A Tiger of a sister can't keep you from a Dragon.

"Hurry up and get in here mutt."

You groaned again at the name-calling delivered by Taiga Ai Saka, also known as your twin sister. You were moving into her apartment that your parents had paid for, you hated living with those bastards anyway. You were excited to finally be away from your mom and dad, and also your step mum. Now you had to endure a filthy apartment and convenient store food like two-minute ramen noodles.

You had been carrying suitcases in as Taiga just sat by and watched with eyes squinted in annoyance, you rolled your eyes at the sight but continued on to make your suitcases situated in a spare room that was now claimed by you.

You would be starting school tomorrow with Taiga and obviously, you were nervous as hell. You could already feel your breath going an irregular pace just by thinking about it. Let's be honest here, you hate school.

What positive thing can come from school? You were a firm believer in wanting something and going for it and you would pass going to school any day.

It had gotten late now in the tall apartment building and the small crack in between the curtains showed the darkness of night settling in. You heard your slightly older sister (by a mere three minutes) talking to someone or herself in her room but you couldn't be bothered investigating because you were too hungry.

Getting off of the bed you walked out the bedroom door to walk into the kitchen which, to your unexpected surprise, was actually very clean. Like, sparkly, brand new type clean. You whistled to yourself in acknowledgment but deflated at the sight of absolutely no edible food that didn't require hot water and the virtue of patience.

Taiga was loaded of ramen noodles and you couldn't even be bothered in anymore, "I'm going out now.. Wi-will you be okay here?"

You turned to the door that led into the hallway to see Taiga dressed in a jumper and pants with a tiny blush in her face. You smiled at the kindness that she couldn't keep from you and nodded, amused to see her hard self flood back into her eyes as she nodded, "Hm!" And she was off.

You ate those noodles from the plastic cup and went off to bed after that, only hoping for the best for your first day of school..

Morning came and to your surprise, once again, Taiga had actually woken up, done her bed and left for school. Without you. You could just picture her face, all smug with some evil giggles leaving her lips. How much you wanted to smack her right now. You rushed out of bed when you saw the time was 8:10 and dashed straight into the closet to get your school clothes that your sister had already bought using your parents money.

You didn't bother with breakfast, making lunch or even making yourself half decent when you rushed through the school gates, panting and rushing through the office and up the stairs but not before changing your shoes and putting your belongings in the locker that Taiga said so.

You were finally at the classroom, listening through the thin, sliding door as a female teacher had already begun calling the class role. You stumbled lightly and nervously bit your lip, hearing your heart beat thump even wilder now that you were actually here. Your palms had gotten sweaty and you 'Tch'ed' at the thought of sweat in disgust.

"(Y/N) Ai Saka..? Wha- wait? ANOTHER ONE?"

You almost laughed and scoffed at the same time, gladly thinking of yourself as the calm and mellowed one of the twins your mother gave birth to. You placed your shaking hand on the side of the door and with another suck of air, you swung open the door.

Everyone's eyes sped from the teachers and Taiga's, straight to you where you also stared wide-eyed. Your eyes found your sisters as she stared with an irritated glare but also paired with a smug smirk.
You lightly growled, before you squeaked a noise of shock due to the fear and embarrassment of being heard growling. Peopled noticed and laughed, about twenty or so pairs of eyes staring at Taiga and yourself before your soft voice escaped your throat, "I.. I'm sorry I'm la-late."

"God help me.." Your new educator sighed in distaste. 

Your brows furrowed at her comment that she made no effort to conceal, and you stared as she straightened her posture in a second and introduced herself, "Ah, (Y/N)! So nice to have you apart of our... Delightful classroom. I'm Ms. Koigakubo,would you like to introduce yourself?"

You shook your head as a fake smile grew on your face, pleading eyes watching the teacher as she stared and did so until you spoke. You sighed once again and turned to the students of classroom 2-C so they could take in your full appearance of the mane of light (H/C) hair which was styled just like your sisters. You were also exceptionally small, like Taiga but you had been graced with (E/C) eyes and a personality of more maturity than your twin, "Uh.. Hi- my names (F/N), please take care of me!"

You hands were entwined, hot and sweaty as they never departed from each other. Your wide eyes travelling throughout the room to become familiar with the students of your new class. You dismissed your sisters sight, her evil orbs that screamed out, 'superiority' over you, you wouldn't let her win nor embarrass you.

Your eyes landed on a boy, he was staring at you with wide eyes, most likely as wide as they could go. His gaze wouldn't leave your sight as he never stopped staring as if he was in some sort of hypnotic state. The boy had short, blue hair, a cute face along with sanpaku eyes that made him look a little intimidating if it wasn't for the bright and prominent pink hue covering a majority of his cheeks.

You shyly smiled at the boy, feeling a little bit exposed and feeble under his stare and slowly walked towards your unoccupied seat that was, to your convenience, right next to him.
You heard the teacher speaking, murmuring about 'love at first sight' and how she needed to find a boyfriend soon, you were confused by the class's odd teacher and the lazy students at the back who did whatever they wanted but nothing could keep your attention from the boy next to you.

You knew you were blushing, it hadn't stopped since you walked in the class because of pure nerves. But this boy intrigued you, causing an erruption of pink cheeks for a whole other reason. You had to speak to him, you wanted to get to know him. You wanted to know why he kept staring at you and why you still caught him doing it, only for a few seconds to pass when he realised he was caught when he would stutter and mumble out incoherent apologies which you thought was extremely cute.

With the tiniest bit of courage you could muster in your dishevelled uniform and mushy brain, you turned to your neighbouring pupil when the class had broken into multiple separate conversations as they successfully ignored and talked over the teacher. You could feel a familiar stare burning into the side of your face but you smiled anyway as you shamelessly admired this blue-headed boy's features, "U-uh, Hi! I'm a~.. I'm (Y/N) Ai Saka- as you know.. A-and you a-are~?"

God, how embarrassing! You were stuttering, but not only that. You were trailing off like a doped up teenager, almost fainting when he gave you a small smile at your greeting. Gosh, you could seriously get used to it here- especially with him.

"I-I-I'm Takasu.. Eh, Ryuuji Ta-takasu.. It's really nice to me-meet you. (Y/N). Like really, really ni-nice." He visibly cringed at the words coming out of his mouth and you couldn't help but let out a giggle at the sound of his slightly deep and melodic voice, it was so smooth.

He stared, wide-eyed again when he involuntarily let out a, 'wow' when you laughed, earning another round of stutters and blushing, hearts thumping wildly and in sync. Oh how you could've puked by the way your stomach exploded with butterflies at the sound of his voice saying your name. You wanted him to say it again. You wa-

"OH HELL KNOW YOU MUTT, GET AWAY FROM THAT MUTT- YOU KNOW YOUR PLACE!"

The next thing you saw was students eagerly running for safety when screaming was heard and a desk along with some chairs went flying across the room at the sound of your dearest sisters voice.
