This behaviour from olden times was forbidden and hated by all kingdoms.  The punishment for this was none other than execution and being hanged in front of the people of the town. This threatened Nimueh so much that it took away sleep from her in night. Nimueh, no matter the consequence was tender hearted and could not bear a single drop of blood from an innocent. At the same time she was a far fierce and mighty warrior that when she stepped into the battlefield, no one could have stand longer in front of her. Not only she was a great warrior but a court physician too at the palace. She always kept herself busy in reading books and always was present for helping others in her way. She was not that well off but managed to give funds to an organisation for the destitute and powerless. She had every good trait in her character that one could think of and still she was down to Earth, she preferred staying in service of the King rather than ruling the world with her mesmerising powers and wisdom. Indeed this was the result of her wisdom that contributed to her such prophetic habits.
But there was something more secretive that no one even herself was aware of. Prince Merlin, the King's son was deeply in love with her. He could not get his eyes off her whenever he happens to meet her, he peeped into her chamber whenever his sister, Princess Morgana went to meet her. Princess Morgana was forced into marriage with the Prince of Syprus, Prince Cenred. Princess Morgana often summoned Nimueh into her chamber or sometimes made a quick meeting in Nimueh's. Nimueh as I aforementioned just wanted to be any kind of help to anyone but.....
