Chapter 26
I'd say there are maybe four or five chapters left. It depends on how things go.

Silver had figured it out. Mewtwo really was the cause behind everything, but it wasn't because of what Silver had initially thought. While (y/n) had been unconscious, Green had began to tell him how Mewtwo became her most trusted pokémon and showed her everything. Mewtwo had flawwed her view of things so that Green would remain his trainer forever. Or at least that's what Silver thought.
"Green...you don't have to do this. Or maybe I should say you don't want to do this," (y/n) spoke. She was highly upset. Silver could tell because she was strangely calm, and her fists were shaking as if she were keeping herself from doing anything right then. Green didn't notice this and simply laughed at her. "Am I supposed to be afraid of you? All you can do is talk to pokémon and hear feelings or whatever. Even if Silver was worth saving, none of that could help you," she mocked.
Silver whimpered as Green pulled at his hair again. "Don't make me repeat myself. There's only one way Silver's getting out of this, and that's if you can even pull it off. I have everyone at my disposal now," Green spoke. Soon after, Blue, N, Yellow, and Crystal appeared having walked from upstairs. Behind (y/n), Gold woke up, and it was clear that he'd lost himself as well. "You're up against us all. I'd say it would be foolish to fight this battle," Green mocked.
(Y/n) suddenly stopped shaking. Silver saw her anger, frustration, and everything else disappear in that instant. "That's where you're wrong. You don't know the extent of my power. There's a reason I was kept hostage back in Unova. But you wouldn't know that. You nor Mewtwo know," (y/n) said with a slight head tilt. "Is that supposed to scare me?" Green scoffed.
Green may not have been afraid, but Silver was. He had never seen (y/n) stare at someone without so much as a hint of emotion. It bothered him greatly to see her driven to such a point. Her power wasn't meant to be used to whatever extent she had just reached. "Scare you? Maybe not yet. But you'll regret asking for a fight,"(y/n) said in response to Green's taunt. The second she spoke, several flashes of lighting streaked across the sky.
"This is you last and final chance to let Silver go and end all of this. You don't want to know what comed next if you don't," (y/n) said. For a split second, Green seemed like she was uneased by (y/n) lack of emotion, but it was quickly replaced by the confidence she had in her chances of winning. "Mewtwo, teach Silver's friend here a lesson about how things work," she said.
The psychic type pokémon didn't have a chance to even think about the order. Lightning struck Mewtwo the moment Green had finished speaking. Red was left relatively unharmed, but he was quickly pulled right out of the open door by Mew. (Y/n) had taken over the powerful pokémon, but not just Mew. A large number of wild pokémon were under (y/n)'s control and were the main cause of the strange weather phenomenon currently happening around Kanto.
The lughts flickered on amd off until the television came to life. "-and this is live from just outside of Saffron City's pokémon center. There are wild pokémon fleeing the area all over the place. I'm being told that this is happening everywhere. A large hurricane has forming above Pallet Town. It could be-" the television snapped off as the power went out.
Silver couldn't see anything, but he felt the wind rushing through Green's home. "There's a reason my brother had to find me. It wasn't just because I was his sister," (y/n) said. Flying type pokémon of many types as well as other flying pokémon swarmed the room. Green had long since let Silver go, but he remained still having never witnessed anything of this magnitude.
"You're not a psychic. None of this is you! You're cheating," Green could be heard shouting. The lights flickered back on to reveal an empty house. All of Green's belongings were gone. Even those under Mewtwo's control were missing. It was just Silver, (y/n), the wild pokémon, and Green. The girl had backed herself into a corner with nothing but fear evident in her eyes. "M-Mewtwo!" Green called.
"You forgot. Mewtwo isn't your pokémon anymore. You let him out of his pokéball, did you not?" (y/n) plainly stated as she stared ahead. More pokémon began to swarm the home. Some of them gathered around (y/n) with vicious snarls and threatening growls. Others flocked to Silver and began to free him. Then there were other pokémon that kept Green trapped in the corner she fled to. "I gave you your warning. You didn't listen,"(y/n) spoke as she raised a hand.
With that one motion, the house began to shake likely from of of the pokémon using the move Earthquake. By then, Silver was free and no longer restricted from speaking, but he was petrified. (Y/n) swiped her hand across the air causing the wall next to Green to be torn open by pokémon from the outside. The girl screamed as she hid her face from the debris. Electricity sparked around (y/n) as another lightning bolt fell from the skies and struck down outside.
"(Y/n), stop!" Silver finally yelped. She wasn't herself. Nothing that she was doing was anything like her normal usual self. (Y/n) turned her attention to Silver although she still seemed like an empty shell as she stared at him. "She asked for it, Silver. When someone drives you into a corner after forcing you to your breaking point, it is inevitable that something like this could happen," she spoke with her blank stare.
"This isn't you! You're power isn't supoosed to be used like this!" Silver shouted over the howling wind. He knew that (y/n) wouldn't allow any harm to come to him, but that didn't stop the terror from seeping through him. (Y/n) wasn't wrong about what she said, but that didn't justify her actions. "I'm winning. Isn't that what we were supoosed to do. Mewtwo has no power over me now. Everyone else should be turning back to normal, and Green will get what she asked for. I'm doing just as N said. I'm letting my power guide me," (y/n) said.
More of the house began to tear away as the cieling above them began to split. What could Silver even say to her? It seemed like his words weren't getting through to (y/n) in this state. "This isn't what I meant when I said that!" The voice that had spoken was N, and he was hardly heard as he stood near what was left of the door. He faught the wind as he stood under Reshiram's wing. His presence did nothing to sway (y/n)'s current state.
"How could I possibly be wrong to put an end to all of this?" (y/n) said. Silver slowly stood up although it was hard to remain standing in such strong wind. His hair blocked his vision a few times but that was nothing conpared to the force N seemed to be battling just outside Green's house. "You're not listening to me!" Silver shouted. Relief hit him when confusion showed up on (y/n)'s face.
"I can hear you perfectly clearly," she said. Although she still had the same blank stare, Silver could tell that he'd gotten through to her that time. The wind died down just a little to reflect Silver's progress. "No, you can't. Don't you see...this is all scaring everyone, including me. What happened to your ability to feel people's emotions? Did you ignore that part of yourself?" Silver spoke. "You're using your power the wrong way. This is just what Ghetsis would have wanted you to do! You've got to stop this!" N added.
(Y/n) seemed to have a moment of realization. She looked at everything around her and focused on Green who was crying in the corner. "But she...she wouldn't leave us alone," (y/n) muttered. Her frustration was returning as the wind speeds decreased at a rapid pace. "It's okay now. It may not have been the best way to deal with things, buf you stopped this. Mewtwo returned everyone to themselves. It's done. It's all over," N said as he walked into the destroyed home.
"Is it really? Will we get to go home now?" (y/n) quietly asked. Silver barely heard her but he understood what she had asked. "Everything is going to be alright. I'm okay now. You tried to talk to Green and it didn't work, but in the end, we all turned out okay. So I need you to free all of these pokémon and go back to normal," he said. (Y/n) did just as he asked and released all of the wild pokémon from her control. The pokémon quickly left the home and eventually vanished from the area.
Despite hearing those words of reassurance, (y/n) still looked sad. Silver and N both rushed to her side to catch her before she fell to the ground. "(Y/n)!" they called. She couldn't reply to them. All of her energy had been exhausted since she had used every ounce of it to take control of such a large number of pokémon. "She needs to get to a pokémon center," N stated.
"There isn't one close by. Pallet Town is too far from one," Silver said as he pulled (y/n) to him. She had given everything she had to save him, so now he had to do the same. "Wait, what about Tabunne?" N realized. Once mentioned, Tabunne made an appearance and quickly gesture for (y/n) to be put down. Silver didn't get the chance to let his guard down. Before he did, Mewtwo entered the broken home, startling the red headed boy.
Although he had been alarmed by the pokémon's sudden appearance, Mewtwo didn't do or even say anything to them. Instead, Silver watched as Mewtwo immediately went to Green who was still huddled in the corner shaking in fear. Mewtwo didn't hesitate to protectively stand in front of Green. It was the first time Silver had seen the pokémon like this, and it was sort of confusing.
