POV Merida

I am looking at Anna’s and Elsa’s home. It is a huge mansion, their parents were rich wizard couple back then and they inherited it all. I levitate my bags towards their door after I stepped out from flying magical bus.

“MERIDA!” Anna screams at the door and runs to hug me. “Anna, calm down!” I smile to her. “But I am so happy that you came to spent Christmas at our home!” Anna is holding my hands and smiling then she furrowed her eyebrows. “How did your family take it? About you spending Christmas here?” Anna seemed concerned and I chuckled.

“Mum was freaking out, brothers were yelling from joy and dad took it ok. Somehow dad over talked mum to let me go,” I shrug my shoulders and I walk in. “Hey Punzie!” I wave my hand to Punzie who is decorating Christmas tree in the living room with Elsa. Some glass balls are floating in the air while Elsa levitates them to hang on branches.

Elsa laughs, “Nice to see everyone in here!” I am glancing at Anna. “Where is that guy?” I whispered and Anna shrugged her shoulders. “I don’t know,” she whispered, “they were supposed to explain it now!” Anna sounded anxious which I felt. It would have been great to spend Christmas between us girls without guys interfering but the case of Jack was interesting.

WHOOSH.

A cold wind blow the door open. Some glass balls shattered on the floor when Elsa’s attention was now at the door. A guy stepped inside. “Why is he wearing the mask from the Halloween party?” I glare at Jack Frost. His hair is white and he has blue eyes. “JACK! We were supposed to explain and not you bursting inside with your.. your..” Elsa struggled in her words. “My pure awesomeness?” Jack laughed and walked inside.

Punzie raised her hand and was about to speak when Elsa snapped at her. “We will explain AFTER dinner,” Elsa sounded annoyed and she walked to Jack. She grabbed his blue hoodie and pulled him further inside. “Where is your luggage?” Elsa said coldly. Jack gasped, “Whoa! This is a sleepover?”

Elsa rolled her eyes, “Yes genius. “ Jack gulped and looked at us. “S-sure.. but don’t touch my hair! I don’t want any girly pins.. that is what girls do at pyjama parties?” Jack smirked and Elsa slapped his chest. Jack chuckled while he walked after her.

My seat was next to Anna’s. Across the table sat Punzie and next to her Elsa. Jack moved his plate to other end of the table and ate alone. “He is weird,” I whispered to Anna who shrugged her shoulders. “Yeah.. I mean.. we are having fun in here and he is eating alone,” Anna whispered back.

After dinner we went back to living room. The fire was making the wood crack in the fire place and we sat on floor in silence. Jack started yawning and he rubbed his eyes after it. “The explanation?” Anna smiled to Jack and Elsa who glanced each other.

Then I had an idea. “Truth or dare!” I yelled aloud and Elsa’s eyes widened, Jack gritted his teeth. “Yes! That is a cool way to spent time,” Punzie nodded. “You  guys get only truth,” I smirked to Jack and Elsa who sighed in unison.

“Who are you Jack?” Punzie started. Jack rubbed his neck. “Jack Frost,” Jack chuckled and I groaned while rolling my eyes. “We know that,” Anna smiled. “But .. there must be more?” Anna said carefully.

“Tell them,” Elsa said in ordering tone and Jack bit his lower lip. “W-well.. I am a half Spirit. A Winter Spirit to be exact,” Jack said and cleared his throat. “NO WAY!” Punzie yelled cheerfully and touched Jack’s hair which she lifted up slightly. Then I saw Anna jumping on top of Jack who grunted when he fell to his back. Anna opened Jack’s eyes. “YEAH! No contact lenses or magic in these eyes!” Anna giggled while Elsa pulled her off. “Anna!” Elsa growled.

Jack was chuckling which surprised me, a sly smirk was on his face. Is he having.. fun? I remembered something, “So.. A Spirit? Are you a free one?” Jack’s head jerked to his right and he had a playful smirk. “No, I am not dating if you’re asking.” I rolled my eyes, “Do you have someone who has you under control.. like.. You-know-who or?” I grinned deviously and Anna watched me with Punzie before turning their attention to Jack.

Jack lifted his front finger in the air as he was about to say something. He opened his mouth, shut it back again and opened once more. He seemed confused. “Goblin took your tongue?” Punzie laughed and Elsa was red. “Mmh.. my master is in this room,” Jack sighed.

Anna gasped and she stared at Elsa, “NO YOU DID NOT!” We all were now staring at Jack who had crossed his arms and seemed bothered. Elsa was bright red. “Really now? Well.. what did you took from him?” Punzie asked carefully.

“I.. well.. I.. umm..” Elsa was struggling. Jack groaned, “Tell them that you kissed me. “ Elsa gasped and her eyes widened, “Did not! I tried to bring you back to life!” Elsa jumped up and went in front of Jack, pointing at him. “AND THERE HE IS! Safe and sound!” She laughed nervously and Anna bursted into laughter. “Not funny.. Anna,” Elsa groaned.

“Elsa’s turn,” Jack laughed and pulled Elsa down to sit. “Was it your first kiss?” Jack gave a sly smirk to Elsa. I swear that now we all blushed. “I will not respond,” Elsa shook her head and was nervous looking. “I could leave,” Jack said and stood up. “You will have to explain everything.. alone,” Jack chuckled and kissed Elsa in front of our eyes. He avoided barely Elsa’s slap and he laughed.

“Y-you’re a couple?” Punzie gasped and Anna seemed to be in a daze. I swear that she is writing their wedding invitations in her mind. “NO! STAY!” Elsa pulled Jack down. “It was my first kiss,” Elsa glared at Jack who seemed satisfied.

“Truth or dare?” Elsa asked from me with a grin. “Dare!” I smiled to her. “Swim in snow,” Elsa laughed and my eyes widened. “THAT IS COLD!” I gasped. Elsa winked her eye and Anna was giggling, “You made up the game.” I groaned.

“You need some snow? Huh?” Jack stood up and walked at front door. This part of country had minor winters, hardly any snow. Ever.

Jack took out his wand and his finger slided on it’s surface. Suddenly he had a large wooden staff in his hand and he run outside. The G-end of the staff was facing ground and snow piles were forming. Jack lifted the staff up and spin it around three times, then he hit the ground with it and a large amount of snow was in front of our eyes. “Time to swim?” Jack pointed at the snow.

I did what I was told. I was shivering after the ordeal. The clock started to bang on wall. It banged twelve times. Now it was Christmas day.

“MERRY CHRISTMAS!” Anna yelled and went to tree. She brought 4 presents. “We open them now?” I ask from Anna. “Yes! Day has changed!” She smiled and handed everyone their presents. Even to Jack.

“Presents?” Jack whispered. “You didn’t bring any?” Anna said to Jack who shook his head. “That is fine you don’t need to be sorry,” Anna patted his shoulder. “Uh.. I will have something for you, I will save it to last,” Jack smiled.

I opened my present. “Cool! Self flying arrow!” I said when I lifted it out. “Thanks Anna!” I hugged her. We continued our present checking and soon everyone had a pile of presents in front of them. Only Elsa and Jack haven’t given their presents.

Elsa seemed bothered. She took out a bag from behind of a chair. She handed me, Punzie and Anna a present. I noticed that she stopped at Jack. Jack smiled, “It is alright. You don’t have to give me anything.” I look at them. Elsa didn’t have a gift for him which he knew.

POV Elsa

I am staring at Jack. I forgot to get him something, how foolish I am. He came to spent Christmas here, it would have been correct way to do. I gulped when he told me that it was alright. It wasn’t.

“Wait!” I gasped and I run to hallway. Quickly I return and I am hiding something behind of my back. I walk to Jack and I kneel in front of him. My hands shake when I see his cyan blue eyes staring at me with confusion. “Close your eyes,” I say while blushing. Slowly he closed them and I sighed.

I place my scarf over his neck and wrap it around. It is my school scarf, the colors seem to suit him. “The scent of vanilla? Mmm?” Jack whispers so quietly that only I hear it since I am leaning close to him. I back up and he opens his eyes. He blushes when he sees my scarf on him.

“But he is not Ravenclaw?” Punzie asks from me and I shook my head. “Nope but blue suits to him.. it is just a scarf,”  I smile to them and cross my arms. I see Jack burying his chin under the scarf and how he inhales. My heart flickered and my cheeks felt warm when I saw him doing that.

“Thank you,” Jack lifted his chin up and smiled. “It is warm,” he chuckled. Jack stood up. “Time for my presents, “ he walked in front of Anna. “A rose for a lady,” Jack bowed and waved his hand in air. I saw ice crystals gathering in the air and a ice rose forming, Jack pinched it between his fingers and handed to Anna while smiling. He did a ice flower for everyone.

Jack came in front of me and gave a sly smirk. “Then the ice girl,” he smirked. For my surprise he took my hand and pulled me up. “Where is your room?” Jack laughed and my eyes widened. “NO!” I yelled to him and he rolled his eyes. “I have no intention to do something wrong to you,” he said. My cheeks burned and I look over my shoulder. Punzie, Merida and Anna are trying to hold on to their laughter.

“Follow,” I whisper and walk in front of him. I see that he walks in the air, his feet are not touching the ground. His eyes wander on the walls of our mansion. “You haven’t seen a mansion before?” Jack chuckled.

“I live in a mansion,” Jack said and my eyes widened. “With uncle North, it is his but I will inherit it one day,” Jack smiled sadly. “My parents house had to be burned,” Jack whispered. “I am sorry,” I touched his shoulder but he went forward and my hand slide away.

In silence we went to my bedroom door. “Don’t get any crazy ideas, Frost,” I snapped at him when I opened the door.  He flew inside and sat on my bed. “Nice and neat,” Jack said and looked around him. “Sit,” he patted the bed.

Carefully I sat next to him. He smiled and waved his hand in the air, a small ice rose bud was created. “Cold didn’t bother you, right?” He said while he placed the ice rose behind of my ear. “N-no,” I whispered.

Jack had his staff with him. He waved it in the air and watched at me, he was smiling. “Watch it,” he jerked his head to the direction where he wanted me to watch. I saw a twirl of ice crystals circling near the ceiling. It started to rain snow inside of my bedroom. “W-what are you doing J-Jack,” I gasped but he hushed me.

I saw how the ceiling was frosting. Ice spikes were coming down and they formed spheres. It looked amazing. The Jack’s staff turned back to a wand and he did a spell to put down the lights. It was dark now. “Why?” I asked with curioucity. He laughed and placed his arm around my shoulder and pulled me close. “Watch this!” He sounded excited when he waved his hand and wind formed, it opened my window curtains and then the window. Moon lighted the room.

“When elemental wizards can give me a loan of their power if it is about ice and snow.. well.. Moon is my ultimate power source,” Jack smiled. The moon’s light hit on spheres and the whole room was sparkling. “This is..” I looked around me. Jack snapped his fingers and it rained small icy crystals “Beautiful, huh?” Jack said and I nodded.

“I did this a lot as a child.. when I felt alone in my room.. this calmed me down,” he squeezed me tightly against him. “Now you’re not alone?” I whispered and I noticed how he blushed. “N-no.. I am glad that I was able to show the beauty of winter to someone before..” Jack whispered. “Before what?” I glance at him and I let my head rest on his chest.

“The Prophecy,” Jack whispered. “What prophecy?” I said quickly and Jack let go of me. “N-nothing.. I said nothing,” he gulped.

SLAM.

“HEYYY! What are you two up to!” Anna came inside and looked at us. Punzie and Merida came inside also. They looked around, “Whoa! The room! So pretty,” Punzie exhaled in awe and Jack gave a sly smirk before he rose up.

“Time to sleep, I think. “ Jack said while going downstairs. “Where are you going?” Anna said to Jack. “Home?” Jack laughed while opening the door. We had reached him. “Sleepover,” Merida grinned and pulled Jack back.

“B-but,” Jack gulped when he was being pushed upstairs. Jack stood on the hallway like a lost puppy. “Umm.. the guestroom?” Jack rubbed his neck. When I was about to tell him Anna spoke first, “I have done sleeping arrangements! Punz and Merida sleep in my room.. unfortunately  it is crowded.. SO when sleepovers are all about sleeping together..  you are sharing the bedroom!” Anna chirped happily. We all stared at her in misbelieve. “What?” She smiled.

“No.. Anna.. I don’t think that it is a good idea,” I whispered. Anna nodded, “It is a great idea in fact! Just keep in mind Jack.. no dirty tricks!” Anna pushed me and Jack to my room and slammed door shut. Now I noticed it. One single mattress on the floor next to my bed, she planned this all along.

Jack went to lay on the mattress and I saw him being nervous, he turned to his right side so he wouldn’t see the bed. I changed to my pyjama under my bed covers. “Uh, good night,” Jack whispered. I lean over my bed’s edge to wish him good night. I gasped, “JACK!”

He turned around quickly, he had startled my reaction. Our eyes met, his face turned bright red. “S-sorry,” he said when he pulled his sheet over him. He had taken off his hoodie and I saw his chest. I stared at him. “You were right Jack,” I said while I stared at him. “Uh?” Jack muffled while he stared at me with shock. “You are good looking,” I whispered.

I started panting, “N-no.. I didn’t say it aloud?” Jack nodded his head slowly. I slammed my hand over my mouth and turned to lay on my back. This is bad.

I felt a cool breeze next to me. I see Jack standing next to me, he kneels next to me. My cheeks are almost burning right now. “I .. I am sorry,” I whispered. All the memories of him making my life miserable, how he tormented me and hated me were flashing in front of my eyes. When he..he.. wait..

Jack touched my forehead and then my cheek, his thumb brushed my chin. “And you are beautiful, Elsa,” Jack whispered. My heart just stopped working! It is going wild, help! “I can’t deny it anymore Els, I love you.. I always have.. no matter how much I tried to push you away, I can’t do it anymore,” he smiled faintly.

When he hummed and was about to stand up I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck. I pulled him close and he muffled when I kissed him. My hands cupped his cheeks and I brushed his cheekbones with my thumbs. His hands went around me and he made me sit on bed when he sit next to me. His lips were moving against mine slowly. When I let go of him and he backed up a bit I gave him one more quick kiss.

I saw him there, sitting on my bed. He petted my cheek and his thumb brushed my lip. “That’s my girl,” Jack smiled and I saw how the shade of red slowly vanished from his face. “W-we are dating?” I whispered when he went back to mattress on the floor.

He looked at me. “No, no we are not,” he said. My heart just sank. When he turned around I swear that I saw a small sign of being hurt in his eyes. Or I might be mistaken. I closed the curtains with my wand and the moon light stopped dancing on ice spheres surfaces. I turned my back at him as I went to bed.

I felt sick inside. I turn to my stomach and I scream on my pillow. I cry on it, why.. why.. I hear a sigh from the floor, “I.. I am sorry Elsa.” Jack whispered with a broken voice. It made me cry harder, he is pure evil. Making me like him and then he breaks me. I hate him more than before. “Els?” I hear his voice again but I don’t respond, I just sob myself to sleep.
