When Ain first joined the group, you were a bit shocked. An actual angel? And he was fighting for the same cause you were! Ain was quiet, and often looked upon Lu and Ciel like they were scum. From where he came from, maybe they were.

He was calm and peaceful, and he took an immediate liking to you. The two of you became very close, and when you would go fight monsters to train, Ain would always join you. Eventually the two of you started going out together.

One night, you were sitting at the fire, cooking some chicken for your dinner. All was quiet, until you heard light footsteps approaching you.

"May I join you?"

His voice was soft, but clear, and you smiled up at him, nodding.

"Nice night!" You say as he sits next to you. "Had a good day- Add and I took out a pack of monsters outside of Velder!"

"You.. went with Add?" He asks, looking at you.

"Yup! We made quick work of the bunch!"

"Add doesn't belong here."

You stop turning the food. "What?"

"Add. He's a danger to everyone, even your demon friends. Talk to Elsword about making him leave."

You can't help but giggle a little. "Ain. Add has been with us for a few years, he's not even around us that much. I just happened to be passing him on my way out! He usually is off doing his own thing."

"I just.. don't want him to hurt you." His voice is soft again.

"Pfft! Hurt me?" You roll your eyes. "Ain, I'm a fighter. Down here, kids usually learn at least some fighting skills when they're young. I've been fighting for years."

"That doesn't matter. He could snap at any moment. If anything happened to you.. I don't know."

You're back to turning your chicken, but your quirk an eyebrow. "Why are you so worried about me? You're an all-important angel and I'm me."

"You're a great friend and a great fighter." He replies. "You've made me realize that not everyone down here is like Add. You're kind and ready to lay down the law."

You chuckle lightly. "Are you flirting with me, Ain?"

He stiffens up a bit. "What? I-I mean.. I didn't mean to.."

"Didn't mean to?" You look over at him. "Really."

"I.. I don't know what it's like. Flirting, I mean. So, if I bothered you, then I apologize." He says softly.

"No, no. It's not an issue!" You giggle and kiss his cheek. "That's what couples do. They flirt and act dumb with each other."

He smiled and leaned into you a bit.

"Then I'm glad we are one."

You're done cooking your chicken, and you've taken it off of the fire to cool.

"Heh, me too."
