So...

The power went out for about 5 min over 30 min ago. Which ofc means our computer system went down. Right as the system came back up there was another power surge. Now it's been surging every few min which means our system hasn't came back up yet

Now that's not what I'm ranting about 'cause most of my customers have been so understanding

Notice I said most. There's this one lady that's about to make me cuss up and down the damn aisle. No...the system is not coming back up long enough to ring you out. No...you can't buy it online then just take the one you're holding 'cause it still has to be scanned out of our system. No...I'm not telling y'all to go home...I'm simply explaining what's going on and that you're gonna have to wait. I'm sorry that you work all weekend and can't come back...I'll be glad to hold it til Monday if need be. Stop being a fucking bitch to me 'cause I didn't cause this and there's nothing I can do!
