You flipped through the cameras, looking through the rooms of the pizzeria. You saw that Mangle was still in Kids' Cove. You flickered the light a couple of times, catching her attention. She smiled and waved to you.

You had befriended the Toy and Withered animatronics during your night shifts. You felt bad for the Withered animatronics, since they were all broken apart and thought that everyone forgot about them. You especially felt bad for Chica, since she was your favourite, as well as your crush--which nobody knew about yet.

"Hey, (Y/N)?" you heard Toy Chica call to you; she sounded upset.

"Yeah? What's wrong?" You looked up at her as she walked into the office.

"Erm, Withered Chica . . ."

"Did something happen to her?" you worried, standing up.

"No, but I think she's sad. She was crying," Toy Chica said.

"Oh, why?"

"I don't know. I tried to ask her why, but she didn't want to talk to me," Toy Chica explained. "That's why I came to you. Maybe you could try to find out why she's sad? I figured she may be more open to talk if it were you asking."

"Oh, okay, I'll try. If she really doesn't want to talk, though, I won't make her," you noted.

Toy Chica nodded, understanding. She led you to the door of the Parts and Service room. As you got closer, you could hear sniffling coming from inside. Toy Chica then left to give you some privacy.

You gently knocked on the door, not wanting to just barge in without permission. The sniffling stopped and it went silent. You heard shuffling behind the door, then the knob started to jangle. It seemed as though its handler was struggling, though, so you assisted some, turning the knob and pulling the door open a bit.

Withered Chica peeked outside, looking around. She then noticed you standing below her--as you were shorter than she was--a warm smile on your face.

"H-hey, (Y/N)," she greeted you happily--it seemed like she was faking it, though, which caused your smile to slowly turn to a frown.

"Hey, do you think I could come inside? Maybe we can talk," you suggested, rubbing your arm.

"Oh, sure."

She opened the door for you, letting you inside. You noticed that the other Withered animatronics weren't there--nor were any others. You and Withered Chica were alone.

"Hey, so . . . Toy Chica was telling me that you were sad. She wanted me to check on you," you admitted. "Why was it you were crying?"

"Oh, it's nothing," she chuckled nervously.

"You know, you can tell me anything. We're friends. I would never judge you or make fun of you for something. I just want you to be happy," you told her.

"Really, I'm--"

She stopped, fully registering what you had said. She looked away as tears clouded her vision. You put your hand on her arm, comforting her, which caused her to break down.

"Freddy, Bonnie, and Foxy got into an argument again!" she cried. "Ever since we became broken and forgotten, it's just nonstop arguing! I don't like seeing them like that. I-I came in here, to the Parts and Service room, to cry, but Toy Chica heard me. I know she wouldn't understand, so I didn't want to talk about it with her . . . What- . . . Wh-what if we stop being friends because of this? I'd be all alone."

You wrapped your arms around Withered Chica's torso, hugging her. You felt so bad for her. She started crying again, and you couldn't help but cry as well. You hated to see her like this.

As you pulled away from the hug, you cupped her cheeks. "You don't have to worry about being alone. I'll be here for you, Chica. I- . . . Can I tell you a secret?"

"Y-yeah."

"I kind of . . . like you."

"More than a friend?" Withered Chica wondered in surprise, her cheeks warming up.

"Yes," you admitted bashfully. "I have a crush on you."

"I like you too," she told you. "You're so kind and sweet."

You smiled, happy that she shared your feelings. You leaned forward and pressed your lips against hers. It felt a little strange since Chica's jaw was broken, but it was nice. She was surprised, but she tried to kiss back--it being a little hard because of her jaw. After pulling away, you pressed your forehead against hers.

You spent the rest of the night with Withered Chica. You cuddled her and kept telling her that everything was going to be okay, reminding her that you would never leave her.
