Chef Saltbaker is the main antagonist of Cuphead's Delicious Last Course episode. Seemingly just a well-meaning chef, he manipulates Cuphead, Mugman and Miss Chalice into bringing him the ingredients to creating a pastry that will grant him unmatched power, only to be foiled at the last second. Over the course of the credits, Saltbaker is forced to make amends for his actions, and ends up redeeming himself and presumably living a peaceful life hereafter.

Can regenerate from just his heart), limited resurrection (The Astral Cookie can resurrect Miss Chalice, but only temporarily, and the one eating it will swap places with her), portal creation (The Astral Cookie will open a portal to the Astral Plane, allowing Miss Chalice to take the place of the one eating it), soul manipulation and non-physical interaction (Can steal and contain souls), magic (Appears to be using magic to weaponized the Wondertart's ingredients), fire manipulation (Fireballs are launched automatically at intervals during Saltbaker's fight), weapon control (Can make the Gnome Berries, Desert Limes and Icy Sugar Cubes fly at the foes), summoning (Can turn the Distillery Dough into animal cookies that attack foes, as well as command monstrous pepper shakers to attack foes), size manipulation (Can grow to enormous size)
