Rob's P.O.V

My eyes opening slightly I watched the room light up. Lachlan's crying gone silent I turned to see him.

Staring out of the window as the sun went up. He was there all night.....Crying...

I can't do anything though...I feel so....Helpless...Papers were scrunched up in his hands,

Lachlan's whole body shaking as he watched the sun rise slowly. His lips formed in a thin line.

His eyes dull I continued to stare at him as I lay on the bed. His cheeks grey and purple, the bags looking black I saw white on his skin.

Dead skin covering his arms I sighed. His nails bent and crooked I know what he did...He was scratching himself, as if he was cutting.

Emptiness clouded my heart as I looked at him, the longer I did, the worse off I felt....This wasn't fair...

For the both of us...But then again....Life is never fair....Nobody sees it, but we know it.....Only when the worse things in life happen to us...

"Rob....." Lachlan spoke up causing me to tense, not expecting him to talk I snapped my full attention to him as he looked me in the eyes.

"Yeah Lachlan?" I questioned trying to make my voice soft so I don't break his fragile line he was holding onto.

"........I don't know if I should tell you." Lachlan sighed turning his head back to the window I felt my eyes widen, rushing to his side I sat down.

Bringing my hand to his chin I forced him to look me in the eyes pushing his face towards me.

"Why? Tell me what?" I wondered curiosity sparking through my mind I continued to look into his dull eyes.

"It'll break you...I'm not sure myself but I'm positive it's at least half true.." Lachlan rambled on not making sense I lost my patience.

"SPIT IT OUT ALREADY!!!!" I yelled causing him to flinch. His deep, sad blue eyes pierced into mine before he said what he needed to.

"I think....I think Preston is alive..."

O.O......I am afraid now....But really happy at the same time! >.< YAY!!! HE MIGHT BE ARIVE!!!!!!
