She starts on again. The fear in me is starting to fade. I know the cure works. I feel relieved and the courage in me is starting to rise. I smell smoke. It's been lit. The podiums of fire have been lit. That means I need to hurry. I kick her a little. She nods and charges. I didn't know she would take off fast as a gust of wind. I almost drop my spear. 

I didn't know she would be this fast. I turn. The other demons start revealing themselves. There are many of them. I grip my spear. Faster. Faster. Faster! They were flooding in. I can't slow down. There's too many of them to take on. I must destroy the root of this swamp. One slams into us. It growls and groans. It attempts to bite me. I slam my tail into it. Another one jumps behind us. It jumps up and stretches out its wings and swoops down. I duck as it misses barely, but I felt the wind and the brush of its claws. I'm almost there. I can smell it. I can see the cage up ahead.

Another one jumps out in front of us. I slam my spear into its head. I see the vile covering it. Something pushes into her as I fall of her. I slam into the ground. I hear the humans yell and scream to me. I also hear clapping. It is hardly the time. She turns and slams her tusk into another one of them. She yelps and roars at me. I nod. I know what she means.

"Thank you. Hold them off as long as you can." I say turning.
