"So am I a dude or a girl I don't understand," Basil sighs, frustrated. He had just come out to Polly, he liked being called a girl, but now he wanted to be seen as a man again. Was something wrong with him?

"Basil..." Aubrey assuresed gently fluffing his hair, "Dear, I think you're gender fluid, what gender you are changes with time, and you are valid."

"So what do I do?" Basil inquires, starting to feel it makes sense, he did feel more femeiine than others most days, some not feminine at all.

"We go buy  you a new dress when you're more up for it," Aubrey assures kissing his cheek, "And for now I snuggle my boyfriend."

"That sounds nice..."

A few days later, Basil knocked on Aubrey's door, who was now saying with Kel since...

Well that wasn't important.

Basil, her face red, requested, "Ready to take your girlfriend dress shopping?"

Aubrey smooched her forehead and replied, "Of course, I love her after all and she is valid..."
