POV Merida

“This is stupid,” I muttered when we were kneeling inside the forest. “We need to gather our strength,” Punzie whispered and she peeked over a bush. I saw some of the battle that was going on. “Duck!” I said and pushed Punzie’s head down. A blue flame ball passed our heads with few inches and exploded a tree behind of us. Maleficent’s dragon had dodged the shot done by Toothless.

“This is crazy!” Anna whispered as she crawled closer to us. “We know,” I said in unison with Punzie. Who would have known that the defences around Hogwarts would have been destroyed. I didn’t know.

Astrid’s dragon was fast but Toothless was faster. Hiccup was also the most experienced dragon rider and we saw how he worked together perfectly with his dragon. “Beat the crap out of that thing!” Anna cheered as Tuffnut and Ruffnut that I knew from school attacked with their twoheaded dragon. “What?” Anna smiled when I stared at her.

“Nothing,” I said and stare at the sight where flames are lighting the night sky red. “That’s intense,” Kristoff whispered when he came to us. “Yeah,” Flynn rider exhaled. “Are we having a reunion or something?” I murmured.

“It seems so!” Anna said happily and hangs on everyone’s neck. “Haha,” I said bitterly. “Elsa is with Jack. It seems that his Spirit powers run out,” Punzie crawled back to us after she had checked up on the love birds.

I sighed, “We should attack. Let me go to chat with them.” Then I crawled to a tree which Jack was leaning against. “You two,” I called for them and they turn their heads to look at me. “Did they find us?” Elsa whispered and I shook my head. “No but you should give him some of your powers, school is going to be gone soon if we won’t do something,” I pleaded them.

Elsa smiled faintly and laced her fingers with Jack. I see blue glow forming from where their hands touched. Jack’s body seems to be healing up and his eyes are almost glowing in blue. “Whoa,” I whispered and then Jack stood up and took his staff from the ground.

“Who said that they wanted to fight?” Jack grinned and pulled Elsa up. “How are you feeling?” He asked from Elsa who had her cheeks slightly pink. “Fine I guess,” Elsa whispered and kissed his cheek quickly. For a moment I saw how Jack glanced quickly at Elsa’s hand where their vow ring was. It was like he had flinched for a moment and if I remember correctly the ring was before white and not slightly pink.

Jack cleared his throat and walked forward, “So let me go out first.” Elsa runs in front of him. “Against dragons?” Elsa raised her voice. “Yeah against dragons,” Jack muttered and Elsa groaned.

“What?” I asked as I run after them. “Dragon fire can actually hurt Spirits!” Elsa yelled and pointed at Jack like he was crazy.

“Hush!” Punzie runs to us but then she gasped. “Why were you so loud,” she mumbled and then I felt like air was sucked out of my lungs and there was no point in living. Jack seemed like he was thinking of something and then Punzie fell to ground and was crying.

“Dementors,” Jack whispered and I see how his staff goes back to being a wand. “Expecto Patronum!” Jack shouted and a silver colored Arctic Fox was circling around us. I felt a little better and then I saw them, floating above us. There were twenty of them, dementors.

“Do your charms!” Jack ordered and I saw his forehead getting sweaty. “Yeah, even you Elsa even though I don’t actually like your Patronum,” Jack sighed and Elsa nodded. Then I saw a silver version of Jack flying above us and shooting almost like silver ice attack towards couple of dementors.

I run to Anna and others whose souls are being sucked out from them. “Expecto Patronum!” I yelled and a silver bear paces towards the dementors that flied off. Anna, Kristoff and Flynn started to gasp for air and I run to protect them. “C’mon you three! Snap out from it!” I ordered them and then they held their heads when they stood up.

Soon there were more silver Patronum characters flying around in the area and protecting the hiding students. “So you guys, stay here and protect the younger students,” Punzie told to Flynn and kissed him. Anna hugged Elsa and told her to be safe. She was staying with Flynn and Kristoff to protect everyone else.

We decided to move to little further away from the fight and sneak our way back to castle. Soon we saw Hiccups cabin and we run to it and then we passed it while we kept on running towards the school. “Watch out,” Punzie gulped and Jack turned around. He waved his staff sideways and a cold wind knocked down a You-know-who’s follower who was approaching us.

“Nicely done Frost,” I cheered him and Jack grinned and stood straight. “My pleasure,” he smirked and bowed. “Oh c’mon show off,” Elsa sighed and took his hand. They both were running in front and I glance at Punzie. Her lips went narrow and we moved forward.

I focused my powers in couple of rocks and they were floating right next to us now. I will use them if necessary and I bet that the heads of those lowlife so called wizards are not as hard as my rocks.

When we entered the courtyard of the castle we saw charms and spells being casted all around us. It looked like the teachers were fighting with all they’ve got. Jack pulled me away when a follower tried to curse me. As a return gift I threw a rock at the follower and I didn’t miss like he did.

“We should help them,” Punzie gasped and pointed at teacher Toothiana. She used speed spell to give her more rapid movements, I cheered her when she was playing around with a follower with grey skin and blue spike hair. At first the follower was turning round and round again while Toothiana was circling him. Then he yelled, “No one messes with Hades!” And I saw how a blue flame exploded from him.

Toothiana got hit and she fell to ground. She was severly burned and I guickly threw rocks at Hades but he dodged. “Crap!” I yelled and jumped away when he shot blue flames towards me. I noticed that I had rolled around to target practice area at school and I look around me until I see the arrow holders on the ground. I used my elemental powers and the arrows were floating in the air.

Hades avoided first two but the rest of the arrows hit on him and he was badly wounded and laying on the ground. Then I knocked him out with a rock. ”Serves you right,” I said when I kneeled next to him. Punzie run to Toothiana to use her elemental power, she sang her healing song and Toothiana was getting better.

“Y-you shouldn’t be out here fighting,” Toothiana whispered but I shook my head. “We won’t stay away from this fight,” I said while smiling and crossing my arms. Then I see how Jack and Elsa teamed up and were fighting side by side with principal North and they were up against four of the enemy.

Elsa froze the enemies to ground and Jack cheered her before he used wind to throw branch at their heads. They were knocked out before they could use counter attack spells. Teacher Bunnymund did Expecto Patronus spell when a group of dementors were floating closer to us from the sky.

We see how a silver boomerang flies on the sky and hits on the dementors that left quickly. “You guys stay here and fight with the teachers,” Jack flew to us. “No way Spirit,” I said and pointed at the fighting scene. “They’re doing just fine without us!” I yelled when teacher Sandy used his golden whip on a follower and made him drop his wand.

Suddenly our schools principal mr. North runs to us. “Jack,” he said to Frost  who nodded. “You four should go and fight. Maybe you’re the ones that are able to defeat Pitch once for all,” he said and caused me to startle.

North glanced at me, “There’s no point of not to talk about his real name now. He is here already so now there’s no point in hiding.” Actually he was right, for years the wizards and witches have not been saying his real name because it was enchanted. When you said his name you could be certain that soon his followers would arrive and attack on you.

“Time to go,” Jack said and took Elsa’s hand. When I run past them with Punzie I heard Jack whispering to Elsa, “Take it easy and be careful.” Elsa ignored him and stomped her feet on the ground. An ice path was created inside the castle and towards the dining hall where they told Pitch was waiting. Elsa did herself skates and skated forward fast on the path as in me and Punzie kept on slipping.

“Wait!” Jack yelled with a slight trace of worry in his voice and while he flew past us he did a slight wind which prevented Punzie of falling. Then he touched our feet with his staff and smiled, I see how we both have now pair of skates in our feet. “Go on, we’ll catch up,” Punzie said and Jack nodded. He was now going fast to get to Elsa who had gone lot further away from us.

I glance at Punzie and she nodded. We kicked some speed and followed Elsa’s ice path and then we noticed a blue glow around the corner. When we reached that corridor we see Jack and Elsa fighting with the Shadow Man.

My elemental powers lifted up a statue that flew towards Shadow Man who jumped to his right, avoiding the hit. Then I shot my floating arrows through the air and he dodged them too. I groaned with frustration and moved faster. “Together,” I shouted and my arrows returned to me. Shadow Man startled a bit and I smiled deviously.

“NOW!” I yelled again and jumped aside when Shadow Man tried to cast a torture curse at me. I let my arrows fly towards him again and when he dodged Jack was waiting him, making him loose his balance with his wind. Then Elsa froze him into a ice statue. “YES! Way to go!” Punzie squealed and run into group hug.

”Now we need to defeat Pitch,” Jack said and turned around. We were standing in front of the huge wooden double doors that lead to dining hall. Then Jack turned back around, “You don’t have to follow me.” His expression was serious. “Jack,” Elsa whispered and quickly embraced him, my face flushed and I turn around quickly. Public affection! No!

“Elsa wants you to know that you need all of us with you. We will fight until the very end, we need to destroy the forces of evil and darkness,” Punzie said quietly. Jack was shocked at first which I saw when I turned back to look at everyone. “Just don’t get yourselves hurt,” Jack sighed.

Elsa took Jack’s hand and stood next to him. “´Time to go?” Elsa asked and then Punzie went to take a hold of Elsa’s other hand. I sighed and went to stand next to Punzie and she took my hand. “Ready?” Jack asked and we all nodded. Then he pushed the door open and then we heard an evil laughter echoing inside the dining room. My spine felt chills running up and we all took a step forward.

POV Hiccup

The power of mighty beast, a dragon, it’s something remarkable and amazing. Beneath me is now one that holds that power. Toothless is one of those beasts with grace and feisty personality. Now we’re flying high in the air and everything in the ground is showing as small dots.

“Good boy,” I whispered as we were hiding behind the clouds. Over my right is Astrid with her dragon and in my left are the riders of Berk with their dragons. “What’s the plan?” Ruffnut exclaims and I point down. ”Anything to deal with that mislead being,” I whispered and showed the dragon with enormous body. It belonged to Maleficent, a follower of You-know-who.

“We need to act now!” Astrid gasped and I look back down. The flames of the dragon are now licking the edges of the forest where some students are hiding. “Sorry for not giving you guys more rest!” I shouted to our dragons.

Toothless huffed and I see blue smoke coming from its nostrils, he moves restlessly and his muscles get tense. “Does your dragons seem so anxious as mine?” I laughed and glance at my riders. “Totally!” Tuffnut shouted and I see how Tuffnut’s and Ruffnut’s twoheaded dragon tries to fly forward. Snotlout and Fishlegs agreed and I grinned.

“Move and fight!” I yelled and we fly forward. “Fire,” I whispered to Toothless and immediately I see how his sides are glowing in blue and he gets ready. Then he fires a single blue flameball that hits on the enemy dragon.

“YEAH!” I shouted victoriously when it hit on the enemy. Suddenly I felt sharp pain on my side and I touch the spot. I see some blood and I glance down. Maleficent is there and laughing. She had used a slicing curse.

“I will deal with her!” I shouted to Astrid and other riders. Then I guided Toothless towards Maleficent as the riders were fighting against the badly wounded enemy dragon. We fly down and I asked Toothless to keep back.

“You really think that I will fight against someone so low, without any magic?” Maleficent said proudly and glared at me like I was some trash. “You should,” I said strictly and pulled out my sword. “Toothless,” I asked and then he blew flames at my sword.

Then I raised my flaming sword in front of me. “Still not willing to fight with me?” I asked and gritted my teeth. She turned her back at me and then I shouted. I run forward and she turned around. “You fool!” She yelled and I see how she did a spell which made some vines grow from ground with sharp spikes. I swift the sword and it burned the vines easily.

I run forward and dodged her curses by kneeling down. I felt how the curses flied over my head. With side to side movement I approached her once again, avoiding her spells and hearing her yelling her threats.

“You’re too slow!” I shouted and waved my sword in the air. The flames hit on her and she fell to ground. “Surrender?” I asked from her as I placed my leg over her chest. She tried to point me with her wand but Toothless run to us and took it to his mouth. “Thanks buddy,” I smiled to Toothless and patted his head.

“We drove away the dragon,” Astrid said when she came to me. She used her wand and enchanted some ropes to tie up Maleficent who screamed angrily. “Shut up!” Astrid said and then she made Maleficent stay quiet with silence spell. “Better,” she laughed.

“Awesome!” We heard yells from forest. The other riders landed on ground too and some people were coming out from shelter of the forest. They were students from Hogwarts. There was Ariel with Eric, Pocahontas, Jim and other students. Then I see Anna running forward with Eugene and Kristoff.

“Hiccup!” Anna yells and runs to hug me. ”You’re alright!” I laughed and hugged her tightly back. When she let go I felt the pain still stinging my side. “Where are others?” I asked and looked around to see Elsa, Punzie, Merida or Jack.

“They went inside the castle to fight with You-know-who,” Anna whispered and I look over my shoulder. “I will go to help them,” I said and turned around. “You keep the students safe,” I told to Astrid and the riders of Berk. “You stay too, Anna,” I told her when she was about to leave towards the castle. She sighed but agreed that the younger students needed all the protection that we have to give.

When I whistled Toothless to me I felt a hand on my shoulder. “Hiccup,” it was Astrids whisper and I look at her. “Yup?” I smiled and then suddenly she placed her arms over my shoulders. “I love you,” she said and smiled before kissing me. I closed my eyes and kissed her back.

“Be safe?” She said after our kiss. I nodded my head, “Of course. I love you too.” I grinned and she blushed. I touched her cheek before I run towards the castle. I saw a group of enemies approaching from the left and attacking the students but the riders were already on it. I smiled when I saw them working together well in the air. Anna was keeping things safe in the ground with some other older students.

“Fly me to the roof!” I asked from Toothless when I jumped on his back. He puffed some smoke and then jumped up. With couple hits of its wings we reached the rooftop. “Thanks buddy, now go and help out the students. You won’t fit inside the castle,” I thanked him and patted his head. For a moment he frowned but then he flew back to fight scene.

I climbed inside from the window and made my way towards a noise that I heard coming from downstairs. There seems to be a big fight inside the dining room and I try to hurry to see if I can help out.

My Magical Snow Storm, I’m now announcing that there is only one chapter left before the Epilogue. It kinda makes me sad but happy too. This book has been nice to write and I love to see you still reading it <3.
