INFECTED POPULATION: 956

It was Eight Twenty One In The Morning and Alex just finished fighting the H Bombers. The H Bombers had the entire bank hostage and were even gonna blow it up until Alex showed up and stopped them.

Alex was walking out of the bank until someone tried to hit him with a baseball bat as he dodged it as he saw who it was.

Arsenic Candy Member: Its that Freak from the Clothing Store. Do you really think we're gonna let you go that easily?

Alex was quiet as Two Members tried to attack him but Alex used a tendril and threw them to the wall as he continued fighting them until they were all knocked out as Alex was fixing his sleeves.

Alex: What ever happened to Sugar, Spice and Everything nice?

Alex here police sirens as he immediately left the scene. Alex eventually made it to Times Square as he saw a video message on the big screen.

Mad Bomber: Hello New York. I am Lucas Carlyle but I prefer to be called The Mad Bomber. I am the leader of the H Bombers and A Man to complete his destiny by creating destruction.

Alex was looking at the Screen as Others were watching it with him.

Mad Bomber: My Goal is to destroy this city along with that Jameson Prick but someone stands in my way. The Vigilante, Let me give you a warning boy. Stay out of our way or we will destroy you.

The Video abruptly ended as Everyone was scared except for Alex as Venom was talking to him.

Venom: Let's see the fear in his eyes when he meets us.

Alex nodded as He decided to go back to Conners safehouse as he was stretching out.

One Hour Later Alex made it to the abandoned apartment complex as he went up the third floor and entered the apartment to see Conners looking at his research notes along with him checking out his computer.

Alex: What's the Matter Conners?

Connors: Nothing Alex. So far I'm looking at my notes and I'm close to making the antidote.

Alex: That's great to hear. Hold on, I need to call Gwen.

Conners nodded as Alex pulled his phone out of his pocket as he clicked on Gwen's contact as the phone began ringing as Alex was waiting for her answer until she picked up.

Alex: Gwen, Are you alright?

Smythe: Alex?

Alex: Doctor Smythe? Where's Gwen?

Smythe: Gwen is asleep right now. Poor girl is tired. Hell, We're all tired and sick.

Alex: I just hope Everything goes well.

Smythe: Dont worry Ambrose. I'm already working on the antidote.

Alex: You have an Antidote?

Smythe: A Nanobot Cocktail. Once injected, The Nanobots will eliminate the virus from the host.

Alex: That's not a cure Smythe. It's a poison.

Smythe: You see Alex. Everyone is running out of time right now. We need to do something about it.

Alex: But-

Smythe: I have to go now. Apparently My Guards at the Archives are all beaten up by The Vigilante. I dont know what else he's up too. I'll let Gwen know you called.

Smythe disconnected the phone call as Alex sighed and sat down as Conners was looking at him.

Conners: Stay Strong Alex. We will get through this.

Alex: I hope so. So Are you almost done?

Conners: *Sighs* There's a problem.

Alex: Why am I not surprised.

Conners: You see, The Cure is almost done but we need one more ingredient.

Alex: What is it?

Conners: I need a Blood Sample from one of the new cross species. Once you get a blood sample. I should be able to finish the cure.

Alex: Alright. I'm gonna head out now.

Alex got up from his seat as Conners stopped him.

Conners: Be Careful Alex.

Alex nodded as he left the apartment complex as he was on a rooftop as he was looking around.

Alex: Maybe they could be hiding in the sewers.

Venom: Good guess. Let's try searching for one in the sewers.

Alex saw the west pumping station as he entered the station and landed on the sewage water as he continued walking.

Alex was exploring the sewers as he saw rats running around as Alex heard a loud sound as he looked around and saw nothing.

Alex continued walking until he heard scratching sounds as he looked around and saw nothing as he spoke to Venom.

Alex: They're trying to scare us.

Venom: Big Mistake.

Alex was gonna say something until he heard something as he looked around and saw...

Alex: What the?

Alex walked even further as he continued walking through a tunnel as he immediately sense something as he dodged an attack and saw what it was.

Alex: Its the Vermin that bit Gwen.

The Vermin growled at Alex as it tried to hit him but he dodged it as he hit him with a....

The Vermin got angry and pounced on Alex as it grabbed his right arm as it tried to bit Alex but he hit a headbutt as it was angry.

The Vermin grabbed Alex's right arm and dislocated it as he kicked him off as he checked on his arm.

Alex: That didn't hurt at all.

Alex relocated his arm back as it began healing. The Vermin growled again as it ran away. Alex was gonna chase him until he saw something in the tunnels.

One Infected saw Alex and began growling at him as a pack of infected began running at him as Alex jumped on the ceiling and began running.

Alex saw the infected climbing on the walls as he went through the vent and continued crawling until he fell on the sewage water as he was fixing his neck.

Alex: So That's what happened to those missing people. They all turned into monsters. I have to be quick.

Alex: The People that were Infected for too long are changing. They're more aggressive and they're eating human flesh. They also spit on its victims and form a group to attack the prey.

Conners: They're adapting. The Virus is mutated so it wouldn't be surprising. Did you find the Cross Species?

Alex: I found The Rat Cross Species but it escaped. I'm looking for it right now.

Conners: Hurry Alex. Time is very crucial.

Alex disconnected the phone call as he continued making his way through the sewers until he jumped down and went through another tunnel until he saw Vermin eating a dead infected.
