Chapter 3: Planning
~(Y/N)'s POV~
The League gathered together in the new council room. I walked in after everyone else had seated themselves and carried with me a few files. I sat myself next to Shoto and set the files in front of me, giving Deku and Shigaraki a look. "So, what's this meeting about?" I asked. "We need a new plan. Something to do. We can't just sit around twiddling our thumbs and letting the heroes recover and build up their defenses." Shigaraki said. "Well I think one this is for sure." Shoto pipped up. Everyone gave him looks. "We need to bust out Sensei. Wherever they're keeping him, we need to get him out." He said. "There are things we should prioritize before that." I countered, glaring at him slightly. "What do you mean? Like what?" Dabi questioned. I crossed my arms and leaned back in my chair. "All For One was one of our most powerful assets. No doubt on that one. And getting him out of prison should be something on our to-do list. But there are other things we should do before we even THINK about trying to break him out." I said. "After all, if we got captured trying to break him out, his sacrifice would mean nothing. Its not like we're on a time limit. He's near immortal so they can't give him a death sentence even if they wanted to. Not only that, but he's valuable alive." I continued. "Lets look over some of your accomplishments as the League of Villains. And see what you've been doing right." I picked up the first file and opened it, sliding it to the center of the table where everyone could see it. "Your debut attack. The USJ Incident. You introduced into play a fierce creature that could match All Might. Without All For One, Nomu will be harder to make. However, I do believe if I could get my hands on some of his research, working with Kurogiri and Deku, I could help create more Nomu. Anyways, the USJ was a perfect example of something you should try to do, but what can we learn not to do from this? Well, for one we shouldn't blab what powers the Nomu have and don't have. And two, we should be quick and precise with our operations, and not let calls for help be an option. We should also use caution when fighting UA students. They may just be students but well..." I trailed off giving Shigaraki a look. "You saw what UA students can be capable of." I said. He nodded a bit as did Kurogiri.
I slipped the next file, this time about the Hosu City incident. "The next one is what went down in Hosu City. This was another very successful attack. While the League attacked with Nomu, Stain was attacking heroes in the chaos. Leading many to believe that the League was working with Stain, which we are." I said, nodding to the blade clad Hero Killer sitting across the table next to Kurogiri and Dabi. "Stain ended up injuring a UA student, Tenya Iida, and nearly killing another. Trust me, I should know, I'm the one that nearly died..." I said, a small growl in my voice as I looked at Stain. "Thanks for that by the way." I growled. "No hard feelings kid." He said, sweatdropping. I cleared my throat a little. "Anyways, the heroes tried to cover up that two students were nearly killed by the Hero Killer which didn't go over well with the current person that I was under the care of. He did not approve of the fact that they covered up that I nearly got killed due to their negligence, and thus he spread rumors in the underground that UA students got into a fight with the Hero Killer and nearly died. Alerting more villains towards heroes not being all seeing and all powerful, and he even tipped off the press that UA students nearly died on the night of the Hosu incident, and letting them figure out the rest." I said. "That explains a few of the newer news articles I've been hearing about." Izuku said. I smirked retrieving a flash-drive from the file I had laid on the table with my telekinesis. "What you did right in the Hosu incident was, killing heroes of course, and injuring a powerful UA student to the point of near death. A powerful UA student that has massive connections. And who's near death would definitely cause an uproar if heard about." I said. I levitated the drive around the table so everyone could see it. "This drive contains a video recently posted about yours truly. Talking about everything that the press knows about me up to this point. Even stating the theory that I'm not actually Shadow's daughter, which is correct by the way." The others gave me shocked looks and I smirked. "I'm the daughter of a powerful information broker. Which I'm sure you all will meet soon. But moving on. This video has been posted on every website imaginable and even has the press talking. I'm sure you've seen quite a few articles about it in the newspapers and on the news itself." I said. Kurogiri nodded. "You've become quite popular after joining us, and I watched the video. I thought it was odd how they found out Stain nearly killed you." He said. I smirked. "That was because my actual father, the information broker, was livid about the heroes covering up my near death. And we're still feeling the ripple effects of what happened in Hosu because of him." I explained.
I set the flash drive down and threw the next file to the table. "This next one is the Camping Raid. Which I would count as one of your greatest victories yet." I said. "Three Pros missing their Quirks, one of which completely disappeared and was only recovered during the attack on the Nomu Warehouse. Multiple students injured or completely knocked out by the gas, and one student dead. Not to mention showing the sheer might of what we can pull off and the kind of people we can associate with." I continued. "Property damage, pros injured and missing Quirks, faith in heroes shaken both in public eyes, and in my eyes as well." I said. I smirked. "I shattered under pressure that night, and when I was put back together, I became the person sitting here at this table with you." The League all shared smirks and Shoto wrapped an arm around my shoulders, pulling me into a side hug. I laughed a little before snapping back into serious mode.
"This next file is about UA's attack on us. And how we defended back." I said. "This is where me, Shoto, and Izuku were revealed as villains. Izuku being spotted by three UA students and me and Shoto fighting off the hero's initial attack on the bar." I said. "We lost the bar, Nomu Warehouse, and All For One in that fight. But what did the heroes lose? All Might, their Symbol of Peace, along with a few pros, and of course three very promising students." I said with a smirk. "How many Nomu survived the attack?" Izuku asked. "We have three that Sky managed to teleport here." I said. The members of the League exchanged glances. "On the bright side however, the heroes no longer have our location, and I have ideas on how we can expand and new places where we can make our bases where the heroes will never find us so long as we're careful." I said. I smirked, pulling out a map. "From the ashes, we shall arise anew. More powerful than ever. And I have the perfect plan. Its ambitious. But with enough training, we can pull it off." I said. "And may I inquire as to what your plan is Joker?" Stain asked. I smirked. "We break into two teams. Team A and Team B. Team A will consist of Kurogiri, Toga, Izuku, Magne, and Shigaraki. Team B is me, Dabi, Todoroki, Twice, Spinner, Mr. Compress, and Stain." I said. "Why is your team so large?" Izuku asked. "I'm getting to that." I said. I rolled out the map. "We don't know where All For One is being held, but its safe to assume he's in Tartarus. However I will double check that information. Villain Team A will work on finding a way to infiltrate that prison and bust him out when the time is right. Meanwhile Villain Team B will be going here." I said, unrolling the map and pointing to two separate locations. "Shadow and Endeavor's agencies." I said. "Are you implying that we attack them?" Mr. Compress questioned. "No, no. Of course not. We're not gonna attack them..." I said. A wide and crazy smirk appeared on my face. "I'm implying that we kill the b*stards!" I shouted, punching my fist into my palm and letting a burst of fire appear to solidify my point. "We're stronger than we think we are! And if we can pull this off, it'll truly shake people's faith in heroes. Their number one is gone, so lets take out the new number one and two." I declared. "We have a lot of training ahead of us..." Izuku muttered. "Which is why Villain Team A is mainly for stealth. Your job is to break out All For One. Team B will be kidnapping Shadow and Endeavor, and then we'll broadcast their deaths LIVE." I said. Shoto smirked as did a few of the others.
"Team B has a lot of training to do, which is why I'll be taking Shoto and Izuku with me on a little field trip so they can meet some of my associates." I said. "And why those two?" Shigaraki asked, shooting me a glare. "Because as far as I'm concerned, my boyfriend has a right to meet my actual father. And since Izuku here has both One for All and All for One, I see him as the true leader of the League." I said with a smirk. "Any objections?" I questioned, looking around the table. Everyone shook their head. "Good. Let the royals have our field trip." I said. I then hummed. "Dabi you're in charge." I said. He smirked. "You got it." He responded. "Kurogiri, keep everything in line for me, and make sure everyone's rooms stay tidy." I said. Kurogiri nodded to me. "Stain...make sure no one tears eachother apart..." I muttered. He gave me a quick nod. "Oh, and Shigaraki, don't cause trouble." I said. He gave me a slight smile. "I think I can handle myself for a few days." He said. I raised an eyebrow at his response before nodding.
"Izuku, Shoto, pack your things. We're going to Ikebukro."
