It became normal that people were getting replaced. It wasn't anything odd. People were used to it. Everyone was.

Droids was becoming more human. It wasn't that long ago when they get their own thoughts. That was the point where people started realising that they have droids for almost everything isn't so safe. They started to getting rid off them, there were gangs who were destroying droids for money, it was like an apocalypse. There we were again, people were destroying things that helped them keep a balanced environment.

„Sir, can you tell me why are you hiding me?" Blond woman asks.

„I'm nothiding you." He smiled nervously.

„I can feel you are quite nervous, sir." That was the moment where he lost his temper.

„You cannot feel anything! You can't! Do you understand?! You are a robot! You don't have feelings!" With every word, he was getting more and more angrier.

„But you programmed me like that, don't you remember?" She was standing there, calm.

„I know I did!" He screamed. „It was a mistake! Now I see it, it was amistake! You will never be like her!"

„That never was my intention, sir. I'm not trying to replace her. You were the one who programmed me like that, maybe you were the one who wanted to replace her with me when she is gone now."

„Shut up!"

„Maybe I'm only a thing that helps you cope with her death."

„I told you to shut up!" He broke down in tears.

She took a stepcloser to help him and then stops. „After all this time, now I see.You were so afraid to let her go, that you needed something to replace her, that was the time you bought me and started reprogramming me, right?"

He wasn't ready to face that kind of truth. He turns his back to her and started looking for something at his table.

„Am I right?"She took a few steps to him to look what he's doing.

„I'm done with that, I'm done with you." He was repeating quietly before he turns to face her with a gun in his hand.

She didn't flinch or anything. She hasn't seen danger in it.

„That is how you wanna end this?"

„Yes, that isexactly how I want to end this." He turns the gun towards himself and pulls the trigger.
