His Best Memory (Crush X Reader)

He ran, a heavy down pour drenching his every step, because this time no one was going to be in the away. He'd known her all her life, grown up with her as a trusted friend, and seen the way all other guys had treated her. Everyone of them taking her for graned and not seeing how much she was really worth. The latest in the string had hit her, in front of him and he'd had enough, she didn't break it off. Stupid boy found slutty girl, leaving all the greatest things in the world behind.
He got to her house, parents not home, to see her bedroom light on. Banging on the front door, he saw the most perfect shadow dance passed the closed curtain. He was dripping wet from the rain that hadn't lightened up, his wet hair clinging to his face, clothes clung to his body, he was so hopeful. Yet so scared, but nothing would have given it away. He was afraid he may lose her again to someone who'd treat her like she's nothing special; truth is, she's more than special. Thoughts and fears erased themselves as a (favorite video game t) and pj pants clad (y/n) answered the door, obviously shocked by his presence. "(C/n), what are y-" she was cut off as (C/n) pulled her into his rain drenched arms and kissed her gently, fearing she may reject him. His fears were put aside as he felt a pair of delicate arms, the ones he'd always wished would hug him, made their way around his neck to deepen the kiss.

                  -------time skip----

(C/n) smiled as he spun the ring around on his finger as he looked down at the sleeping form beside him. That's his best memory, the chance he took on (Y/n). His beautiful (y/n) (c/l/n), his wife. "I always saw that as the scariest moment in my life, I guess I'll really have to man up for this." (C/n) whispered to himself as he gentle rubbed his wife's protruding stomach.

I'm weird but I honestly wrote this about a guy I love
