Today's verses:
Acts 27:10-11 and 20
"Saying, 'Men, I perceive that this voyage will end with disaster and much loss, not only of the cargo and ship, but also our lives.'"
"Nevertheless the centurion was more persuaded by the helmsmen and the owner of the ship than by the things spoken by Paul."
"Now when neither sun nor stars appeared for many days, and no small tempest beat on us, all hope that we would be saved was finally given up."
(Paul warned them of the coming danger, but they refused to listen. Sometimes, not often; quite rarely, but sometimes some people will come into your life and warn you of disaster. Think about the things they say, instead of simply dismissing them; even if they sometimes do sound crazy.)
(Also might be noted, that whenever Acts mentions 'us' or 'we' in it, it means Luke was with whoever is spoken of there.)
