've listened to me or the Mask a little... I thought we could come to an understanding...
Bakugo smirked, "Come to an understanding? No way."
"Then I have no choice. The heroes said they're continuing their investigation on us... We don't have time to take leisurely." Shigaraki told Bakugo before turning to face the TV, asking, "Sensei. Lend me your power."
All For One hummed pleasingly, "That was a good decision, Shigaraki Tomura."
"Sensei?" Bakugo asked, "You're not the boss around here? That's not funny."
"Kurogiri, Compress, make him go to sleep again." Shigaraki ordered them.
"I can't believe he's such a bad listener. I'm almost impressed." Mr. Compress sighed before starting to walk over to where Bakugo stood.
"If you want me to listen to you, then get on your knees and die!" Bakugo smirked.
A sudden knock on the door sounded behind Bakugo, making him and everyone villain from the League turn back to the door, completely forgetting about their conversation for a moment as they were taken by suprise by the sudden knock on the door.
"Hello. This iz Pizza-La, Camino store." The delivery guy said, not knowing the door he had just knocked on were leading to the secret hideout of the League of Villains.
Everyone looked at the door in confusion, the members of the League contemplating on who ordered pizza. If he was wearing his mask right, Y/N was certain the eyelids of it would display two question marks.
The silence in the bar was broken when All Might bursted through the wall, completely destroying it, "SMASH!"
"What the...?!" Spinner shouted, looking over his shoulder as the impact of All Might bursting through the wall knocked him to the floor.
"Kurogiri!" Shigaraki's reaction was instant as his attention was immediately shifted to Kurogiri, "Gate!"
Kurogiri immediately reacted to this and began to expand his mist to create a portal, but unfortunely for him and his fellow villains was not able to finish the job as Kamui Woods jumped into the hideout and jumped into action.
"Pre-emptine Binding. Lacquered Chain Prison!" He shouted as he used his power to tangle up and trap the villains in branches of his wood that shot out from his left arm.
"A tree? What the heck?" Dabi said in irritation as he looked at the tree wrapped around his body with an annoyed look on his face. He was about to use his Quirk to burn the tree trapping him, but didn't got a chance to actually do it as the short old man Y/N remembered seeing in Hosu City came flying at him at a massive speed and knocked him out with a kick to the face.
"Don't be impatient. It's be in your best interest to stay put." The old man said as Dabi's eyes rolled to the back of his skull as he lost his consciousness.
"Just what I'd except from one of the most competent new heroes around, Kamui Woods and the veteran faster than the eye can see, Gran Torino!" All Might complimented Kamui Woods and Gran Torino as he glared at the League with glowing blue eyes, "You can't run anymore, League of Villains! Why? Because we are here!"
"Right after that press conference." Mr. Compress said, "Don't tell me this was pre-arranged?"
"The purpose of it was to lower our guard." Y/N realized what was the purpose of the press conference as he tried to free himself from Kamui Woods' grasp, knowing of his inability to use his Quirk when he was in such a position. Unfortunely, all of his attempts at free himself were in vain as the tree was wrapped too tightly around him.
The h/c haired boy shook his head, growing nervous by the situation he found himself in right now as he looked around himself. How did they found them? They did their best to hide the location of their hideout from the heroes and the police. Was there some kind of tracker on Bakugo? No. There couldn't have been a tracker on him. The League would have noticed one on him when they put in the restrains. He couldn't think of the situation where someone could have put a tracker on him either. Could the heroes find the location of their hideout in some other way?
"Fuck." Mustard cursed in panic, gritting his teeth at how tightly the tree was wrapped around him as Origami clenched her teeth in pain with a mixture of pain and panic on her face, "They played us like a damn fiddle."
"Tree man! Stop! You're hugging me too hard!" Twice shouted as Toga groaned in pain around the tree wrapped around her body, "Harder!"
"When one is on the offensive is when one neglects defense most." The delivery's guy sounded from the door as he appeared near it, turning out to be the Ninja Hero and the number 5 Pro-Hero in Japan Edgeshot, "We're not the only ones here from the Pizza-La Camino store." He opened the door, revealing a squad of Japan's Special Assault Team. Each man was wielding a MP5a5, "Outside, you're surrounded by skillful heroes, like Endeavor and the police."
All Might looked at Bakugo, seeing the state his face was in from the beating he received from Y/N, "I'm sure you were scared. What they have done to you? I'm sorry for arriving so late. Perharps if we arrived earlier, then maybe we would make it before those villains did this to you. Don't worry. Everything is fine, now."
"I-I wasn't scared. Not even close, damn it!" Bakugo screamed in response, his eyebrows trembling a but as All Might smiled at him and gave him thumbs up.
"After I went through all that trouble to prepare this, why are you coming to me, you last boss?" Shigaraki asked, his eyes narrowing into a glare behind his face-hand. Everyone from the League was restrained right now. There was no way they could have escaped from this situation easily. Knowing there was only one way they could have escape this dire situation, he yelled out to Kurogiri, "Kurogiri, bring as many as you can over!"
"Nomus, I presume?" All Might questioned.
A couple of seconds passed, but nothing happened. Shigaraki turned to look at the misty villain, "What's the matter, Kurogiri?"
"I'm sorry, Shigaraki Tomura. The Nomus that were supposed to be in a fixed location... are not there...!" Kurogiri explained nervously as Shigaraki gasped in suprise.
All Might put his hand on Bakugo's shoulder, "You are still green, Shigaraki! League of Villains, you underestimated everything too much. The soul of a young man, the diligent investigations of the police and our anger! That's enough with the childish pranks. This is the end."
Spinner gasped as he looked up at All Might, "All Might! This is the hero ackowledged by Stain!"
"The end, you say? Don't be ridiculous. I've only just begun." Shigaraki gritted his teeth in anger as he struggled to stand to get himself back on his feet. He glared at the number one hero, "Justice... peace... I'll destroy this garbage heap that you put a lid on with such vague ideas! It was for that purpose that I set All Might apart and started gathering people to my cause... Don't be ridiculous. This is the beginning... Kurogiri!"
As soon as he said those words, a thin line of what appeared to be a red string stabbed Kurogiri through his chest. The smokey villain gasped, losing his consciousness as he collapsed.
Origami looked at him in worry, "Kurogiri?"
"No, stop! I couldn't see anything!" Magne screamed in panic, "Wait, did you kill him?"
"What did you do to him?" Y/N asked in worry for Kurogiri.
The red string in front of Kurogiri's body grew larger as Edgeshot's head formed from the string, ""I played around with his insides and made him unconscious. He is not dead. Ninpo: Thousand Sheet Piece! This man was always a nuisance. I'll have him sleep."
"Didn't I tell you earlier that it'd be your best interests to stay put." Gran Torino reminded the villains as he began naming them off by their real names, starting with Magne, "Hikiishi Kenji." Mr. Compress, "Sako Atsuhiro." Spinner, "Iguichi Shuichi." Y/N, "L/N Y/N." Origami, "Jakuzure Origami." Mustard, "Kataoka Hiroto." Toga, "Toga Himiko." and finished with Twice, "Bubaigawara Jin. With this little information and time, the police officers worked through the night to determine your true identities. Do you understand? There's nowhere left for you to run. Hey Shigaraki, can I ask you where your boss is?"
Shigaraki' eyes widened upon hearing Gran Torino's words as stayed silent, staring at the short eldery hero as if he was in some kind of trance.
Seeing how Shigaraki was staying silent, Gran Torino shifted his gaze to Y/N, "Or what about you, L/N? You were born Quirkless. Weren't you? How about you tell us where the man who gave you your Quirk, your boss, is right now?"
Y/N glared at him, "What? You really think I will hand my Sensei over to you? The only one who reached his hand out to me when no one else would? Someone who helped me when you heroes and normal people did nothing to help me when I needed it the most." He felt how each hero in the bar had his eyes on him right now, "Tell me. Do you think capturing us will stop more villains from arising? No. More villains like us will be born for as long as you heroes will refuse to see flaws in your beloved hero society."
"This..." Shigaraki broke himself out of his trance and spoke up to the heroes in front of him, before Y/N could say anything else to them, "This is unsatisfying. Don't be ridiculous. Don't be ridiculous."
All Might shifted his gaze from Y/N to Shigaraki, "Where is he now?"
Shigaraki looked at All Might with a crazed look in his eyes, "Go away. Disappear."
All Might growled in anger, "Shigaraki!"
"This is your fault. I HATE YOU!" Shigaraki snapped with pure hatred in his voice
It was when two gray liquid-like portals appeared next to Shigaraki almost as if he his words signalled them to pop out of nowhere. Everyone gasped in shock when Nomus started coming out of them, growling the moment they found themselves in the bar.
Kamui Woods' widened in shock, "Nomus? They came from nowhere! What is that?"
"Edgeshot, what about Kurogiri?!" Gran Torino asked.
"He's still unconscious! He didn't do it!" Edgeshot replied as more portals appeared in the bar.
"They just keep coming!" Gran Torino exclaimed.
Seeing how the situation was getting out of the hand, All Might turned around to look at Kamui Woods, "Kamui Woods! Do not let them go under any circumstances!"
"Yes, sir!" Kamui Woods replied as Bakugo spat out the same gray blob.
"What the-?!" Bakugo uttered out in shock as the gray blob engulfed him. All Might looked back at him.
"Young Bakugo!" All Might called out for him in worry, reaching to grab him. Unfortunely he was too late as Bakugo was taken out of the bar by the gray blob, "Noooo!"
"Endeavor, we need backup!" Kamui Woods shouted as he glanced behind his shoulder to look at at the streets. He gasped in shock when he saw what was happening outside. The portal was popping out all over the street, surrounding the authorities as the Nomus were coming out of the portal. Having no other choice, the police opened fire at the creatures, "What?!"
All Might punched one Nomu away from him as Gran Torino landed next to him, "Toshinori, these guys..."
"They shouldn't have been able to warp... They're dealing with this too quickly...!" All Might agreed, already figuring out who was making his move right now, "Don't tell me they're going to use this...?!"
Y/N looked around himself as the gray blob surrounded started to surround him and his fellow villains from the League. Unlike his associates from the League, he wasn't confused by who was doing this as he knew exactly who it was. Shigaraki knew exactly who it was as well as he stared at the gray liquid pouring around him. Their Sensei was coming to rescue them.
"Sensei." They whispered to themselves at the same time.
It was the last they thing they managed to say before their mouths were forced open by the gray liquid surrounding them. The entire League was swallowed up by the liquid and was taken out of the bar by it. Y/N gagged when the blob forced it's way into his mouth, feeling like he like would puke this substance out because of how gross it was. Where was this liquid taking them? Even Y/N and Shigaraki couldn't answer this question as they were unaware of their destination themselves. All they knew this blob was taking them to where All For One was right now.
Y/N was finally able to breath to breath as he dropped to his knees, coughing out the remains of the blob. He opened his eyes as he slowly got himself back on his feet, realizing he found himself in the place the blob was taking him to. He looked around himself, wanting to get to know his new surroundings better and saw the rest of the League was taken here with him. Most of them were coughing out the blob out of their mouths, trying to get rid of the taste as Kurogiri and Dabi were still unconscious.
He looked around himself once again, wanting to know if Bakugo was brought to this place too. It didn't took him long to notice his ex-classmate. Bakugo was staring at someone ahead of him. It was when he noticed a familiar figure in a black suit and a black helmet covering their face standing in the distance. It was All For One. His eyes widened as soon as he noticed All For One standing in front of Bakugo, knowing it was the first time he saw his Sensei in person in months.
Origami's face twisted in disgust as she did her best to get rid of this awful taste from her mouth, "What was that?"
Toga covered her mouth in disgust, "That was so gross."
"This black stuff reeks!" Twice shouted, "I love it!"
Shigaraki bowed his head to All For One as he bowed his head to him, "Sensei."
All For One started to make his way towards them, "So you failed once more Tomura? But you must not be discouraged, you'll try again. I have brought back your associates as well." He looked at Bakugo for a second as he neared him, "Even this boy, because you judged that he was an important piece."
"Sensei." Y/N whispered at the view of All for One, bowing his head slightly to him in respect as Origami and Mustard slowly turned their heads to him. This man was Y/N's Sensei? Out of the corner of his eyes, he could notice Bakugo looking at him with suprise in his eyes too.
All For One shifted his gaze from Shigaraki to Y/N, "Don't let this failure discourage or make you think you're worthless or useless, Y/N. Never forget what I always told you. Every failure is a valuable lesson you can learn from. Learn from this experience, become stronger and make sure such situation won't happen again."
Y/N nodded in understanding, giving All For One another respectful bow of his head, "Yes, Sensei."
All For One shifted his gaze back to Shigaraki and held his hand out to him, "Do it as many times as you need to. For that is why I am here. It's all for your sake." He looked between him and Y/N, "You and Y/N. The two of you must keep going." Shigaraki and Y/N stared at him silently as All For One looked away from Shigaraki and looked up towards the sky, "Ah, there you are."
Y/N turned around to look towards the sky, wanting to know what his Sensei meant by that. Bakugo looked towards the sky too and so did the rest of the League. They saw All Might. The number one hero came flying towards All For One and threw the first punch. All For One caught it. The villain tried to punch him back, but All Might caught it.
"I'll have you return my student, All For One!" All Might declared angrily.
"Have you come to kill me again, All Might?" All For One asked, sounding like he was smilling behind his mask from his tone.
Y/N held his hands in front of himself, trying to protect himself and his eyes from the shockwave All For One and All Might caused when they collided. Unfortunely, the wind was too intense for him and knocked him backwards as the smoke started to cover the area. He wasn't the only one knocked away. The force of both of their attacks was so strong that it sent everyone around them flying away.
"You're quite slow." All For One said, shaking his wrist as the smoke around him slowly started to die down, "It's a little more than five kilometers from the bar to here. It was easily 30 seconds after I sent the Nomus before you arrived. You've gotten weaker All Might."
All Might glared up at the villain as he was on his knee, "What about you? What's with that industrial mask you've got on? Aren't you overexerting yourself?" He got himself back on his feet, doing some light warm up stretches like jumping on his toes, "I won't make the same mistake as I did six years ago, All for One! I will take Young Bakugo back! And this time, I will throw you in prison for sure! And all the League of Villains you control with you!"
He jumped towards All For One at full speed as soon as he uttered those words, with his fist ready to knock the masked villain out.
"There's so much to do. It'll be tough... for both is us." All For One replied as he pointed his arm towards All Might. His arm glowed with the red and black electricity just a few seconds before he unleashed a large blast, stopping All Might when the number one hero in one place was just inches away from reaching him. He send him flying through multiple building, the force of it being so strong it caused all of them to fall over and collaps.
"Air Cannon plus Springlike Limbs, Kinetic Booster times four, Strength Enhancer times three. This combination is fun." All for One told himself, listing off the Quirks he used to blast All Might away and and send him flying through the buildings.
Bakugo gasped as his eyes widened after the dust cleared around him, allowing him to take a good look at all the damage All For One's blast had just done, "All Might!"
"Even without your worry, he won't die from something like that." All For One said as Bakugo brought himself back on his feet. He brought his attention towards Shigaraki and Y/N, "Tomura. Y/N. Run away from here and take that child with you." His fingers turned to black and red just a few seconds before he shot out tendrils towards Kurogiri's unconscious body and stabbed them into him, "Kurogiri, get everyone away from here."
"Be careful!" Magne exclaimed as she stepped closer to All For One, "One of the heroes messed with him and he is unconscious! I'm not sure what's going on but if you can teleport, why don't you get us out of here?"
"My warp power is still new, Magne." All For One explained, "On top of only being able to transport short distances, unlike his coordinate transport, I can only bring people to me or away from me, and I can only send them away to someone I am very familiar with. So I'll have Kurogiri do it." It was when a giant portal was made above Kurogiri, the black and red tendrils leaving the misty villain's body, "Forcible Quirk Activation! Now, go!"
Shigaraki looked at All For One in worry upon hearing him say those words, "What about you?"
"We're not leaving you behind." Y/N added, equally as worried.
As soon as Y/N and Shigaraki voiced their worry for All For One staying behind, an explosion came from where All Might was sent flying a few moments ago. All Might jumped out of the debris into the air and used a blast of his power to send himself flying towards All For One, letting out a roar as he did so.
All For One floated up, seeing All Might heading his way, "Tomura. Y/N. You two need to think constantly. You two still have much more room to grow!"
"I won't let you get away!" All Might declared as he slammed his fist into All For One's arm. All For One blocked the attack with his hand.
"Sensei." Y/N whispered to himself. Mustard patted him on his shoulder, making him look over his shoulder, "Mustard?"
"Snap out of it." Mustard told him as shifted his gaze from Y/N to Shigaraki, "The same goes for you." He looked between Shigaraki and Y/N , "We don't have enough time."
"Mustard is right. Let's go, you two." Mr. Compress said as he compressed Dabi's body into a marble, "While our masked lead is keeping All Might entertained, claim your prize."
Bakugo shifted his gaze from the fight between All Might and All For One, spotting how all of the villains from the League had their eyes on him. He grinned, "What a pain!"
All Might noticed the villains' had their attention on Bakugo now and left All For One for his student, "Young Bakugo...!"
All For One sent his black tendrils towards him, stopping the number one hero from reaching Bakugo. Y/N put his mask on his face, readying himself to capture his ex-classmate again as red energy started circling around his hands. Seeing Twice charging at him and throwing his measure tape at him. Bakugo quickly dodged his strike and blasted himself to the side away from him.
He didn't got any time to catch a breath as Toga charged towards him with a crazy grin on her face. She widly swung her knife at him, trying to slash him as Bakugo blasted the ground underneath them, making the blond haired girl back away from him a bit. Seeing an opening to attack him, Origami charged at him with her katana in ready.
The dark green haired girl swung her katana at him, trying to slash him with it in order to slow him down to give Mr. Compress enough time to compress him. Bakugo dodged all of her strikes, looking for the right moment to blast himself away from her. Origami looked over her shoulder and saw someone charging towards her and Bakugo. It was Y/N. Even though Y/N was wearing his mask right now, Bakugo could feel the hateful glare the h/c haired boy had directed towards him.
She stepped to the side, allowing Y/N to take it from here as Y/N swung his red energy covered fist at Bakugo. Bakugo dodged it as Y/N swung his fist at him again, attempting to strike him again. Bakugo held his hand in front of himself and blasted Y/N with his Quirk. Y/N slided across the ground for a second after getting a blast from Bakugo as Mustard pulled out his pistol at opened fire at Bakugo.
While Mustard kept Bakugo occupied with his pistol, Y/N looked around himself and saw a piece of debris laying next to him. Getting an idea what to do next, he used his Quirk to grab the piece of debris and threw it towards Bakugo. Bakugo's eyes widened as he saw a large piece of red energy covered debris flying towards him, immediately realizing who sent it towards him.
Bakugo quickly blasted himself away from Mustard as Mustard started reloading his pistol, having just run out of the rounds in the magazine. As Bakugo distanced himself from Mustard, he looked over his shoulder at Mr. Compress approaching him from behind, ready to put his hand on him and turn him into a marble. He touched the ground underneath him and blasted himself upwards, making Mr. Compress stumble forward a bit.
"I'm going now!" All Might screamed, running towards Bakugo to get him out of here. He was stopped from reaching him by All For One. The helmet wearing villain shot out some tendrils towards him, stabbing him in the back.
"Oh, I don't think so, because I am here!" All For One said mockingly, throwing All Might into the nearby building, "Are you saving your strength? To keep the boy from getting caught up in this? It's rough, isn't it? To be these creatures called 'heroes'."
All Might gritted his teeth as he was dragged away from Bakugo by All For One, "Young Bakugo..."
Bakugo looked around himself as he found himself surrounded by the villains again. Mr. Compress, Twice, Magne and Origami charged at him as Bakugo nodded his head to himself. Knowing there was only one thing he could do right now, he blasted himself into the air. Toga threw a couple of knives towards him as he did his best to dodge them to avoid getting hurt or maybe even killed by them.
Mustard aimed his pistol upwards and opened fire at Bakugo, trying to make him come down to the ground, but at the same avoiding killing him. Bakugo blasted himself from one side to another, avoiding all the rounds fired his way by Mustard as he waited for Mustard to ran out of the rounds in his pistol. Once it happened, he glanced to the side and saw the same large piece of debris he saw before. It was just inches away from slamming into him.
He looked around himself and saw Y/N standing between Toga and Twice, using his red energy covered hands to operate the piece of debris. Not having enough time to dodge it, the piece of debris slammed right into Bakugo. The force of the piece of debris slamming into him was so strong it sent Bakugo to the ground, the impact of slamming into him destroying the debris into smaller pieces.
Bakugo gritted his teeth in pain as he landed on the ground with a loud thud. He looked up and saw debris descending down from the sky right at him. He blasted himself away from the place the debris was heading towards, having no idea it was flying right at Spinner. He slammed into the villain behind him and looked over his shoulder, feeling how his eyes widened when he saw Spinner standing behind him.
Seeing this as an opportunity, Spinner swung his fist at Bakugo and punched him in the face. Bakugo stumbled forward a bit as Magne charged towards him, knowing it was her chance to knock him out. The blond haired boy looked ahead of himself and saw her moving right towards him. She looked at something next to her and nodded her head to herself. She stopped in her tracks and readied herself to swung her fist at him.
Bakugo was seconds away from blasting her away when Mr. Compress got himself between them. Bakugo's eyes widened, realizing why Magne looked at something or rather someone next to her before stopping in her tracks. She saw Mr. Compress running towards them and made sure Bakugo wouldn't notice him by having him focus his attention on her.
The blond haired boy gritted his teeth as Mr. Compress held his hand out towards him, missing it only by inches. He quickly blasted himself away from him, wanting to get as away from him as he could and found himself close to Toga and Origami who wasted no time in attacking him. He was forced to dodge a series of slashes from the two girls who attacked him with their blades at the same time before blasting himself away from them.
It was when something crashed through the wall not too close from the battlefield, making everyone shift their attention from their fight to it. They saw Kirishima had broken through the wall, thanks to his hardened arms as Izuku and Iida held him in their arms. The villains completely forgot about Bakugo as they were taken by suprise by this sudden appearance of Bakugo's classmates, the eyelids of Y/N's mask displaying two question marks.
It wasn't the only thing that happened. A large ramp of ice was created that reached extremely high. The villains watched with widened eyes as Izuku, Kirishima and Iida scaled up the ice ramp. Iida used the thrusters in his legs to make himself and his classmates faster as they made their way up the ramp. The three of them jumped off the ramp, into the air.
All For One held his hand towards Izuku, Iida, Kirishima, intending to shot out the tendrils towards him and bring them to the ground as All Might used the fact he took his attention off of him to his advantage. The number one hero punched him in the face, sending him flying into the debris. All For One slammed into the wall, creating a small cloud of smoke around him.
Kirishima held out his hand, "Come on!"
Shigaraki held his hand out towards Bakugo as he moved towards him, intending to decay him before he will be able to get away as Bakugo stopped in his tracks and blasted him into the air before Shigaraki reached him. Once he was in the air, he blasted himself a few more time to make himself fly higher and quickly found himself in Kirishima's reach. He grabbed Kirshima by his outstretched hand, fleeing the area and smirked at his classmate.
"What?!" Spinner exclaimed in suprise.
Mustard shook his head, "Dammit! Where did they came from?"
Shigaraki glared at the students, more specifically Izuku as he clenched his shaking hand in anger, "You show up everywhere!"
"Don't let them get away! Who can do distance?" Mr. Compress asked as he looked up at the fleeing students.
"Kurogiri and Dabi. They're both down!" Spinner replied.
"I'm on it!" Y/N shouted, red energy surrounding his hands the moment he uttered those words as he used his Quirk fly up into the air as he started to make his way towards the fleeing U.A students.
"You two! Come here!" Magne shouted to Spinner and Mr. Compress, earning their attention and making them look at her as she made her way to them, her hands glowing in blue. Using her Quirk on Spinner and Mr. Compress, she pushed her hands on Spinner's back and Mr. Compress pushed his body against Spinner's. Magne's power launched him into the air, "Repulsion Breakup... Moonlight Flit Cannon!"
Y/N looked over his shoulder and saw Mr. Compress flying next to him. Knowing what to do next, the masked villain raised his right hand in the air, red energy covering it and was about to throw it at the fleeing students with the intention of slowing them down or possible even freeing Bakugo from his classmate's grasp which would give Mr. Compress enough time to take Bakugo from them and seal him away for the time being.
They never reached them, though, because they stumbled upon an inconvenience in their way in the form Mountain Lady who enlarged herself, not giving them enough time to react to it. The two masked villains flied right into her, the impact of colliding with her knocking them unconsciouss the moment they slammed into her. Y/N and Mr. Compress fell down and landed on the ground, unconsciouss. Mountain Lady's body landed on the ground with a loud thud a second later, creating a large dust cloud in the process.
"We can still make it! Let's do it again!" Magne shouted, having watched how Y/N and Mr. Compress unconsciouss bodies dropped to the ground as Twice, Spinner and Mustard moved towards her, but unfortunely for them Gran Torino came into the picture and kicked them across their faces, knocking all of them out. Their unmoving bodies unconsciouss landed on the ground, one by one.
All Might looked over his shoulder as Gran Torino landed behind him, "You're too slow!"
"You're too fast!" Gran Torino replied as he returned his gaze, "Hey, that Midoriya's really turning out to be more and more like you. In a bad way!"
All For One picked himself up from the rubble, setting his attention on Gran Torino, "Shimura's friend, huh?"
All Might coughed into his hand before pointing at All For One, "It's shameful, but with this, I can defeat you without reserve! All for One!"
"We've got three left here, too!" Gran Torino pointed out as he turned to look at Shigaraki, Toga and Origami who were standing in front of Kurogiri's portal. Shigaraki was standing in front of the two girls, "I'll end this!"
"Tomura-kun, I don't want this to end!" Toga shouted, clutching onto Origami fearfully as Origami looked at the heroes in front of her, Toga and Shigaraki with a nervous look on her face.
"They got us. They neatly turned the tables on us in one move." All for One sighed, sending out black and red tendrils towards All Might, who dodged, only to see that it wasn't for him. All Might glanced behind him to see them sticking into Mange, "Forcible Quirk Activation! Magnetism!"
"Turn to dust!" Shigaraki shouted, holding his hand out as Gran Torino flew at him.
Shigaraki's head glowed blue, forcing him backwards before Gran Torino reached him, making the short eldery hero miss his kick. He was starting to get dragged towards Kurogiri's portal against his will by Magne's Quirk as the force of Magne's Quirk picked up Y/N, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Mustard and Twice's unmoving unconscious bodies from the ground and started to bring them closer to the portal. Toga and Origami glowed pink as they watched everything from where they stood, realizing what was happening right now
"Wait, if you come at us that fast...!" Toga shouted, letting go off Origami as she waved her hands frantically. Origami held her hands in front of her in the protecting manner, wanting to make sure the impact of the others colliding with her will be less painful.
It wasn't long before Y/N, Spinner. Mr. Compress, Mustard and Twice slammed into Toga and Origami which pushed the two girls into the portal, the group of villains vanishing within it.
"Wait, don't, Sensei!" Shigaraki protested, trying to stop himself from reaching Kurogiri's portal as he was slowly getting dragged into the portal.
"I won't let you escape!" Gran Torino jumped for Shigaraki before getting hit in the gut by the tendril. The tendril threw him away from the portal as as Magne was thrown into the portal by the second tendril, vanishing within it just like her fellow members of the League.
"...With that body, you'll, no...!" Shigaraki said as Magne's Quirk forced him into the portal. His face-hand fell off his face before he went into the portal, tears slowly going into his eyelids, "I'm not..."
Those were the last words he managed to say to All For One, before he went through the portal against his will and left the battlefield, leaving his Sensei all alone with All Might.
----
Y/N had no idea where he was when he regained his consciousness. The first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was a ceiling of some dark room he couldn't recognize as he couldn't remember being in it before. It was when he realized he was laying on something. He couldn't tell what it was but, could tell one thing about it. It was really soft.
"Y/N." A relieved female voice sounded above him just a second after he opened his eyes. It didn't took long to realize to who this voice belonged to. It belonged to Origami.
He looked up in the direction of her voice and saw the familiar face of the girl with a dark green hair above him. It was when he realized what was the thing he was laying on right now. It was her lap, "...Origami?"
"You're awake." She looked at him with a relieved look on her face as she gently rubbed his head, "I've been trying to wake you up ever since we landed in this room. I was getting worried you ended up getting some kind of concussion after you and Mr. Compress crashed into Mountain Lady and fell to the ground."
"Don't worry. I'm okay. My head hurts a little, but I think it will stop in a few minutes." Y/N assured her that he was fine and didn't get any serious injures from his fall, "Do you know where we are right now?"
Origami shook her head, "No. I would ask Shigaraki-kun about it but he's..." She paused for a moment to look at something ahead of her and Y/N with a worried look growing on her facial features for a second. She looked back at him a second later, her worried expression fading from her face as she didn't want to worry him, "...Busy with something right now and I didn't want to take his time."
Y/N gave Origami a look of understanding and slighty lifted his head up from her lap to take a look around them room to get to know his surroundings a bit better and to see where the rest of the League was right now. Kurogiri, Magne and Twice laying not too far from him as they were still were still unconscious. Toga was poking Magne in the face, trying to wake her up from the slumber. She stopped for a second and looked at him, showing him she was glad to see him up now.
The h/c haired boy nodded at her as Toga turned back to Magne and returned to her attempts at waking her up. He looked ahead of himself right after this brief exchange with Toga to see where the rest of the League was. It didn't took him long to notice Mustard and Mr. Compress. The two of them were leaning against the wall, looking at something ahead of them.
Y/N looked in the direction Mustard and Mr. Compress were looking at right now and saw a group consisting of Shigaraki, Dabi and Spinner gathered in front of the monitor, watching something on it. Shigaraki was sitting on the chair as Dabi was standing right behind him, watching the monitor from behind him and Spinner was sitting on the floor, watching the monitor from there.
Shigaraki had his eyes glued to the monitor in front of him, watching whatever was being broadcasted on it. Upon hearing him waking up from his slumber, Shigaraki looked over his shoulder to look at Y/N, showing an emotion Y/N had never seen in him before. Worry. The h/c haired boy could have sworn he saw a few tear marks on Shigaraki's cheeks too. What got him so worried?
It was when he realized there was one person who was with them back in Camino Ward wasn't present in this room with them right now. This person was no other than All For One. His eyes widened in worry as soon as he realized the reason for All For One's absence. All For One was telling him and Shigaraki to run through Kurogiri's portal before he was knocked out after slamming into Mountain Lady. His Sensei was fighting All Might back in Camino Ward right now!
"Sensei!" Y/N cried out in worry as he jumped back to his feet and ran up to Shigaraki, Dabi and Spinner to see how All For One was doing back in Camino Ward, hoping his Sensei was able to defeat All Might, despise his damaged body, praying for it. Origami watched him ran up to Shigaraki, Dabi and Spinner in worry, already suspecting how the fight ended from Shigaraki's expression.
Shigaraki turned away from Y/N and returned his gaze to the monitor as Y/N quickly made his way to the monitor and stopped next to Shigaraki. The h/c haired boy immediately glanced at the monitor, wanting to know what was happening with his Sensei right now. He held his breath as he set his eyes on one particular person presented on the screen.
It was All Might...
The number one hero was standing above a defeated All For One and had his fist raised in the air victoriously. Y/N gasped the moment he set his eyes on the scenery as a concerned look formed on his face. All For One's mask destroyed, leaving his scarred eyeless face for the world to see. Y/N he couldn't say if his Sensei was conscious or not because of how far away camera was from him and All Might.
Y/N's breathing became less steady the moment he saw what was presented on the screen of the monitor, instantly realizing his Sensei had been defeated by All Might. He clenched his hands with a pained look on his face, his eyes not leaving the monitor as he let out a deep breath. He couldn't believe what he was seeing right now. His Sensei was defeated. His Sensei was defeated, because he had to get him and Shigaraki out of the dire situation they found themselves in. He didn't want to believe it, but he knew he had to accept it, because it was reality.
It was when something that took him completely by surprise happened All Might's appearance completely changed in the blink of an eye. He went from his usual muscular look everyone had known him for ever since his debut into something completely opposite. He was extremely skinny in his new appearance, making him look a thin skeleton of a man in All Might's hero costume.
All Might slowly pointed his right hand towards the camera, his eyes remaining on the defeated All For One as he spoke up to all the people watching him right now, "...Next. It's your turn."
Y/N and Shigaraki exchanged glances after watching All Might point towards the screen and utter those words. They turned back to the screen of the monitor a few seconds later, nothing remaining of their worried expressions. Shigaraki glared at the screen, more specifically at All Might as Y/N tightly clenched his hand, having managed to steady his breathing.
----
New episodes of season 6 came out and I was really excited for them because of a certain scene I was excited to seeanimated because it is one of my favourite moments from the manga and was not disappointed when I saw it animated. Bones nailed the scene. I was grinning like crazy during the entire scene. The voice acting in this scene was fantastic too.
This is probably the longest chapter I've ever written, having over 21,000 words. I hope you liked reading it as much as I liked writing it :)
This will be the last chapter I will post for this story in 2022 so allow me to wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year :)
