Silent love - Part 3 - Ubbe x Hvitserk x Reader
(Y/n) had walked proudly through the hall with her father and mother, completely ignoring all the sons of Aslaug, before they had all took a seat and had food and mead brought to them. She wasn't angry at Ubbe or Hvitserk for anything that had happened earlier that day, in fact, she didn't think that she could ever be angry at Ubbe, he had always been far too kind to her; and Hvitserk, well.......he was just Hvitserk; and hearing him say that he was not averse to having her in his bed, she had to admit was quiet nice; given that no man had ever said that about her before. Well, not that she knew of, anyway; but it just seemed to make more sense to ignore all of them, so she did. And given that she ignored Sigurd on a regular basis, she didn't even think about him. Yet to not look at Ivar, to not smile at him; to not send their secret messages across the hall, talking in the way that only they could understand, was proving far more difficult than she had imagined. But she had to be strong; he was the one that had insulted her. He the one that had described her as boring, ignorant and ugly; the one that had said he would speak to his father so she would leave him alone. So, she would give him what he wanted. (Y/n) having no intention of letting the dark prince ruin her evening. In fact, she had no intention of letting the youngest Ragnarsson ruin anything else for her. And though she knew it would not be long before she was smiling at Ubbe and Hvitserk again, she was determined to keep her boring, ignorant, and ugly self, as far away from Ivar as possible.

Ivar, Ubbe, Hvitserk and even Sigurd stared in disbelief, as (Y/n) made her way into the hall, on her father's arm. They had never seen her looking as she was at this moment, in their lives. Even as a child, she had hated dresses; much preferring to be dressed as a like a little boy so that she could help her father and play with Ivar. Helga finally giving up trying to get her daughter into anything feminine, when (Y/n) would take to pulling the dresses off, so that she could walk around naked instead. A fact that Ubbe and Hvitserk, in particular, still teased her about to that day. So, to now see her like this, not only in a dress; but in a dress that clung tightly to her waist, accentuating her hips and buttocks, while pushing up a pair of rather shapely breasts, was something else. And it was something that each of them was sure the others were enjoying, too.
"She, er............" Hvitserk began. He so enthralled by (Y/n)'s appearance, that he had even forgotten about the plate of food in front of him.
"Yes, she is, isn't she........." Ubbe agreed. A small smile pulling at the corners of his lips, as he turned to look at Ivar; not failing to see the look on his youngest sibling's face. His blue eyes a maelstrom of emotions that Ubbe was sure would come out later in anger; but that was something Ivar would have to learn to deal with. It seeming obvious to the oldest son of Aslaug, that given that the silent beauty had heard the conversation that he and his brothers had had earlier that day, she was doing all this to get her own back for what Ivar had said. And he, for one, was happy to help her in any way that he could. Ubbe knowing how good she and Flóki had been to Ivar, all his life. The prince finishing his drink, before he got up from his seat.
"Where are you going.......?" Ivar asked, as he turned his attention from the sight before him, to his sibling.
"I am going to speak to the loveliest woman in Kattegat........." Ubbe simply replied, before moving from the table and making his way through all the others that were feasting and enjoying the evening. Hvitserk quickly getting to his own feet and following after his brother; not about to let the opportunity of getting closer to (Y/n) in her current attire, go. Leaving Ivar to huff and pretend that he didn't care.

"(Y/n)............" A voice suddenly came that caught her attention over the conversation that her father was having with another man. The unspeaking daughter of the boatbuilder looking up to see Ubbe and Hvitserk smiling down at her. (Y/n) doing her best to not smile back but failing abysmally.
"I just wanted to say that you look beautiful............." Ubbe continued, (Y/n)'s smile getting even broader, as Hvitserk nodding in agreement with his brother's comment.
"Yes, she does, doesn't she.........." Flóki said with one of his usual giddy laughs, as he threw his arm around his daughter's shoulder.
"Bragi may have deprived her of her voice; but Freyja made her the most beautiful of girl, in return." The boatbuilder continued. The pride obvious in his voice, as he looked at the child he loved so much.
"That is true, Flóki.........And if I could, I would like to steal her away from you for a moment........" The oldest prince agreed, then held out his hand for her to take. (Y/n) looking to her father, who gave her one of his usual bright smiles, before nodding. The silent young woman getting to her feet, and slipping her palm his, before letting Ubbe lead her out of the great hall, quickly followed by Hvitserk. The trio not sparing Ivar even a glance, as they left.
