All you wanted was some extra sleep.

'It was a bright and sunny day with not a cloud in the sky, people walked by smiling as they scurried through the busy streets of Tokyo and you couldn't help but admire everything you passed as you were making your way to Anteiku.

You had about ten minutes to arrive at the cute cafe where you would meet Hide, for the third date you've shared together. Thinking of the boy, you couldn't keep a smile on your face but you weren't embarrassed in the slightest when you observed the street you had just walked cross, knowing Anteiku was right around the corner.

You entered the little cafe and huffed out a tiny laugh at the sound of the bell chiming when the door opened. People turned to look at you and you smiled warmly at them as they served customers and made delicious coffee. You then looked to your favourite table; The table Hide had so bravely asked you out for the first time. It was so impulsive that he didn't even ask for your name first.

"Go out with me!"

The first sentence he exclaimed with blazing red cheeks and wide, desperate eyes.
You knew you wouldn't forget that day and how flattered and special you felt. You became overwhelmed with joy that you straight up agreed to his question; or more like order but nevertheless that was the beginning of an amazing relatio-

All thoughts stopped. You could hear you heart beating faster and faster every second. Multiple strange stares were all on you like a blinding limelight but all you could focus on was Hide. Kissing another girl.
The way he kissed her, holding her waist as she grasped his face into her wretched hands made you disgusted, you were angry- beyond furious actually but you could physically do nothing when he parted to shatter your heart further more.

"Oh.. Hey (Y/N), I'm a bit busy now- would ya' mind?"

And then the tears finally made themselves present.'

"NOOOOO HIDEEEEEE" Screaming was heard in the early hours of the morning in (Y/N)'s apartment.

The boy beside her screamed in fear, awaking from his slumber to watch his beloved as she weeped and flailed in her sleep as if she couldn't escape and Hide became afraid and in despair at the thought of his girlfriend being in such distress.

"(Y/N) baby, hey! (Y/N) Wake up!"

You yelped away at the sudden warm contact on your shoulders, turning your head to observe Hide as his eyebrows were furrowed and his face showed he was still on the brink of fully waking up.

You sighed as you thought about the man from your nightmares not being the same as the one who cuddled you in your sleep and flipped on the bed so your face was nuzzled into his side when he let go to watched in bewilderment at how quickly you managed to go back to sleep after you were only seconds away from crying.

"Mhmm.. Back to sleep Hide." You murmured as you unconsciously rubbed your hands over the boys abdomen. Hide blushed at the contact, grinning as his loved one became so strangely calm as soon as she saw his face when she was awoken.

"Well.. Now I'm awake, let's go make breakfast!"

You grumbled in annoyance when you realised Hide would no longer be able to go to sleep but you only craved dormancy for a while longer. You continued to rub his sides, feeling the way his smooth skin would shiver involuntarily at your touch and you couldn't help but feel proud, he smiled as you did so and began to rub your naked back up and down causing a relaxed sigh to escape your mouth.

Grinning mischievously, the man then proceeded to halt his actions and leave your bare back cold and without the warmth of a blanket. You growled but wept at the same time, noises emitting from your mouth that sounded like you were in pain when you turned around in a haste, attempting to warm yourself up again in a fetal position.

Your boyfriend's smile dropped slightly when he noticed you moving away from him but did nothing in the moment to stop it, thinking of how to get you up from bed. A minute later he beamed as he jumped from his bed, cold from the chilly air while pacing through the kitchen to make you something that would surely bring you up from your unconsciousness.

You heard the loud taps of ceramic objects hitting the kitchen counter and smiled slightly when you also heard the annoying but satisfying whistle coming from the kettle. Minutes later Hide came back into your shared room to place a freshly made hot cup of coffee on the bedside table, smiling as the steam flowed straight to you as if it were a sign.

You smiled, knowing you probably looked drunk when you face was dug deep into the mattress and your eyes were only half squinted open from the light when Hide made you squeal in distaste after the curtains were opened, forcing the sunlight to enter your bedroom and illuminating your form and your lack of clothes that made Hide blush immensely with inappropriate thoughts zooming into his mind.

You let out another deep sigh and made Hide yelp when you reached out to grab his arm when he sat in a daze, staring at your glowing form as you laid with no make up or anything to somehow make you anymore 'presentable' than usual. He didn't understand the use of make up and it annoyed him when he watched you put it on. He was surprised at your strength when he was pulled onto the bed but he figured that when it came to what you want, you would have to be forceful.

"Sometimes... Cuddles are better than coffee Hide."

He smiled softly when you threw your legs over his, entangling them together and your arms pulled him into your bosom, making him smirk at the feeling of sharing a very intimate position. You grumbled nonetheless, hoping this would ease him into a slumber, secretly using Hide's favourite part on your body to persuade him and you let out a huge toothy smile when you felt him grumbling obscenities as he shifted to lay his face into your chest, hugging you closer to him by your waist.

"You win.. Five minutes more- then we're up."

"Mhmmm.. Su-sure thing babe.." You sleepily murmured into his shaggy blonde hair. He tightened his hold on you and you felt more relaxed when his breathing evened out on your skin. Only to have his hold tighten even more making your furrow your brows when you were abruptly grabbed and lifted from the soft mattress and carried in the direction of the bathroom where you were forced to share a shower with Hide as all you could hear was his husky chuckling when you growled curses towards him.
