Egg Substitutes

For those of you who can't have eggs or are out of eggs at the last minute. You can use this to help you when you are baking and are in need of an egg substitute.

Other Alternatives Include:

To replace 1 egg:

~2 tablespoon flour + 1/2 teaspoon oil + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder + 2 tablespoons liquid (milk, cream, buttermilk, diluted yogurt, or dairy free alternatives like coconut milk, soy milk, etc) beaten together until smooth.


~1 Cup non - dairy milk + 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (Use for a recipe that yields 12).


We prefer using the Water + Oil + Baking Soda mixture on the chart or the non- dairy milk mixture.
